Description

一种模块化医院及其组建方法 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种模块化医院及其组建方法。
背景技术
现有的医院及医疗检查机构,病人做核磁共振、X光透视、血生化和B超等检查都在传统的固定建筑中进行,传统型的医院在建设这些检查科室时,需要现场根据医疗设备进行医疗科室建设,现场工作量较大,特别是对核磁共振及X光室的建设,核磁共振检查室需要具备电磁屏蔽功能,X光检查室需要具备反射辐射防护功能。草原或沙漠等贫穷地区建设一个具备核磁共振、X光透视、血生化和B超等特殊医疗检查的医疗场所更是难上加难,需要较高的专业技能,偏远地区普遍缺乏专业医疗力量,如何快速地为偏远地区提供高端的医疗检查,是目前急需要解决的难题。因此,需要提供一种模块化医院及其组建方法,以至少部分地解决上述问题。
发明内容
在发明内容部分中引入了一系列简化形式的概念,这将在具体实施方式部分中进一步详细说明。本发明的发明内容部分并不意味着要试图限定出所要求保护的技术方案的关键特征和必要技术特征,更不意味着试图确定所要求保护的技术方案的保护范围。
为了至少部分地解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种模块化医院,所述模块化医院由至少两个集装箱拼接而成,相邻的两个所述集装箱内部贯通,所述至少两个集装箱中的每个的内部设置有至少一个模块,所述模块包括磁共振模块、X光室模块和操作室模块,所述磁共振模块、所述X光室模块和所述操作室模块分别对应设置在所述至少两个集装箱中,所述磁共振模块和所述操作室模块之间设置有第一对接面,所述X光室模块和所述操作室模块之间设置有第二对接面。
可选地,所述第一对接面上设置有第一观察窗和屏蔽门,所述第二对 接面上设置有第二观察窗和屏蔽门。
可选地,所述操作室模块的内部集成有血生化设备、B超设备、离心机和净水器中的至少一种。
可选地,相邻的两个所述集装箱之间通过角件定位器可拆卸地连接。
可选地,所述至少两个集装箱中的一个的内部设置有隔断,以将所述集装箱分隔为所述X光室模块和所述操作室模块,所述至少两个集装箱中的另一个为所述磁共振模块。
可选地,相邻的两个所述集装箱之间具有间隙,所述间隙中设置有密封胶条,所述间隙的上方设置有防雨板。
本发明还提供一种用于上述的模块化医院的组建方法,其中,所述组建方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将需要拼接的两个所述集装箱放置在一起;
步骤二:将两个所述集装箱与连接部连接在一起;
步骤三:将与两个所述集装箱连接的所述连接部与面板连接;
步骤四:将与两个所述集装箱连接的所述面板和箱体装潢板连接。
可选地,所述连接部通过连接件与所述至少两个集装箱连接。
可选地,所述连接部与所述面板粘接在一起。
可选地,所述连接部为木板、密度板或纤维板。
可选地,所述连接部包括地面连接部,所述地面连接部与所述集装箱的地板的骨架连接在一起,所述地面连接部为木地板、水泥纤维板、复合板或强化地板。

如图1所示,模块化医院100包括两个集装箱101和102,第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102拼接在一起,且第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102的内部相互贯通。第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102之间通过角件定位器可拆卸地连接。如图4所示,第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102之间具有箱体间的间隙160,间隙160中设置有密封胶条161,密封胶条161嵌入第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102的角件中。在间隙160的上方设置有防雨板162,以避免间隙中聚集有雨水,造成第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102的漏水,影响模块化医院100的使用。
再回到图1,第一集装箱101为磁共振模块110,第一集装箱101进行电磁屏蔽处理,且第一集装箱101的内部集成有磁共振设备1。第二集装箱102的内部设置有隔断,以将第二集装箱102分隔为X光室模块120和操作室模块130。X光室模块120的内部集成有X光机2和B超设备5,操作室模块的内部集成有血生化设备3、离心机4和净水器等。
磁共振模块110和操作室模块130之间设置有第一对接面140,第一对接面140上设置有第一观察窗142和屏蔽门141,第一对接面140具备电磁屏蔽功能。X光室模块120和操作室模块130之间设置有第二对接面150,第二对接面150上设置有第二观察窗151和防护门152,第二对接面150可以为隔断,第二对接面150具备反射辐射防护功能。
具体的,如图2所示,第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102之间的第一对接面140上设置有第一观察窗142,第一集装箱101具有第一骨架103,第二集装箱102具有第二骨架104,第一骨架103和第二骨架104通过连接部170连接在一起,连接部170为木板、密度板或纤维板。连接部170通过连接件与第一骨架103和第二骨架104连接,连接件包括第一螺钉172和第二螺钉174,连接部170通过第一螺钉172与第一骨架103连接,连接部170通过第二螺钉174与第二骨架104连接。当然,连接件还可以为自攻钉,连接部通过自攻钉与第一骨架和第二骨架连接。连接部170的外表面粘接有面板171,连接部170通过粘接剂,例如胶水,将连接部170与面板171粘接,面板171为拼箱外饰面板。第二集装箱102上还设置有阳角线173,阳角线173通过第三螺钉178与第二集装箱102的箱体装潢板107连接,阳角线173通过第六螺钉179与面板171连接。

