可选地,存储介质还设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
若所述指纹与所述预存指纹不匹配,则控制所述移动终端不响应所述触摸。
相较于现有技术,本发明实施例所述的防误触系统通过在移动终端触摸屏上集成指纹识别单元,使该触摸屏在感应用户触摸时,优先识别用户的指纹,在识别到用户指纹,且该用户指纹与预存于移动终端内的指纹匹配时,才响应用户的触摸操作,避免了移动终端的屏幕因裤兜、背包等非用户手指的触摸而产生的误操作,提高了用户体验。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
参阅图1所示,是本发明防沉迷系统200较佳实施例的运行环境示意 图。在本实施例中,所述的防沉迷系统200安装并运行于移动终端1中。所述移动终端1可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书及个人数字助理等便携式设备。所述移动终端1可包括,但不仅限于,通信单元11、存储器12、处理器13及触摸屏14。
所述通信单元11可以是无线通信单元,例如支持GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication:全球移动通信系统)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access:码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access:宽带码分多址)、TD-SCDMA(Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access:时分同步码分多址)、TD-LTE(Time Division Long Term Evolution:分时长期演进)、FDD-LTE(Frequency Division Duplexing Long Term Evolution:分频长期演进)、5G(5-Generation:第五代移动通信技术)等移动通信标准中的一个或多个的无线通信单元。所述通信单元11设置为将所述移动终端1接入移动通信网络,便于该移动终端1与其他移动通信设备进行语言或数据交互。
所述存储器12可以是所述移动终端1的内部存储单元,例如该移动终端1的硬盘或内存。该存储器12也可以是所述移动终端1的外部存储设备,例如该移动终端1上配备的插接式硬盘,SMC卡(Smart Media Card:智能存储卡),SD卡(Secure Digital:安全数字卡),FC卡(Flash Card:闪存卡)等。进一步地,所述存储器12还可以既包括所述移动终端1的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。该存储器12设置为存储安装于所述移动终端1的应用软件及各类数据,例如存储移动终端1用户的指纹、通话记录、短信及联系人等。
所述处理器13可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器或其他数据处理芯片,该处理器13设置为运行安装于所述存储器12中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如执行所述防沉迷系统200等。
所述触摸屏14包括,但不仅限于,电阻式触摸屏、电容式触摸屏、红外线式触摸屏以及表面声波式触摸屏。该触摸屏14设置为显示可视化 的用户界面,例如显示采集用户指纹的指纹录入界面等。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,所述触摸屏14集成有指纹识别单元15,该指纹识别单元15可以是指纹识别芯片等,设置为在所述触摸屏14上发生触摸事件时,采集所述触摸事件发生位置的指纹并进行识别,以判断所采集的指纹是否与存储于所述存储器14的预存指纹相匹配。其中,所述预存指纹是指所述移动终端1用户预先录入的指纹,该预存指纹可以是用户通过所述触摸屏14上的指纹识别单元15所录入的指纹,或者通过所述移动终端1上一单独的指纹录入部件(例如配备有所述指纹识别单元15的Home按键)所录入的指纹。所述预存指纹的数量可以是一个,也可以是多个。
所述移动终端1的上述部件11-15通过系统总线相互通信。
参阅图2所示,是本发明防沉迷系统200较佳实施例的功能模块图。在本实施例中,所述的防沉迷系统200可以被分割成一个或多个模块,所述一个或者多个模块被存储于所述存储器12中,并由一个或多个处理器(本实施例为所述处理器13)所执行,以完成本发明。例如,在图2中,所述的防沉迷系统200可以被分割成提示模块201、侦测模块202、采集模块203、比对模块204、以及执行模块205。本发明所称的功能模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,比程序更适合于描述所述防沉迷系统200在所述移动终端1中的执行过程。以下将就各功能模块201-205的功能进行详细描述。
