本发明涉及家用电器领域,特别涉及一种加强防水型吊扇。
背景技术
目前,市面上的吊扇往往不具有防水功能,在潮湿的环境下,由于水珠的渗入,导致电路连接中某个元件的短路,从而影响整个电路的正常工作,而由于不具有防水功能,目前的吊扇往往只能应用于干燥的环境下,如家用,而针对潮湿的环境,如猪养殖,在夏天需要通过喷水来保持环境的湿度,该领域无法应用,这大大影响了吊扇的应用范围,虽然目前部分吊扇在关键的电机位置加装防水圈,但由于防水能力有限,只能防止垂直方向水珠的渗入,而无法实现多方位、多角度的防水,如当水珠从非垂直方向的不同角度飘向吊扇的电机位置时,水珠依然能够渗进电机内部,而目前的吊扇无法起到真正的防水作用。
因此,亟需一种加强防水型吊扇,能够实现多方位、多角度的防水作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种加强防水型吊扇,能够实现多方位、多角度的防水作用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为,一种加强防水型吊扇,包括由上至下依次设置的吊盅、电机组件、扇叶、灯组件。其中,吊盅包括吊架、上吊盅、吊杆、吊球、下吊盅、下吊盅连接板以及吊环,吊架与上吊盅连接并形成中空结构,吊架与上吊盅连接位置处设置有上吊盅外防水胶圈,吊杆一端与吊球固定连接,吊杆穿过上吊盅,吊球卡于中空结构内部,吊杆穿过的上吊盅内部表面设置有上吊盅内防水胶圈,吊杆穿过下吊盅并在穿过的位置处设置有下吊盅橡胶套,穿过下吊盅的吊杆与吊环固定连接,吊环与下吊盅连接板固定连接,电机组件包括电机和轴套,电机的定子的上端穿过下吊盅连接板与吊环固定连接,下吊盅连接板与电机之间的定子部分套有轴套,电机表面靠近边缘位置设置有扇叶安装位,扇叶安装于扇叶安装位处,灯组件包括灯板、上灯盘、下灯盘、灯盘内护线盖、灯盖以及灯罩,上灯盘与下灯盘固定连接,电机的定子的下端穿过上灯盘并与上灯盘固定连接,灯盘内护线盖与下灯盘的上表面固定连接,连接位置处设置有护线盖防水胶圈,而灯板与下灯盘的上表面固定连接,灯板周边的下灯盘表面位置设置有灯盘防水胶圈,灯板下方设置有灯盖,灯盖与下灯盘下表面连接,灯盖下方设置有灯罩,灯罩与下灯盘可拆卸连接。

采用上述技术方案,通过设置上吊盅外防水胶圈、上吊盅内防水胶圈、下吊盅橡胶套、下吊盅、下吊盅连接板、灯盘内护线盖、护线盖防水胶圈、灯盘防水胶圈以及灯罩,从而由上至下形成对整个吊扇形成一个0~180度的保护,避免水从0~180度中的任一角度进入到吊扇涉电部分。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
一种加强防水型吊扇,包括由上至下依次设置的吊盅、电机组件、扇叶、灯组件。其中,吊盅包括吊架、上吊盅、吊杆、吊球、下吊盅、下吊盅连接板以及吊环。吊架由固定盘和连接部组成,固定盘设置有向下延伸的圆环连接部,圆环连接部设置有安装孔,而上吊盅的顶部内接于圆环连接部,连接位置处设置有上吊盅外防水胶圈,而连接部由上部呈对称设置的连接脚以及与连接脚相接的连接环组成,连接环设置有缺口。上吊盅的顶部内接于圆环连接部从而使上吊盅与连接架形成中空结构,端部与吊球固定连接的吊杆穿过上吊盅的底部,其穿过位置的内部底表面设置有上吊盅内防水胶圈,而吊球则卡于圆环连接部处。由于圆环连接部设置有缺口,而吊球呈半球状,该吊球的直径小于连接脚之间的距离而大于连接环的直径,而缺口的宽度大于吊杆的截面直径,设置有吊球的吊杆可以方便地通过缺口卡于连接环的内部,该安装方式简便快捷。吊杆穿过上吊盅底部后进入下吊盅的内部,并与位于下吊盅内部的吊环连接,吊环上部呈圆柱状,吊环上部的侧面设置有安装孔,而吊环的下部呈多边形状,下吊盅呈喇叭状,吊杆穿过下吊盅,并在其穿过位置处设置有下吊盅橡胶套,而吊环的底部与下吊盅连接板固定连接。
电机组件包括电机和轴套,电机的定子分别突出电机的顶部和底部,其中,突出顶部的定子部分穿过下吊盅连接板和吊环,进入吊环内部后通过螺栓固定。而电机与吊环之间的定子上套有轴套,设置该轴套可防止水珠顺着电机定子进入电机内部。电机的上表面为圆形状,而在圆形状靠近边缘位置设置有多个扇叶安装位,通过螺栓可将扇叶固定于扇叶安装位处。
灯组件包括灯板、上灯盘、下灯盘、灯盘内护线盖、灯盖以及灯罩,上灯盘与下灯盘固定连接形成中空结构,并且下灯盘边缘内接于上灯盘边缘位置,采用该连接方式,当水珠沿着上灯盘滑落至安装位时,水珠无法进入到上灯盘与下灯盘形成的中空结构的内部。下灯盘的底部呈内凹状,即下灯盘部分向上凸起形成安装盘,安装盘呈圆形状,安装盘的侧面与下灯盘的侧面形成凹槽,并且在凹槽上设置有出水孔。灯盘内护线盖固定于安装盘的上表面,连接位置处设置有护线盖防水胶圈,而灯板固定于安装盘的下表面。通过设置凹槽和出水孔的方式,即使有水珠进入到上灯盘与下灯盘形成的中空结构内部,此时水珠滑入凹槽,并通过出水孔向外排出,从而避免水珠破坏灯板。突出电机底部的定子部分穿过上灯盘并与上灯盘固定连接,灯板周边的下灯盘表面位置设置有灯盘防水胶圈,灯板下方设置有灯盖,灯盖与下灯盘底表面固定连接,灯盖下方设置有灯罩,灯罩与下灯盘的安装盘内侧面连接。而通过将灯罩与下灯盘的安装盘侧面设置成可拆卸连接,即安装盘的内侧面设置有凸起,而灯罩的外侧面设置有卡位槽,卡位槽一端开口,另一端呈封闭状,开口的一端允许凸起进入,并通过灯罩的旋转,凸起沿卡位槽向封闭的一端移动,并最终卡于封闭的卡位槽一端,此时灯罩与安装盘侧面连接,由于封闭的一端对凸起起到上、下位置的限位作用,灯罩不脱落,而当需要拆卸时,只需通过简单的旋转即可使灯罩与下灯盘脱离。当然,灯罩也可通过其他方式与下灯盘固定连接,如通过螺栓,具体方式可视具体情况而定。
