Description
本发明涉及水杯,特别涉及一种智能水杯及其控制方法。
在用水杯喝水(或喝牛奶等)前,一般不知道水杯里的水的温度是否合适,或者不知道水杯里的水量是多少。在喝水前无法获知水杯里的水的状态,在一定程度上会对用户造成困扰。例如,在水温较高的情况下,可能会烫伤用户的嘴。再者,在水温较高或水量较少的情况下,若用户仍抬手拿水杯进行喝水,造成用户产生多余的动作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种智能水杯及其控制方法,用户可在水杯里的液体不满足条件时,省去抬手拿智能水杯进行喝液体的动作。
本发明实施方式公开一种智能水杯,包括第一检测模块、第二检测模块及处理器,所述第一检测模块用于检测用户的当前状态,所述第二检测模块用于检测所述智能水杯中的液体的当前状态,所述处理器用于在所述用户的当前状态为预设状态时,控制所述第二检测模块检测所述液体的当前状态,并根据所述液体的当前状态输出相应的提示信息。
本发明实施方式还公开一种智能水杯的控制方法,包括:
控制所述智能水杯的第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图;
当检测出用户有喝水的意图时,控制所述智能水杯的第二检测模块对所述智能水杯中的液体状态进行检测;以及
当所述液体状态不符合预设状态时,控制所述智能水杯发出提示。

参考图1,本发明第一实施方式中的智能水杯包括第一检测模块10、第二检测模块20及处理器30。第一检测模块10用于检测用户的当前状态,第二检测模块20用于检测智能水杯中液体的当前状态。液体可为水、牛奶、咖啡、茶等。处理器30用于在用户当前状态为预设状态时,控制第二检测模块20检测液体的当前状态,并根据液体的当前状态输出相应的提示信息。可通过控制设置在智能水杯外壁的发光元件(例如发光二极管)发出光线,或通过显示图形信息于设置于智能水杯的外壁上的显示屏(未示意)等来输出提示信息。

可选地,第二检测模块20除了包括温度传感器外,还包括液面检测模块。液面检测模块用于检测智能水杯中的液面深度。液面检测模块可为任何可检测液面深度的模块,例如可为超声波传感器,利用超声波反射时差测量液面深度。本发明对液面检测模块的具体结构不做限定。处理器30可根据当前的液体温度及当前的液面深度输出相应的提示信息。例如,若当前的液体温度落于预设温度范围但当前的液面深度小于预设值(即温度合适但液体较少)时,处理器30控制发黄颜色光的发光元件发出黄光,以提示用户液体温度合适但液体较少。
可选地,第二检测模块20也可仅包括液面检测模块。处理器30仅根据当前的液面深度输出相应的提示信息。
图2为本发明第二实施方式中智能水杯的结构示意图,该实施方式中的智能水杯除了包括图1中的智能水杯的第一检测模块10、第二检测模块20及处
理器30外,还包括温度调节模块40,例如热电致冷片。处理器30在当前液体温度不在预设范围时,控制温度调节模块40进行相应地液体温度调节。例如,在当前的液体温度较高时,控制温度调节模块40降低液体温度。较佳地,在智能水杯外壁设置有温度调节指示灯(未示意),在温度调节模块40进行温度调节时,控制该指示灯发光,调节完毕后,控制该指示灯停止发光。如此,用户可根据该指示灯是否发光直观地判断出是否完成温度调节。
图3为本发明第三实施方式中智能水杯的结构示意图,该实施方式中的智能水杯除了包括图1中的智能水杯的第一检测模块10、第二检测模块20及处理器30外,还包括摄像头50。如上所述,若第一检测模块10包括摄像装置,则可将摄像装置作为摄像头50。摄像头50为倾斜向上设置。较佳地,摄像头50可绕智能水杯的轴线旋转。处理器30在第一检测模块10检测出用户的当前状态为预设状态时,根据摄像头50捕获的用户图像进行人脸识别,以及在识别出用户为预设用户时,控制第二检测模块20检测液体的当前状态,并根据液体的当前状态输出相应地提示信息。处理器30还在识别出用户不为预设用户时,控制智能水杯进入待机状态。也就是说,本实施方式中,只有智能水杯的主人需要喝智能水杯中的液体时,才进行液体状态检测,并输出相应地提示信息,从而可节省电能。
图4为本发明第四实施方式中的智能水杯的结构示意图,该实施方式中的智能水杯除了包括图1中的智能水杯的第一检测模块10、第二检测模块20及处理器30外,还包括无线通信模块60及设置于智能水杯外壁的显示屏70。无线通信模块60可为蓝牙通信模块、WIFI通信模块等。无线通信模块60可与外部电子装置,例如用户的智能手机、平板电脑等进行通信连接,从外部电子装置获得信息,例如微信好友的最新动态。处理器30还在第一检测模块10检测出用户的当前状态不为预设状态时,在显示屏70上显示通过无线通信模块60获得的信息,如此可丰富智能水杯的外观。当然,如前所述,在第一检测模块10检测出用户的当前状态为预设状态时,可在显示屏60上显示相应地提示信息,例如温度较高,显示红色的圆圈等。