所述提示模块201,设置为通过所述触摸屏14提示用户进行指纹录入。
在本实施例中,在所述移动终端1第一次运行所述防沉迷系统200时,所述提示模块201在所述移动终端1的触摸屏14上显示一指纹录入界面,并提示用户进行指纹录入。其中,所述指纹录入可以是通过所述触摸屏14上的指纹识别单元15来完成,也可以是通过移动终端1上集成有指纹识别功能的指纹录入部件来完成。具体地,所述提示模块201可以发出提示信息,引导用户一次或多次将手指放于所述指纹识别单元或所述指纹录入 部件处,以便所述指纹识别单元或所述指纹录入部件采集所述用户手指的指纹并存储。需要补充的是,在本实施例中,当用户成功录入一指纹后,所述提示模块201发出指纹录入成功的提示,并询问用户是否需要录入更多的指纹。所述用户所录入的所有指纹均存储于所述存储器12中。优选地,所述指纹被加密存储于所述存储器12。
进一步地,为避免所述触摸屏14因用户触摸而产生的误操作,所述移动终端1用户可以根据自己的习惯选择录入的指纹。例如,若用户经常使用左手握持所述移动终端1,使用右手在所述触摸屏14上进行触摸操作,则该用户可以在所述指纹录入界面仅录入右手指纹,以便于后续所述触摸屏14仅对用户右手的触摸进行响应,而不响应其左手的触摸,以避免因用户左手握持所述移动终端1不当而产生的误触。
此外,若所述移动终端1为多人共用的设备,则可选择性地输入其中一人的指纹,用以在共用所述移动终端1时,避免因用户在相互传递所述移动终端1的过程中,某一用户误触所述触摸屏14而影响使用。例如,假设所述移动终端1为A用户和B用户共用,则可以预先在该移动终端1内录入A用户和B用户任一用户的指纹,用以防止A用户和B用户同时使用所述移动终端1的误触。
所述侦测模块202,设置为侦测所述触摸屏14上是否发生触摸事件,若发生触摸事件,则侦测并确定所述触摸事件的触摸位置。
在本实施例中,所述侦测模块202利用所述触摸屏14侦测发生于该触摸屏14上的触摸事件,并在所述触摸屏14上发生触摸事件时,侦测并确定所述触摸事件所发生位置的位置坐标等。如前文所述,假设A用户在使用所述移动终端1与C用户通话时,所述C用户要求与B用户通话,而A用户在递交所述移动终端1给B用户时,B用户与所述触摸屏14发生触摸,则所述侦测模块202侦测B用户的手指所触摸的位置,确定该位置在所述触摸屏14上对应的位置坐标。
所述采集模块203,设置为对所述触摸事件的触摸位置进行采集,确 定所述触摸位置是否存在指纹。
在本实施例中,若所述触摸屏14上发生触摸事件,则所述采集模块203利用集成于所述触摸屏14上的指纹识别单元15对该触摸事件的触摸位置进行采集,并判断该触摸位置是否存在指纹。一般地,若所述触摸位置存在指纹,则说明所述触摸事件是由用户手指所触发,需要后续进一步判断该指纹是否为所述移动终端1用户所录入的指纹。若所述触摸位置不存在指纹,则说明所述触摸事件并非由用户手指所触发,可能是所述移动终端1与用户身体之间的触摸(例如置于用户背包、裤兜内的手机与用户的身体的接触)等,该触摸事件属于误触,无需进行处理。如前文所述,若A用户在使用所述移动终端1与C用户通话时,其脸部与所述触摸屏14发生触摸,由于所述采集模块203在其脸部采集不到指纹,故判定该触摸为误触。
所述比对模块204,设置为在所述触摸所发生位置存在指纹时,将所述指纹与预存于所述存储器12内的指纹进行比对,确定所述指纹是否合法。
在本实施例中,所述比对模块204利用所述指纹识别单元15识别所采集的指纹,并将所采集的指纹与预存于所述存储器12内的所述移动终端1用户录入的指纹进行比对。若预存于所述存储器12内的所述移动终端1用户录入的指纹中存在有指纹与所采集的指纹匹配,则所述比对模块203判定所采集的指纹合法。若预存于所述存储器12内的所述移动终端1用户录入的指纹中不存在与所采集的指纹相匹配的指纹,则所述比对模块204判定所采集的指纹不合法。进一步地,在所采集的指纹不合法时,所述比对模块204在所述触摸屏14发出指纹不合法的提示。
举例而言,如前文所述,若A用户预先在所述移动终端1内录入了自己的指纹,则在递交所述移动终端1给B用户时,即使该B用户触摸到所述移动终端1的触摸屏14,但由于该B用户的指纹与所述移动终端1内的预存指纹不匹配,所述比对模块204依然判定所采集的该B用户的指 纹不合法,并发出指纹不合法的提示。
所述执行模块205,设置为在所述指纹合法时,响应所述触摸事件,控制所述移动终端1执行与所述触摸事件对应的操作。其中,所述操作包括,但不仅限于,解锁所述移动终端1、启动安装于所述移动终端1内的应用程序等。
举例而言,如前文所述,若B用户与C用户通话结束,A用户在所述移动终端1的通话界面内点击挂机按键,由于该移动终端1内预存了该A用户的指纹,则其指纹被判定为合法指纹,其点击操作被判断为有效触摸操作,所述执行模块205控制所述移动终端1挂断该移动终端1与所述C用户的通话。
