第一实施例
本实施例提供了电视购物信息处理方法的一种技术方案。在该技术方案中,所述电视购物信息处理方法由电视购物信息处理装置执行。并且,所述电视购物信息处理装置一般集成在智能电视或者机顶盒中。
参见图1,所述电视购物信息处理方法包括:
S11,接收用户的购物触发指令。
所述购物触发指令可以是用户发出的播放暂停指令。所述播放暂停指令可以通过智能电视或者机顶盒的遥控器触发。另外,所述播放暂停指令还可以通过所述智能电视或者机顶盒上设置的按键进行触发。
另外,所述购物触发指令除可以通过上述按键外,还可以通过触摸、手势或者语音等触发。
S12,从当前的视频播放画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品。
在一种实施方式下,在获取到所述购物触发指令之后,智能电视或者机顶盒对当前的视频播放画面运行对象识别。通过对所述视频播放画面的识别,获得用户可能感兴趣,会进行购买的物品。这些物品被称为候选购买物品。
在另一种实施方式下,待播放的视频图像已经预先经过了对象识别的处理,并且在视频文件上对识别结果进行了标注。在播放识别文件时,通过视频文件本身的信息读取,可以获得在预定的播放时段将会出现哪些用户可能感兴趣的物品的信息。也就是说,通过读取视频文件本身,可以获取到候选购买物品的信息。
一般来讲,所述候选购买物品是能够在互联网上找到对应的销售页面的商品。对于在互联网上找不到其对应的销售页面的商品,以及根本不是商品的物品,不在所述候选购买物品之列。
S13,向用户显示所述候选购买物品。
可以理解的是,对同一个视频播放画面进行的识别可能会产生一个或多个识别出的候选购买物品。在从所述视频播放画面中识别出上述候选购买物品之后,在所述智能电视或者机顶盒的显示界面上向用户显示所述候选购买物品。
所述智能电视或者机顶盒可以在当前的视频播放界面上直接显示所述候选购买物品。或者,所述智能电视或者机顶盒可以完成独立于当前的视频播放画面,建立一个商品展示画面。建立所述商品展示画面之后,所述智能电视或者机顶盒可以通过所述商品展示画面独立的进行所述候选购买物品的展示。
S14,接收用户发送的购买物品的选择指令。
用户在所述智能电视或者机顶盒显示候选购买物品之后,以选择指令的形式从所述候选购买物品中选择购买物品。同样,所述选择指令通过所述智能电视或者机顶盒的遥控器,或者智能电视或者机顶盒上设置的按键触发。
所述选择指令除可以通过上述按键触发外,还可以通过触摸、手势或者语音等方式触发。
S15,向用户显示所述购买物品的购买详情页面。
所述购买详情页面是用来显示用户选择的购买物品的详细信息的页面。所述购买详情页面中包含的信息可以有:购买物品的名称、规格、型号、价格、评价信息中的一项或者多项。用户通过对所述购买详情页面的浏览,可以了解商品的详细情况,方便用户确定是否对所述购买物品执行购买操作,以及购买数量、购买方式等。
在本实施例中,相同的购买物品具有唯一确定的购买详情页面。而且,所述购买物品与所述购买详情页面之间的对应关系通过预存的对应表等数据结构进行唯一绑定。
本实施例通过接收用户的购物触发指令,从当前的视频播放画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品,向用户显示所述候选购买物品,接收用户发送的购买物品的选择指令,以及向用户显示所述购买物品的购买详情页面,使得用户在观看视频节目时能够方便的购买自己喜爱的商品。
第二实施例
本实施例以本发明上述实施例为基础,提供了电视购物信息处理方法的一种技术方案。在该技术方案中,从当前的视频播放画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品包括:依据对视频节目预先执行的图像识别的识别结果,获取与当前的视频播放画面对应的至少一个候选购买物品。

在本实施例中,用户所观看的视频实际上编辑已经提前将所有涉及的商品,或者希望观众购买的商品编辑、输入到视频中了。用户在观看该视频的时候,这些商品就会直接按照视频的当前播放时间点显示出来,而不需要另外执行识别的操作。
S23,向用户显示所述候选购买物品。
在本实施例中,由于所述候选购买物品不需识别,已经被直接输入至所述视频文件,因此在视频播放过程中,总的计算处理的运算量不大。
在视频播放的过程中,可以在视频播放画面的右上角显示在当前时间点上,根据视频文件记录的内容在所述视频播放画面中出现的候选购买物品。显示所述候选购买物品的方式可以是物品列表。如果用户对上述候选购买物品感兴趣,可以点击所述物品列表中的一个列表项,进而进行物品购买操作。如果用户对上述候选购买物品不感兴趣,则对在右上角显示的物品列表置之不理。所述物品列表在显示一段时间,例如,30秒之后,自动不再显示。

