当所述主控电路板没有感应到所述适配器安装槽内的适配器时,向所述移动设备发 送提醒信号。
本发明一个方面提供的智能行李箱的使用方法,包括模式A和模式B;
其中,所述模式A,具体为,在电源模块有电时通过移动设备和主控电路板控制执行机构;
所述模式B,具体为,在电源模块没电时,通过机械锁模块实现行李箱本体的开合。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明设置电子锁模块和机械锁模块;所述机械锁模块包括海关锁模块和密码锁模块,实现三锁合一,从而便于行李箱本体的开合,能够实现行李箱的在有电和没电同样能够使用;
2、本发明设置有可拆卸的电源模块,能够实现本发明的自用供电和外部电子设备的供电;
3、本发明中行李箱本体上还设置有GPS定位模块和/或网络定位模块,能够实现安全防丢、防盗、遗失寻找等功能。
4、本发明中前盖的另一侧边与所述隔板框的另一侧边通过弹开式开关可拆卸连接可以一键开合的前盖,便于取放电子产品,方便过安检。
5、本发明中第一无线通信模块、第二无线通信模块为蓝牙模块,便于通过现有技术实现。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
在本实施例中,根据本发明的智能行李箱,包括行李箱本体、电源模块、主控电路板以及执行机构;
所述电源模块、所述执行机构、所述主控电路板设置在所述行李箱本体上;所述执行机构和所述电源模块电连接所述主控电路板;
所述主控电路板用于根据移动设备发送的控制指令发送执行信号至所述执行机构;所述执行机构用于根据所述执行信号执行相对应的动作。
所述主控电路板采用手机主板。
优选地,还包括移动设备;
所述移动设备无线连接所述主控电路板;所述移动设备用于发送控制指令至所述主控电路板;所述主控电路板包括相连接的第一无线通信模块和存储模块;
所述移动设备包括第二无线通信模块;
所述主控电路板和所述移动设备之间通过第一无线通信模块、第二无线通信模块实现无线连接。
在本实施例中,所述第一无线通信模块、所述第二无线通信模块采用蓝牙模块,具体为蓝牙4.0BLE。
优选地,所述移动设备包括第一显示模块;所述行李箱本体上设置有第二显示模块;
所述第一显示模块和所述第二显示模块用于行李箱本体的锁开合状态信息、位置信息以及电源电量信息。
优选地,还包括锁检测传感器、指示灯,所述执行机构包括三合一智能锁;所述三 合一智能锁包括电子锁模块、机械锁模块、上锁机构以及锁开合结构;锁开合机构用于控制行李箱本体的开合,上锁机构用于为行李箱上锁。
所述机械锁模块包括海关锁模块和密码锁模块;其中,所述电子锁模块、所述海关锁模块、密码锁模块配合控制所述上锁机构进行上锁;
所述电子锁模块、所述海关锁模块和所述密码锁模块任一均能够驱动所述上锁机构进行开锁;
所述锁检测传感器、所述指示灯电连接所述主控电路板,所述锁检测传感器用于检测所述电子锁模、所述海关锁模块、所述密码锁模块的状态信息;所述主控电路板一方面将所述状态信息发送至移动设备进行显示,另一方面根据所述状态信息控制指示灯显示对应颜色或闪动频率。
现有智能行李箱电子锁就是电子锁加海关锁。一旦行李箱没电,或者内部软硬件出现故障,电子锁都会失效。本发明中为了防止行李箱本体在没电时候不能正常上锁,因此将所述电子锁模块、所述海关锁模块、所述密码锁模块融为一体。
优选地,所述行李箱本体设置有一个电源安装仓;
其中,所述电源模块可拆卸的设置在所述电源安装仓内;所述电源模块设置了至少两个供电输出接口,
一供电输出接口用于主控电路板、执行机构提供电能;另一供电输出接口用于向外部的电子设备供电。
根据本发明的智能行李箱还包括多个USB接口;所述USB接口设置在所述行李箱本体的外侧;
所述USB接口连接所述另一供电输出接口,从而能够实现在行李箱壳体的外侧进行手机等用电产品的充电。
由于行李箱都要经过安检、甚至托运,带电源是无法托运的,甚至安检时候都不能顺利通过。本发明所述电源模块可拆卸的设置在所述电源安装仓为了解决上述技术问题,让行李箱的电源模块可以拆卸以后顺利通过安检,电源模块的电源容量在登机限制之内。电源模块拆卸以后还可以作为充电宝为手机、电脑等电子设备充电。
在本实施例中电源模块为可拆卸两用电源。
优选地,所述行李箱本体上还设置有GPS定位模块和/或网络定位模块;
所述GPS定位模块和/或所述网络定位模块电连接所述主控电路板;所述GPS定位模块和/或所述网络定位模块用于定位行李箱本体的位置,并生成位置信息;
