Claims (12)
- 一种触控显示装置,包括:显示面板,包括显示区域和不同于显示区域的边框区域,所述显示区域包括:在第一方向上延伸的多条栅线;与所述栅线交叉的多条数据线;与所述栅线交叉的多条信号读取线;和多个子像素,设置在所述栅线和所述数据线的交叉处,所述子像素每个都包括开口区;红外发射阵列,设置在所述边框区域中并且包括多个红外光发射器,所述多个红外光发射器被配置成发射覆盖所述显示区域的红外光;以及多个红外传感单元,每个都包括设置在所述多个子像素中相应一个子像素的开口区中的红外传感器,所述红外传感器被配置成在被所述红外光照射时生成响应信号,并且将所述响应信号传送到所述信号读取线之一以供检测。
- 如权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,其中所述红外传感器为具有量子点的量子点红外传感器。
- 如权利要求2所述的触控显示装置,其中所述量子点红外传感器被配置成使得所述量子点在被所述红外光照射时发射具有与所述相应子像素相同颜色的光。
- 如权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,其中所述红外传感器具有第一电极和第二电极,并且其中每个红外传感单元还包括可操作用于将参考电压耦合到所述红外传感器的第一电极的第一开关单元和可操作用于将所述红外传感器的第二电极耦合到所述信号读取线之一的第二开关单元。
- 如权利要求4所述的触控显示装置,其中所述第一开关单元具有控制端,其连接到所述多条栅线中所述红外传感器所处的子像素所连接的第一栅线,并且其中所述第二开关单元具有控制端,其连接到所述多条栅线中的第二栅线,所述第二栅线靠近所述第一栅线。
- 如权利要求4所述的触控显示装置,其中所述第一开关单元和 第二开关单元每个都具有控制端,其连接到所述多条栅线中所述红外传感器所处的子像素所连接的一条栅线。
- 如权利要求4所述的触控显示装置,其中所述子像素每个都包括具有阳极和阴极的电致发光元件,其中所述红外传感器为量子点红外传感器,并且其中所述量子点红外传感器的第一电极和第二电极之一形成在与所述阳极相同的层,并且所述量子点红外传感器的第一电极和第二电极中的另一个形成在与所述阴极相同的层。
- 如权利要求1所述的触控显示装置,还包括多个聚光透镜,每个相对各所述红外传感器中相应一个红外传感器的感光面设置,用于将由执行触摸操作的物体反射至该聚光透镜的红外光汇聚至所述相应红外传感器的感光面。
- 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的触控显示装置,其中各所述信号读取线在与各所述数据线相同的方向上延伸。
- 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的触控显示装置,其中所述多个红外光发射器为量子点红外发射器。
- 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的触控显示装置,其中所述多个红外光发射器至少分布在所述边框区域中在所述显示区域的相对的两侧处。
- 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的触控显示装置,还包括:设置在所述红外发射阵列的出光方向上的一个或多个光学透镜,用于将所述红外发射阵列发射的红外光引向所述显示区域。
