[0002] 市面上按摩鞋多种多样, 大部分按摩鞋由较多独立零件组装而成, 这样, 工艺 比较复杂、 加工效率低、 生产成本高; 而且, 按摩鞋不便清洗与维修。 。

[0024] 本发明提供的按摩鞋的制作方法中, 将鞋面内设置夹层, 在将鞋面与鞋底安装 吋, 由于鞋面内无按摩气袋, 使得鞋面与鞋底的安装更方便、 容易, 简化了按 摩鞋的制作工艺, 也避免将按摩气袋损坏, 提高良品率; 而且, 安装与拆卸按 摩气袋都比较方便, 也方便对按摩鞋进行清洗; 若按摩气袋破损, 直接将按摩 气袋由夹层中取出更换即可, 方便维修。

[0051] 参照图 1, 本发明实施例提供的按摩鞋的制作方法, 包括以下步骤,
[0052] Sl、 预备步骤: 预备鞋底 10、 鞋面 20、 第一按摩气袋 30、 第二按摩气袋 40、 第 三按摩气袋 50及控制器件总成 60。
[0053] 其中, 参照图 2, 在预备鞋底 10吋, 鞋底 10包括具有容纳腔的鞋底本体 11、 盖 设于鞋底本体 11上的顶板 12以及设于鞋底本体 11底部的底板 13, 鞋底本体 11与 顶板 12、 底板 13围合形成密闭的容纳腔用于放置控制器件总成 60。 在制作鞋底 1 0吋, 先将顶板 12固定于鞋底本体 11的容纳腔上方, 将控制器件总成 60安装于容 纳腔内。
[0054] 控制器件总成 60包括气泵 61、 与气泵 61连通的气管 62以及控制气泵 61的控制阀 63。 结合图 3, 在预备顶板 12吋, 在顶板 12上设置多个可供气嘴伸入容纳腔与气 管 62连通的安装口 121。
[0055] 再参照图 2, 预备鞋面 20吋, 鞋面 20结构外观与普通鞋的鞋面 20—样, 根据需 要采用不同的布料做成, 增强舒适感, 且减轻按摩鞋的重量。 在鞋面 20内侧设 置夹层 (图中未示出) , 并于夹层的幵口处设置可将使幵口处于打幵状态或封 闭状态的连接件。 连接件可为拉链或钉扣或魔术贴。
[0056] 参照图 4, 在预备第一按摩气袋 30吋, 预备一截面呈 U字型的气袋, 于气袋缝制 两隔条 31, 两隔条 31将气袋不完全隔离成位于前侧的第一按摩区 32以及分别位 于两侧的第二按摩区 33, 再于第一按摩区 32与第二按摩区 33上分别设置第一按 摩凸起 34。 此处, 第一按摩凸起 34可以为较小的气袋, 当充气后形成小的凸起 便于按摩。 设置第一按摩凸起 34, 利用第一按摩凸起 34可对脚背上的穴位进行 针对性按摩。 而相邻按摩区之间设置隔条 31, 使相邻两按摩区之间的气道变窄 , 使第一按摩区 32与第二按摩区 33的充气后更饱满, 从而增加按摩力度。
[0057] 如图 5所示, 本实施例中, 第一按摩气袋 30为单层气袋结构。 当然, 也可以如 图 6所示, 选择叠置且连通的双层气袋结构。
[0058] 参照图 7至图 9, 预备第二按摩气袋 40吋, 第二按摩气袋 40整体结构与顶板 12相 同, 其包括用于按摩脚前掌的第一气囊 41、 用于按摩脚中部的第二气囊 42以及 用于按摩后掌的第三气囊 43, 第一气囊 41与第二气囊 42之间、 第二气囊 42与第 三气囊 43之间相互隔离。 第一气囊 41、 第二气囊 42与第三气囊 43底部分别设有 与控制器件总成 60的气管 62连通的气嘴 44。 由图 9可以看出, 第二按摩气袋 40为 单层气袋, 第一气囊 41、 第二气囊 42与第三气囊 43分别水平排列。 作为替代方 案, 第二按摩气袋 40也可以如图 10至图 12所示, 设置成双层, 即第二气囊 42的 两端分别部分叠置于第一气囊 41与第三气囊 43下方。 设置成双层气袋吋, 第二 气囊 42充气后具有一定的高度, 第二气囊 42、 第一气囊 41与第三气囊 43叠置后 , 增加了按摩气囊的高度, 也即增加了对脚底的按摩力度。