本发明还提供一种用于上述模块化医院的组建方法,组建方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:将需要拼接的两个集装箱放置在一起;
步骤S102:将两个集装箱与连接部连接在一起;
步骤S103:将与两个集装箱连接的连接部与面板连接;
步骤S104:将与两个集装箱连接的面板和箱体装潢板连接。
具体地说,可以先通过吊车将第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102吊运放置在一起。例如在图示实施方式中,可以将第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102的各自的相对的侧面紧靠在一起。在调运和放置的过程中,可调节第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102的位置,以避免第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102出现前后错位的情况,从而可避免X射线和电磁波的泄漏。调整好第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102的位置后,对第一集装箱101和第二集装箱102做拼箱处理。
通过第一螺钉172将连接部170和第一集装箱101的第一骨架103固定连接在一起,通过第二螺钉174将连接部170和第二集装箱102的第二骨架104固定连接在一起。连接部170、第一骨架103和第二骨架104连接完成后,用腻子将连接部170的外表面磨平。在连接部170的外表面平整后,通过粘结剂将面板171与连接部170连接在一起。在面板171与连接部170粘接固定后,再通过第三螺钉178将阳角线173与箱体装潢板107连接在一起,通过第六螺钉179将阳角线173与面板171连接在一起。
通过第四螺钉175将地面连接部177和第一集装箱101的第一地板骨架105固定连接在一起,通过第五螺钉176将地面连接部177和第二集装箱102的第二地板骨架106固定连接在一起。地面连接部177和第一地板骨架105、第二地板骨架106连接完成后,用腻子将地面连接部177的外表面磨平。在地面连接部177的外表面平整后,通过粘结剂将面板180与地面连接部177连接在一起。
这样,模块化医院由多个模块拼接而成,模块包括磁共振模块、X光室模块和操作室模块,多个模块的壳体均为集装箱,最大限度地降低了现场施工量,具有移动性佳、快速安装、快速投放和抗震安全性能等优点。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化医院,其中,所述至少两个集装箱中的一个的内部设置有隔断,以将所述集装箱分隔为所述X光室模块和所述操作室模块,所述至少两个集装箱中的另一个为所述磁共振模块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化医院,其中,相邻的两个所述集装箱之间具有间隙,所述间隙中设置有密封胶条,所述间隙的上方设置有防雨板。
  7. 一种用于权利要求1所述的模块化医院的组建方法,其中,所述组建方法包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:将需要拼接的两个所述集装箱放置在一起;
    步骤二:将两个所述集装箱与连接部连接在一起;
    步骤三:将与两个所述集装箱连接的所述连接部与面板连接;
    步骤四:将与两个所述集装箱连接的所述面板和箱体装潢板连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的组建方法,其中,所述连接部通过连接件与所述至少两个集装箱连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的组建方法,其中,所述连接部与所述面板粘接在一起。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的组建方法,其中,所述连接部为木板、密 度板或纤维板。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的组建方法,其中,所述连接部包括地面连接部,所述地面连接部与所述集装箱的地板的骨架连接在一起,所述地面连接部为木地板、水泥纤维板、复合板或强化地板。
