Description

高速提花机的快速接头 技术领域
本发明涉及提花机产品技术领域,特指一种高速提花机的快速接头。
背景技术
目前,世界上电子提花机的型号很多,他们共同的特征是转速高、运转平稳,各道监察和操作全由电脑控制,它使产品有了质量保证,其最大的优势是改换品种快捷方便,提花花纹的纹样经过纹织CAD编辑后,立等就能织出纹织物,特别适合小批量、多品种、要求快速交货的现代纺织品市场。
随着提花纺织品的再度流行,电子提花机在我国迅速普及,电子提花机的装造也日益国产化。电子提花机没有通常意义上的纹针,机器上排列着复数个电磁阀,每个电磁阀下端都设置有一个挂钩,可挂装一个通丝把,以控制纹线(即纬线)提升。根据行业的习惯,可将一付电磁阀和对应的挂钩称为一枚电子纹针(也称电磁阀模组)。CAD系统编制好的电子纹板数据传送至提花机,以电子信号控制控制每一枚电子纹针。
纺织品通常由经线和纬线编织而成。在织机上,如要实现经、纬纱的交织必须按照一定的规律将经纱分成上下两层,以形成纬纱穿过的通道,也就是梭口,纬纱引入梭口后,两层经纱再根据交织规律上下交替位置,形成新的梭口,纬线再次穿过梭口,如此反复循环的运动称为开口运动,该开口运动是由上述的电子纹针(也称电磁阀模组)来完成的。
电磁阀模组都连接有快速接头,该快速接头包括有接头本体以及与接头本体对插的接头座,接头座中设置有供接头本体插入的插口,且该接头座外侧设置有至少两个卡勾,接头本体末端设置有用于卡勾定位的倒钩,且接头本体末端还套接有一滑动套,以致使接头本体在从接头座退出时,滑动套与卡勾抵触,使卡勾向外张开,以致使接头本体末端的倒钩脱离卡勾,使接头本体能够退出。由于快速接头的体积较小,且在体积小的接头本体末端设置供滑动套安装的滑槽,以致使接头本体末端的横截面变得极小,导致其在长期使用后,极易出现断裂的现象,即快速接头的使用寿命不高。
有鉴于此,本发明人提出以下技术方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高速提花机的快速接头。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:该高速提花机的快速接头包括有接头本体以及与接头本体对插的接头座,该接头座端部设置有一连接孔位;该接头 本体端部设置有钩部,该接头座中设置有供接头本体插入的插口,且该接头座上成型有用于与所述钩部配合的定位倒钩,该定位倒钩伸入插口中,所述定位倒钩外侧设置有预定位部,且该插口内壁设置有与预定位部配合的预定位槽。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述定位倒钩成型于接头座侧壁,且该定位倒钩与接头座侧壁之间形成一贯通所述插口的U形孔,所述预定位槽设置于该U形孔的孔壁。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述预定位部包括成型于所述定位倒钩端部两侧的第一、第二定位卡凸,该定位倒钩被接头本体抵压而向外伸出接头座时,该第一、第二定位卡凸分别卡合于预定位槽中,以致接头本体端部的钩部脱离定位倒钩而退出接头座。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述第一、第二定位卡凸的截面均呈V字形或倒V字形。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述插口内壁设置有容置所述第一、第二定位卡凸的第一、第二槽体,该第一、第二槽体位于预定位槽旁侧,且该第一、第二槽体均具有一倾斜槽壁。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述接头本体中设置有供丝线伸入的第一线孔,且该接头本体外侧设置有至少一个贯通第一线孔的第一穿孔,一定位件穿过该第一穿孔伸入第一线孔中,并与伸入第一线孔中的丝线抵压固定,令丝线端部固定于接头本体中。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果:所述快速接头在使用时,当接头本体插入接头座的插口中后,该接头本体的钩部与接头座中的定位倒钩相互卡合定位,使接头本体与接头座固定连接,结构较为稳定。