并且,每个用户在使用智能电视或者机顶盒运行所述电视购物信息处理方法之前,可以设置自己感兴趣的商品类别参数。在从当前的视频播放画面中识别出候选购买物品之后,获取该候选购买物品所属的商品类别,并与用户预先设置的自己感兴趣的商品类别参数进行比较。
如果所述候选购买物品所属的商品类别属于用户感兴趣的商品类别,则可以将所述候选购买物品保留;如果所述候选购买物品所属的商品类别不属于用户感兴趣的商品类别,则所述候选购买物品删除。

第四实施例
本实施例以本发明上述实施例为基础,提供了电视购物信息处理方法的另一种技术方案。在该技术方案中,向用户显示所述候选购买物品为:在所述当前的视频播放画面上,显示用于展示所述候选购买物品的列表。

图5示出了层叠方式的物品显示列表的示例。参见图5,在所述当前的视频播放画面51上,以层叠的方式显示了所述候选购买物品的列表52。采用层叠方式进行列表显示的优点在于,在物品选择的同时可以参考识别出所述物品的原始视频播放画面。
参见图5,通过对当前的视频播放画面的识别,从当前的视频播放画面中识别出了汽车和自行车两个物品。则在层叠在当前的视频播放画面的列表中,显示汽车和自行车两个选项供用户进行选择。
用于展示所述候选购买物品的列表以透明的方式进行显示。也就是说,透过在画面前方显示的用于展示所述候选购买物品的列表,用户仍可以观察到其后面的视频播放画面的图像。

可以根据识别得到的商品名称、品牌名称、规格型号等参数对互联网进行搜索,以获取所述候选购买物品的购买详情页面。
如果对于同一个候选购买物品,搜索到了多个购买详情页面,则根据页面内显示的所述候选购买物品的参数,对所述多个购买详情页面进行排序。例如,可以按照每个购买详情页面内显示的物品价格进行排序,或者按照每个购买详情页面内显示的用户满意度指数进行排序。

(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有数据交互功能的电子设备。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域技术人员而言,本发明可以有各种改动和变化。

本申请使得用户在观看视频节目时能够方便的购买自己喜爱的商品。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电视购物信息处理方法,应用于电子设备,所述方法包括:
    接收用户的购物触发指令;
    从当前的视频播放画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品;
    向用户显示所述候选购买物品;
    接收用户发送的购买物品的选择指令;
    向用户显示所述购买物品的购买详情页面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述购物触发指令为播放暂停指令,则从当前的视频播放暂停画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,从当前的视频播放画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品包括:
    依据对当前的视频播放画面的实时图像识别,从当前的视频播放画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品;或者
    依据对视频节目预先执行的图像识别的识别结果,获取与当前的视频播放画面对应的至少一个候选购买物品。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括:
    判断所述候选购买物品的商品类别是否属于用户感兴趣的商品类别,若所述候选购买物品的商品类别不属于用户感兴趣的商品类别,则将所述候选购买物品删除。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,向用户显示所述候选购买物品包括:
    在所述当前的视频播放画面上,显示用于展示所述候选购买物品的列表;或者
    在商品展示画面上显示用于展示所述候选购买物品的列表。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,还包括:
    搜索所述候选购买物品的购买详情页面。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,还包括:
    接收用户发送的针对所述候选购买物品的购买指令;
    根据所述购买指令生成购物订单;
    根据所述购物订单完成支付操作。
  8. 一种电视购物信息处理装置,包括:
    触发指令接收模块,被配置为接收用户的购物触发指令;
    物品识别模块,被配置为从当前的视频播放画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品;
    物品显示模块,被配置为向用户显示所述候选购买物品;
    选择指令接收模块,被配置为接收用户发送的购买物品的选择指令;
    页面显示模块,被配置为向用户显示所述购买物品的购买详情页面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述购物触发指令为播放暂停指令,则从当前的视频播放暂停画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,所述物品识别模块包括:
    第一识别子模块,被配置为依据对当前的视频播放画面的实时图像识别,从当前的视频播放画面中识别出至少一个候选购买物品;或者
    第二识别子模块,被配置为依据对视频节目预先执行的图像识别的识别结果,获取与当前的视频播放画面对应的至少一个候选购买物品。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,还包括:
    类别确认模块,被配置为判断所述候选购买物品的商品类别是否属于用户 感兴趣的商品类别,若所述候选购买物品的商品类别不属于用户感兴趣的商品类别,则将所述候选购买物品删除。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,所述物品显示模块包括:
    层叠显示子模块,被配置为在所述当前的视频播放画面上,显示用于展示所述候选购买物品的列表;或者
    独立显示子模块,被配置为在商品展示画面上显示用于展示所述候选购买物品的列表,所述商品展示画面独立于所述当前的视频播放画面。
  13. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,还包括:
    搜索模块,被配置为搜索所述候选购买物品的购买详情页面。
  14. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,还包括:
    指令接收模块,被配置为接收用户发送的针对所述候选购买物品的购买指令;
    订单生成模块,被配置为根据所述购买指令生成购物订单;
    支付模块,被配置为根据所述购物订单完成支付操作。
  15. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
  17. 一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器和与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器,所述存储器被配置为存储可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行时,使所述至少一个处理器执行权利要求 1-7任一项所述的方法。
