优选地,其中,所述方法还包括:S4检测是否满足预备切换无线接入点的触发条件;其中,所述步骤S2包括:当满足所述触发条件,根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。在所述步骤S4中,设备1检测是否满足预备切换无线接入点的触发条件,其中,所述触发条件用于触发设备1确定待切换的无线接入点,更优选地,其中,所述触发条件包括以下至少任一项:所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的信号强度等于或小于预定的信号强度阈值;所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的带宽小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的带宽阈值;所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的接入人数大于预定的人数阈值;所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的安全等级小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的安全等级。具体地,预备切换无线接入点的触发条件包括以下任一项:(1)所 述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的信号强度等于或小于预定的信号强度阈值,具体地,当无线接入点的信号强度小于一定值时,用户设备可能会断开与当前无线接入点之间的无线连接,因此当无线接入点的信号强度等于或小于预定的强度阈值时,切换当前无线接入点以使用户设备继续保持无线连接;(2)所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的带宽小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的带宽阈值,具体地,用户设备当前活动需求的带宽可能会发生变化,例如,用户从当前的网页浏览转换到视频观看时,所需要的带宽会变大,因此,当前无线接入点的带宽小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的带宽阈值时,切换当前无线接入点以使用户设备继续保持无线连接;(3)所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的接入人数大于预定的人数阈值,本领域的技术人员可以理解,无线接入点的接入人数是有限制的,当接入人数过多时,可能会使用户设备断开与当前无线接入点的无线连接,因此,当前无线接入点的接入人数大于预定的人数阈值时,切换当前的无线接入点以防止用户设备断开无线连接;(4)所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的安全等级小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的安全等级,具体地,用户设备在进行不同的活动时,需要的无线接入点的安全等级是不一样的,例如,在进行一般的上网活动时,对无线接入点安全等级的要求不高,而在进行网上支付等活动时,对无线接入点的安全等级要求较高,因此,当用户设备当前的无线接入点无法满足用户设备对安全等级的需求时,切换当前的无线接入点。
进一步地,设备1可以通过与预设的触发条件进行比对以检测是否满足预备切换无线接入点的触发条件,其中,在所述步骤S2中,当满足所述触发条件,设备1根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,例如,触发条件为预定的时间阈值,其中,用户设备移动出当前热点的信号覆盖范围所需时间低于该预定的时间阈值,当用户设备的移动时间达到该时间阈值时,设备1根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。

与现有技术相比,本申请通过获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息及移动相关信息,然后根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,这种方式能够根据用户设备的具体移动情况来确定待接入的无线接入点,从而可以更准确的确定待接入的无线接入点,且确定的无线接入点可用性更高。
而且,本申请还可以根据所述候选无线接入点的接入点相关信息从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,其中,所述接入点相关信息包括但不限于:所述候选无线接入点的名称信息、所述候选无线接入点的安全等级信息、所述候选无线接入点的可用带宽信息、所述候选无线接入点的当前连接用户数信息等。通过这种方式,可以为用户设备优选出更加适合的待接入的无线接入点,从而能够更好的提升用户体验。
此外,本申请还可以根据所述无线接入点的信号覆盖区域,以及所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息,确定所述用户设备接入所述无线接入点的接入时间,这种方式根据用户设备的具体位置信息及移动情况能够更精确的确定用户设备接入无线接入点的接入时间。

在该实施例中,所述设备1的第一装置获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息及移动相关信息,其中,所述设备1包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云;在此,云由基于云计算的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个虚拟超级计算机。优选地,所述设备1中对应存储了海量的与无线接入点有关的信息,其中,所述移动相关信息是指用户设备在移动过程中的有关信息,包括但不限于用户设备的移动方向、移动距离、移动速率等等。具体地,用户设备在移动过程中,其位置信息是在不断的变化的,可以通过所述用户设备的定位装置来获取用户设备当前的位置信息,具体地,设备1可以通过用户设备的定位装置来获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息,并根据当前位置信息及设备1存储的用户设备的历史位置信息来获取用户设备的移动相关信息。

