In the figure, the hanger case 1 is fixed to the upper part of the hall entrance in the hoistway. The hanger case 1 is provided with a horizontal door rail 2. The landing entrance is opened and closed by the first and second landing doors 3 and 4. The first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are suspended from the door rail 2.
The first landing door 3 is provided on the first door panel 5, the first door hanger 6 fixed to the upper part of the first door panel 5, and the first door hanger 6, and the door rail 2 is opened and closed. And a pair of first hanger rollers 7a, 7b.
The second landing door 4 is provided on the second door panel 8, the second door hanger 9 fixed to the upper portion of the second door panel 8, and the second door hanger 9. And a pair of second hanger rollers 10a and 10b. Further, the second landing door 4 opens and closes in the direction opposite to the first landing door 3 in conjunction with the opening and closing operation of the first landing door 3.
The mounting plate 11 is fixed to the hanger case 1. The mounting plate 11 is arranged between the first door hanger 6 and the second door hanger 9 when viewed from the hoistway side when the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are fully closed.
A latch receiving member 12 is fixed to the mounting plate 11. The latch receiving member 12 is fixed to the mounting plate 11 by a plurality of fasteners 13a and 13b. For example, bolts are used as the fasteners 13a and 13b.
The latch receiving member 12 has a U-shaped hooking portion 12a. When the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are fully closed, the hook 12a overlaps with the first door hanger 6 when viewed from the hoistway side and is disposed on the hoistway side of the first door hanger 6. ing.
The first door hanger 6 is provided with a latch 14. The latch 14 is rotatable around the proximal end portion. The latch 14 is hung on the hooking portion 12a when the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are fully closed, and prevents the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 from moving in the door opening direction. To do.
A fixed-side interlock roller 15 and a movable-side interlock roller 16 are provided at the base end portion of the latch 14. When the car (not shown) is landing and the car door (not shown) is opened, the movable side interlock roller 16 is pushed by a car side release device (not shown), and the movable side interlock roller 16 and latch 14 rotate. Thereby, the latch 14 is removed from the latch receiving member 12, and the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 can be opened. Further, when the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are moved to the fully closed position, the latch 14 is hooked on the hook portion 12a.
An interlock switch 17 is provided between the hanger case 1 and the latch 14 to detect whether the latch 14 is hooked on the latch receiving member 12. The interlock switch 17 has an interlock contact 18 provided on the latch receiving member 12 of the mounting plate 11 and a lock contact 19 fixed to the latch 14.
When the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are fully closed and the latch 14 is hooked on the hook 12a, the lock contact 19 is in contact with the interlock contact 18 and the interlock switch 17 is closed. . When the latch 14 is released from the hooking portion 12a, the lock contact 19 is separated from the interlock contact 18, and the interlock switch 17 is opened.
At the lower end of the mounting plate 11, a metal horizontal flat plate-shaped inclination regulating member 21 is provided. In this example, the inclination regulating member 21 is integrally provided on the mounting plate 11 as a part of the mounting plate 11 by changing the shape of the lower end portion of the mounting plate 11. In addition, the inclination regulating member 21 is disposed below the door rail 2.
The opposite end portion 21a, which is the end portion of the inclination restricting member 21 in the direction in which the second landing door 4 is opened, is the first end of the second door hanger 9 when the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are fully closed. It faces the lower end of the hoistway side surface at the end of the door hanger 6 side. As a result, the tilt regulating member 21 tilts the second door hanger 9 in the direction in which the lower end of the second door hanger 9 is displaced toward the hoistway when the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are fully closed. regulate.
FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing a state where an external force is applied to the second door panel 8 of FIG. 3 from the landing side. The second landing door 4 tries to rotate around the contact point between the second hanger rollers 10a and 10b and the door rail 2, but the second door hanger 9 is prevented from further rotation by hitting the opposing end 21a. Is done.
In such an elevator hall door device, the second door hanger 9 hits the opposite end 21a when the design surface of the second door panel 8 is subjected to a load from the hall side. The inclination of the door hanger 9 can be suppressed. Thereby, falling off from the door rail 2 of the 2nd door hanger 9 can be prevented.
Further, the upper part of the second landing door 4 is rotatably supported by the door rail 2, but in a state where the second door hanger 9 is pressed against the opposing end 21a, as shown in FIG. The structure is fixedly supported by 21. For this reason, the bending angle when the second door panel 8 receives a load from the landing side is reduced, and the deformation of the second landing door 4 can be reduced.
Thereby, it is possible to weaken the rigidity of the second landing door 4, and the reinforcement can be omitted or the plate thickness can be reduced. For example, the 2nd door panel 8 can also be set as the structure of only a smooth plane except the both ends.
Further, when the first and second landing doors 3 and 4 are fully closed, the hooking portion 12a wraps on the hoistway side of the first door hanger 6, so that the inclination of the first door hanger 6 is also restricted. The door hanger 6 can be prevented from falling off the door rail 2.
Furthermore, since the inclination regulating member 21 is provided integrally with the mounting plate 11, an increase in the number of parts can be prevented.
Moreover, since the inclination control member 21 is arrange | positioned below the door rail 2, the inclination to the hoistway side of the 2nd door hanger 9 can be controlled more reliably.
Furthermore, since the inclination restricting member 21 faces only the end portion of the second door hanger 9 on the first door hanger 6 side, the length of the inclination restricting member 21 is shortened so that the second landing door 4 It is possible to prevent the inclination regulating member 21 from interfering with the second door hanger 9 during the opening / closing operation.
Note that the inclination regulating member 21 may be formed of a member separate from the mounting plate 11. In this case, for example, the inclination regulating member 21 can be overlapped on the lower side of the latch receiving member 12 and fixed to the mounting plate 11 by the fasteners 13a and 13b common to the latch receiving member 12. Thereby, the inclination control member 21 can be easily added also to the existing landing door apparatus.
Moreover, the fixed position of the inclination control member 21 is not limited to the above example.
Furthermore, the shape of the inclination regulating member 21 is not limited to a flat plate, and may be, for example, a rod shape, a block shape, or a shape obtained by bending a flat plate.