[0059] 参照图 13, 在预备第三按摩气袋 50吋, 于第三按摩气袋 50内侧对称设置两第二 按摩凸起 51。 第二按摩凸起 51采用塑胶材料制成。 当然, 第二按摩凸起 51也可 以采用其他具有一定硬度能在按摩吋保证按摩力度又不致于磨损皮肤的材质来 制作。 当第三按摩气袋 50被充 /放气吋, 第三按摩气袋 50带动第二按摩凸起 51上 下起伏运动, 从而模拟人手对脚踝处进行捏揉, 按摩效果更好。
[0060] 同样的, 第三按摩气袋 50通过设于中部的隔条 31将其划分不完全隔离的两第三 按摩区 52, 两第二按摩凸起 51分别设于两第三按摩区 52上。 此处设置隔条 31作 用与第一按摩气袋 30上的隔条 31作用相同, 此处不作赘述。 参照图 14, 本实施 例中, 第三按摩气袋 50为单层气袋结构, 也可以如图 15所示, 为叠置且连通的 双层气袋结构。
[0061] 完成上述预备步骤后, 对按摩鞋进行组装。
[0062] S2、 组装步骤: 将鞋面 20固定于鞋底 10上形成鞋体, 将第二按摩气袋 40置于鞋 体内的顶板 12上, 将第一按摩气袋 30及第三按摩气袋 50置于鞋面 20的夹层内, 并将第一按摩气袋 30、 第二按摩气袋 40及第三按摩气袋 50与控制器件总成 60的 气管 62连通。
[0063] 在本步骤中, 具体采用粘胶并通过热熔方式将鞋面 20固定于鞋底 10上。
[0064] 结合图 3, 在将第一按摩气袋 30、 第二按摩气袋 40及第三按摩气袋 50装入鞋体 内后, 将第一按摩气袋 30的气嘴 44、 第二按摩气袋 40的气嘴 44以及第三按摩气 袋 50的气嘴 44分别由顶板 12上的安装口 121伸入容纳腔内, 并由容纳腔的底部通 过插销 70将各气嘴 44卡止于安装口 121处, 最后将底板 13固定于鞋底本体 11底部 。 具体安装吋, 将各按摩气袋上的气嘴 44由安装口 121插入后, 插销 70穿过气嘴 44上的插孔中, 同吋, 插销 70横向卡止于安装口 121处从而防止气嘴 44与控制器 件总成 60的气管 62之间脱落。
[0065] 作为优选的方案, 在预备步骤中还可以预备至少一按摩鞋垫 (图中未示出) , 按摩鞋垫上设有多个按摩头; 在组装完成后, 将按摩鞋垫放置于第二按摩气袋 4 0上。 设置可放于第二按摩气袋 40上的按摩鞋垫, 按摩鞋垫上的多个按摩头针对 脚底不同穴位进行按摩, 使用者可以根据自身的按摩需求, 选择将按摩鞋垫放 入按摩鞋内按摩, 或者, 直接利用第二按摩气袋来按摩脚底, 从而获得不同的 按摩体验, 这样, 使得按摩鞋的结构也变得灵活多样, 用户可通过选择来进行 按摩调节。
[0066] 作为进一步的方案, 按摩鞋垫可以预备多个, 多个按摩鞋垫可分别置于第二按 摩气袋 40上, 而非同吋放置。 也可以将多个按摩鞋垫的材质设置的不同, 或者 , 将多个按摩鞋垫的按摩头结构设置的不同, 不同材质的鞋垫, 硬度不同, 按 摩头结构不同, 这样, 带来的按摩体验也不同。 当然, 也可以同吋将多个按摩 鞋垫的材质与按摩头均设置不同。

预备步骤: 预备鞋底, 所述鞋底包括具有容纳腔的鞋底本体、 设于所 述鞋底本体上的顶板以及设于所述鞋底本体底部的底板, 预备鞋底吋 , 将所述顶板盖设于所述容纳腔内, 并在所述容纳腔内设置控制器件 总成;
预备鞋面, 所述鞋面内侧设有夹层;
预备用于按摩脚背的第一按摩气袋、 用于按摩脚底的第二按摩气袋以 及用于按摩脚跟的第三按摩气袋;
组装步骤:
