Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à recevoir, par l'intermédiaire du capteur d'empreinte digitale (11), des informations d'empreinte digitale entrées par un patient présentant une tension artérielle élevée (S31) ; à télécharger, sur la base des informations d'empreinte digitale, et à partir d'une base de données de médicaments, une liste de médicaments et la notice d'utilisation du médicament pour chacun des médicaments du patient présentant une tension artérielle élevée (S32) ; à identifier, à partir de la notice d'utilisation du médicament, un paramètre pharmacologique et des informations d'administration et de posologie pour chacun des médicaments (S33) ; à calculer, sur la base du paramètre pharmacologique et des informations d'administration et de posologie de chacun des médicaments, le moment d'administration du médicament pour chacun des médicaments, et à paramétrer le moment d'administration du médicament pour chacun des médicaments, en tant que moment pour le rappel de l'administration du médicament pour le patient présentant une tension artérielle élevée (S34) ; lorsque le moment pour le rappel a atteint le moment paramétré, à mesurer, par l'intermédiaire du capteur de tension artérielle (13), les données de tension artérielle concernant le patient présentant une tension artérielle élevée(S36) ; et à générer, sur la base des données de tension artérielle et de la liste des médicaments, des informations d'administration de médicament pour le patient présentant une tension artérielle élevée (S37). En fonction de la tension artérielle du moment d'un patient présentant une tension artérielle élevée, le système peut ainsi rappeler en temps opportun au patient la nécessité de s'administrer un médicament approprié.