当需要将接头本体脱离接头座时,继续将接头本体朝接头座方向推入,使接头座中的定位倒钩被接头本体抵压而向外伸出接头座,该定位倒钩中预定位部的第一、第二定位卡凸分别卡合于接头座中的预定位槽中。以致接头本体端部的钩部脱离定位倒钩而退出接头座,操作起来十分快捷方便。另外,本实用新型中接头本体无需安装用于使接头本体便于退出接头座的滑动套,零部件变少了,制作成本也变低了,且接头本体也无需为安装滑动套而设计滑槽,简化了加工工艺,同时保证了接头本体的强度,提高了接头本体的使用寿命,令本实用新型具有较高的使用寿命。

见图1-6所示,为一种高速提花机的快速接头,其与高速提花机的电磁阀模组连接。
所述快速接头8包括有接头本体81以及与接头本体81对插的接头座82,该接头座82端部设置有一连接孔位821;该接头本体81端部设置有钩部811,该接头座82中设置有供接头本体81插入的插口822,且该接头座82上成型有用于与所述钩部811配合的定位倒钩823,该定位倒钩823伸入插口822中,所述定位倒钩823外侧设置有预定位部824,且该插口822内壁设置有与预定位部824配合的预定位槽825。
所述接头本体81中设置有供丝线伸入的第一线孔812,且该接头本体81外侧设置有至少一个贯通第一线孔812的第一穿孔813,一定位件穿过该第一穿孔813伸入第一线孔812中,并与伸入第一线孔812中的丝线抵压固定,令丝线端部固定于接头本体81中。
所述定位倒钩823成型于接头座82侧壁,且该定位倒钩823与接头座82侧壁之间形成一贯通所述插口的U形孔820,所述预定位槽825设置于该U形孔820的孔壁。
所述预定位部824包括成型于所述定位倒钩823端部两侧的第一、第二定位卡凸826、827,其中,所述第一、第二定位卡凸826、827的截面均呈V字形或倒V字形。定位倒钩823被接头本体81抵压而向外伸出接头座82时,该第一、第二定位卡凸826、827分别卡合于预定位槽825中,以致接头本体81端部的钩部811脱离定位倒钩823而退出接头座82。
所述插口822内壁设置有容置所述第一、第二定位卡凸826、827的第一、第二槽体828、829,该第一、第二槽体828、829位于预定位槽825旁侧,且该第一、第二槽体828、829均具有一倾斜槽壁。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高速提花机的快速接头,其特征在于:所述定位倒钩(823)成型于接头座(82)侧壁,且该定位倒钩(823)与接头座(82)侧壁之间形成一贯通所述插口的U形孔(820),所述预定位槽(825)设置于该U形孔(820)的孔壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高速提花机的快速接头,其特征在于:所述预定位部(824)包括成型于所述定位倒钩(823)端部两侧的第一、第二定位卡凸(826、827),该定位倒钩(823)被接头本体(81)抵压而向外伸出接头座(82)时,该第一、第二定位卡凸(826、827)分别卡合于预定位槽(825)中,以致接头本体(81)端部的钩部(811)脱离定位倒钩(823)而退出接头座(82)。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的高速提花机的快速接头,其特征在于:所述插口(822)内壁设置有容置所述第一、第二定位卡凸(826、827)的第一、第二槽体(828、829),该第一、第二槽体(828、829)位于预定位槽(825)旁侧,且该第一、第二槽体(828、829)均具有一倾斜槽壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的高速提花机的快速接头,其特征在于:所述接头本体(81)中设置有供丝线伸入的第一线孔(812),且该接头本体(81)外侧设置有至少一个贯通第一线孔(812)的第一穿孔(813),一定位件穿过该第一穿孔(813)伸入第一线孔(812)中,并与伸入第一线孔(812)中的丝线抵压固定,令丝线端部固定于接头本体(81)中。
