본 발명은 경사형 어버트먼트를 일체로 구비한 세라믹 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 특히 픽스츄어부(10)와, 픽스츄어부(10) 상단에 구비되는 경사형 어버트먼트부(20)가 세라믹으로 사출성형에 의해 일체로 성형된다. 상기 어버트먼트부(20)에 픽스츄어부(10)의 중심축방향을 따라 드라이버 결합부(23)가 일체로 형성되어 픽스츄어 드라이버를 탈착가능하게 결합할 수 있고, 픽스츄어 드라이버의 토오크를 효과적으로 전달할 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 인공치아용 경사형 세라믹 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 특히 세라믹 픽스츄어(fixture)의 상단에 픽스츄어의 중심축방향에 대하여 일정한 각도로 기울어진 세라믹 어버트먼트가 픽스츄어와 일체로 성형되어 구비된 경사형 세라믹 임플란트에 관한 것이다.
과학기술의 발달로 결손된 치아를 대체하기 위하여 인공치아로서의 임플란트가 널리 사용되고 있다. 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 인공치아용 임플란트는 기본적으로 잇몸 뼈에 식립되는 픽스츄어와, 픽스츄어 상부에 결합되는 어버트먼트를 포함하여 구성되고, 픽스츄어와 어버트먼트를 각각 별개의 부품으로 제작되어 보급된다. 그리고, 인접하는 치아 또는 임플란트와 평행하지 않는 경우, 픽스츄어에 대하여 일정한 각도로 기울어진 경사형 어버트먼트가 널리 개발되어 사용된다.
이러한 인공치아용 임플란트는 기계적 강도, 내식성, 기계가공성을 고려하여 통상 티타늄 합금으로 제조된 것이 널리 보급되고 있는데, 임플란트의 재료로서 티타늄은 경량이면서 강성이 커고 우수한 내식성과 생체 적합성 때문에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 티타늄 합금재로 구성된 어버트먼트는 잇몸과 장기간 접촉하면서 잇몸을 변색시키거나 부분적으로 괴사시켜 치주염을 유발하는 문제가 있다.
이러한 금속재 어버트먼트가 가진 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 최근에는 아래 특허문헌 1에 개시된 바와 같이, 세라믹재의 어버트먼트가 제안되고 있다.
세라믹 소재는 티타늄 소재의 어버트먼트가 가진 상기 단점을 해소할 수 있으나, 취성이 강한 소재 특성상 정밀한 기계가공이 어려워, 소결성형하여야 하므로 정밀한 치수의 제품을 얻을 수 없어 픽스츄어과 정밀한 조립을 하기 어려운 문제가 있고, 특히 세라믹재의 취성 때문에 나사체결부가 작은 외력에도 파손되는 문제로 인하여 현재 상용화되지 못하고 있다.
특히, 어버트먼트가 픽스츄어에 대하여 일정한 각도로 기울어진 경사형 어버트먼트의 경우, 그 형상 때문에 세라믹으로 제조하기 어려울 뿐만 아니라 픽스츄어와의 조립부위가 작은 힘에도 쉽게 파손되는 문제가 있어 현재 상용화 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다.

이에 본 발명은 시간이 경과하면 쉽게 변색되고, 잇몸에 부작용을 일으키는 종래 티타늄재 임플란트의 단점과, 특히 어버트먼트와 픽스츄어를 서로 별개의 부품으로 구성됨으로써 제조단가가 상승하며 시술이 까다로운 2부품형 임플란트의 단점을 한꺼번에 해결하여, 장시간 사용에도 변색되지 않고 환자에 시술이 간편하면서도 시술시간을 줄일 수 있고, 픽스츄어와 어버트먼트의 결합부 및/또는 체결나사가 체결되는 나사부의 파손 문제를 해결한 경사형 어버트먼트를 일체로 구비한 세라믹 임플란트를 제공함에 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 픽스츄어와, 픽스츄어 상단에 구비되는 경사형 어버트먼트를 포함한 임플란트에 있어서, 상기 픽스츄어와 경사형 어버트먼트가 세라믹으로 사출성형에 의해 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 임플란트는 픽스츄어 드라이버를 탈착가능하게 결합하기 위한 드라이버 결합부를 어버트먼트부에 픽스츄어의 중심축방향을 따라 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 드라이버 결합부는 다각형 홈이나 다각형 돌기로 이루어질 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 임플란트는, 세라믹 분말과 바인더를 혼합하여 사출성형용 금형내의 캐비티 안에 고온 고압으로 주입하여 성형하는 사출성형에 의해 제조되는 것에 특징으로 한다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 세라믹으로 이루어져 생체적합성이 우수하고, 잇몸의 괴사가 발생하지 않아 수명이 길다. 특히, 본 발명은 경사형 어머트먼트가 픽스츄어와 일체로 형성되어 있고, 드라이브 결합부가 픽스츄어의 중심축방향으로 구비되어 있으므로, 시술시 손과 접촉하지 않고 픽스츄어에 큰 토오크를 작용시킬 수 있어 시술이 정확하고 편리해진다.
