判断当前音视频为本地音视频还是实时播放的音视频,若为实时播放的音视频,则按照设定的录制时长对当前音视频进行循环录制,在用户需要进行音视频分享时能够通过回退设置截取起始点。比如,当前音视频为实时播放的音视频,则对当前音视频设置20分钟的循环录制,即对当前播放时刻前20分钟的音视频进行循环录制,始终只录制当前播放时刻前20分钟的音视频(此时间可调整)。在用户想要分享时,可以回退到当前播放时刻前20分钟的位置,在当前播放时刻前20分钟内设置起始点,这样就使得用户能够截取已经播放过的音视频。
更进一步的,通过播放参数或者传递的音视频URL地址来判断当前音视频为本地音视频还是实时播放的音视频。
S20:将截取的音视频碎片发送到网络服务器,控制网络服务器存储音视频碎片并生成对应的音视频碎片网络链接。
在截取出起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片后,为使得用户能够 进行分享且考虑到用户的终端存储容量有限,该实施例中,将截取的音视频碎片发送到网络服务器上,将截取的音视频碎片放置到网络服务器上。同时,为方便其他用户观看该音视频碎片且不过分占用其他用户的流量,控制网络服务器在存储音视频碎片后生成对应的音视频碎片网络链接,使其他用户能够通过网络链接来获取音视频碎片。
进一步的,为使得其他用户能够了解音视频碎片的内容来更好的决定是否观看音视频碎片,该步骤还包括:控制网络服务器生成音视频碎片的预览,并与音视频碎片网络链接的绑定,这样就能通过预览来了解音视频碎片的内容。
具体的,控制网络服务器生成音视频碎片的预览的步骤为:控制网络服务器截取音视频碎片中的至少一帧画面,并将截取的画面进行循环播放。
S30:将音视频碎片网络链接进行分享,供其他用户通过音视频碎片网络链接来获取音视频碎片。
在生成音视频碎片网络链接后,将音视频碎片网络链接进行分享,这样其他用户就能够通过音视频碎片网络链接,来从网络服务器上获取音视频碎片,从而实现用户进行音视频碎片的分享。
该音视频碎片分享方法,在用户需要分享音视频时,只需要设置需要分享的起始点和结束点便能够将起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片截取出来,进而发送到网络服务器上生成网络链接,供其他用户通过网络链接来获取查看用户分享的音视频碎片,用户能够只分享音视频其中的一个小节或者一小部分,而不需要分享整个完整的音视频,不需要耗费大量流量,也不需要等待很长时间从而给人们分享音视频带来极大的便利。
同时,本申请实施例还提供一种音视频碎片分享系统,如图2所示,该系统包括:
音视频碎片截取模块100,在用户需要进行音视频分享时,提示用户设置需要分享的起始点和结束点,根据用户的设置截取起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片。
用户在观看音视频时,如果想要将看到的音视频片段或者部分进行分享,则需要将需要分享的音视频片段或者部分截取出来,以便方便用户进行分享。该实施例中,音视频碎片截取模块100预设音视频截取功能,在用户需要进行音视频分享时,提示用户设置需要分享的起始点和结束点,然后根据用户的设置截取起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片,从而将用户所需分享的部分截取出来。
由于音视频有可能是已经下载或录制的本地音视频,也有可能是实时播放的音视频,对于实时播放的音视频,如果用户无法分享已经播放过的音视频,这就使得用户不能更好的分享,为解决这一问题,进一步的方式中,音视频碎片截取模块100判断当前音视频为本地音视频还是实时播放的音视频,若为实时播放的音视频,则按照设定的录制时长对当前音视频进行循环录制,在用户需要进行音视频分享时能够通过回退设置截取起始点。比如,当前音视频为实时播放的音视频,则对当前音视频设置20分钟的循环录制,音视频碎片截取模块100即对当前播放时刻前20分钟的音视频进行循环录制,始终只录制当前播放时刻前20分钟的音视频(此时间可调整)。在用户想要分享时,可以回退到当前播放时刻前20分钟的位置,在当前播放时刻前20分钟内设置起始点,这样就使得用户能够截取已经播放过的音视频。
更进一步的,音视频碎片截取模块100通过播放参数或者传递的音视频URL地址来判断当前音视频为本地音视频还是实时播放的音视频。
网络链接生成模块200,将截取的音视频碎片发送到网络服务器, 控制网络服务器存储音视频碎片并生成对应的音视频碎片网络链接。
在截取出起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片后,为使得用户能够进行分享且考虑到用户的终端存储容量有限,该实施例中,网络链接生成模块200将截取的音视频碎片发送到网络服务器上,将截取的音视频碎片放置到网络服务器上。同时,为方便其他用户观看该音视频碎片且不过分占用其他用户的流量,网络链接生成模块200控制网络服务器在存储音视频碎片后生成对应的音视频碎片网络链接,使其他用户能够通过网络链接来获取音视频碎片。
进一步的,为使得其他用户能够了解音视频碎片的内容来更好的决定是否观看音视频碎片,网络链接生成模块200控制网络服务器生成音视频碎片的预览,并与音视频碎片网络链接的绑定,这样就能通过预览来了解音视频碎片的内容。
具体的,网络链接生成模块200控制网络服务器截取音视频碎片中的至少一帧画面,并将截取的画面进行循环播放进行预览。
网络链接分享模块300,将音视频碎片网络链接进行分享,供其他用户通过音视频碎片网络链接来获取音视频碎片。
在生成音视频碎片网络链接后,网络链接分享模块300将音视频碎片网络链接进行分享,这样其他用户就能够通过音视频碎片网络链接,来从网络服务器上获取音视频碎片,从而实现用户进行音视频碎片的分享。
该音视频碎片分享系统,在用户需要分享音视频时,只需要设置需要分享的起始点和结束点便能够将起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片截取出来,进而发送到网络服务器上生成网络链接,供其他用户通过网络链接来获取查看用户分享的音视频碎片,用户能够只分享音视频其中的一个小节或者一小部分,而不需要分享整个完整的音视频,不需要耗费大量流量,也不需要等待很长时间从而给人们分享音视频 带来极大的便利。
此外,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备可以是任意具有数据处理功能的终端,如:智能手机、平板电脑、智能手表、机顶盒、智能电视等,如图3所示,该电子设备3包括:
一个或多个处理器31以及存储器32,图3中以一个处理器31为例。
处理器31和存储器32可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图3中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器32作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非暂态软件程序、非暂态计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的音视频碎片分享方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图2所示的音视频碎片截取模块100、网络链接生成模块200和网络链接分享模块300)。处理器31通过运行存储在存储器32中的非暂态软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行音视频碎片分享系统的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例的音视频碎片分享方法。
存储器32可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据音视频碎片分享系统的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器32可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非暂态存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非暂态固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器32可选包括相对于处理器31远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至音视频碎片分享系统。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述存储器32中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器31执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的音视频碎 片分享方法,例如,执行以上描述的图1中的方法步骤S10至步骤S30;实现图2中的模块100-300的功能。
上述产品可执行本申请实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请实施例所提供的方法。
再者,本申请实施例还提供一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行,例如图3中的一个处理器31,可使得上述一个或多个处理器执行上述任意方法实施例中的音视频碎片分享方法,例如,执行以上描述的图1中的方法步骤S10至步骤S30;实现图2中的模块100-300的功能。
上述产品可执行本申请实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请实施例所提供的方法。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本申请音视频碎片分享方法、系统及电子设备,在用户需要分享音视频时,只需要设置需要分享的起始点和结束点便能够将起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片截取出来,进而发送到网络服务器上生成网络链接,供其他用户通过网络链接来获取查看用户分享的音视频碎片,用户能够只分享音视频其中的一个小节或者一小部分,而不需要分享 整个完整的音视频,不需要耗费大量流量,也不需要等待很长时间从而给人们分享音视频带来极大的便利。
以上仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种音视频碎片分享方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S10:在用户需要进行音视频分享时,提示用户设置需要分享的起始点和结束点,根据用户的设置截取起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片;
    S20:将截取的音视频碎片发送到网络服务器,控制网络服务器存储音视频碎片并生成对应的音视频碎片网络链接;
    S30:将音视频碎片网络链接进行分享,供其他用户通过音视频碎片网络链接来获取音视频碎片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音视频碎片分享方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10还包括:
    判断当前音视频为本地音视频还是实时播放的音视频,若为实时播放的音视频,则按照设定的录制时长对当前音视频进行循环录制,在用户需要进行音视频分享时能够通过回退设置截取起始点。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的音视频碎片分享方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10还包括:
    通过播放参数或者传递的音视频URL地址来判断当前音视频为本地音视频还是实时播放的音视频。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的音视频碎片分享方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S20还包括:
    控制网络服务器生成音视频碎片的预览,并与音视频碎片网络链接的绑定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的音视频碎片分享方法,其特征在于,所述控制网络服务器生成音视频碎片的预览的步骤具体为:
    控制网络服务器截取音视频碎片中的至少一帧画面,并将截取的 画面进行循环播放。
  6. 一种音视频碎片分享系统,其特征在于,包括:
    音视频碎片截取模块,在用户需要进行音视频分享时,提示用户设置需要分享的起始点和结束点,根据用户的设置截取起始点和结束点之间的音视频碎片;
    网络链接生成模块,将截取的音视频碎片发送到网络服务器,控制网络服务器存储音视频碎片并生成对应的音视频碎片网络链接;
    网络链接分享模块,将音视频碎片网络链接进行分享,供其他用户通过音视频碎片网络链接来获取音视频碎片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的音视频碎片分享系统,其特征在于,所述音视频碎片截取模块判断当前音视频为本地音视频还是实时播放的音视频,若为实时播放的音视频,则按照设定的录制时长对当前音视频进行循环录制,在用户需要进行音视频分享时能够通过回退设置截取起始点。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的音视频碎片分享系统,其特征在于,所述音视频碎片截取模块通过播放参数或者传递的音视频URL地址来判断当前音视频为本地音视频还是实时播放的音视频。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的音视频碎片分享系统,其特征在于,所述网络链接生成模块控制网络服务器生成音视频碎片的预览,并与音视频碎片网络链接的绑定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的音视频碎片分享系统,其特征在于,所述网络链接生成模块控制网络服务器截取音视频碎片中的至少一帧画面,并将截取的画面进行循环播放。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一 个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
  12. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于使计算机执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