参阅图3所示,是本发明防沉迷方法较佳实施例的实施流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图3所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
步骤S301,在所述移动终端1的触摸屏14上显示一指纹录入界面,并提示用户进行指纹录入。
步骤S302,通过所述触摸屏14上的指纹识别单元15或所述移动终端1上集成有指纹识别功能的指纹录入部件采集用户指纹,并存储所述用户指纹至所述存储器12。所述指纹的数量可以是一个或多个。
步骤S303,侦测所述触摸屏14上是否发生触摸事件。若发生触摸事件,进入步骤S304;否则,重复执行步骤S303。
步骤S304,对所述触摸事件的触摸位置进行采集,判断所述触摸位置是否存在指纹。若所述触摸位置存在指纹,则执行步骤S305;否则,返回步骤S303。
步骤S305,将所述指纹与存储于所述存储器12内的指纹进行比对,判断所述指纹与所述用户指纹是否匹配。若匹配,执行步骤S306;否则,返回步骤S303。
步骤S306,控制所述移动终端1执行与所述触摸事件对应的操作。
通过上述步骤S301-S306,本发明通过在移动终端1的触摸屏14上集成指纹识别单元15,使该触摸屏14在感应用户触摸时,优先识别用户的指纹,在识别到用户指纹且该用户指纹与预存于移动终端1内的指纹匹配时,响应用户的触摸操作,避免了移动终端1的屏幕因裤兜、背包等非用户手指的触摸而产生的误操作,提高了用户体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
在本发明实施例的防误触的过程中,通过在移动终端触摸屏上集成指纹识别单元,使该触摸屏在感应用户触摸时,优先识别用户的指纹,在识别到用户指纹,且该用户指纹与预存于移动终端内的指纹匹配时,才响应用户的触摸操作,避免了移动终端的屏幕因裤兜、背包等非用户手指的触摸而产生的误操作,提高了用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防误触方法,应用于移动终端,所述移动终端配备有触摸屏和指纹识别单元,所述防误触方法包括:
    侦测所述触摸屏上是否发生触摸;
    若发生触摸,则利用所述指纹识别单元采集触摸所发生位置的指纹;
    将所述指纹与预存指纹进行比对,判断所述指纹是否与所述预存指纹匹配;及
    若所述指纹与所述预存指纹匹配,则控制所述移动终端执行与所述触摸对应的操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防误触方法,其中,所述防误触方法还包括:
    提示用户进行指纹录入;及
    利用所述指纹识别单元采集用一个或多个用户指纹,并存储所述一个或多个用户指纹至所述移动终端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的防误触方法,其中,所述防误触方法还包括:
    若所述触摸所发生位置不存在指纹,则控制所述移动终端不响应所述触摸。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的防误触方法,其中,所述防误触方法还包括:
    若所述指纹与所述预存指纹不匹配,则控制所述移动终端不响应所述触摸。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的防误触方法,其中,所述指纹识别单元分别设于所述触摸屏和所述移动终端的实体按键。
  6. 一种防误触系统,运行于移动终端,所述移动终端配备有触摸屏和指纹识别单元,所述防误触系统包括:
    侦测模块,设置为侦测所述触摸屏上是否发生触摸;
    采集模块,设置为在所述触摸屏发生触摸时,利用所述指纹识别单元采集触摸发生位置的指纹;
    比对模块,设置为将所述指纹与所述移动终端内的预存指纹进行比对,判断所述指纹是否与所述预存指纹匹配;及
    执行模块,设置为在所述指纹与所述预存指纹匹配时,控制所述移动终端执行与所述触摸对应的操作。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的防误触系统,其中,所述防误触系统还包括:
    提示模块,设置为提示用户进行指纹录入;及
    所述采集模块,还设置为利用所述指纹识别单元采集用一个或多个用户指纹,并存储所述用户指纹至所述移动终端。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的防误触系统,其中,
    所述执行模块,还设置为在所述触摸所发生位置不存在指纹时,控制所述移动终端不响应所述触摸。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的防误触系统,其中,
    所述执行模块,还设置为在所述指纹与所述预存指纹不匹配时,控制所述移动终端不响应所述触摸。
  10. 如权利要求6-9任一项所述的防误触方法,其中,所述指纹识别单元分别设于所述触摸屏和所述移动终端的实体按键。