所述主控电路板获取所述位置信息,并将所述位置信息发送至移动设备上进行显示。
在本实施例中,主控电路板上设置有GPS定位模块和SIM卡,行李箱本体依靠GPS定位和网络定位,GPS定位主要是室外精准定位。网络定位包括扫描附近WIFI热点和基站,建立位置信息,上传至主控电路板上,最后显示在移动设备APP中。这样可以不仅可以展现行李箱本体运行轨迹数据,而且当行李箱本体丢失以后,还可以通过上传的位置信息找到行李箱本体。
优选地,所述行李箱本体的内侧设置有隔板框;
所述隔板框将所述行李箱本体的储藏空间分隔为相互独立的前储藏空间和后储藏空间;
所述行李箱本体的前盖与所述隔板框的前侧面围成所述前储藏空间;所述前盖的一侧边与所述隔板框的一侧边铰接,所述前盖的另一侧边与所述隔板框的另一侧边通过弹开式开关可拆卸连接。所述电源安装仓设置在所述前储藏空间内。
所述前储藏空间、所述后储藏空间均对应设置有一套三合一智能锁。
优选地,还包括称重模块;所述称重模块设置在所述行李箱本体的底座中;
所述称重模块电连接所述主控电路板;所述主控电路板用于获取所述称重模块的测出的称重数值,并将所述称重数值发至移动设备的第一显示模块中显示。
优选地,所述主控电路板根据所述第一无线通信模块、所述第二无线通信模块之间的信号强度确定行李箱本体与移动设备之间的距离;
当所述距离小于等于设定的阈值距离时,所述移动设备发送开锁控制指令至所述主控电路板;所述主控电路板根据所述开锁控制指令生成开锁执行信号,进而控制电子锁模块进行开锁;
当所述距离大于设定的阈值距离时,所述移动设备发送上锁控制指令至所述主控电路板;所述主控电路板根据所述上锁控制指令生成上锁执行信号,进而控制电子锁模块进行上锁;
当所述距离大于设定的阈值距离时,所述主控电路板发送提醒信息至所述移动设备。
在本实施例中,本发明通过蓝牙信号控制电子锁的开合。当所述主控电路板检测到蓝牙模块的信号强时,一般距离在移动设备与行李箱距离为1米,电子锁自动打开;当检测到蓝牙信号弱时,一般距离在移动设备与行李箱距离为3米以上,电子锁自动闭合。当距离超过10m,即检测到蓝牙断开时,主控电路板向移动设备发送行李箱被遗忘信号。
优选地,还包括锁开合状态传感器,所述锁开合状态传感器电连接所述主控电路板; 当所述主控电路板电通过锁开合状态传感器检测上锁机构的锁舌已经关合;所述主控电路板在设定时间后控制所述电子锁模块进行上锁。
优选地,还包括第一开关和第二开关;
其中,所述第一开关和所述第二开关均电连接所述主控电路板;所述第一开关设置在所述行李箱本体的内侧,所述第二开关设置在所述行李箱本体的外侧;
所述第一开关,用于智能行李箱的开机和关机;所述第二开关,用于智能行李箱的开机。从而当行李箱遗失以后,非行李箱主人无法通过第二开关将智能行李箱进行关机操作;从而移动设备能够通过与主控电路板进行通信获取行李箱本体的位置。
优选地,还包括环形电流电路;其中,环形电流电路电连接所述主控电路板,用于检测行李箱是否被暴露打开;所述环形电流电路设置在所述隔板框上;
当所述环形电流电路的电流发生变化时,所述主控电路板向所述移动设备发送报警信息。
优选地,所述行李箱本体上设置有适配器安装槽;所述适配器安装槽上设置有感应传感器;
所述主控电路板电连接所述感应传感器;当行李箱本体移动时,所述主控电路板通过所述感应传感器感应所述适配器安装槽内的适配器;
当所述主控电路板没有感应到所述适配器安装槽内的适配器时,向所述移动设备发送提醒信号。
本发明的智能行李箱的使用方法,包括模式A和模式B;
其中,所述模式A,具体为,在电源模块有电时通过移动设备和主控电路板控制执行机构;
所述模式B,具体为,在电源模块没电时,通过机械锁模块实现行李箱本体的开合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能行李箱,其特征在于,包括行李箱本体、电源模块、主控电路板以及执行机构;
    所述电源模块、所述执行机构、所述主控电路板设置在所述行李箱本体上;所述执行机构和所述电源模块电连接所述主控电路板;
    所述主控电路板用于根据移动设备发送的控制指令发送执行信号至所述执行机构;所述执行机构用于根据所述执行信号执行相对应的动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能行李箱,其特征在于,还包括移动设备;
    所述移动设备无线连接所述主控电路板;所述移动设备用于发送控制指令至所述主控电路板;所述主控电路板包括相连接的第一无线通信模块和存储模块;
