一种USB TYPE-C接口
本申请基于申请号为CN2016205322561、申请日为2016年6月2日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
【技术领域】
本申请涉及电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种USB TYPE-C接口。
【背景技术】
目前手机射频技术飞速发展,2G、3G乃至4G的通信技术逐步演进,但是手机却朝着轻薄化的趋势发展并且还需要兼容之前的信号频段,这样在极小的空间做出适合各个频段的天线,就对天线设计提出了更高的要求。
参阅图1和图2所示,为常见的USB Type-C接口,包括上排信号端、下排信号端、接地金属片和金属外壳。
在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:
目前很多手机或终端设备上都应用了USB Type-C接口,而天线也设计在接口附近,传统USB Type-C接口最外围都有一层金属外壳,如果天线设计在USB Type-C接口上方,会导致射频信号被金属外壳吸收,导致天线的信号接收性能下降。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有的相关产品的所有不足,本申请提出一种USB TYPE-C接口,解决天线设计在USB Type-C接口上方导致天线的信号接收性能下降的缺点。
本申请实施例解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本申请实施例所提供的一种USB TYPE-C接口,包括:上排信号端、下排信号端和接地金属片,所述上排信号端设置在所述接地金属片上方,所述下排信号端设置在所述接地金属片下方。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述USB TYPE-C接口还包括上排信号端固定块 和下排信号端固定块;所述上排信号端固定块设置在所述上排信号端的上方,所述下排信号端固定块设置在所述下排信号端的下方。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述上排信号端固定块和所述下排信号端固定块分别设置在所述上排信号端和所述下排信号端的非连接端的上方和下方,即相对连接端的另一端。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述上排信号端和所述下排信号端均有12个针脚。
与现有技术相比,本申请有以下优点:
本申请实施例所述的USB TYPE-C接口取消了金属外壳,当天线设置在该USB TYPE-C接口上方时,既没有影响USB TYPE-C接口的连接功能,也没有影响天线的信号接收性能。

为了便于理解本申请,下面将参照相关附图对本申请进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本申请的较佳实施例。但是,本申请可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术 语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。
参阅图3所示,所述USB TYPE-C接口包括上排信号端1、下排信号端2、接地金属片3、上排信号端固定块4和下排信号端固定块5。
所述上排信号端1设置在接地金属片3上方,所述下排信号端2设置在接地金属片3下方;所述上排信号端1和下排信号端2均由针脚(pin)组成,本申请实施例所述的USB TYPE-C接口的上排信号端1和下排信号端2均有12个针脚,由于上下两排信号端的针脚数量相同,因此充电线不用再区分正反,具有两面均可插入的优点。
针脚(pin)材料为“碳化钨”,也就是硬质合金,硬质合金具有高硬度、高强度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性的优点,在USB接口连接器中用来完成电信号的导电传输功能。
所述上排信号端固定块4设置在上排信号端1的上方,所述下排信号端固定块5设置在下排信号端2的下方;所述上排信号端固定块4和下排信号端固定块5分别用于将上排信号端1和下排信号端2固定在接地金属片3的上方和下方;为了不影响针脚连接端(与充电线连接的部分)的连接功能,所述上排信号端固定块4和下排信号端固定块5分别设置在上排信号端1和下排信号端2的非连接端的上方和下方,即相对连接端的另一端;所述上排信号端固定块4和下排信号端固定块5通过注塑冲压的方式对上排信号端1和下排信号端2进行固定。
所述接地金属片3用于接地,可以实现屏蔽功能,有效的降低USB TYPE-C接口对其他电子设备的电磁干扰。
本申请实施例所述的USB TYPE-C接口相比于图1和图2所示的USB TYPE-C接口,取消了在外围由金属构成的铁框外壳,所述金属外壳6包围里面由上排信号端1、下排信号端2、接地金属片3、上排信号端固定块4和下排信号端固定块5组成的USB接口连接器,所述金属外壳6的作用是包围USB接口连接器组成一个接口形状用于充电线连接插入;由于该金属外壳6会吸收射频信号, 当天线设置在该USB TYPE-C接口上方时,会导致天线的信号接收性能下降,因此本申请实施例所述的USB TYPE-C接口取消了该金属外壳6,既没有影响USB TYPE-C接口的连接功能,也没有影响天线的信号接收性能。
上述实施例为本申请较佳的实施方式,但本申请的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本申请的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种USB TYPE-C接口,其特征在于,包括:上排信号端(1)、下排信号端(2)和接地金属片(3),所述上排信号端(1)设置在所述接地金属片(3)上方,所述下排信号端(2)设置在所述接地金属片(3)下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的USB TYPE-C接口,其特征在于:所述USB TYPE-C接口还包括上排信号端固定块(4)和下排信号端固定块(5);所述上排信号端固定块(4)设置在所述上排信号端(1)的上方,所述下排信号端固定块(5)设置在所述下排信号端(2)的下方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的USB TYPE-C接口,其特征在于:所述上排信号端固定块(4)和所述下排信号端固定块(5)分别设置在所述上排信号端(1)和所述下排信号端(2)的非连接端的上方和下方,即相对连接端的另一端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的USB TYPE-C接口,其特征在于:所述上排信号端(1)和所述下排信号端(2)均有12个针脚。
