背景技术

本领域技术人员应该明白,为了简单清楚地展示附图中的组件,这些组件并不一定是按比例绘制的。例如,附图中的一些组件的相对尺寸可能会失真,以帮助提高对本发明实施例的理解。
具体实施方式
总体上,本发明涉及审查装置、系统和方法。具体地,本发明涉及用于核实机器显示屏的内容的审查装置、系统和方法,所述机器诸如但不限于电子游戏机和销售终端(POS)机器。
图1是一个实施例中审查装置100的示意图。审查装置100包括用于采集机器的显示屏的馈送信号的输入设备110。该机器可以是——例如——游戏机、POS机、自动售货机或其他包括显示屏的机器。
在优选实施例中,输入设备110包括端口、电缆和/或另一种类型的接口, 用于接受和/或解释馈送信号。例如,该输入设备110可以包括以下各项中的一项或多项:视频图形数组(VGA)接口;高清晰度多媒体接口(HDMI);数字视频输入(DVI)接口;尼尔-康塞曼卡口(BNC)接口。在一些实施例中,输入设备110包括一个或多个连接器,这些连接器能将适用于不同类型的显示接口的电缆连接到审查装置100。
处理器120与输入设备110联接来解释馈送信号。例如,处理器120检测馈送信号的类型和/或将馈送信号编码/转换成数字视频格式。例如,解释该馈送信号包括解释以下各项之一:模拟视频信号;未压缩的数字视频信号;低电压差分信令(LVDS)信号;射频(RF)信号。在一些实施例中,该审查装置包括模数转换器(ADC)111,该模数转换器(ADC)111联接在输入设备110与处理器120之间,用于将输入设备110接收到的模拟信号转换成有待处理器120解释的数字信号。其中,数字视频格式可以是——例如——未压缩的视频格式或压缩的视频格式(如H.264)。
通信装置130与处理器120联接,以便基于所解释的馈送信号向监控系统传送流式视频。通信装置130可以通过——例如——WIFI连接或有线网络连接与监控系统连接。
所述流式视频可以通过譬如H.264实时流传输协议(RTSP)来传送。然后,可以存储和/或通过监控系统观察该流式视频。
在一些实施例中,该审查装置100是可以通过通信装置130远程配置的。例如,可以通过监控系统或通过另一个网络来登录进入审查装置100以改变设置或从审查装置100中下载内容。
图2为典型的显示配置200的示意图,显示驱动器220通过显示馈送230驱动显示屏210。
图3是一个实施例中用于采集显示屏210的内容的审查装置100的第一配置300的示意图。审查装置100包括以第一电缆115形式存在的输入装置,该第一电缆115为分路器电缆,该分路器电缆将审查装置100与显示馈送230联接,同时该分路器电缆将审查装置100联接与显示屏210连接。分路器电缆115可以永久性地附接于审查装置100或者与审查装置100的端口联接。分路器电缆115从显示馈送230接收馈送信号,并且将该馈送信号馈送至显示屏210和审查装置 100。
审查装置100与监控系统310通信,并且基于所接收的馈送信号向监控系统310传送流式视频。然后,可以存储和/或在监控系统310上显示该流式视频,以便能够监控和/或后期核实显示屏210的内容。
例如,在游戏机现场,监控系统310可以是用于对游戏机现场进行监控的IP或网络摄像机的监控系统。
图4是一个实施例中用于采集显示屏210的内容的审查装置100的第二配置400的示意图。审查装置100包括以第二电缆116形式存在的输入装置,该第二电缆116联接在审查装置100与显示屏210的输出端212之间。第二电缆116从输出端212接收显示馈送230的馈送信号,并且向审查装置100提供该馈送信号。
图5是一个实施例中用于采集显示屏210的内容的审查装置100的第三配置500的示意图。在该第三配置中,馈送信号传送至审查装置100。审查装置100包括以端口118形式存在的第一输入装置(该端口118与显示馈送230连接)和以电缆117形式存在的输出装置(该电缆117连接在该审查装置100与显示屏210的输入端之间)。审查装置100包括以电缆116形式存在的第二输入装置,该电缆116连接在显示屏210的输出端与审查装置100之间。第三配置500使得馈送信号能够在输入至显示屏210之前和之后被采集到。这使得该审查装置100能够检测在进入该显示屏210之前该信号是否发生改变。
