Description

位置信息的获取方法及电子设备、基站、存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信领域,尤其涉及一种位置信息的获取方法及电子设备、基站、存储介质。
背景技术
当今社会,位置信息是一个非常重要的信息,已经被应用于导航、安全、管理等各个领域,这些领域中的服务器可以获取终端的位置信息,并根据所述终端的位置信息进行位置导航、定位和管理等。
目前,基于长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)技术,某服务器获取终端的位置信息需要通过以下几个步骤:
(1)终端进行网络搜索,在搜索到目标网络、选择出目标小区之后,在所述目标小区对应的基站进行网络注册,经用户身份认证等操作之后,所述终端用户成为合法的注册用户;
(2)所述终端向所述基站发送定位请求;
(3)所述基站获取所述终端发送的定位请求,通过基站定位技术等获取所述终端的位置信息,并将所述终端的位置信息返回给所述终端;
(4)所述终端接收所述基站发送的所述终端的位置信息,将所述终端的位置信息发送给该服务器,供该服务器使用。
然而,基于现有的LTE技术,所述终端在成为合法的注册用户之后,才能获取到自身的位置信息并发送给服务器,这样,如果上述任一环节出现问题时,例如用户网络注册失败,就不能进行后续步骤,所述应用服务器就无法获取所述终端的位置信息;另外,所述终端通过基站获取到自身的位置信息之后,还需要建立与服务器之间的数据连接才能将自身的位置 信息发送给服务器,这样,服务器获取终端的位置信息,需要终端与网络侧如基站、服务器进行较多的数据交互,该服务器不能快速的获取所述终端的位置信息。
发明内容
为解决现有存在的技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种位置信息的获取方法及电子设备、基站、存储介质,可以快速的获取电子设备的位置信息。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种电子设备位置信息的获取方法,所述方法包括:
获取小区列表;
在从所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,将注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括电子设备的身份信息,所述注册过程中的信令消息用于请求所述基站确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。

本发明实施例提供了位置信息的获取方法及电子设备、基站、存储介质,首先电子设备获取小区列表,在从所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,将注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括所述电子设备的身份信息;所述基站在接收所述电子 设备发送的注册过程中的信令消息后,确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。由于电子设备在选择出目标小区时,就将包括所述电子设备的身份信息的注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,所述基站可以快速确定出所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息,从而,不论所述电子设备是否成功进行网络注册,所述基站都可以快速获取到所述电子设备的位置信息。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种电子设备位置信息的获取方法,应用于电子设备一侧,如图1所示,本实施例方法的处理流程包括以下步骤:
步骤101、获取小区列表。
所述电子设备首先搜索可用网络,扫描所述可用网络中的小区,获取 小区列表。
步骤102、在从所述小区列表选择出目标小区时,将注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站。
其中,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括所述电子设备的身份信息,所述注册过程中的信令消息用于请求所述基站确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
所述电子设备在获取小区列表之后,从所述小区列表中选择出属于该可用网络中最优的目标小区;在从所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,所述电子设备就将注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,也就是所述目标小区所属的基站。其中,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括所述电子设备的身份信息,所述注册过程中的信令消息用于请求所述基站确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
这里,所述身份信息中可以包括电子设备ID和/或用户ID,其中,所述电子设备ID为可唯一标识该电子设备身份的编码,示例的,当所述电子设备为移动终端时,所述电子设备ID为国际移动设备标识(International Mobile Equipment Identity,IMEI);所述用户ID为可唯一标识用户身份的编码,示例的,所述用户ID可以为身份证号码、护照号码等。当然,所述身份信息中还可以包括其他身份信息,本发明实施例中不做具体限定。
在一具体实施例中,所述注册过程中的信令消息可以为RRC连接请求消息(RRC connection request message),当然,所述注册过程中的信令消息还可以为注册过程中任一信令消息,在本发明实施例中不做具体限定。
这里需要说明的是,所述电子设备可以为电子产品、例如移动电话、笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等,也可以为家用电器,例如冰箱、电视、空调等,也可以为交通工具,例如汽车、火车、动车等。当然,所述电子设备还可以为其他领域中的各种电子设备, 在本发明实施例中不做具体限定。
所述基站接收电子设备发送的注册过程中的信令消息,确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
在注册过程中,所述电子设备将包括所述电子设备的身份信息的注册过程中的信令消息发送给基站,所述基站就可以快速确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。这样,即使所述电子设备网络注册失败,所述基站也可以快速获取到所述电子设备的位置信息。