优选地,其中,所述设备还包括:第四装置(未示出),检测是否满足预备切换无线接入点的触发条件;其中,所述第二装置用于:当满足所述触发条件,根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。具体地,所述设备1的第四装置检测是否满足预备切换无线接入点的触发条件,其中,所述触发条件用于触发设备1确定待切换的无线接入点,更优选地,其中,所述触发条件包括以下至少任一 项:所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的信号强度等于或小于预定的信号强度阈值;所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的带宽小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的带宽阈值;所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的接入人数大于预定的人数阈值;所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的安全等级小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的安全等级。具体地,预备切换无线接入点的触发条件包括以下任一项:(1)所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的信号强度等于或小于预定的信号强度阈值,具体地,当无线接入点的信号强度小于一定值时,用户设备可能会断开与当前无线接入点之间的无线连接,因此当无线接入点的信号强度等于或小于预定的强度阈值时,切换当前无线接入点以使用户设备继续保持无线连接;(2)所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的带宽小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的带宽阈值,具体地,用户设备当前活动需求的带宽可能会发生变化,例如,用户从当前的网页浏览转换到视频观看时,所需要的带宽会变大,因此,当前无线接入点的带宽小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的带宽阈值时,切换当前无线接入点以使用户设备继续保持无线连接;(3)所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的接入人数大于预定的人数阈值,本领域的技术人员可以理解,无线接入点的接入人数是有限制的,当接入人数过多时,可能会使用户设备断开与当前无线接入点的无线连接,因此,当前无线接入点的接入人数大于预定的人数阈值时,切换当前的无线接入点以防止用户设备断开无线连接;(4)所述用户设备连接的当前无线接入点的安全等级小于所述用户设备当前活动需求的安全等级,具体地,用户设备在进行不同的活动时,需要的无线接入点的安全等级是不一样的,例如,在进行一般的上网活动时,对无线接入点安全等级的要求不高,而在进行网上支付等活动时,对无线接入点的安全等级要求较高,因此,当用户设备当前的无线接入点无法满足用户设备对安全等级的需求时,切换当前的无线接入点。
进一步地,设备1可以通过与预设的触发条件进行比对以检测是否满足预备切换无线接入点的触发条件,其中,当满足所述触发条件,设备1的第二装置根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,例如,触发条件为预定的时间阈值,其中,用 户设备移动出当前热点的信号覆盖范围所需时间低于该预定的时间阈值,当用户设备的移动时间达到该时间阈值时,设备1根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
在一个优选的实施例中,参图4所示,其中,图4中的第一装置与图1实施例中的第一装置相同或基本相同,故在此不再赘述,仅以引用的方式包含于此。优选地,其中,所述第二单元用于:根据所述候选无线接入点的接入点相关信息从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。其中,所述接入点相关信息是数据库中保存的与接入点有关的一切信息,具体地,设备1可以根据预设的优选条件及该接入点相关信息从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,优选地,其中,所述接入点相关信息包括以下至少任一项:所述候选无线接入点的名称信息;所述候选无线接入点的安全等级信息;所述候选无线接入点的可用带宽信息;所述候选无线接入点的当前连接用户数信息。设备1可以根据该等接入点相关信息优选出用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,具体地,(1)根据所述候选无线接入点的名称信息优选出用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,本领域的技术人员可以理解,对于不同的无线接入点可能会有相同或相近的名称信息,因此,用户设备在移动过程中,可以根据名称信息优选出待接入的无线接入点,以使用户可以有更好的体验,其中,所述第二单元用于:从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,其中,所述无线接入点的名称信息与所述用户设备所连接的当前无线热点相匹配。其中,所述匹配包括无线接入点名称信息相同或相近,具体地,设备1可以根据当前该无线接入点的名称信息从一个或多个候选无线接入点中比对查找出名称信息相同或相近的无线接入点,作为待接入的无线接入点。(2)根据所述候选无线接入点的安全等级信息优选出用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,具体地,由于无线接入点的安全等级是不同的,有加密的、有公开的等等,当用户设备对于无线接入点的安全性要求较高时,可以根据无线热点的安全等级从候选无线接入点中优选出安全等级较高的无线接入点作为待接入无线接入点。例如,当用户设备在使用网银、支付宝等安全性需 求较高的应用时,需要无线接入点的安全等级较高。(3)根据所述候选无线接入点的可用带宽信息优选出用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,具体地,由于无线接入点的带宽信息可能是不一样的,当用户设备对无线接入点的带宽要求较高时,可以根据无线接入点的带宽信息从候选无线接入点中优选出带宽较高的无线接入点作为待接入无线接入点。例如,当用户设备在使用视频类应用时,比只进行网页浏览需要较高的带宽。(4)根据所述候选无线接入点的当前连接用户数信息优选出用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,具体地,本领域的技术人员可以理解,当无线接入点的连接用户数较多时,该无线接入点的使用情况可能会比较好,利于建立无线连接,因此,当用户设备需要易于建立连接的无线接入点时,可以优选出当前连接用户数较多的无线接入点作为待接入的无线接入点。
优选地,其中,所述第二装置包括:第三单元,用于根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息,以及所述用户设备的当前应用通信需求信息,确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。本领域的技术人员可以理解,不同的应用通信需求对于无线接入点类型的需求也不同,具体地,除了根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息外,还可以结合用户设备当前应用通信需求信息,确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,例如,当用户设备在进行网上支付活动时,可以选择安全性较高的无线接入点作为待接入无线接入点;又例如,当用户设备需要较高的带宽时,可以选择带宽较大的无线接入点作为待接入的无线接入点等等。