图6展示了本发明一个实施例中的审查装置600。审查装置600包括输入设备110、处理器120和通信装置130。审查装置600包括与处理器120联接的电源640。在某些实施例中,该电源640还与所述通信装置130和/或所述输入设备110联接。电源640可以包括——例如——电池和/或外部电力输入。该审查装置600包括外壳605和一个或多个用于检测篡改外壳605的篡改检测装置650。所述一个或多个篡改检测装置650可以包括机械和/或电气装置,譬如一个当外壳605被打开时被激活的开关。
在某些实施例中,审查装置600通过监控电缆是否与审查装置600、所述显示馈送和/或所述显示屏断开来检测篡改。这种断开有可能导致不同的馈送信号被馈送至该显示屏。
在某些实施例中,审查装置600被配置成用于在检测到篡改时向监控系统传送警告通知。例如,可以通知服务器,审查装置600的外壳605已经被打开,或者电缆已经断开。
在某些实施例中,篡改检测装置650中的一个或多个,与审查装置600的处理器120和/或电源640联接。如果检测到篡改,则该一个或多个篡改检测装置650通过——例如——电源640和/或处理器120禁用该审查装置600。在某些实施例中,在审查装置600被禁用之后,审查装置600需要授权来启用审查装置600。例如,通过通信装置130接收授权来启用审查装置600。在某些实施例中,在检测到篡改之后,审查装置600需要授权来使该一个或多个篡改检测装置650复位。
图7展示了本发明一个实施例中的审查装置700。审查装置700包括输入设备110、处理器120和通信装置130。该输入设备110包括用于接收馈送信号的第一输入设备112、以及与机器连接以采集该机器的一项或多项设置的第二输入设备114。处理器120通过通信装置130将该机器的一项或多项设置以基于显示馈送的流式视频传送至监控系统。
在某些实施例中,处理器120对通过输入设备110接收的数据划分优先次序并重排。例如,若该机器是游戏机,当所述显示屏或所述一项或多项设置显示在游戏机上所赢得的头奖或其他奖励时,处理器120可以检测并且划分数据的优先次序。
审查装置700还包括与处理器120通信的存储器760。存储器760存储基于所解释的馈送信号的视频内容和/或存储该机器的一项或多项设置。在某些实施例中,存储器760包括以下各项中的一项或多项:安全数字(SD)卡;硬盘驱动器(HDD);固态硬盘(SSD);闪速存储器。
审查装置700包括时钟780。时钟780可以通过通信装置130自动地与时间服务器(比如所述监控系统的时间服务器)同步。在某些实施例中,通过网络时间协议(NTP)使该时钟同步。处理器120使用时钟780对通过第一输入设备112和第二输入设备114接收的内容盖上时间戳。例如,处理器120对所述流式视频和所述一项或多项设置的任何变化盖上时间戳。
审查装置700包括用于回放所存储的视频内容的输出装置770。输出装 置770可以——例如——与图5中所示的显示屏210或与另一个显示屏联接。在某些实施例中,输出装置770还用于显示所存储的机器设置(比如,在与视频内容的回放相对应的时间戳确定的某一时间)。
审查装置700包括能够对审查装置700进行跟踪的近场通信(NFC)装置790。NFC装置790可以——例如——提供用于识别该装置的信息,比如该装置的序列号。
本领域技术人员应该明白,为了清晰起见,图6和图7中所示的附加特征在两幅独立的附图中显示。然而,这些特征分别都是可选的,因此本发明的实施例可以根据需要包括这些特征中的一个或多个特征。
图8是审查机器的方法800的流程图。
在步骤810中,所述方法800包括通过审查装置100的输入设备110采集该机器的显示屏的馈送信号。
在步骤820中,所述方法800包括通过审查装置100中与输入设备110联接的处理器120解释该馈送信号。
在步骤830中,所述方法800包括通过审查装置100的通信装置130将基于所解释的馈送信号的流式视频传送至监控系统。
图9是本发明一个实施例中的审查系统900的示意图。审查系统900包括审查装置100和监视系统310。审查装置100通过监视系统310的安全网络交换机910与监视系统310连接。安全网络交换机910将从审查装置100发送过来的数据转换后发送至网络记录装置920(如网络视频记录器(NVR)或IP存储器(IPS))。可以通过监视系统310的计算装置930,在当时或者之后访问网络记录装置920中的数据,以查看显示屏的内容或机器的设置。
图10是本发明一个实施例中的审查装置的照片。
图11是本发明一个实施例中的审查系统1000的示意图。所述审查系统1000包括若干通过电缆1030与网络交换机910连接的审查装置100。每一个审查装置100通过电缆1020从游戏机1010的显示屏210接受信号,并基于该信号传送流式视频传送至网络交换机910。监控系统计算机930与网络交换机910相连接以接受所述流式视频。监控系统计算机930通过一个或多个显示器1060显示各审查装置100的流式视频。
比如,图11中,第一显示器1060显示来自第一游戏机1010(识别编号#500800)的直播流,第二显示器1060显示来自第二游戏机1010(识别编码#500400)的直播流。在图11中,对应于第二游戏机1010、连接于审查装置100和网络交换机910之间的电缆1030被切断,因此流式视频并没有在第二显示器1060上显示。
图12是本发明一个实施例中的审查系统1100的示意图。审查系统1100包括若干审查装置100。每一个审查装置100通过电缆1020从游戏机1010的显示屏210接收信号,并基于该信号将视频的内容存储在审查装置100的存储器760中。
存储器760可以从审查装置100中取出,并与计算机连接以在显示器1100中显示视频内容——比如——以解决纠纷。审查系统1100可以在不与监控系统连接的情况下运作。
图13是本发明一个实施例中的审查系统1200的示意图。审查系统1200包括若干通过电缆1030与网络交换机910连接的审查装置100。每一个审查装置100从游戏机1010的显示屏210处通过电缆1020接收显示信号、从摄像机140处接收摄像机信号。每一个审查装置100,基于所述显示屏信号和摄像头信号,将一个或多个流式视频传送至网络交换机910。监控系统计算机930与网络交换机910连接,以接收所述一个或多个流式视频。监控系统计算机930通过一个或多个显示器1060,显示来自各审查装置100的所述流式视频中的一个或多个。
比如,图13中,第一显示器1060显示来自第一游戏机1010(识别编号#500400)的显示屏210的直播流,第二显示器1060显示来自与游戏机1010相关联的摄像机140的直播流。来自游戏机1010和摄像机140的直播流可以用于——比如——认定围绕一个纠纷的事实。
基于所述显示信号和所述摄像机信号的视频和/或图像,被存储在审查装置100的存储器中。如果审查装置100与网络交换机910之间的连接丢失,则存储器760可以从审查装置100中取出并与计算机连接以显示所述视频和/或图像,或者,所述审查装置100可以与显示器连接以显示所述视频和/或图像。
因此,通过提供一种可以独立地审查机器的审查设备和方法,本发明解 决或者至少缓解现有技术的一个或多个问题。具体地,本发明的实施例通过采集机器的显示屏的馈送信号,并将其传送至监控系统和/或进行记录,从而核实显示屏的内容。本发明实施例还可以采集机器的一项或多项设置。可以通过对所采集的内容和设计盖上时间戳,使得某一内容在屏幕上显示时的时间和机器的设定能够被核实。
本发明的审查装置100的实施例还可以对视频进行编码,并且以不同的格式和分辨率对其进行流式传输,例如,基于所述监控系统和/或所述被审查的机器。
因此,本发明的实施例可以为与显示屏的内容有关的各方之间的纠纷提供可靠的证据。本发明的实施例还具有篡改检测功能,以保证这种证据未被篡改、显示屏的内容被可靠地采集。
在本说明书中,术语“包括”或类似术语旨在表示非排他性的包含关系,即,包括一系列组件的设备并不仅仅包括这些组件,而很可能包含未列出的其他组件。
本说明书中提及的任何现有技术不是、并且不应被当做是对现有技术形成了普通公知常识的一部分的承认或任何暗示形式。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种审查装置,包括:
    第一输入设备,用于采集机器的显示屏的馈送信号;
    处理器,与该第一输入设备联接,用于解释该馈送信号;以及
    通信装置,与该处理器联接,以基于所解释的馈送信号向监控系统传送流式视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的审查装置,进一步包括:
    外壳;以及
    一个或多个用于检测篡改该外壳的篡改检测装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的审查装置,所述一个或多个篡改检测装置为机械装置和/或电气装置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的审查装置,当检测到篡改时,所述一个或多个篡改检测装置禁用该审查装置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的审查装置,在审查装置被禁用后,该审查装置需要授权来启用该审查装置。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一所述的审查装置,在检测到篡改后,该审查装置需要授权来使该一个或多个篡改检测装置复位。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6任一所述的审查装置,当检测到篡改时,该审查装置向所述监控系统传送警告通知。
  8. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,进一步包括第二输入设备,与所述机器连接以采集该机器的一项或多项设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的审查装置,所述处理器通过所述通信装置向所述监控系统传送所述机器的所述一项或多项设置。
  10. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,进一步包括一个通过所述通信装置可与时间服务器同步的时钟。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的审查装置,所述处理器使用所述时钟对所述流式视频和/或所述一项或多项设置的任何变化盖上时间戳。
  12. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,进一步包括与所述处理器连接的存储器,以存储基于所解释的馈送信号的视频内容。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的审查装置,所述存储器包括以下各项中的一项或多项:安 全数码(SD)卡;硬盘驱动器(HDD);固态硬盘(SSD);闪速存储器。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的审查装置,该审查装置包括用于回放所存储的视频内容的输出装置。
  15. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,所述输入设备包括第一电缆,该第一电缆使该审查装置与所述机器的视频信号输出端连接,同时,该第一电缆使该审查装置与所述显示屏的视频信号输入端连接。
  16. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,所述输入设备包括第二电缆,该第二电缆将所述审查装置连接到所述显示屏的视频信号输出端。
  17. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,解释该馈送信号包括解释以下各项之一:模拟视频信号;未压缩的数字视频信号;低电压差分信令(LVDS)信号;射频(RF)信号。
  18. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,解释该馈送信号包括将该馈送信号编码成数字视频格式。
  19. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,所述第一输入设备包括以下各项中的一项或多项:视频图形数组(VGA)接口;高清晰度多媒体接口(HDMI);数字视频输入(DVI)接口;尼尔-康塞曼卡口(BNC)接口。
  20. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,该审查装置是可以通过该通信装置远程配置的。
  21. 根据前述任一权利要求所述的审查装置,该审查装置包括一个能够对该审查装置进行跟踪的近场通信(NFC)装置。
  22. 一种审查机器的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
    通过审查装置的第一输入设备采集该机器的显示屏的馈送信号;
    通过该审查装置中与该第一输入设备联接的处理器解释该馈送信号;
    通过该审查装置的通信装置将基于所解释的该馈送信号的流式视频传送至监控系统。
  23. 一种审查系统,包括:
    权利要求1-21中任一项所述的审查装置;以及
    监控系统,其中,该监控系统包括用于存储所述流式视频的网络记录装置。
