Abstract
Un dispositif de production d'énergie verte à haut rendement utilisant de l'eau en écoulement sans barrage, comprend un arbre de transmission de puissance (1) qui peut être relié à un mécanisme de montage, à un générateur ou à un mécanisme de transmission. Des mécanismes de connexion (3) sont disposés à intervalles sur l'arbre de transmission de puissance (1) dans une direction circonférentielle. Des volets rotatifs (2) sont prévus sur les parties extrêmes des mécanismes de connexion (3). Le dispositif de production d'énergie génère, à l'aide d'un flux d'eau naturelle, de l'énergie sans barrage, et peut utiliser pleinement le flux d'eau naturelle pour avoir à moindre coût, une énergie propre, non polluante et durable avec une efficacité élevée sans nécessiter de barrage pour la conservation d'eau, la construction de bâtiment , et aussi d'éviter la destruction de l'environnement écologique naturel. Le dispositif de production d'énergie peut réaliser une décentralisation in situ dans des circonstances spéciales, comme par exemple en ce qui concerne les rivières, les océans ou les opérations d'ingénierie de terrain, l'utilisation des diverses sources naturelles très répandues d'énergie hydraulique est simple et hautement efficace, et permet d'éviter les coûts élevés d'une transmission à longue distance .
