由于影像设备先获取点读笔光学头读取的点读码,再播放对应的内容,接着获取点读笔的控制指令并响应所述控制指令,实现了影像设备与点读笔的互动,不再仅仅是单纯的播放点读笔点击的内容,还能在播放后获取点读笔的控制指令进而响应,如播放小动物的视频时,根据点读笔的动作,小动物对点读笔的动作进行回应,如显示画板时,根据点读笔的动作,画板上显示点读笔留下的轨迹画画或写字。
所述点读码包括控制影像设备播放预存内容的播放编码。影像设备根据点读笔读取的点读码播放预存的内容,可以选择各种不同的内容,包括动画、诗词、算数等内容。在点读码载体上不同的内容通过不同的图案显示,如米老鼠的动画就用米老鼠的图标显示,海尔兄弟的动画就用海尔兄弟的图标显示,生动的显示播放内容,小朋友非常容易辨识记忆。
所述点读码包括控制影像设备切台的切台编码。点读码还包括切台编码,影像设备根据切台编码切换到对应的频道,频道对应不同的图标。如少儿频道在点读码载体上显示为一个儿童,各个卫视用对应的图标显示,生动的显示播放内容,小朋友非常容易辨识记忆。
所述点读笔包括与影像设备配合识别的识别部件,所述影像设备通过传感器获取识别部件的形状控制影像设备。影像设备通过传感器获取识别部件的形状控制影像设备,可以准确识别,如预先设定好识别部件为手掌形状,传感器捕捉手掌形状的识别部件,提高准确度,不会识别到其他条状、圆形部件。传感器包括红外感应器、红外成型感应器、颜色感应器、色温感应器、图像传感器等。
所述点读笔包括与影像设备配合识别的识别部件,所述影像设备通过传感器获取识别部件的颜色控制影像设备。影像设备通过传感器获取识别部件时经常因为背景色、灯光等影响识别,此时预先设置识别部件为特定的颜色,如红色、蓝色等,可以排除其他颜色的干扰,提高识别准确度。识别部件的颜色除了绘制颜色外还可以通过增加不同颜色的LED灯来实现,可以内置多个不同颜色的LED灯,识别部件为透光材料制成。
所述点读笔包括与影像设备配合识别的识别部件,所述识别部件包括LED灯,所述影像设备通过传感器获取LED灯的亮灭来控制影像设备。通过LED灯的亮灭形成编码来控制影像设备,简单方便,可以自己编码来实现控制影像设备。
所述点读笔包括与影像设备配合识别的识别部件,所述影像设备通过传感 器获取识别部件的轨迹控制影像设备。通过传感器获取识别部件的轨迹控制影像设备切换播放内容、切台、选取不同的应用、画画写字等等,识别部件可以通过灯光和形状的不同来捕捉识别部件。
所述影像设备通过无线通信模块与点读笔通信,所述影像设备通过无线通信模块与点读笔通信,所述影像设备根据点读笔控制指令获取对应结果并将结果通过无线通信模块发送至点读笔,所述点读笔根据结果控制提醒装置。所述无线通信包括WIFI模块、蓝牙模块、天线模块和红外模块等中的至少一项。无线通信方便准确迅速,传输的内容更多更安全,识别更准确。可以更好的互动,如点读笔点击其中一个选项,影像设备根据点读笔点击指令判断选项是否正确,然后将结果再发送至点读笔,点读笔根据结果控制提醒装置提醒用户,提醒装置包括扬声器、震动马达、LED灯等,包括通过扬声器发送正确或错误的语音提示,还可以通过震动马达提醒用户,如错误震动正确不震动,或者震动一次正确震动两次错误,还可以通过扬声器和震动马达配合,如正确语音提示错误震动马达提示,还可以正确亮绿色的LED灯,错误亮红色的LED灯,或正确LED灯常亮,错误LED灯闪烁,通过扬声器、震动马达、LED灯等的单独使用或组合使用用来提醒用户之前的操作是否正确。
点读码载体上设有控制编码,所述点读笔读取点读码载体上的控制编码,影像设备获取点读笔读取的控制编码。点读码载体上设有控制编码,控制编码包括方向编码、图形编码、确认编码、删除编码等,可以通过点击图形编码在影像设备上绘制对应的图形,如多个尺寸的方形、圆形、椭圆、三角形等形状,再通过方向编码调整图像在影像设备上的位置,方向编码可以在点读码载体上绘制多个点,根据点的位置控制方向,图在点读码载体上绘制16*16点阵,点阵的数量根据需要绘制不同的比例,如64*64、32*48等,点阵对应影像设备的显示区域,可以直接拖到对应的显示位置,也可以往对应方向移动,再通过确认编码确定图形位置,还可以通过删除编码将图形删除。
所述点读笔包括按键,所述影像设备通过传感器获取点读笔轨迹并通过点 读笔轨迹控制待选区域切换,影像设备通过无线通信模块获取点读笔按键指令完成待选区域确定。传感器通过点读笔轨迹控制选取的内容,通过按键来实现操作。如包括确定、取消、返回等操作,按键6包括确定键、返回键、主菜单键、声音加键、声音减键、上一曲键、下一曲键、播放键、暂停键、儿歌键、故事键、录音键、开关机键等中的部分或全部,优选包括确定键、返回键、主菜单键。其中返回键可以实现取消或返回上一级等功能,主菜单键可以实现返回上一级、返回主菜单等功能。
如图2所示,一种点读笔系统,包括点读笔、点读码载体和影像设备,
所述点读码载体上设有点读码;
所述点读笔包括光学头,所述点读笔通过光学头读取点读码载体上的点读码,所述点读笔根据点读码发送点击指令至影像设备;
所述影像设备响应点击指令播放对应的内容,所述影像设备通过传感器获取点读笔的控制指令并响应所述控制指令。
点读码载体包括点读书、点读卡等。
所述点读笔还包括底座,用于放置点读笔,点读笔的光学头放置于底座内可以在不使用的时候保护光学头。点读笔内设有可充电电池,壳体上设有与可充电电池连接的充电口。壳体上设有内存卡卡口,可以放置内存卡,点读笔读取内存卡内内容播放。
影像设备包括电视、3D显示设备、投影仪、VR、手机、平板电脑等设备。

  1. 一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,
    影像设备获取点读笔光学头读取的点读码;
    影像设备响应点读码播放对应的内容;
    影像设备获取点读笔的控制指令并响应所述控制指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述点读码包括控制影像设备切台的切台编码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述点读笔包括与影像设备配合识别的识别部件,所述影像设备通过传感器获取识别部件的形状控制影像设备。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述点读笔包括与影像设备配合识别的识别部件,所述影像设备通过传感器获取识别部件的颜色控制影像设备。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述点读笔包括与影像设备配合识别的识别部件,所述识别部件包括LED灯,所述影像设备通过传感器获取LED灯的亮灭来控制影像设备。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述点读笔包括与影像设备配合识别的识别部件,所述影像设备通过传感器获取识别部件的轨迹控制影像设备。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述影像设备通过无线通信模块与点读笔通信,所述影像设备根据点读笔控制指令获取对应结果并将结果通过无线通信模块发送至点读笔,所述点读笔根据结果控制提醒装置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,点读码载体上设有控制编码,所述点读笔读取点读码载体上的控制编码, 影像设备获取点读笔读取的控制编码。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点读笔的影像设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述点读笔包括按键,所述影像设备通过传感器获取点读笔轨迹并通过点读笔轨迹控制待选区域切换,影像设备通过无线通信模块获取点读笔按键指令完成待选区域操作。
  10. 一种点读笔系统,其特征在于,包括点读笔、点读码载体和影像设备,
    所述点读码载体上设有点读码;
    所述点读笔包括光学头,所述点读笔通过光学头读取点读码载体上的点读码,所述点读笔根据点读码发送点击指令至影像设备;
    所述影像设备响应点击指令播放对应的内容,所述影像设备通过传感器获取点读笔的控制指令并响应所述控制指令。