또한 본 발명에 의하면, 픽스츄어에 체결나사의 결합을 위한 나사부를 생략함으로써 나사부에서 특히 취약한 세라믹 임플란트의 결점을 없앨 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명에 따른 임플란트(1)는 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 픽스츄어부(10)와, 경사형 어버트먼트부(20)를 포함하고, 상기 픽스츄어부(10)와 경사형 어버트먼트부(20)는 세라믹으로 사출성형하여 일체로 구비된다.
상기 경사형 어버트먼트부(20)는 상기 픽스츄어부(10)의 상단에서 동축방향으로 연장되게 구비된 잇몸부(21)와, 잇몸부(21)의 상단에서 중심축방향에 대하여 일정한 각도로 기울어지게 연장되어 외측에 인공치아(크라운)가 결합되는 상부 지지대(22)를 포함한다.
상기 경사형 어버트먼트부(20)에는 픽스츄어부(10)의 중심축방향으로 소켓형 드라이버 결합부(23)가 형성된다. 이 드라이버 결합부(23)는 드라이버(도시생략함)의 선단을 맞물리게 끼워 결합할 수 있도록 다각형 홈으로 형성된다. 이 경우, 드라이버 결합부는 세라믹 임플란트의 강성에 영향을 미치지 않는 깊이와 폭을 가지도록 선택되어야 한다. 또한, 드라이버 결합부(23)는 다각형 돌기로 구성되어 소켓형 드라이버를 사용할 수 있도록 될 수 있다.
상기 경사형 어버트먼트부(20)의 상부 지지대(22)는 중심축방향에 대하여 10 내지 25도의 각도로 기울어지게 형성되며, 환자의 치아 상태에 맞추어 다양한 각도로 선택될 수 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 임플란트는 세라믹 분말과 바인더를 혼합하여 사출성형용 금형내의 캐비티 안에 고온 고압으로 주입하여 성형하는 사출성형에 의해 제조된다.

Claims (5)
- 픽스츄어부(10)와, 픽스츄어부(10) 상단에 구비되는 경사형 어버트먼트부(20)를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 픽스츄어부(10)와 경사형 어버트먼트(20)가 세라믹으로 사출성형에 의해 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사형 어버트먼트를 일체로 구비한 세라믹 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,픽스츄어 드라이버를 탈착가능하게 결합하여, 픽스츄어 드라이버의 토오크를 효과적으로 전달할 수 있도록, 상기 어버트먼트부(20)에 픽스츄어부(10)의 중심축방향을 따라 드라이버 결합부(23)가 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사형 어버트먼트를 일체로 구비한 세라믹 임플란트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 드라이버 결합부(23)는 다각형 홈 또는 다각형 돌기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 경사형 어버트먼트를 일체로 구비한 세라믹 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경사형 어버트먼트부(20)의 상부 지지대(22)는 픽스츄어부(10)의 중심축방향에 대하여 10 내지 25도의 각도로 기울어지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사형 어버트먼트를 일체로 구비한 세라믹 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 임플란트는 세라믹 분말과 바인더를 혼합한 재료를 일정한 온도로 가열된 사출금형의 캐비티 내부로 주입하여 일정한 압력으로 가압하여 성형하는 사출성형에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사형 어버트먼트를 일체로 구비한 세라믹 임플란트.
