卡盖本体21远离卡座10的表面,且卡盖本体21靠近卡扣22和滑舌23处凸设卡盖扣手212。
在本实施例中,通过卡扣22可将集成卡座组件100卡固于移动终端的壳体上。
在其他实施例中,卡座10和卡盖20之其中一个设有轴孔,另一个设有转轴,以使卡盖20翻转地连接于卡座10,也就是可以卡座10设有轴孔,卡盖20设有转轴;或者,卡座10设有转轴且卡盖20设有轴孔。从而集成卡座 组件100在取卡30/放卡30时,不需要额外的附件(如捅针等),只需要在外力的作用下翻转卡盖20,即可完成打开或者关闭卡盖20的动作,将卡30外露或者封闭于卡盖20与卡座10内,以便于快速取卡30/插卡30。
具体地,当卡座10设有轴孔,卡盖20设有转轴时,卡座10的轴孔可以设于卡座主体11的第一端112或者第二端113。该轴孔可以贯穿该第一端112或者第二端113,也可以设置于第一端112或者第二端113的两侧。相应地,球头馈点14可以设置于与轴孔相对的第二端113或者第一端112,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,球头馈点14也可以设置在第一端112和第二端113之间的任意位置。卡盖20的转轴设在与卡扣22、滑舌23相对的一端,以与卡座10的轴孔相配合。
当卡座10设有转轴且卡盖20设有轴孔时,是与卡座10设有轴孔且卡盖20设有转轴相反的结构,在此不再赘述。
组装集成卡座组件100时,请参照图5,将卡盖20的滑舌23对准卡座10的滑槽13。请同时参照图6和图7,将卡30放入卡座10的开口111内,且卡30的芯片端朝向卡座10的弹片12,当卡30收容于卡座10时,卡30与弹片12接触,以与主板导通,从而实现卡的功能。请参照图8,对卡盖扣手212施加一外力,以带动滑舌23在该外力作用下在滑槽13内沿着由第一端112至第二端113的方向滑动,直至滑舌23与卡座10的球头馈点14接触,以与主板导通,从而实现指纹识别功能。
拆卸集成卡座组件100时,对卡盖扣手212施加另一外力,以带动滑舌23在该另一外力作用下在滑槽13内沿着由第二端113至第一端112的方向滑动,使滑舌23与卡座10的球头馈点脱离,直至完全露出卡30。将卡30从卡座10内取出。
本实施例提供的集成卡座组件100,通过将具有指纹识别功能的卡盖20与装有卡30的卡座10进行组装,集成了指纹识别功能与卡30的功能,不需要额外开设卡槽,减少了结构件开孔/开槽,提高了结构件的强度,同时使得整机外观整洁、美观。
进一步地,卡30包括但不限于SIM(Subscriber Identification Module,客户识别模块)卡、SD(Secure Digital Memory Card,安全数码卡)、NANO 卡等用户卡。
可选地,在本实施例中,卡30为SIM卡,从而卡座10为适用于SIM卡的尺寸。
可选地地,作为对本申请的进一步改进,在其他实施例中,卡座10也可以适用于SD卡的尺寸,从而实现指纹识别功能与SD卡功能相结合的组件,不需要额外开设SD卡槽,减少了结构件开孔/开槽。
可选地,在其他实施例中,卡座10还可以设置为同时适用于SIM卡与SD卡的尺寸,满足了指纹识别功能、SIM卡功能和SD卡功能的组件,省去了开设SIM卡槽与SD卡槽,有效节约了整机空间,减少了结构件开孔/槽,提高了整体的强度。
本申请还提供一种移动终端终端,至少包括集成卡座组件100。通过卡盖20的卡扣22将集成卡座组件100固定在移动终端对应的上。该集成卡座组件100可以位于移动终端的正面、背面、侧面等任意位置,本申请在此不作具体限定。
本实施例的移动终端,通过设置集成卡座组件100,其中,集成卡座组件100集成了指纹识别功能或人脸识别功能,以及集成了SIM卡功能和/或者SD卡功能,从而减少了移动终端结构件开孔/开槽,且提高了整机的强度,适用于移动终端向轻薄化发展,产生了较高的经济附加值。另一方面,集成卡座组件100在取卡30/放卡30时,不需要额外的附件(如捅针等),只需要在外力的作用下按压卡盖20,并滑动卡盖20,即可完成打开或者关闭卡盖20的动作,将卡30外露或者封闭于卡盖20与卡座10内,以便于快速取卡30/插卡30,极大提升用户体验。

工业实用性
上述技术方案减少了结构件开孔/开槽,提高了结构件的强度,同时使得整机外观整洁、美观,并满足了移动终端向轻薄化发展的要求,方便用户快速取卡/插卡,极大提升用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种集成卡座组件,所述集成卡座组件包括卡座和卡盖,其中,所述卡盖连接于所述卡座,所述卡座设有主板,所述卡盖上具有传感器,所述卡盖的传感器和所述卡座的主板均与终端主板电性导通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集成卡座组件,其中:所述卡座包括卡座主体以及位于所述卡座主体内的弹片,卡通过所述弹片与所述主板导通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的集成卡座组件,其中:所述卡座设有馈点,所述馈点与所述主板连接,所述卡盖的传感器通过和所述馈点的电性接触以与所述主板电性导通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的集成卡座组件,其中:所述卡座还包括设于所述卡座主体两个侧壁上的一对滑槽,所述卡盖具有一对滑舌,所述一对滑舌分别在所述一对滑槽内滑动,使所述卡盖滑动地连接于所述卡座。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的集成卡座组件,其中:所述馈点为球头馈点,所述球头馈点位于所述卡座主体包围所述滑槽的内壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的集成卡座组件,其中:所述卡座设有轴孔,且所述卡盖设有转轴,以使所述卡盖翻转地连接于所述卡座;或者,所述卡座设有转轴,且卡盖设有轴孔,以使所述卡盖翻转地连接于所述卡座。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的集成卡座组件,其中:所述卡盖上的传感器包括:指纹识别传感器、人脸识别传感器。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的集成卡座组件,其中:所述卡盖远离所述卡座的一端设有指纹识别区域、人脸识别区域。
  9. 一种移动终端,包括位于移动终端正面、背面、侧面之任一位置的集成卡座组件,所述集成卡座组件为上述权利要求1-8任一项所述的集成卡座组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中:所述卡盖包括卡扣,用于通过所述卡扣将所述集成卡座组件卡固于所述移动终端。