本实施例还提供了一种电子设备位置信息的获取方法,应用于基站一侧,如图2所示,本实施例方法的处理流程包括以下步骤:
步骤201、接收电子设备发送的注册过程中的信令消息。
其中,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括电子设备的身份信息。
所述电子设备首先搜索可用网络,扫描所述可用网络中的小区,获取小区列表。所述电子设备在获取小区列表之后,从所述小区列表中选择出属于该可用网络中最优的目标小区;在从所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,所述电子设备就将注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,也就是所述目标小区所属的基站。其中,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括所述电子设备的身份信息,所述注册过程中的信令消息用于请求所述基站确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
这里,所述身份信息中可以包括电子设备ID和/或用户ID,其中,所述电子设备ID为可唯一标识该电子设备身份的编码,示例的,当所述电子设备为移动终端时,所述电子设备ID为IMEI;所述用户ID为可唯一标识 用户身份的编码,示例的,所述用户ID可以为身份证号码、护照号码等。当然,所述身份信息中还可以包括其他身份信息,本发明实施例中不做具体限定。

在注册过程中,所述电子设备将包括所述电子设备的身份信息的注册过程中的信令消息发送给基站,所述基站就可以快速确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。这样,即使所述电子设备网络注册失败,所述基站也可以快速获取到所述电子设备的位置信息。
本发明实施例还记载了第二种计算机存储介质,所述第二种计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行本发明实施例中图2所示的电子设备位置信息的获取方法。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种电子设备位置信息的获取方法,如图3所示,本实施例方法的处理流程包括以下步骤:
步骤301、电子设备的通信芯片通过内部接口获取电子设备的身份信息和隐私控制信息。
其中,所述身份信息包括用户ID和电子设备ID,所述隐私控制信息用于指示基站是否将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器。
通信芯片安装于电子设备中,可以通过各种内部接口与所述电子设备建立连接。这里,所述内部接口可以为串行接口(Serial Interface)、标准插座45(Registered Jack 45,RJ45)、远端网络驱动接口协议(Remote Network Driver Interface Specification,RNDIS)接口等。当然,所述内部接口还可以为其他接口,在本发明实施例中不做具体限定。
在一具体实施例中,当所述通信芯片通过串行接口与所述电子设备建立连接时,所述通信芯片通过串口AT(Attention)命令获取所述电子设备的身份信息和隐私控制信息。
在使用所述通信芯片之前,用户可以在所述电子设备上设置用户ID和隐私控制信息。在设置好所述电子设备的用户ID和隐私控制信息之后,所 述通信芯片通过内部接口获取所述电子设备的身份信息和隐私控制信息。示例的,当所述电子设备为移动终端时,用户可以通过移动终端输入用户ID和隐私控制信息,所述通信芯片就可以通过内部接口获取该用户输入的用户ID和隐私控制信息。当然,所述通信芯片还可以通过其他方式获取所述电子设备的身份信息和隐私控制信息,例如借助于与所述电子设备相连的其他设备来获取用户ID和隐私控制信息,在本发明实施例中不做具体限定。
这里,所述身份信息中可以包括用户ID和电子设备ID,其中,所述电子设备ID为可唯一标识该电子设备身份的编码,示例的,当所述电子设备为移动终端时,所述电子设备ID为IMEI;所述用户ID为可唯一标识用户身份的编码,示例的,所述用户ID可以为身份证号码、护照号码等;所述隐私控制信息用于指示基站是否将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器。

步骤302、电子设备的通信芯片获取小区列表,在从所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,将无线资源控制RRC连接请求消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站。
其中,所述RRC连接请求消息中包括所述终端的身份信息和隐私控制信息,所述RRC连接请求消息用于请求所述基站确定所述终端的身份信息对应的所述终端的位置信息。
所述电子设备的通信芯片首先搜索可用的公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN),然后扫描所述可用网络中的小区,获取小区列表,在所述电子设备在获取小区列表之后,从所述小区列表中选择出属于该PLMN中信号最强的目标小区,即最优的目标小区;在从所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,所述电子设备的通信芯片开始建立与基站的RRC的连接,将RRC连接请求消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,也就是所述目标小区所属的基站。其中,所述RRC连接请求消息中包括所述终端的身份信息和隐私控制信息,所述RRC连接请求消息用于请求所述基站确定所述终端的身份信息对应的所述终端的位置信息。这样,在网络交互的最初阶段,即所述电子设备的通信芯片与所述基站开始建立RRC连接时,所述电子设备的通信芯片就将包括所述RRC连接请求消息发送给基站,便于基站及时的确定所述电子设备的位置。
示例的,3GPP TS 36.331中6.2.2定义了RRC连接请求消息的结构,在此基础上,本发明实施例中RRC连接请求消息的结构如下:

上述代码中,LTE-MTC-Identity为新增字段,其中,所述E-Identity表示电子设备的身份信息,所述E-Identity的格式的定义为:[用户ID+电子设备ID],这里,所述电子设备ID可以为64位;所述UserControlValue表示电子设备的隐私控制信息,其取值分别为:Allow、Forbidden和Other;所述Allow表示允许基站将电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器;所述Forbidden表示禁止基站将电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器;所述Other表示用户自定义的其他控制规则。
步骤303、所述基站接收电子设备的通信芯片发送的RRC连接请求消息。
所述基站接收所述电子设备的通信芯片发送的RRC连接请求消息,将根据所述RRC连接请求消息中的所述电子设备的身份信息确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。这样,不论所述电子设备是否成功进行网络注册,所述基站都将可以获取到所述电子设备的位置信息。

未来万物互联的时代,应用于各个领域的各种电子设备都可以进行通信和互联,实现世界范围的万物互联。
当出现了人身绑架或者物品丢失等情况时,只要目标电子设备为开启时,普通用户就可以通过所述服务器输入所述目标电子设备的用户ID或电 子设备ID来查询电子设备的位置信息;所述服务器获取用户输入的目标电子设备的用户ID或电子设备ID,在预存的各电子设备的身份信息和位置信息中进行查找,以确定所述目标电子设备的位置。
而在特殊情况下,用户之前设置的隐私控制信息指示基站禁止将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器,这时,所述服务器中未保存所述电子设备的身份信息和位置信息,而所述基站的数据库中保存有所述电子设备的身份信息和位置信息,因此,普通用户无法通过所述服务器输入目标电子设备的身份信息来查询电子设备的位置信息,只有当遇到紧急情况时例如出现了人身绑架,授权的特殊用户例如公安机关技术人员才可通过所述基站查询到电子设备的位置信息。
步骤307、所述服务器确定所述目标电子设备的用户ID或电子设备ID在预存的电子设备的身份信息中时,输出所述目标电子设备的用户ID或电子设备ID对应的位置信息。
其中,所述电子设备的身份信息包括用户ID和/或电子设备ID。
所述服务器确定所述目标电子设备的用户ID或电子设备ID在预存的电子设备的身份信息中时,输出所述目标电子设备的用户ID或电子设备ID对应的位置信息。这样,可以帮助用户找到所述目标电子设备的位置信息。
在一具体实施例中,所述身份信息为用户ID时,确定所述目标电子设备的用户ID在预存的电子设备的身份信息中时,输出所述用户ID对应位置信息,当然,也可以输出所述用户ID对应的电子设备ID,以及所述电子设备ID对应的位置信息;或者,所述身份信息为电子设备ID时,确定所述目标电子设备的电子设备ID在预存的电子设备的身份信息中时,输出所述电子设备ID对应位置信息,当然,也可以输出所述电子设备ID对应的用户ID和位置信息。
示例的,所述服务器中预存了用户ID为ID1的3项信息,具体如表1 所示。

如表1所示,当用户输入的用户ID为ID1时,输出ID1对应的电子设备ID和位置信息:(IMEI1,x1.y1),(IMEI4,x4.y4)和(IMEI5,x5.y5);当用户输入的电子设备ID为IMEI3时,输出IMEI3对应的用户ID和位置信息:(ID3,x3.y3)。
由于所述服务器中保存了人-物-位置的对应关系,方便用户查询目标电子设备的位置信息。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供了一种电子设备,如图4所示,所述电子设备包括:获取单元401和第一发送单元402,其中,
所述获取单元401,配置为获取小区列表;
所述第一发送单元402,配置为在从所述获取单元401获取到的所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,将注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括所述电子设备的身份信息,所述注册过程中的信令消息用于请求所述基站确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
在一具体实施例中,所述获取单元401,还配置为通过内部接口获取电子设备的身份信息。
在一具体实施例中,所述获取单元401,还配置为获取所述电子设备的隐私控制信息,所述隐私控制信息用于指示基站是否将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器;相应的,所述第一发送单元402发送的所述注册过程中的信令消息中还包括所述电子设备的隐私控制信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基站,如图5所示,所述基站包括:接收单元501、定位单元502,其中,
所述接收单元501,配置为接收电子设备发送的注册过程中的信令消息;所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括电子设备的身份信息;
所述定位单元502,配置为确定所述接收单元501接收到的所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
在一具体实施例中,所述基站还包括:第二发送单元503;
所述第二发送单元503,配置为将所述接收单元501接收到的所述电子设备的身份信息和所述定位单元502确定的所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器。
在一具体实施例中,所述注册过程中的信令消息中还包括所述电子设备的隐私控制信息;相应的,
所述第二发送单元503,还配置为在所述接收单元501接收到的所述隐私控制信息指示基站将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器时,将所述接收单元501接收到的所述电子设备的身份信息和所述定位单元502确定的所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器。
在一具体实施例中,所述定位单元502,还配置为基于基站定位技术,确定所述接收单元501接收到的所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
在实际应用中,本实施例中所述的获取单元401和第一发送单元402 可以由电子设备上的中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、调制解调器等器件实现等器件实现。
在实际应用中,本实施例中所述的接收单元501、定位单元502和第二发送单元503可以由基站上的中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、调制解调器等器件实现等器件实现。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

工业实用性
本发明实施例由于电子设备在选择出目标小区时,就将包括所述电子设备的身份信息的注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,所述基站可以快速确定出所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息,从而,不论所述电子设备是否成功进行网络注册,所述基站都可以快速获取到所述电子设备的位置信息。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子设备位置信息的获取方法,包括:
    获取小区列表;
    在从所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,将注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括电子设备的身份信息,所述注册过程中的信令消息用于请求所述基站确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在从所述小区列表中选择出目标小区之前,所述方法还包括:
    通过内部接口获取电子设备的身份信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在通过内部接口获取电子设备的身份信息时,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述电子设备的隐私控制信息,所述隐私控制信息用于指示基站是否将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器;
    相应的,所述注册过程中的信令消息中还包括所述电子设备的隐私控制信息。
  4. 一种电子设备位置信息的获取方法,包括:
    接收电子设备发送的注册过程中的信令消息,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括电子设备的身份信息;
    确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述电子设备的身份信息和位置信息发送给服务器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述注册过程中的信令消息中还包括所述电子设备的隐私控制信息,相应的,所述将所述电子设备的身 份信息和位置信息发送给服务器包括:
    在所述隐私控制信息指示基站将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器时,将所述电子设备的身份信息和位置信息发送给服务器。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息,包括:
    基于基站定位技术,确定所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括:
    获取单元,配置为获取小区列表;
    第一发送单元,配置为在从所述获取单元获取到的所述小区列表中选择出目标小区时,将注册过程中的信令消息发送给所述目标小区对应的基站,所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括所述电子设备的身份信息,所述注册过程中的信令消息用于请求所述基站确定所述身份信息对应的位置信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,
    所述获取单元,还配置为通过内部接口获取电子设备的身份信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,
    所述获取单元,还配置为获取所述电子设备的隐私控制信息,所述隐私控制信息用于指示基站是否将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器;
    相应的,第一发送单元发送的所述注册过程中的信令消息中还包括所述电子设备的隐私控制信息。
  11. 一种基站,包括:
    接收单元,配置为接收电子设备发送的注册过程中的信令消息;所述注册过程中的信令消息中包括电子设备的身份信息;
    定位单元,配置为确定所述接收单元接收到的所述电子设备的身份信 息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的基站,其中,所述基站还包括:
    第二发送单元,配置为将所述接收单元接收到的所述电子设备的身份信息和所述定位单元确定的所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基站,其中,所述注册过程中的信令消息中还包括所述电子设备的隐私控制信息;相应的,
    所述第二发送单元,还配置为在所述接收单元接收到的所述隐私控制信息指示基站将所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器时,将所述接收单元接收到的所述电子设备的身份信息和所述定位单元确定的所述电子设备的位置信息发送给服务器。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的基站,其中,
    所述定位单元,还配置为基于基站定位技术,确定所述接收单元接收到的所述电子设备的身份信息对应的所述电子设备的位置信息。
  15. 第一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行前述权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子设备位置信息的获取方法。
  16. 第二种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行前述权利要求4至7任一项所述的电子设备位置信息的获取方法。