上述各个实施方式中的智能水杯可为仅包括杯体的水杯,当然也可为包括杯体及与杯体配合的盖体的水杯。
较佳地,在智能水杯为包括杯体和盖体的水杯时,智能水杯还包括可将杯体和盖体锁紧的锁扣装置(未示意)。处理器30在第一检测模块10检测到用户的当前状态为预设状态,但根据摄像头50捕获的图像识别出用户不为预设用户时,控制锁扣装置将杯体和盖体锁紧。如此,可避免他人使用智能水杯,从而可保护用户健康。锁扣装置可为任何可由处理器30控制锁紧与打开的锁扣装置,本实施方式对此不做限定。在将智能水杯锁紧后,处理器30可在识别出预设用户需要使用智能水杯时,打开智能水杯,以供预设用户使用智能水杯。
图5为本发明实施方式中智能水杯的控制方法的流程图,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤501,控制智能水杯的第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图。
其中,智能水杯中的液体可为水、饮料、牛奶、咖啡等,因此,用户是否有喝水的意图包括用户是否有喝水、喝饮料、牛奶、咖啡等的意图。
可选地,通过第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图包括:通过距离传感器检测用户的手相对智能水杯的第一距离,第一距离通常为50厘米。
可选地,通过第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图包括:通过距离传感器检测用户相对智能水杯的第二距离,第二距离通常为5米。
可选地,通过第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图包括:通过距离传感器检测用户相对智能水杯的第二距离并通过摄像头检测用户是否执行第一预设动作。第一预设动作可为人朝向水杯径直走来、人朝向水杯的临近方向走来之后转身朝向水杯等。
可选地,通过第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图包括:通过距离传感器检测预设时间段内用户与智能水杯之间的第三距离并通过摄像头检测用户是否执行第二预设动作,第三距离通常为1米。第二预设动作可为用户双眼盯着水杯超过一时间(例如3秒),或者是用户喉咙有吞咽的动作等等。第二预设动作一般不同于第一预设动作。
步骤502,当检测出用户有喝水的意图时,控制智能水杯的第二检测模块对智能水杯中的液体状态进行检测。
可选地,控制智能水杯的第二检测模块对智能水杯中的液体状态进行检测
包括:控制智能水杯的液位传感器对液体的高度进行检测。
可选地,控制智能水杯的第二检测模块对智能水杯中的液体状态进行检测包括:控制智能水杯的温度传感器对液体的温度进行检测。
步骤503,当液体状态不符合预设状态时,控制智能水杯发出提示。
本实施方式中,在用户当前状态为预设状态时,控制检测液体的当前状态,并根据液体的当前状态输出相应地提示信息,如此,在未作出喝智能水杯中的液体的动作之前,用户就可根据提示信息了解到智能水杯中的液体的状态,从而决定是否要喝智能水杯中的液体,从而避免出现用户做出了喝智能水杯中的液体的动作却又不能喝的情况。
在另一实施方式中,该方法还包括:通过摄像头检测用户是否为预设用户;以及当检测到用户为非预设用户时,控制智能水杯锁紧。因此,可避免他人使用智能水杯,从而可保护用户健康。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施例,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种智能水杯,其特征在于,包括第一检测模块、第二检测模块及处理器,所述第一检测模块用于检测用户的当前状态,所述第二检测模块用于检测所述智能水杯中的液体的当前状态,所述处理器用于在所述用户的当前状态为预设状态时,控制所述第二检测模块检测所述液体的当前状态,并根据所述液体的当前状态输出相应的提示信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述预设状态包括:所述用户的手与所述智能水杯之间的距离等于或小于50厘米。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述预设状态包括:所述用户与所述智能水杯之间的距离等于或小于5米。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述预设状态包括:预设时间段内所述用户与所述智能水杯之间的距离均等于或小于1米。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述预设状态包括:所述用户执行第一预设动作。
