一种控制设备的方法及装置,属于控制技术领域,所述方法包括:在锁屏界面中展示被控设备(120)对应的控件(201),当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令(202),向所述被控设备(120)发送所述控制指令,所述控制指令用于指示所述被控设备(120)执行所述控制指令对应的预定操作(203),本方案能够让用户既无需解锁主控设备(110)也无需进入相关控制设备的应用,即可在主控设备(110)的锁屏界面上通过控件快捷迅速地控制被控设备(120)进行相关操作,并达到简化用户通过已锁屏的主控设备(110)控制被控设备(120)的操作步骤的效果。

技术领域
本公开涉及控制技术领域,特别涉及一种控制设备的方法及装置。
背景技术
日常生活中,手机可以充当对某些电子设备的主控设备,控制该电子设备进行相关操作,例如控制电视切换频道和音量的大小。
相关技术中,当手机处于锁屏状态时,若用户想使用手机控制其它电子设备进行相关操作时,需要先将手机解除锁屏状态,之后在非锁屏状态的手机上打开具有控制电子设备能力的APP,在该APP中使用相应的控制功能,控制该电子设备进行相关操作。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种控制设备的方法及装置,技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供了一种控制设备的方法,所述方法包括:
在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件;
当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令;
向所述被控设备发送所述控制指令,所述控制指令用于指示所述被控设备执行所述控制指令对应的预定操作。
可选的,所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件,包括:
在所述锁屏界面中展示设备标识列表,所述设备标识列表中包含所述被控设备的标识;
当检测到对所述被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在所述锁屏界面中的指定位置展示所述被控设备的控制面板,所述控制面板中包含所述控件。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件之前,获取所述控件的展示属性,所述展示属性用于指示是否在所述锁屏界面中进行展示;
当所述控件的展示属性指示在所述锁屏界面中进行展示时,执行所述在锁屏界面中展示 被控设备对应的控件的步骤。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
在获取所述控件的展示属性之前,展示属性设置界面,所述属性设置界面中包含所述控件的设置选项;
根据对所述控件的设置选项的设置操作设置所述控件的展示属性。
可选的,所述当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令,包括:
当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,通过音频采集单元采集音频;
对采集到的所述音频进行语音识别,获得所述语音文本;
确定所述语音文本对应的所述控制指令。
可选的,所述确定所述语音文本对应的所述控制指令,包括:
向云端服务器发送查询请求,所述查询请求中包含所述语音文本;
接收所述云端服务器根据所述语音文本确定并返回的所述控制指令。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供了一种控制设备的装置,所述装置包括:
控件展示模块,用于在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件;
指令确定模块,用于当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令;
发送模块,用于向所述被控设备发送所述控制指令,所述控制指令用于指示所述被控设备执行所述控制指令对应的预定操作。
可选的,所述控件展示模块,包括:
第一展示子模块,用于在所述锁屏界面中展示设备标识列表,所述设备标识列表中包含所述被控设备的标识;
第二展示子模块,用于当检测到对所述被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在所述锁屏界面中的指定位置展示所述被控设备的控制面板,所述控制面板中包含所述控件。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
属性获取模块,用于在所述控件展示模块在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件之前,获取所述控件的展示属性,所述展示属性用于指示是否在所述锁屏界面中进行展示;
所述控件展示模块,用于当所述控件的展示属性指示在所述锁屏界面中进行展示时,执行所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件的步骤。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
界面展示模块,用于在获取所述控件的展示属性之前,展示属性设置界面,所述属性设置界面中包含所述控件的设置选项;
设置模块,用于根据对所述控件的设置选项的设置操作设置所述控件的展示属性。
可选的,所述指令确定模块,包括:
音频采集子模块,用于当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,通过音频采集单元采集音频;
语音识别子模块,用于对采集到的所述音频进行语音识别,获得所述语音文本;
指令确定子模块,用于确定所述语音文本对应的所述控制指令。
可选的,所述指令确定子模块,包括:
发送子模块,用于向云端服务器发送查询请求,所述查询请求中包含所述语音文本;

处理器;
用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;

这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本公开相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本公开的一些方面相一致的方法和装置的例子。
图1是根据本公开所示出的控制设备的方法所涉及的实施环境的示意图。该实施环境可以包括:主控设备110、被控设备120和云端服务器130。
主控设备110用于向被控设备120发送控制指令,该主控设备110和被控设备120通过无线网络相连接。无线网络可以是2G、3G或4G网络,也可以是无线局域网。除此之外,主控设备110和被控设备120还可以通过红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其它技术来连接。
主控设备110可以配备有用于显示信息并接收用户触摸操作的触控屏幕,主控设备可以是手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备及MP3/MP4等具有锁屏状态的终端。
被控设备120用于接收主控设备发送的控制指令,并执行该控制指令指示的工作。被控设备120可以是空调、电视、热水器、空气净化器、净水机、灯具、摄像机、电源开关、红外感应器、智能插座等智能设备和可以构成智能场景的设备。
可选的,该实施环境还可以包括云端服务器130。云端服务器130通过无线网络与主控设备110相连接。云端服务器可提供语音识别服务,并将识别出的控制指令返回给主控设备110。
下面,以图1所示的实施环境为例,对本公开各个实施例提供的技术方案进行介绍和说明。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种控制设备的方法的流程图,该控制设备的方法可由图1所示的实施环境中的主控设备110来执行。该控制设备的方法可以包括如下几个步骤:
在步骤201中,在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件。
在步骤202中,当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,确定该控件对应的控制指令。
在步骤203中,向该被控设备发送该控制指令,该控制指令用于指示该被控设备执行该控制指令对应的预定操作。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供的一种控制设备的方法,通过在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件,当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,确定该控件对应的控制指令,向该被控设备发送该控制指令,该控制指令用于指示该被控设备执行该控制指令对应的预定操作,本方案能够让用户既无需解锁主控设备也无需进入相关控制设备的应用,即可在主控设备的锁屏界面上通过控件快捷迅速地控制被控设备进行相关操作,达到简化用户通过已锁屏的主控设备控制被控设备的操作步骤的效果。
图3是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种控制设备的方法的流程图,该控制设备的方法可由图1所示的实施环境中的主控设备110来执行。该控制设备的方法可以包括如下几个步骤:
在步骤301中,展示属性设置界面,该属性设置界面中包含该控件的设置选项。
其中,该设置选项可以包括展示属性设置选项,用户可以预先通过某个被控设备的属性设置选项设置是否在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件,以及,设置展示被控设备对应的哪些控件等。可选的,该设置选项还可以包括亮度属性设置选项和色彩属性设置选项等,用于对锁屏界面中展示的控件时的亮度和色彩进行设置。
比如,请参考图4,图4是基于图3所示实施例的一种属性设置界面的界面示意图。对于属性设置界面400中所示的设置项目401、设置项目402和设置项目403而言,每一个设置项目用于展示一个第一控件的设置选项,每一个第一控件对应控制一个被控设备;对于设 置项目404、设置项目405和设置项目406而言,每一个设置项目用于展示一个第二控件的设置选项,每一个第二控件对应控制一种智能场景,其中,在一种智能场景被开启后,当某一个被控设备的工作条件发生改变时,与该被控设备相关的其它被控设备会做出预先设定的相应动作。
在图4中,每个控件对应的设置项目都有相应的属性设置区域,以设置项目401为例,该设置项目401相应的属性设置区域为属性设置区域41。在该属性设置区域41中,能够被设置的属性可以包括展示属性设置选项41a、亮度属性设置选项41b以及色彩属性设置选项41c。其中,展示属性为设置项目401的主要属性,当设置项目401的展示属性被设置为开启时,亮度属性设置选项41b和色彩属性设置选项41c在属性设置区域41显示;当设置项目401的展示属性被设置为隐藏时,亮度属性41b设置选项和色彩属性设置选项41c在属性设置区域41不显示。其中,亮度属性设置选项41b用于指示当该控件在该锁屏界面中显示时整块显示屏的显示亮度。色彩属性设置选项41c用于指示当该控件在该锁屏界面中显示时选中状态的色彩和未选中状态的色彩。例如,指示被控设备电视开关的按钮在电视处于开启状态时显示橘红色,在电视处于关闭状态时处于灰白色。色彩属性设置选项41c可以通过输入框来显示。
可选地,一个控件对应的设置项目除上述能够设置的属性41a、41b和41c外,该设置选项还可以包括动画显示属性设置选项、时间段显示属性设置选项和智能显示属性设置选项。
其中,动画显示属性设置选项可以包括控件显示的各种动画形式,例如闪烁、旋转、翻转和跳动等,该动画形式用于指示展示在锁屏界面上的控件上的文字是否按预定动画显示方式进行显示,比如一个第一控件上的“空调”文字以闪烁的动画效果进行展示;时间段显示属性设置选项用于在控件的展示属性被设置为“开启”时,控件显示在锁屏界面上的时间段,比如设置“空调”控件在7:00~8:30以及16:00~22:00进行显示;智能显示属性设置选项包括开启和关闭两个状态,用于当该智能显示属性被设置为开启时,控件会根据主控设备与被控设备之间的距离远近选择是否显示在锁屏界面上,比如“电视”第一控件在主控设备距离被控设备“电视”距离大于预设阈值时不显示,在距离小于预设阈值时进行显示。
在步骤302中,根据对该控件的设置选项的设置操作设置该控件的展示属性。
以图4所示实施例的属性设置界面为例,本步骤可以是根据对该控件的展示属性设置选项、亮度属性设置选项和色彩属性设置选项的设置操作设置该控件的展示属性;也可以是根据对该控件的动画显示属性设置选项、时间段显示属性设置选项和智能显示属性设置选项的设置操作设置该控件的展示属性。
在步骤303中,检测到屏幕开启时,获取该控件的展示属性,该展示属性用于指示是否在锁屏界面中进行展示。
该控件的展示属性包括开启和隐藏两个状态,开启状态用于指示控件在锁频界面中展示,隐藏状态用于指示控件在锁屏界面中不展示。比如,以图4所示,当用户在属性设置界面中将电视的展示属性设置选项设置为“开”时,该电视对应的控件的展示属性为开启状态,反之,当用户在属性设置界面中将电视的展示属性设置选项设置为“关”时,该电视对应的控件的展示属性为隐藏状态。
当该控件的展示属性指示在该锁屏界面中进行展示时,执行该在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件的步骤304和305。
在步骤304中,当该展示属性指示在锁屏界面中进行展示时,在该锁屏界面中展示设备标识列表,该设备标识列表中包含该被控设备的标识。
在一种可能实现的方式中,在该锁屏界面中以选项卡的形式展示设备标识列表,可以参见图5,图5是基于图3所示实施例的一种设备标识列表展示的界面示意图。该设备标识列表可以以横排排列的选项卡形式显示在锁屏界面中,如位于锁屏界面上部的51位置和位于锁屏界面中下部的52位置;该设备标识列表也可以以竖排排列的选项卡形式显示在锁屏界面中,如位于锁屏界面左侧的53位置和位于锁屏界面右侧的54位置。
除上述图5中设备标识列表以选项卡的形式展示外,设备标识列表还可以以分散标签来显示。请参考图6,图6是基于图3所示实施例的另一种设备标识列表展示的界面示意图,其中每个设备标识列表中的设备标识,可以以标签的形式分散显示于紧贴锁屏界面图四周的边缘,例如图6中的设备标识61、设备标识62以及设备标识63所处的位置,需要特别说明的是,图6中61~63所处的位置仅为示例性表明设备标识可能出现的位置,并不限定设备标识可能出现的其它紧贴锁屏界面四周边缘的位置。
在步骤305中,当检测到对该被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在该锁屏界面中的指定位置展示该被控设备的控制面板,该控制面板中包含该控件。
对该被控设备的标识的选择操作可以是点击、拖拽和按压。当检测到对该被控设备的标识的点击或者拖拽操作时,在该锁屏界面中的指定位置展示该被控设备的控制面板。在确定检测到了对于被控设备的标识的点击或者拖拽操作后,可以通过各种动画效果在指定位置展示该被控设备的控制面板。可选地,按压操作可以是轻压或重压,设置在轻压状态下以预览模式显示该被控设备的控制面板,当对被控设备的标识的操作由轻压状态转变为无触碰状态时,锁屏界面退出预览模式并恢复到进行轻压操作之前的界面;当对被控设备的操作由轻压状态转变为重压状态时,锁屏界面切换到预览模式显示的该被控设备的控制面板。而在重压 状态下界面直接切换到该被控设备的控制面板并进行展示。
在步骤306中,当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,确定该控件对应的控制指令。
当主控设备检测到对该控件的触发操作时,在主控设备侧根据触发操作点击的按钮与控制指令的对应关系确定该控件对应的控制指令。
如图7所示,图7是基于图3所示实施例的一种锁屏界面示意图。在锁屏界面700中,有被控设备的标识701、702和703,以及对应于被控设备的标识701的控制面板71,在控制面板71中,包括开关按钮71a、第一调节按钮71b、第二调节按钮71c、第一预设按钮71d、第二预设按钮71e和第三预设按钮71f。当控制面板71中71a~71f被用户的操作触发时,主控设备生成针对某一被控设备的单一控制指令。智能场景72、智能场景73和智能场景74被用户的操作触发开启后,相应智能场景对应的设备按照智能场景预设的工作模式开始工作。
需要特别说明的是,该控制面板71中显示的按钮的数量因锁屏界面有限可以显示控制被控设备最常用的几个,或者点击其中一个预设按钮切换到包含多个其它预设按钮的界面中。如图8所示,图8是基于图3提供的实施例的一种被控设备的控制面板的切换示意图。在图8中,检测到对被控设备的第一控制面板800中的功能按钮81的选择操作后,锁屏界面切换到展示第二控制面板801的界面。其中,为被控设备设置除第一控制面板外的第二控制面板的作用是防止第一面板中因平面空间有限而无法放置的按钮。
在步骤306中的情形1的情况下,执行步骤307。
在步骤307中,向该被控设备发送该控制指令,该控制指令用于指示该被控设备执行该控制指令对应的预定操作。
主控设备向被控设备发射控制指令,被控设备接收到控制指令后执行控制指令中的预定操作。
在一种可能实现的方式中,当触发操作针对的控件是对应控制一个被控设备的第一控件时,主控设备可以按照如下示例发出控制指令,使被控设备进行相应的操作。例如,主控设备在锁屏界面中的被控设备的标签“电视”对应的控制面板中的下一个频道的控件被点击后,主控设备根据被控设备的标签和对应的控制面板中的控件获取对应的控制指令。之后主控设备向电视发送该控制指令,该电视接收到该控制指令后,根据该控制指令将频道切换至下一个频道。
在另一种可能实现的方式中,当触发操作针对的控件是对应控制一种智能场景的第二控件时,主控设备可以按照如下示例发出控制指令,使智能场景中的被控设备进行相应的操作。例如,主控设备在锁屏界面中的被控设备的标签“回家模式”对应的智能场景被点击开启后, 生成智能场景开启指令,该智能场景开启指令可以直接发送给该智能场景中的各个智能设备,也可以发送给控制该智能场景的控制设备,该控制智能场景的控制设备可以是家庭网关、路由器或者云端服务器,之后再由该控制设备将智能场景的开启指令发送给各个智能设备,指示各个智能设备按照智能场景设置的工作模式进行工作。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供的一种控制设备的方法,通过展示属性设置界面,设置该控件的展示属性,之后获取该控件的展示属性,在锁屏界面中展示包含被控设备的标识的设备标识列表,当检测到对该被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在该锁屏界面中的指定位置展示该被控设备的、包含控件的控制面板,当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,确定该控件对应的控制指令,向该被控设备发送用于指示该被控设备执行该控制指令对应的预定操作的控制指令,本方案能够让用户既无需解锁主控设备也无需进入相关控制设备的应用,即可在主控设备的锁屏界面上通过控件快捷迅速地控制被控设备进行相关操作,达到简化用户通过已锁屏的主控设备控制被控设备的操作步骤的效果。
图9是根据又一示例性实施例示出的一种控制设备的方法的流程图,该控制设备的方法可由图1所示的实施环境中的主控设备110来执行实现。该控制设备的方法可以包括如下几个步骤:
在步骤901中,展示属性设置界面,该属性设置界面中包含该控件的设置选项。
请参考图10,图10是基于图9所示实施例的一种属性设置界面的界面示意图。对于属性设置界面1000中所示的设置项目1001而言,该设置项目1001用于设置语音控制控件的展示属性1001a为开启还是隐藏。
在步骤902中,根据对该控件的设置选项的设置操作设置该控件的展示属性。
步骤902中,按照前述步骤901所举例子,本步骤将确定语音控制控件的展示属性为开启;或者,本步骤将确定该语音控制控件的展示属性为关闭。
在步骤903中,检测到屏幕开启时,获取该控件的展示属性,该展示属性用于指示是否在锁屏界面中进行展示。
在步骤904中,当该展示属性指示在锁屏界面中进行展示时,在该锁屏界面中展示该被控设备的控件。
与上述图3对应的实施例类似,在该步骤中,可以首先在该锁屏界面中展示设备标识列表,该设备标识列表中包含该被控设备的标识,当检测到对该被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在该锁屏界面中的指定位置展示该被控设备的控制面板,该控制面板中包含该控件。
在步骤905中,当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,通过音频采集单元采集音频。
请参考图11,图11是基于图9所示实施例的一种展示语音控制控件的界面示意图。在图11所示界面中,语音控制控件1101被长按时或者点击触发时,开始通过音频采集单元采集音频。可选地,该音频采集单元集成在主控设备中。
在步骤906中,对采集到的该音频进行语音识别,获得该语音文本。
在主控设备中对采集到的该音频进行语音识别,将语音识别为该语音文本,语音文本为一种语言对应的文字信息。
在步骤906执行完毕后执行步骤907以及步骤910,或者,执行步骤908~步骤910。
在步骤907中,确定该语音文本对应的该控制指令。
步骤907执行的设备是在主控设备侧。主控设备根据本地存储的对应关系表,查找该语音文本对应的该控制指令。
在步骤908中,向云端服务器发送查询请求,该查询请求中包含该语音文本。
步骤908中,主控设备将识别出的语音文本发送给云端服务器。
云端服务器用于根据服务器中存储的对应关系表查询该语音文本对应的控制指令。
在步骤909中,接收该云端服务器根据该语音文本确定并返回的该控制指令。
主控设备接收该云端服务器发送的根据该语音文本确定并返回的该控制指令。
可选地,步骤908和步骤909中由云端服务器执行的工作可以由家庭网关、路由器、局域网主机或工作站完成。
在步骤910中,向该被控设备发送该控制指令,该控制指令用于指示该被控设备执行该控制指令对应的预定操作。
主控设备向被控设备发射控制指令,被控设备接收到控制指令后执行控制指令中的预定操作。
在一种可能实现的方式中,当主控终端获得的控制指令是对应控制一个被控设备时,主控设备可以按照如下示例发出控制指令,使被控设备进行相应的操作。例如,主控设备在锁屏界面中的语音控制控件被按压操作触发后,主控设备接收用户发出的语音“打开电视”并获取该语音对应的控制指令。之后主控设备向电视发送该控制指令,该电视接收到该控制指令后,根据该控制指令将电视打开。
在另一种可能实现的方式中,当主控终端获得的控制指令是对应控制一种智能场景时,主控设备可以按照如下示例发出控制指令,使智能场景中的被控设备进行相应的操作。例如,主控设备在锁屏界面中的语音控制控件被按压操作触发后,主控设备接收用户发出的语音“开启回家模式”并获取该语音对应的控制指令。之后主控设备向家庭网关发送开启“回家模式”这一智能场景的开启指令,之后再由该家庭网关将智能场景的开启指令发送给各个智能 设备,或者,主控设备将该开启指令直接发送给该智能场景中的各个智能设备,指示各个智能设备按照智能场景“回家模式”设置的工作模式进行工作。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供的一种控制设备的方法,通过展示属性设置界面,设置该控件的展示属性,之后获取该控件的展示属性,在锁屏界面中展示该被控设备的语音控制控件,当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,通过音频采集单元采集音频,对采集到的该音频进行语音识别,获得该语音文本,确定该语音文本对应的该控制指令,向该被控设备发送该控制指令,该控制指令用于指示该被控设备执行该控制指令对应的预定操作,本方案能够让用户既无需解锁主控设备也无需进入相关控制设备的应用,从而达到即可在主控设备的锁屏界面上通过控件快捷迅速地控制被控设备进行相关操作,达到简化用户通过已锁屏的主控设备控制被控设备的操作步骤的效果。
图12是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种控制设备的装置的框图,该控制设备的装置可以通过硬件电路或者软硬件结合的方式组成为主控设备的全部或者部分,并实现如图2、图3或图9所示的控制设备的方法。该控制设备的装置可以包括:控件展示模块1201、指令确定模块1202和发送模块1203。
控件展示模块1201,被配置为在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件。
指令确定模块1202,被配置为用于当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,确定该控件对应的控制指令。
发送模块1203,被配置为向该被控设备发送该控制指令,该控制指令用于指示该被控设备执行该控制指令对应的预定操作。

图13是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种控制设备的装置的框图,该控制设备的装置可以通过硬件电路或者软硬件结合的方式组成为主控设备的全部或者部分,并实现如图2、图3或图9所示的控制设备的方法。该控制设备的装置可以包括:控件展示模块1301、指令确定模块1302、发送模块1303、属性获取模块1304、界面展示模块1305、设置模块1306。
控件展示模块1301,被配置为在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件。
指令确定模块1302,被配置为当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,确定该控件对应的控制指令。
发送模块1303,被配置为向该被控设备发送该控制指令,该控制指令用于指示该被控设备执行该控制指令对应的预定操作。
该控件展示模块1301,包括:第一展示子模块1301a和第二展示子模块1301b。
第一展示子模块1301a,被配置为在该锁屏界面中展示设备标识列表,该设备标识列表中包含该被控设备的标识。
第二展示子模块1301b,被配置为当检测到对该被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在该锁屏界面中的指定位置展示该被控设备的控制面板,该控制面板中包含该控件。
属性获取模块1304,被配置为控件展示模块1301在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件之前,获取该控件的展示属性,该展示属性用于指示是否在该锁屏界面中进行展示。
该控件展示模块1301,被配置为当该控件的展示属性指示在该锁屏界面中进行展示时,执行该在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件的步骤。
界面展示模块1305,被配置为在获取该控件的展示属性之前,展示属性设置界面,该属性设置界面中包含该控件的设置选项。
设置模块1306,被配置为根据对该控件的设置选项的设置操作设置该控件的展示属性。
该指令确定模块1302,包括:音频采集子模块1302a、语音识别子模块1302b和指令确定子模块1302c。
音频采集子模块1302a,被配置为当检测到对该控件的触发操作时,通过音频采集单元采集音频。
语音识别子模块1302b,被配置为对采集到的该音频进行语音识别,获得该语音文本。
指令确定子模块1302c,被配置为确定该语音文本对应的该控制指令。
该指令确定子模块1302c,还包括:发送子模块1302c1和接收子模块1302c2。
发送子模块1302c1,被配置为向云端服务器发送查询请求,该查询请求中包含该语音文本。
接收子模块1302c2,被配置为接收该云端服务器根据该语音文本确定并返回的该控制指令。

本公开还提供了一种控制设备的装置,该装置包括:处理器,用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器,其中,所述处理器被配置为:
在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件;
当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令;
向所述被控设备发送所述控制指令,所述控制指令用于指示所述被控设备执行所述控制指令对应的预定操作。
可选的,所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件,包括:
在所述锁屏界面中展示设备标识列表,所述设备标识列表中包含所述被控设备的标识;
当检测到对所述被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在所述锁屏界面中的指定位置展示所述被控设备的控制面板,所述控制面板中包含所述控件。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件之前,获取所述控件的展示属性,所述展示属性用于指示是否在所述锁屏界面中进行展示;
当所述控件的展示属性指示在所述锁屏界面中进行展示时,执行所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件的步骤。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
在获取所述控件的展示属性之前,展示属性设置界面,所述属性设置界面中包含所述控件的设置选项;
根据对所述控件的设置选项的设置操作设置所述控件的展示属性。
可选的,所述当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令,包括:
当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,通过音频采集单元采集音频;
对采集到的所述音频进行语音识别,获得所述语音文本;
确定所述语音文本对应的所述控制指令。
可选的,所述确定所述语音文本对应的所述控制指令,包括:
向云端服务器发送查询请求,所述查询请求中包含所述语音文本;
接收所述云端服务器根据所述语音文本确定并返回的所述控制指令。
需要说明的一点是,上述实施例提供的装置在实现其功能时,仅以上述各个功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据实际需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将设备的内容结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图14是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种装置1400的框图。例如,装置1400可以是智能手机、可穿戴设备、智能电视和车载终端等被控设备。
参照图14,装置1400可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1402,存储器1404,电源组件1406,多媒体组件1408,音频组件1410,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1412,传感器组件1414,以及通信组件1416。
处理组件1402通常控制装置1400的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1402可以包括一个或多个处理器1420来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1402可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1402和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1402可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1408和处理组件1402之间的交互。
存储器1404被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置1400的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1400上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1404可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1406为装置1400的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1406可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1400生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1408包括在装置1400和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1408包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1400处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可 以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1410被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1410包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1400处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1404或经由通信组件1416发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1414还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1412为处理组件1402和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1414包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1400提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1414可以检测到装置1400的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如组件为装置1400的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1414还可以检测装置1400或装置1400一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1400接触的存在或不存在,装置1400方位或加速/减速和装置1400的温度变化。传感器组件1414可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1414还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1414还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1416被配置为便于装置1400和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1400可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G、3G或4G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1416经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1416还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其它技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1400可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1404,上述指令可由装置1400的处理器1420执行以完成上述方法。例如,非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当存储介质中的指令由装置1400的处理器执行时,使得装置1400能够执行上述由主控设备执行的控制设备的方法。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种控制设备的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件;
    当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令;
    向所述被控设备发送所述控制指令,所述控制指令用于指示所述被控设备执行所述控制指令对应的预定操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件,包括:
    在所述锁屏界面中展示设备标识列表,所述设备标识列表中包含所述被控设备的标识;
    当检测到对所述被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在所述锁屏界面中的指定位置展示所述被控设备的控制面板,所述控制面板中包含所述控件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件之前,获取所述控件的展示属性,所述展示属性用于指示是否在所述锁屏界面中进行展示;
    当所述控件的展示属性指示在所述锁屏界面中进行展示时,执行所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在获取所述控件的展示属性之前,展示属性设置界面,所述属性设置界面中包含所述控件的设置选项;
    根据对所述控件的设置选项的设置操作设置所述控件的展示属性。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令,包括:
    当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,通过音频采集单元采集音频;
    对采集到的所述音频进行语音识别,获得所述语音文本;
    确定所述语音文本对应的所述控制指令。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述语音文本对应的所述控制 指令,包括:
    向云端服务器发送查询请求,所述查询请求中包含所述语音文本;
    接收所述云端服务器根据所述语音文本确定并返回的所述控制指令。
  7. 一种控制设备的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    控件展示模块,用于在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件;
    指令确定模块,用于当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令;
    发送模块,用于向所述被控设备发送所述控制指令,所述控制指令用于指示所述被控设备执行所述控制指令对应的预定操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示模块,包括:
    第一展示子模块,用于在所述锁屏界面中展示设备标识列表,所述设备标识列表中包含所述被控设备的标识;
    第二展示子模块,用于当检测到对所述被控设备的标识的选择操作时,在所述锁屏界面中的指定位置展示所述被控设备的控制面板,所述控制面板中包含所述控件。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    属性获取模块,用于在所述控件展示模块在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件之前,获取所述控件的展示属性,所述展示属性用于指示是否在所述锁屏界面中进行展示;
    所述控件展示模块,用于当所述控件的展示属性指示在所述锁屏界面中进行展示时,执行所述在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件的步骤。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    界面展示模块,用于在获取所述控件的展示属性之前,展示属性设置界面,所述属性设置界面中包含所述控件的设置选项;
    设置模块,用于根据对所述控件的设置选项的设置操作设置所述控件的展示属性。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述指令确定模块,包括:
    音频采集子模块,用于当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,通过音频采集单元采集音频;
    语音识别子模块,用于对采集到的所述音频进行语音识别,获得所述语音文本;
    指令确定子模块,用于确定所述语音文本对应的所述控制指令。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述指令确定子模块,包括:
    发送子模块,用于向云端服务器发送查询请求,所述查询请求中包含所述语音文本;
    接收子模块,用于接收所述云端服务器根据所述语音文本确定并返回的所述控制指令。
  13. 一种控制设备的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    在锁屏界面中展示被控设备对应的控件;
    当检测到对所述控件的触发操作时,确定所述控件对应的控制指令;
    向所述被控设备发送所述控制指令,所述控制指令用于指示所述被控设备执行所述控制指令对应的预定操作。
