본 발명은 다기능 옷걸이에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 이중 구조의 걸고리 및 회전 가능한 한쌍의 회전바를 구성하여 옷의 종류에 따라 설치 및 보관시 공간의 활용도를 높일 수 있도록 한 다기능 옷걸이에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 옷걸이는 의류 중 상의를 옷의 형상을 그대로 유지시키면서 정리정돈 및 보관이 용이하도록 하는 것이다.
그리고 종래의 옷걸이는 실용신안등록 제20-0194441호와 같이 중앙에는 걸고리가 형성된 몸체를 이루고, 상기 몸체의 양측으로는 옷(상의)의 내측 어깨 부분을 걸 수 있도록 지지바가 일체로 전개 형성되어 있다.
이에, 사용자는 옷걸이의 양측 지지바를 이용하여 옷(상의)의 내측 어깨 부위가 걸쳐질 수 있도록 지지하여 옷을 거는 한편, 걸고리를 이용하여 행거나 옷장 걸이대 등에 보관하게 된다.

그러나 종래의 옷걸이는 지지바와 걸이대의 형상이 고정되어 있어서, 휴대 및 보관이 어려울 뿐만 아니라 티셔츠와 같은 옷의 삽입시 지지바가 고정되어 있으므로 삽입하는 과정이 복잡한 문제점이 있었다.
상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 출원인의 국내등록특허인 제10-1581784호에서는 한쌍이 걸이구와 라운드 고리를 접이식으로 구성하여 공간활용도를 높이면서도 크기를 절반으로 줄여 보관 및 이동시 여유공간을 최소화하여 다량의 옷걸이를 보관 및 이동시킬 수 있도록 하는 반접이식 옷걸이를 제안한 바 있다.
한편, 상기의 반접이식 옷걸이를 보면, 옷을 걸어서 접을 때 많은 기능이 이용된다는 점과 춘,하,추,동 의상에 따른 옷의 두께에 대한 부분을 여전히 많이 배려하지 못한다는 문제점이 있다. 더불어, 옷을 걸은 후에 옷장 걸이봉에 걸을 때 걸고리 부분을 접어야 하는 불편한 점이 여전한 문제점으로 지적된다.

도 1은 본 발명에 따른 다기능 옷걸이의 전체적인 구성도, 도 2는 도 1의 A 부분의 확대도, 도 3은 다기능 옷걸이를 구성하는 이중 구조의 걸고리의 작동 구조, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 다기능 옷걸이가 펼쳐진 상태를 나타낸 도면, 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 다기능 옷걸이의 부분적으로 접힌 상태를 나타낸 도면, 도 6은 본 발명에 따른 다기능 옷걸이의 완전히 접힌 상태를 나타낸 도면 및 도 7은 본 발명에 따른 다기능 옷걸이의 펼쳐진 상태 및 접힌 상태에서 옷이 걸린 모습을 보이는 도면이다.
본 발명에 따른 다기능 옷걸이(100)는 제1 라운드 걸이(10), 제1 라운드 걸이(10) 상에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2 라운드 걸이(20), 제1 라운드 걸이(10)의 하부 측에 배치되는 지지부(30), 지지부(30)의 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40), 지지부(30)의 하부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 한쌍의 하부 회전바(50), 회전바(40,50)에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 걸이부(60) 및 지지부(30), 회전바(40,50), 걸이부(60) 사이에 배치되어 회전 운동을 가능하게 하는 회전 작동구(70)를 포함한다.
제1 라운드 걸이(10)는 다기능 옷걸이(100)의 중앙부 상에서 상부 회전바(40)에 회전 가능한 상태로 결합된다. 옷이 걸린 상태의 다기능 옷걸이(100)가 펼쳐진 상태에서, 사용자는 상기 제1 라운드 걸이(10)의 상부단에 형성된 고리를 통해 옷장에 걸 수 있게 된다.
제2 라운드 걸이(20)는 제1 라운드 걸이(10)와 유사하게 일측 끝단에 고리가 형성되고, 타측 끝단은 제1 라운드 걸이(10) 상에 피봇 운동 가능하게 걸이부 힌지(21)를 통해 결합된다. 한편, 제2 라운드 걸이(20) 상에는 타이 및 스카프 등을 끼울 수 있게 클립 고정구(25)가 형성된다.
지지부(30)는 중공의 원통형 부재로서 그 상하단에 결합되는 상,하부 회전바(40,50)와 회전 작동구(70)를 통해 결합된다.
상부 회전바(40)는 지지부(30)를 중심으로 한 쌍으로 배치되는 제1,2 상부 회전바(41,45)를 포함한다. 제1 상부 회전바(41)는 그 내측에 형성된 제1 내부 회전 돌기(411)가 지지부(30) 상에 회전 가능하게 결합하고, 제2 상부 회전바(45)는 그 내측에 형성된 제2 내부 회전 돌기(451)가 제1 내부 회전 돌기(411) 상에 회전 가능하게 결합한다. 여기에서, 상기 내부 회전 돌기(411,451)는 회전 작동구(70)의 톱니 구조체를 통해 결합된다.
제1 상부 회전바(41)는 그 외측에 형성된 제1 외부 회전 돌기(412)가 걸이부(60) 상에 회전 가능하게 결합하고, 제2 상부 회전바(45)는 그 외측에 형성된 제2 외부 회전 돌기(452)가 걸이부(60) 상에 회전 가능하게 결합한다. 여기에서, 상기 외부 회전 돌기(412,452)는 걸이부(60)의 끝단에 배치된 걸이부 돌기(62)와 회전 작동구(70)의 톱니 구조체를 통해 결합된다.
한편, 하부 회전바(50)의 경우도 상부 회전바(40)와 마찬가지로 지지부(30)를 중심으로 하여 한 쌍이 회전 가능하게 배치된다.
즉, 지지부(30)를 기준으로 대칭적으로 배치되는 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40) 및 한쌍의 하부 회전바(50)는 각각 걸이부(60) 상에 그 외측이 회전 작동구(70)를 통해 회전 가능하게 결합된 상태를 유지한다. 여기에서, 상기 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40)는 동일한 길이를 갖는 것이 바람직할 수 있고, 한쌍의 하부 회전바(50)의 경우도 동일한 길이를 갖는 것이 바람직할 수 있다. 상부 회전바(40)와 하부 회전바(50)의 길이는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.
한편, 제1 라운드 걸이(10)는 그 하단부(11)가 제2 내부 회전 돌기(451)의 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합된다. 즉, 제1 라운드 걸이(10)와 제2 상부 회전바(45)는 상호 간에 자유로운 회전 거동이 가능하다.
도 3을 참조하면, 제1 라운드 걸이(10)와 제2 라운드 걸이(20)는 전체적으로 이중으로 이루러진 고리 형태를 갖게 되는데, 상기 구조를 통해서 다기능 옷걸이(100)의 펼펴진 상태 및 접혀진 상태 모두에서 안정적으로 옷장의 걸이봉에 걸 수 있게 한다.
도 3(a)는 제2 라운드 걸이(20)가 제1 라운드 걸이(10) 상에서 수평으로 펼쳐진 상태를 보인다. 상기 상태에서는 제1 라운드 걸이(10)의 고리를 통해 옷장의 걸이봉에 다기능 옷걸이(100)를 걸 수 있고, 클립 고정구(25)를 넥타이 등을 안정적으로 끼움 체결하여 보관할 수 있다. 제2 라운드 걸이(20)가 수평으로 펼쳐지는 경우에 과도한 펼쳐짐을 방지하기 위해서 걸이부 힌지(21)의 상단에 인접하여 제1 라운드 걸이(10)에는 멈춤턱이 형성된다.
도 3(b)는 제2 라운드 걸이(20)가 제1 라운드 걸이(10) 상에서 수직으로 접혀진 상태를 보인다. 상기 상태에서는 제2 라운드 걸이(20)의 고리를 통해 옷장의 걸이봉에 다기능 옷걸이(100)를 걸 수 있다.
회전 작동구(70)는 회전바(40,50)의 외측과 걸이부(60) 사이에 배치되거나 지지부(30)와 회전바(40,50) 사이에 배치된 상태에서 상호 간의 회전 작동을 가능하게 한다.
회전 작동구(70)는 다기능 옷걸이(100) 상에 3개가 연속적으로 3중으로 배치되는 형태이다. 즉, 지지부(30)의 상하단 상에 배치되는 회전 작동구(70)를 중심으로 하여 한쌍의 회전 작동구(70)가 회전바(40,50)의 외측 상에 배치된다.
한편, 회전바(40,50)의 외측 상에 상하로 배치되는 회전 작동구(70)를 연결하도록 지지부(30)가 추가적으로 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 라운드 걸이(10)의 하부 측에 배치되는 지지부(30)를 기준으로 양측에 지지부(30)가 추가적으로 배치될 수 있다. 이를 통해 걸이부(60)의 안정적인 회전 구동을 가능하게 할 수 있다.
상기 구조를 통해서, 다기능 옷걸이(100)는 지지부(30)를 기준으로 회전바(40,50)가 접힘 기능을 함과 동시에 회전바(40,50)에 결합된 걸이부(60)도 접힘 기능을 수행하는바, 이를 통해서 옷의 두께에 따른 변화에 맞춰 움직일 수 있도록 3중 구조로 된 회전 작동구(70)가 있어 두꺼운 패딩과 같은 동복을 접어서 사용할 수 있도록 각도 조절이 가능하게 된다.
이하, 도 4 내지 도 6을 참조하여 다기능 옷걸이(100)의 다양한 배치에 대해서 설명한다.
도 4를 참조하면, 제1 라운드 걸이(10)를 중심으로 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40) 및 걸이부(60)가 일직선으로 배치된 상태를 보인다. 여기에서, 제1 라운드 걸이(10)와 상부 회전바(40) 및 상부 회전바(40)와 걸이부(60) 사이에는 회전 작동구(70)가 배치된다. 회전 작동구(70)는 다기능 옷걸이(100) 상에 3개가 연속적으로 배치되는 형태이다.
상기 상태에서는 다기능 옷걸이(100)에 걸린 옷이 접히지 않은 상태에서 그대로의 형태를 유지한다.
상기의 실시예는 옷장에 충분한 여유 공간이 있거나, 다기능 옷걸이(100)에 걸린 옷의 부피가 상당히 큰 경우에 활용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 겨울 옷과 같이 옷의 두께가 두꺼운 경우에 활용할 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 제1 라운드 걸이(10)를 중심으로 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40)가 각각 반시계 및 시계 방향을 따라 소정각 만큼 회동한다. 본 실시예서는 각각 45도 만큼 회동한 것일 수 있다. 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40) 및 걸이부(60)는 일직선을 유지한 상태를 보인다. 상기 상태에서는 다기능 옷걸이(100)에 걸린 옷이 중앙을 기준으로 절반 정도로 접힌 상태를 유지한다.
상기의 실시예는 옷장에 여유 공간이 많지 않거나, 다기능 옷걸이(100)에 걸린 옷의 부피가 그리 크지 않은 경우에 활용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 봄, 가을 옷과 같이 옷의 두께가 두껍거나 얇지 않은 경우에 활용할 수 있다.
도 6을 참조하면, 제1 라운드 걸이(10)를 중심으로 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40)가 각각 반시계 및 시계 방향을 따라 계속적으로 회동하여 한쌍의 걸이부(60)가 거리상으로 상당히 인접하게 유지한다. 본 실시예서는 예를 들어 각각 80~85도 만큼 회동한 것일 수 있다. 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40) 및 걸이부(60)는 절곡된 상태를 보인다. 상기 상태에서는 다기능 옷걸이(100)에 걸린 옷이 중앙을 기준으로 완전히 접힌 상태를 유지한다.
상기의 실시예는 옷장에 여유 공간이 별로 없거나, 다기능 옷걸이(100)에 걸린 옷의 부피가 작은 경우에 활용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 여름 옷과 같이 옷의 두께가 아주 얇은 경우에 활용할 수 있다. 한편, 두꺼운 패딩과 같은 동복의 경우도 접어서 사용할 수 있게 된다.
도 7을 참조하면, 각각 본 발명에 따른 다기능 옷걸이의 펼쳐지거나 반 접힘 상태를 보인다.
도 7(a)에서는 도 4와 같이 제1 라운드 걸이(10)를 중심으로 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40) 및 걸이부(60)가 일직선으로 배치된 상태를 보이는 것으로서, 중앙 부위에 배치된 제1 라운드 걸이(10)를 통해 걸이봉 상에 걸 수 있다.
도 7(b)에서는 도 6과 같이 제1 라운드 걸이(10)를 중심으로 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40)가 완전히 접혀 한쌍의 걸이부(60)가 거리상으로 상당히 인접하게 유지된 상태를 보이는 것으로서, 중앙 부위에 배치된 제2 라운드 걸이(20)를 통해 걸이봉 상에 걸 수 있다.
이상과 같이, 본 발명에 따른 다기능 옷걸이는 이중 구조의 걸고리 및 옷의 두께를 조절할 수 있도록 회전 가능한 한쌍의 회전바를 통하여 다양한 두께의 옷을 일반 옷장 걸이봉과 슬림형 옷장 걸이봉에 모두 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 여유공간을 최소화하여 다량의 옷걸이를 보관할 수 있게 한다.
이를 통해 옷장의 공간과 깊이를 축소시킬 수 있으므로 옷장이 설치되는 방의 공간 활용도를 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이상에서와 같은 기술적 구성에 의해 본 발명의 기술적 과제가 달성되는 것이며, 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나 여기에 한정되지 않고 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 극히 용이하게 본 발명의 기술사상과 아래에 기재될 청구범위의 균등범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능한 것임은 물론이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 제1 라운드 걸이(10);
    상기 제1 라운드 걸이(10) 상에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2 라운드 걸이(20);
    상기 제1 라운드 걸이(10)의 하부 측에 배치되는 지지부(30);
    상기 지지부(30)의 상하부 상에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 상하부 회전바(40,50);
    상기 회전바(40,50)에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 걸이부(60); 및
    상기 지지부(30), 회전바(40,50), 걸이부(60) 사이에 배치되어 회전 운동을 가능하게 하는 회전 작동구(70);를 포함하고,
    상기 지지부(30)를 중심으로 한 상기 상하부 회전바(40,50)의 회전 및 상기 상하부 회전바(40,50)의 외측 상에서의 상기 걸이부(60)의 회전에 따라 접힘 구동이 가능하고,
    상기 걸이부(60)의 펼쳐진 상태 및 접힘 상태에 따라, 상기 제1 라운드 걸이(10) 및 제2 라운드 걸이(20)를 갖는 이중의 라운드 걸이 구조를 통해서, 선택적으로 옷장의 걸이봉 상에 걸 수 있는 구조인,
    다기능 옷걸이.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 라운드 걸이(20)의 내측 끝단은 상기 제1 라운드 걸이(10) 상에 피봇 운동 가능하게 걸이부 힌지(21)를 통해 결합되고, 상기 제2 라운드 걸이(20) 상에는 타이 또는 스카프를 끼울 수 있는 클립 고정구(25)가 형성되는,
    다기능 옷걸이.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상하부 회전바(40,50)는,
    상기 지지부(30)의 상단을 중심으로 한 쌍으로 배치되는 상부 회전바(40) 및 상기 지지부(30)의 하단을 중심으로 하여 한 쌍으로 배치되는 하부 회전바(50)를 포함하며, 상기 한쌍의 상부 회전바(40) 및 한쌍의 하부 회전바(50)는 각각 동일한 길이를 갖는,
    다기능 옷걸이.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전 작동구(70)는, 상기 지지부(30)의 상하단 상에 배치되는 회전 작동구(70)를 중심으로 하여 다른 한쌍의 회전 작동구(70)가 상기 회전바(40,50)의 외측 상에 배치됨으로써, 상기 다기능 옷걸이 상에 3중으로 배치되는 형태인,
    다기능 옷걸이.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전 작동구(70)는 톱니 바퀴 구조체인,
    다기능 옷걸이.
