作为进一步改进,所述本体包括可拆卸式连接的第一壳体及第二壳体,第一壳体和第二壳体之间形成有容置空腔,第一壳体和/或第二壳体的上设有进风口。所 述出风管包括设在容置空腔内的导风部及设在导风部上并向上延伸出容置空腔的卷吸部。所述导流部的内径自下到上渐缩,所述导流部中设置有对风机的旋转出风的进行整流的导流栅格。所述风机可拆卸式固定在导流部上。所述电控装置固定安装在容置空腔的底部,所述电控装置包括电路板及电池,电控装置的外侧设有保护电控装置的防护罩,所述防护罩与第一壳体固定安装。所述风机设置在容置空腔中并位于出风管的下方,所述滤网水平布置在容置空腔的中部并位于风机的下方,所述本体的底部具有进风口。所述本体的上端具有用以放置香薰盒的承托座,所述承托座上具有弹性金属头,所述香薰盒的下表面对应不同的腔室分别具有与弹性金属头相配合的限位槽。所述香薰盒的上方还具有封装盖,所述封装盖与出风管可拆卸式连接以将香薰盒夹持在封装盖与承托座之间,所述封装盖对应出风管设有出风口。所述本体中还包括离子发生器,所述离子发生器的高压导线的末端穿入出风管以向出风管释放离子。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1、本实用新型将香薰盒套装在出风管的卷吸部上,使得香薰盒与空气净化器之间的紧凑安装,整机能够小型化,方便用户将空气净化器随身携带,随时随地可以进行空气净化,从而扩宽了空气净化器的运用范围。且卷吸部上开设有连通香薰盒的香味释放孔的卷吸口,相对于现有技术的香薰盒的香料的自然挥发作用,本实用新型采用具有卷吸效应的卷吸口更能够充分地释放香薰盒中香料的味道,提高香薰效果。且由于本实用新型的盒体分隔为至少两个不相连通的腔室,各腔室分别用于放置不同的香料且分别设有香味释放孔,出风管上设有通风孔,该出风管与盒体相对运动使通风孔切换连通各腔室的香味释放孔,从而使得本实用新型的空气净化器能够依据用户的需求进行香味切换。
2、本实用新型的出风管包括导流部,导流部的内径由下到上渐缩,使得导流部的截面积逐渐变小以起到拉法尔效应,从而对风机的出风进行一个加速作用,提高气动效率。且由于从风机直接出来的风一般是风向各异的旋风,旋风直接打在导流部的内壁会出现回流的现象,因此本实用新型在导流部中设置有防止风机的出风回流的导流栅格,从而提高风量和气动效率。
3、本实用新型将风机悬浮式固定在出风管上,相对于现有技术将风机直接固定在本体上的方式,可以大大降低了风机的振动和噪音。且风机的出风面紧 贴在导流部,使得风机的出风能够第一时间进入导流部中,并受导流部的作用,从而避免风机出来的旋风在本体中出现过多的回流,影响气动效率。
4、本实用新型的本体上端的安装座中设置有与香薰盒的限位槽配合的弹性金属头,当香薰盒相对出风管转动进行香味切换时,弹性金属头会卡入到限位槽中从而提示用户此时已经切换到下一个香味,如果用户还需要再做切换,仅需继续转动香薰盒即可,此时弹性金属头又会从限位槽中弹出,待香薰盒切换到位时卡入下一限位槽中。
5、本实用新型将电控装置容置在防护罩的容置腔中,一方面可以防止本体内部由于风机的运转产生的热量直接传递到电控装置中,导致电控装置由于过热而烧坏;另一方面还可以防止空气净化器碰撞或者摔落的时候,电控装置损坏。且第一壳体上也开设有进风口,从而一方面可以提高空气净化器的进气量,另一方面空气流动也可以帮助电控装置散热第一壳体和第二壳体的采用磁吸连接和卡扣连接,方便用户拆卸本体后进行滤网、电池更换。且该结构简单,便于加工、组装和维修。
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明;但本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器不局限于实施例。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本实用新型,而非对本实用新型的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本实用新型相关的部分而非全部结构。
请参见图1及图2所示,本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器,包括本体1、风机5、滤网7、风道、电控装置8及香薰盒2。
请参见图2、图3及图4所示,本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器的香薰盒2包括呈环形结构的盒体21。所述盒体21的内腔被三个隔筋212分隔为三个不相连通的腔室211,各腔室211分别用于放置不同的香料,所述各腔室211分别设有位在盒体21内圈的香味释放孔213,于本实施例中,香味释放孔213为长方形的缺口,且各腔室211的香味释放孔213沿同一圆周方向依次设置。所述各腔室211分别设有用于进出香料的开口,所述香薰盒2包括一可拆卸式固定的盖体22,盖体22与盒体21通过螺纹连接,用以封堵所述各腔室211的开口。且盖体22的上表面还设置有方便用户转动盖体22的凸起221。所述各腔室11的底面还分别设有防止香料在腔室中扎堆而影响香味的挥发的香料分散结构,该香料分散结构为斜面214,该斜面214沿盒体21的径向方向倾斜,且斜面214的高端靠近盒体21中心,低端远离盒体21中心。
请参见图2、图5及图6所示,本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器的风道上具有向外界排出洁净空气的出风管4,出风管4包括导流部42及设在导流部42上的卷吸部41,其中导流部42与卷吸部41为一体成型。所述卷吸部41为圆柱管道,其上具有通风孔411,所述环形的盒体21套装在出风管4上并可相对其转动,从而使得通风孔411切换连通各腔室211的香味释放孔213,以向外释放不同的香味。于本实施例中,盒体21与卷吸部41为间隙配合,盒体21可以自由地进出卷吸部41且相对卷吸部41自由转动。
请参见图2、图5及图7所示,本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器的出风管4的导流部42内径自下到上渐缩,呈现喇叭口的形状,且其上端的内径与卷吸部41下端的内径相等。所述风机5为轴流风机,其设在导流部42的下方,并与导流部41固定安装。藉此,由于导流部42的内径由下到上渐缩,使得导流 部42的截面积逐渐变小以起到拉法尔效应,从而对风机5的出风进行一个加速作用,提高气动效率。且由于风机5悬浮式固定在出风管4上,相对于现有技术将风机5直接固定在本体1上的方式,可以大大降低了风机5的振动和噪音。且风机5的出风面紧贴在导流部42,使得风机5的出风能够第一时间进入导流部42中,并受导流部42的作用,从而避免风机5出来的旋风在本体1中出现过多的回流,影响气动效率。又考虑到从风机5直接出来的风一般是风向各异的旋风,旋风如果直接打在导流部42的内壁会出现回流的现象,因此本实用新型在导流部42中设置有防止风机5的出风回流的导流栅格421。于本实施例中,导流栅格421是由八片导流隔筋拼成的“米”字形结构,且导流栅格421紧贴着风机5的出风面设置。
综上,由于风机5的出风被导流部42加速后的风具有较高的流速,此时高流速的风会导致卷吸部41的压强相应减小,香薰盒2中释放的香味会通过该通风口411被吸入卷吸部41,并向外界释放。相对于现有技术的自然挥发作用,本实用新型采用具有卷吸效应的卷吸部41更能够充分地释放香薰盒2中香料的味道。
请参见图1、图2、图8及图9所示,本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器的第一壳体11,第一壳体11上设置有由多个通孔构成的进风口31,且第一壳体11的上端形成有用以放置香薰盒2的安装座16,所述安装座16上具有弹性金属头161,所述香薰盒2的下表面对应不同的腔室211分别具有与弹性金属头161相配合的限位槽。所述盒体21的上方还具有封装盖15,所述封装盖15与卷吸部41螺纹连接。装配时,只要将香薰盒2套在卷吸部41上,再通过拧紧封装盖15可以将香薰盒2夹紧在封装盖15和安装座16之间即可。于本实施例中,所述封装盖15对应卷吸部41还设有出风口32。
实际使用过程中,用户可以往香薰盒的盒体2中放入具有不同功效的天然香料,例如,具有提神功效的香料、具有安神功效的香料、具有驱蚊功效的香料等。如此用户可以在工作时选择使香薰盒释放具有提神功效的香味,在休息时选择使香薰盒释放具有安神功效的香味或者有驱蚊功效的香味。且香薰盒2还可以做成透明的,方便用户随时掌握香薰盒中的香料的种类以便切换。
综上,当用户需要进行香薰盒2的香味切换时,仅需要将香薰盒2相对 出风管4转动,当转动到位时,弹性金属头16会卡入到限位槽中从而提示用户此时已经切换到下一个香味,如果用户还需要再做切换,仅需继续转动香薰盒即可,此时弹性金属头又会从限位槽中弹出,待香薰盒切换到位时卡入下一限位槽中。
请参见图2、图8-图11所示,本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器的本体1还包括第二壳体12,第一壳体11和第二壳体12之间形成有容置空腔,所述滤网7可拆卸式安装在容置空腔的中部得放置座112上,并位于风机5的下方。第二壳体12上也设有由多个通孔构成的进风口31。
电控装置8固定安装在第一壳体11上,并位于容置空腔的底部,所述电控装置8包括控制电路板84,电池83,电池83电连接控制电路板84以为空气净化器提供电力,且电池83还与充电电路板86进行电连接,充电电路板86的接口外露于本体1的豁口14。所述控制电路板84电连接有一个指示灯带6,该指示灯带6固定在安装座16的下方。该指示灯带6用来指示电池83的电量,当电池83电量不足时,指示灯带6通过闪烁或者熄灭来提醒用户要对空气净化器进行充电。第一壳体11上相对电控装置8还设置开关按键13,用户仅需按动开关按键13即可实现空气净化器的启闭。电控装置8的外侧设有与第一壳体11固定安装的防护罩81。防护罩9将电控装置8容置在防护罩9的容置腔中,一方面可以防止本体1内部由于风机5的运转产生的热量直接传递到电控装置8中,导致电控装置8由于过热而烧坏;另一方面还可以防止空气净化器碰撞或者摔落的时候,电控装置8损坏。且第一壳体11上的进风口31,可以提高空气净化器的进气量,也可以帮助电控装置8散热。
所述第一壳体11的下部设置有多个连接柱111,所述连接柱111上固定安装有金属件,如金属螺钉,所述第二壳体12上对应连接柱111设置有多个安装柱121,所述安装柱121上固定安装有磁块122,所述第一壳体11和第二壳体12的上部通过第二壳体12上的第一卡扣件123与第一壳体上的第二卡扣件163进行卡扣连接。藉此,该结构简单,便于加工、组装和维修,且方便用户拆卸本体后进行滤网、电池更换。
为了防止用户拆开本体后,如果风机5还在持续工作可能会伤害到用户,控制电路板84还电连接有一个微动开关85,第二壳体12上对应微动开关85设 置有触动件125,且防护罩9对应触动件125留有供其穿过并与微动开关85接触的的通道。当第一壳体11与第二壳体12卡扣连接时,第二壳体12上的触地件125穿过防护罩9的通道压住微动开关85,此时电控装置8可以正常对空气净化器提供电源,而当第一壳体11与第二壳体12分离时,微动开关85复位,电控装置8切断对空气净化器提供电。
综上,本实用新型将电控装置8、防护罩9、离子发生器82和滤网7等部件都安装在本体1的容置空间的中下部,如此一来,可以将整个柱形的空气净化器的重心下移,防止空气净化器被碰撞后容易倾倒。且采用电池83对空气净化器进行供电,还可以方便用户将空气净化器随身携带,比如工作时可以将该空气净化器放在办公桌上进行空气净化,睡觉时可以将该空气净化器放在床头柜进行空气净化,开车时可以将该空气净化器放在车上进行空气净化,甚至走路时也可以手持该空气净化器进行空气净化。
请参见图12所示,本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器的本体1还包括一离子发生器82,所述离子发生器82与控制电路板84电连接,且离子发生器82还连接有一条高压导线821,出风管4的导流部42对应高压导线821开设有供其穿入的通孔。藉此,离子发生器82所产生的负离子会通过高压导线821释放到出风管4中,并随净化后的空气从封装盖151的出风口32逸出。
本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器,使用时,先往盒体21中装填至少两种具有不同香味的天然香料,且每种香料占据一个腔室211。使再将香薰盒2套装在出风管4并相对其进行转动,即可使出风管4的通风孔411对准其中一腔室21的香味释放孔213,使该腔室21内的香料释放出相应的香味。空气净化器工作时,外界空气从本体1的进风口31进入,并依次经过滤网7和风机5后进入出风管4。从腔室21中释放的香味经由出风管4上的通风孔41进入出风管4内,并随净化后的空气从封装盖151的出风口32逸出。
在其他实施例中,所述各腔室用于进出香料的开口也可以位于盒体的外周,并使盖体外周延伸有侧壁,利用该侧壁封堵各腔室的开口。
在其他实施例中,所述腔室的个数不局限于本实施例,亦即,腔室的个数也可以为两个、三个,五个,甚至更多个。
在其他实施例中,所述电池也可以采用干电池,当干电池的电量耗尽时, 用户可以很方便地拆开本体进行干电池的更换。
在其他实施例中,进风口可以只设置在第一壳体上或者第二壳体上。
在其他实施例中,还可以在本体中设置空气质量传感器,当空气质量传感器检测到室内或者车内的空气质量下降预设值时,会自动开启空气净化器进行空气净化,而当其检测到室内或者车内的空气质量上升到另一预设值时,又会自动关闭空气净化器停止空气净化,从而做到智能净化,随时保持室内或者车内的空气清新。
在其他实施例中,本实用新型的芳香型空气净化器可以用于车内,作为车载空气净化器使用,此时可以将车载电源通过电源插口与空气净化器进行电连接,且空气净化器里还可以多设置一个电源转换器,当电源转换器检测到有外接电源(如车载电源时),切断电池对空气净化器的供电,采用外接电源进行供电,而当电源转换器没有检测到外接电源时,则继续采用电池对空气净化器进行供电。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本实用新型的一种芳香型空气净化器,但本实用新型并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本实用新型的技术实质对香薰盒的结构所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本实用新型技术方案的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种芳香型空气净化器,包括本体、风机、滤网、风道、电控装置及香薰盒;其特征在于:所述香薰盒的内腔被分隔为至少两个不相连通的腔室,各腔室用于放置不同的香料,且各腔室上均设有用于连通外部的香味释香孔;所述风道上具有向外界排出洁净空气的出风管,所述出风管上设有用于连通香味释香孔以从对应腔室内吸取香味的卷吸孔;所述香薰盒和/或出风管活动设置且二者可相对转动以使各腔室的香味释放孔分别与卷吸孔连通释放不同香味。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述本体包括可拆卸式连接的第一壳体及第二壳体,第一壳体和第二壳体之间形成有容置空腔,第一壳体和/或第二壳体的上设有进风口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述出风管包括设在容置空腔内的导风部及设在导风部上并向上延伸出容置空腔的卷吸部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述导流部的内径自下到上渐缩,所述导流部中设置有对风机的旋转出风的进行整流的导流栅格。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述风机可拆卸式固定在导流部上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述电控装置固定安装在容置空腔的底部,所述电控装置包括电路板及电池,电控装置的外侧设有保护电控装置的防护罩,所述防护罩与第一壳体固定安装。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述风机设置在容置空腔中并位于出风管的下方,所述滤网水平布置在容置空腔的中部并位于风机的下方,所述本体的底部具有进风口。
  8. 根据权利要求1或3所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述本体的上端具有用以放置香薰盒的承托座,所述承托座上具有弹性金属头,所述香薰盒的下表面对应不同的腔室分别具有与弹性金属头相配合的限位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1或3所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述香薰盒的上方还具有封装盖,所述封装盖与出风管可拆卸式连接以将香薰盒夹持在封装盖与承托座之间,所述封装盖对应出风管设有出风口。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的芳香型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述本体中还包括离子发生器,所述离子发生器的高压导线的末端穿入出风管以向出风管释放 离子。
