背景技术
我国有着悠久的茶树种植和饮用历史,茶树的生长发育需要温暖湿润的气候,早春茶芽萌发时易受到倒春寒的影响,使得茶叶的品质降低,产量减少。近些年来,国内对茶树防冻技术研究迅速展开。研究表明,使用防霜机进行自上而下的气流扰动可以达到防霜的效果。
现有的防霜机的立柱的常用固定方式:(1)在安装防霜机的位置人工挖一个一定深度的坑,在坑中浇注混凝土,混凝土的上端置有地脚螺栓,通过地脚螺栓将立柱下端法兰固定于混凝土基础之上。此方法的不足在于:劳动强度大,防霜机立柱安装效率低。(2)使用工具在防霜机的安装位置挖一个一定深度且直径略大于立柱直径的坑,将立柱置于坑中,保持柱身竖直,调整好方向后用土或混凝土填埋。此方法的缺点在于:为了保证立柱的工作要求,所挖坑的直径只能略大于立柱直径,由于后期填埋工作难以完全消除土壤与立柱之间的间隙,防霜机使用过程中的振动以及所受风力等作用会进一步增大间隙,严重降低防霜机的安全使用性能和工作效率。针对挖小直径深坑劳动强度很大且效率较低的问题,本发明通过将基座板打入土壤之中,能够解决上述问题,大大减轻了劳动强度,还提高了防霜机的安装效率。此外,经检索,我国实用新型专利CN201120394200.1公开了一种植物防霜机立柱的固定装置,其采用在立柱下端设置几个根架机构,构架机构包括由钢板梁横向折弯成槽型的根架梁、U形抱箍,根架梁中部设有一对定位杆,立柱下部定位在一堆定位杆之间,通过U形抱箍与根架梁垂直固定连接。此方法需要挖出更大、更深的坑,增加了劳动强度,安装效率低,本发明针对其缺点,提出了避免挖深坑同时提高装置固定稳定性的方法。上述方法的共同特点是需要在防霜机安装位置挖一个小直径、且精度要求高的深坑,劳动强度大,耗时费力,本发明避免了挖深坑的工作,使用将基座打入土壤的方法降低了劳动强度,提高了防霜机立柱的安装效率。为了满足防霜机的防霜效果,防霜机距离地面的高度需要达到6.7m。由于管材的标准长度是6m,因此以往防霜机立柱管材均采用非标管材,成本很高。本发明采用联接支座,可使防霜机立柱采用标准管材,可节约成本50%。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适于多石子土地使用、结构简单、安装方便的带斜扁支脚的防霜机立柱固定支座,以降低安装过程劳动强度,减少安装时间,并有效地防止防霜机立柱 转动和倾斜,降低制造、安装成本,提高经济效率,还便于运输和储存。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:

如图4所示,联接支座2由防倾导向筒21和固定支柱22、筋板23及联接板24固定而成。防倾导向筒21的外径比固定支柱22的内径小0.5-1mm,固定支柱22上端开有2组或3组小孔,首先将防倾导向筒21插入固定支柱22上端约200mm,使用塞焊的方法将防倾导向筒21和固定支柱22固定;然后将固定支柱22竖直焊接于联接板24中心,随后将筋板23焊接于固定支柱22与联接板24之间以加强固定支柱22防倾倒性能。
如图5所示,基座4由基座板41、扁支脚42等固定而成,基座板41为上端、内侧、外边缘均开有孔的楔形钢板,其上端孔用于基座螺栓3的安装,内侧的上孔43、下孔44用于连接环的安装,外边缘的孔用于扁支脚的安装;扁支脚42双端开有两孔,用于安装螺栓以将 扁支脚42固定在基座板41上。
具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
本发明所述的防霜机立柱固定支座,通过将基座打入土壤之中,克服防霜机常用固定安装方法中的挖掘孔径精度要求较高、小直径深孔及其回填压实的困难,降低了劳动强度,并提高了安装效率;联接支座的使用,使标准管材能够代替原先为满足防霜机高度所所必须选用的非标管材,大大节省了材料成本,便于运输和储存;基座板上的开孔使得基座内外的土壤连接成一个整体,更增强了基座的稳固性,还减少了对土壤的破坏。本发明是一种可用于防霜机立柱固定的装置。
安装防霜机时,首先在防霜机安装位置处挖一个浅坑,然后将基座41板拼接成型,确定每块基座板41的位置,随后依次将每块基座板41打入土壤中20-30mm,保证基座板41之间的相对位置,在下孔44上端接近地面时将连接环卡入各基座板41的下孔44中固定各基座板41,继续夯打,直至上孔43接近地面将连接环卡在各基座板41的上孔43中,随后将扁支脚42从基座板外边缘的扁孔打入土壤之中,扁支脚42的安装采用对称安装的方式进行,先将两块扁支脚42沿同一块基座板41外边缘上相反方向的扁孔打入基座板41两侧的土壤直至扁支脚42上端两个孔分别位于基座板41两侧,将螺栓插入扁支脚42的两个孔中并拧上螺母,然后在对称位置的基座板41上按相同的方法安装扁支脚42;基座4安装结束后,使用基座螺栓3将联接支座2固定在基座4上;随后,用土壤填埋联接板24使得土地平整;最后,将防霜机立柱11套在防倾导向筒21上,使用塞焊的方法固定防倾导向筒21与防霜机立柱11。防霜机立柱11内径与防倾导向筒21内径相差0.5-1mm,以增强其抗弯、抗倾倒、抗水平扭转能力并减少振动,防霜机立柱11的外径和固定支柱22的外径相等从而达到了视觉上的美观效果。
所述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,但本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员能够做出的任何显而易见的改进、替换或变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 带斜扁支脚的防霜机立柱固定支座,包括防霜机(1),联接支座(2),基座螺栓(3),基座(4)。其特征在于,所述联接支座(2)由防倾导向筒(21)、固定支柱(22)、筋板(23)和联接板(24)固定而成;所述基座(4)由基座板(41)、扁支脚(42)等组成;其特征还在于,所述基座螺栓(3)用于联接支座(2)与基座(4)的固接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带斜扁支脚的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述防倾导向筒(21)的外径比固定支柱(22)的内径及防霜机立柱(11)的内径小0.5-1mm,并且防霜机立柱(11)的外径与固定支柱(22)的外径相等,不仅使防霜机立柱固定装置易于加工和安装,且使外观漂亮,还能有效保证三者联接的可靠性。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带斜扁支脚的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述防倾导向筒(21)两端设有倒角,以利于防倾导向筒(21)和防霜机(1)的安装;防倾导向筒(21)装入固定支柱(22)和防霜机立柱(11)中的长度大于200mm,并使用塞焊固定,塞焊孔为2组或3组,以增强其抗倾倒能力,同时增强外观的美感。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带斜扁支脚的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述基座板(31)上开设有孔,基座内外的土壤通过开孔结成一整体,能提高基座(3)的稳固可靠性。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带斜扁支脚的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述基座(4)的横截面形状为十字花形、Y型等多种形状。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的带斜扁支脚的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述基座板(41)上有不同作用的孔,用于安装连接环、扁支脚(42)、基座螺栓(3)等零部件。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的带斜扁支脚的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述扁支脚(42)上端开有两孔,当基座板(41)外边缘的孔接近地面时将两扁支脚(42)沿相反方向的孔打入土壤之中直至扁支脚(42)上端两孔位于基座板(41)两侧,随后在扁支脚(42)上端两孔中安装好螺栓将扁支脚(42)与基座板(41)固定,在安装好一块基座板(41)上的扁支脚(42)后应该安装相对称基座板(41)上的扁支脚(42)。