将所述鞋面固定于所述鞋底上形成鞋体, 将所述第二按摩气袋置于所 述鞋体内的顶板上, 将所述第一按摩气袋及所述第三按摩气袋置于所 述鞋面的夹层内, 并将所述第一按摩气袋、 第二按摩气袋及第三按摩 气袋与所述控制器件总成连通, 最后将所述底板固定于所述鞋底本体 底部。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在预备鞋底吋
, 先将所述顶板固定于所述鞋底本体的容纳腔上方, 将所述控制器件 总成安装于所述容纳腔内, 在组装步骤中, 将所述第一按摩气袋、 第 二按摩气袋及第三按摩气袋与所述控制器件总成连通后再将所述底板 固定于所述容纳腔的底部。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在预备所述鞋 面吋, 于所述夹层的幵口处设置可令所述夹层的幵口处于打幵状态或 封闭状态的连接件。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述连接件为 拉链、 纽扣或魔术贴。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述控制器件 总成包括气泵、 与所述气泵连通的气管以及控制所述气泵的控制阀, 在预备所述顶板吋, 在所述顶板上设置多个可供气嘴伸入所述容纳腔 与所述气管连通的安装口。

, 采用粘胶并通过热熔方式将所述鞋面固定于所述鞋底上。
如权利要求 5所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在组装步骤中 , 将所述第一按摩气袋、 所述第二按摩气袋及所述第三按摩气袋装入 所述鞋体内后, 将所述第一按摩气袋的气嘴、 所述第二按摩气袋的气 嘴以及所述第三按摩气袋的气嘴分别由所述顶板上的安装口伸入所述 容纳腔内, 并通过卡止于所述安装口处的插销将各所述气嘴固定。 如权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在 预备所述第一按摩气袋吋, 预备一截面呈 U字型的气袋, 于所述气袋 缝制两隔条, 两所述隔条将所述气袋不完全隔离成位于前侧的第一按 摩区以及分别位于两侧的第二按摩区, 再于所述第一按摩区与所述第 二按摩区上分别设置第一按摩凸起。
如权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 预 备所述第二按摩气袋吋, 所述第二按摩气袋包括用于按摩脚前掌的第 一气囊、 用于按摩脚中部的第二气囊以及用于按摩脚后掌的第三气囊 , 所述第一气囊与所述第二气囊之间、 所述第二气囊与所述第三气囊 之间相互隔离。
如权利要求 9所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述第一气囊 、 所述第二气囊与所述第三气囊水平排列; 或者, 所述第二气囊的两 端分别部分叠置于所述第一气囊与所述第三气囊下方。
如权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在 预备所述第三按摩气袋吋, 于所述第三按摩气袋内侧对称设置两第二 按摩凸起。
如权利要求 11所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述第三按摩 气袋通过设于中部的隔条将其划分不完全隔离的两第三按摩区, 两所 述第二按摩凸起分别设于两所述第三按摩区上。
如权利要求 1所述的按摩鞋的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在预备所述第 一按摩气袋、 所述第二按摩气袋及所述第三按摩气袋吋, 所述第一按 摩气袋、 所述第二按摩气袋及所述第三按摩气袋均可以选用单层气袋 结构, 也可以选用叠置且连通的双层气袋结构。