    所述移动设备包括第二无线通信模块;
    所述主控电路板和所述移动设备之间通过第一无线通信模块、第二无线通信模块实现无线连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能行李箱,其特征在于,还包括锁检测传感器、指示灯,所述执行机构包括三合一智能锁;所述三合一智能锁包括电子锁模块、机械锁模块、上锁机构以及锁开合结构;锁开合机构用于控制行李箱本体的开合,上锁机构用于为行李箱上锁;
    所述机械锁模块包括海关锁模块和密码锁模块;其中,所述电子锁模块、所述海关锁模块、密码锁模块配合控制所述上锁机构进行上锁;
    所述电子锁模块、所述海关锁模块和所述密码锁模块任一均能够驱动所述上锁机构进行开锁;
    所述锁检测传感器、所述指示灯电连接所述主控电路板,所述锁检测传感器用于检测所述电子锁模、所述海关锁模块、所述密码锁模块的状态信息;所述主控电路板一方面将所述状态信息发送至移动设备进行显示,另一方面根据所述状态信息控制指示灯显示对应颜色或闪动频率。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能行李箱,其特征在于,所述行李箱本体设置有一个电源安装仓;
    其中,所述电源模块可拆卸的设置在所述电源安装仓内;所述电源模块设置了至少两个供电输出接口,
    一供电输出接口用于主控电路板、执行机构提供电能
    另一供电输出接口用于向外部的电子设备供电。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能行李箱,其特征在于,所述行李箱本体上还设置有GPS定位模块和/或网络定位模块;
    所述GPS定位模块和/或所述网络定位模块电连接所述主控电路板;所述GPS定位模块和/或所述网络定位模块用于定位行李箱本体的位置,并生成位置信息;
    所述主控电路板获取所述位置信息,并将所述位置信息发送至移动设备上进行显示。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的智能行李箱,其特征在于,所述行李箱本体的内侧设置有隔板框;
    所述隔板框将所述行李箱本体的储藏空间分隔为相互独立的前储藏空间和后储藏空间;
    所述行李箱本体的前盖与所述隔板框的前侧面围成所述前储藏空间;所述前盖的一侧边与所述隔板框的一侧边铰接,所述前盖的另一侧边与所述隔板框的另一侧边通过弹开式开关可拆卸连接;
    所述电源安装仓设置在所述前储藏空间内。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的智能行李箱,其特征在于,所述主控电路板根据所述第一无线通信模块、所述第二无线通信模块之间的信号强度确定行李箱本体与移动设备之间的距离;
    当所述距离小于等于设定的阈值距离时,所述移动设备发送开锁控制指令至所述主控电路板;所述主控电路板根据所述开锁控制指令生成开锁执行信号,进而控制电子锁模块进行开锁;
    当所述距离大于设定的阈值距离时,所述移动设备发送上锁控制指令至所述主控电路板;所述主控电路板根据所述上锁控制指令生成上锁执行信号,进而控制电子锁模块进行上锁;
    当所述距离大于设定的阈值距离时,所述主控电路板发送提醒信息至所述移动设备。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的智能行李箱,其特征在于,还包括锁开合状态传感器,所述锁开合状态传感器电连接所述主控电路板;当所述主控电路板电通过锁开合状态传感器检测锁开合机构的锁舌已经关合;所述主控电路板在设定时间后控制所述电子锁模块驱动上锁机构进行上锁。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能行李箱,其特征在于,还包括第一开关和第二开关;
    其中,所述第一开关和所述第二开关均电连接所述主控电路板;所述第一开关设置在所述行李箱本体的内侧,所述第二开关设置在所述行李箱本体的外侧;
    所述第一开关,用于智能行李箱的开机和关机;所述第二开关,用于智能行李箱的开机。
  10. 一种权利要求1至9任一项所述的智能行李箱的使用方法,其特征在于,包括模式A和模式B;
    其中,所述模式A,具体为,在电源模块有电时通过移动设备和主控电路板控制执行机构;
    所述模式B,具体为,在电源模块没电时,通过机械锁模块实现行李箱本体的开合。