- 如权利要求5所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述预设状态还包括:预设时间段内所述用户执行第二预设动作,其中,所述用户执行第一预设动作时相对智能水杯的距离大于用于执行所述第二预设动作时相对智能水杯的距离。
- 如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述第二检测模块对所述液体的温度、液面深度中的至少一种进行检测。
- 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述智能水杯还包括温度调节模块,所述处理器还用于在所述液体的温度不在预设范围内时,控制所述温度调节模块进行相应地温度调节。
- 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述智能水杯还包括无线通信模块及设置于所述智能水杯外壁的显示屏,所述智能水杯通过所述无线通信模块从外部电子装置接收信息,所述处理器还用于将所述无线通信模块接收到的信息显示在所述显示屏上。
- 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述智能水杯还包括摄像头,所述处理器还用于在所述用户的当前状态为预设状态时,对 所述摄像头捕获的图像进行人脸识别,以及在识别出所述用户为预设用户时,控制所述第二检测模块检测所述液体的当前状态,并根据所述液体的当前状态输出相应的提示信息。
- 如权利要求10所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于在识别出所述用户不为所述预设用户时,控制所述智能水杯进入待机状态。
- 如权利要求10所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述智能水杯还包括杯体、杯盖及锁扣装置,所述处理器还用于在识别出所述用户不为所述预设用户时,控制所述锁扣装置将所述杯体与所述杯盖锁紧。
- 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能水杯,其特征在于,所述第一检测模块包括距离传感器或摄像头。
- 一种智能水杯的控制方法,包括:控制所述智能水杯的第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图;当检测出用户有喝水的意图时,控制所述智能水杯的第二检测模块对所述智能水杯中的液体状态进行检测;以及当所述液体状态不符合预设状态时,控制所述智能水杯发出提示。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述通过第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图包括:通过距离传感器检测用户的手相对所述智能水杯的距离是否小于预设距离。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述通过第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图包括:通过距离传感器检测用户相对所述智能水杯的距离是否小于预设距离。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述通过第一检测模块检测用户是否有喝水的意图包括:通过距离传感器检测用户相对所述智能水杯的距离是否小于预设距离并通过摄像头检测用户是否执行预设动作。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述控制所述智能水杯的第二检测模块对所述智能水杯中的液体状态进行检测包括:控制所述智能水杯的液位传感器对液体的高度进行检测。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述控制所述智能水杯的 第二检测模块对所述智能水杯中的液体状态进行检测包括:控制所述智能水杯的温度传感器对液体的温度进行检测。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:还包括:通过摄像头检测用户是否为预设用户;以及当检测到所述用户为非预设用户时,控制所述智能水杯锁紧。