更优选地,其中,所述第二装置包括:第四单元(未示出),用于根据所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备是否处于移动状态;第五单元(未示出),用于若所述用户设备处于移动状态,根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。具体地,设备1的第四单元可以根据所述用户设备的移动速率确定用户设备是否处于移动状态,例如,当用户设备的移动速率大于零时,则所述用户设备处于移动状态。进一步地,若所述用户设备处于移动状态,设备1的第五单元根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。具体地,第五单元根据所述用户设备的当前位置信息及移动速率、 移动方向等确定下一时刻的位置信息,并根据该位置信息确定在该位置可连接的无线接入点作为待接入的无线接入点。
更优选地,其中,所述第二装置还包括:第六单元,用于若所述用户设备未处于移动状态,根据所述当前位置信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。具体地,设备1的第六单元可以根据所述用户设备的移动速率判断该用户设备是否处于移动状态,例如,当该用户设备的移动速率为零时,判断该用户设备处于未移动状态,则第六单元根据当前位置信息确定待接入的无线接入点,具体地,第六单元根据用户设备当前的位置信息查找与该位置信息相匹配的无线接入点作为待接入的无线接入点。更优选地,其中,所述根据所述当前位置信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点包括:根据所述当前位置信息以及所述用户设备的当前应用通信需求信息,确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。本领域的技术人员应能理解,若用户设备未处于移动状态,可以根据用户设备当前的位置信息以及用户设备的当前应用通信需求信息,确定用户设备待接入的无线接入点。例如,当用户设备在进行网上支付活动时,可以选择安全性较高的无线接入点作为待接入无线接入点;又例如,当用户设备需要较高的带宽时,可以选择带宽较大的无线接入点作为待接入的无线接入点等等。
与现有技术相比,本申请通过获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息及移动相关信息,然后根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,这种方式能够根据用户设备的具体移动情况来确定待接入的无线接入点,从而可以更准确的确定待接入的无线接入点,且确定的无线接入点可用性更高。
而且,本申请还可以根据所述候选无线接入点的接入点相关信息从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,其中,所述接入点相关信息包括但不限于:所述候选无线接入点的名称信息、所述候选无线接入点的安全等级信息、所述候选无线接入点的可用带宽信息、所述候选无线接入点的当前连接用户数信息等。通过这种方式,可以为用户设备优选出更加适合的待接入的无线接入点,从而能够更好的提升用户体验。
此外,本申请还可以根据所述无线接入点的信号覆盖区域,以及所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息,确定所述用户设备接入所述无线接入点的接入时间,这种方式根据用户设备的具体位置信息及移动情况能够更精确的确定用户设备接入无线接入点的接入时间。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。装置权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第一,第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种用于确定用户设备待接入的无线接入点的方法,其中,该方法包括:
    获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息及移动相关信息;
    根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述无线接入点的信号覆盖区域,以及所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息,确定所述用户设备接入所述无线接入点的接入时间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息及移动相关信息包括:
    获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息;
    根据所述当前位置信息及所述用户设备的历史移动信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中的移动相关信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点包括:
    根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备对应的一个或多个候选无线接入点;
    从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备对应的一个或多个候选无线接入点包括:
    根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备的未来活动区域;
    根据所述未来活动区域确定所述用户设备对应的一个或多个候选无线接入点,其中,所述未来活动区域与每个候选无线接入点的信号覆盖区域相重叠。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述未来活动区域确定所述用户设备对应的一个或多个候选无线接入点包括:
    根据所述当前位置信息在无线接入点信息库中进行匹配查询以获得一个 或多个位置匹配无线接入点;
    根据所述未来活动区域从一个或多个位置匹配无线接入点中确定所述用户设备对应的一个或多个候选无线接入点,其中,所述未来活动区域与每个候选无线接入点的信号覆盖区域相重叠。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述移动相关信息包括所述用户设备的移动速率或移动方向。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述未来活动区域包括以下至少任一项:
    基于所述当前位置信息及所述移动速率确定的环状区域;
    基于所述当前位置信息、所述移动速率及所述移动方向确定的扇形带状区域;
    基于所述当前位置信息及所述移动方向确定的矩形区域。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点包括:
    根据所述候选无线接入点的接入点相关信息从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述接入点相关信息包括以下至少任一项:
    所述候选无线接入点的名称信息;
    所述候选无线接入点的安全等级信息;
    所述候选无线接入点的可用带宽信息;
    所述候选无线接入点的当前连接用户数信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述接入点相关信息包括所述候选无线接入点的名称信息;
    其中,所述从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点包括:
    从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,其中,所述无线接入点的名称信息与所述用户设备所连接的当前无线热点相匹配。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    检测是否满足预备切换无线接入点的触发条件;
    其中,所述根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点包括:
    当满足所述触发条件,根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点包括:
    根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息,以及所述用户设备的当前应用通信需求信息,确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点包括:
    根据所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备是否处于移动状态;
    若所述用户设备处于移动状态,根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点还包括:
    若所述用户设备未处于移动状态,根据所述当前位置信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述当前位置信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点包括:
    根据所述当前位置信息以及所述用户设备的当前应用通信需求信息,确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  17. 一种用于确定用户设备待接入的无线接入点的设备,其中,该设备包括:
    第一装置,用于获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息及移动相关 信息;
    第二装置,用于根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第三装置,用于根据所述无线接入点的信号覆盖区域,以及所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息,确定所述用户设备接入所述无线接入点的接入时间。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的设备,其中,所述第一装置用于:
    获取用户设备在移动过程中的当前位置信息;
    根据所述当前位置信息及所述用户设备的历史移动信息确定所述用户设备在移动过程中的移动相关信息。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的设备,其中,所述第二装置包括:
    第一单元,用于根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备对应的一个或多个候选无线接入点;
    第二单元,用于从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的设备,其中,所述第一单元包括:
    第一子单元,用于根据所述当前位置信息及所述移动相关信息确定所述用户设备的未来活动区域;
    第二子单元,用于根据所述未来活动区域确定所述用户设备对应的一个或多个候选无线接入点,其中,所述未来活动区域与每个候选无线接入点的信号覆盖区域相重叠。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的设备,其中,所述第二子单元用于:
    根据所述当前位置信息在无线接入点信息库中进行匹配查询以获得一个或多个位置匹配无线接入点;
    根据所述未来活动区域从一个或多个位置匹配无线接入点中确定所述用户设备对应的一个或多个候选无线接入点,其中,所述未来活动区域与每个候选无线接入点的信号覆盖区域相重叠。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的设备,其中,所述移动相关信息包括所述用 户设备的移动速率或移动方向。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的设备,其中,所述未来活动区域包括以下至少任一项:
    基于所述当前位置信息及所述移动速率确定的环状区域;
    基于所述当前位置信息、所述移动速率及所述移动方向确定的扇形带状区域;
    基于所述当前位置信息及所述移动方向确定的矩形区域。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的设备,其中,所述第二单元用于:
    根据所述候选无线接入点的接入点相关信息从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的设备,其中,所述接入点相关信息包括以下至少任一项:
    所述候选无线接入点的名称信息;
    所述候选无线接入点的安全等级信息;
    所述候选无线接入点的可用带宽信息;
    所述候选无线接入点的当前连接用户数信息。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的设备,其中,所述接入点相关信息包括所述候选无线接入点的名称信息;
    其中,所述第二单元用于:
    从所述一个或多个候选无线接入点中优选所述用户设备在移动过程中待接入的无线接入点,其中,所述无线接入点的名称信息与所述用户设备所连接的当前无线热点相匹配。
  28. 根据权利要求17至27中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    第四装置,用于检测是否满足预备切换无线接入点的触发条件;
    其中,所述第二装置用于:
