本申请要求于2016年04月29日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610282620.8,发明名称为“一种屏幕自适应的跑步机及其实现方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及跑步机技术领域,特别是涉及一种屏幕自适应的跑步机及其实现方法。
传统上使用跑步机的运动者均在一单调的环境(例如健身房与卧室)中进行运动,很少有场所会提供某种情境的运动环境。并且,在现有技术中,跑步机为一水平方向的传动带带动着跑步机上的轮轴,如图1所示的现有技术中的跑步机示意图所示,运动者10可用手扶着跑步机的扶手11,以在一传动带13上跑步,并且在一面板100上设定跑步机速度开关,前轮轴15a与后轮轴15b主动带动传动带13,以使运动者10在其上跑步;运动者10也可向前做跑步或走路运动。因鞋子与传动带13之间的摩擦力的关系,传动带13带动着可自由转动的前轮轴15a与后轮轴15b,从而达到现有技术中跑步机的功效。
另一种现有技术,在专利CN02143304.6中虽然涉及虚拟实景屏幕,但是,该屏幕是一种固定方式实现,并不能针对不同身高的、不同年龄、不同运动状态人提供适合的屏幕显示方式。
鉴于此,克服该现有技术所存在的缺陷是本技术领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种屏幕自适应的跑步机及其实现方法,能够通过支架伺服系统控制显示器支架和其底座实现显示屏幕的高度、角度的自适应改变,能够适应不同身高、不同年龄段的用户使用,还能提供不同的跑步体验,丰富了跑步机的功能,提升了用户体验。
本申请采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种屏幕自适应的跑步机,包括跑步机履带及其传动系统、跑步机机体,所述跑步机履带覆盖于跑步机机体上用于提供给用户运动的区域;所述履带传动系统位于所述跑步机机体内部,所述屏幕自适应的跑步机还包括大屏智能显示器、显示器支架、以及支架伺服系统,具体的:
所述大屏智能显示器固定在所述显示器支架上,所述支架伺服系统设置在跑步机机体中;其中,所述显示器支架位于跑步机机体两侧对称实现,所述显示器支架的底座设置在跑步机机体内部,并且可以接受支架伺服系统完成前后移动;
其中,每一侧显示器支架由至少一根主承载杆、一根辅承载杆、第一液压升降柱和第二液压升降柱构成,所述第一液压升降柱和第二液压升降柱连接所述支架伺服系统控制;所述主承载杆的一端连接在显示器支架的底座上,另一端连接第一液压升降柱,所述第一液压升降柱另一端连接显示屏;所述辅承载杆连接着显示屏和主承载杆,并与所述大屏智能显示器、第一液压升降柱和主承载杆构成可形变的四边形结构;所述第二液压升降柱的一端固定在显示器支架的底座上,另一端连接主承载杆,并与所述大屏智能显示器支架的底座和主承载杆构成可形变的三角形结构。

优选的,所述虚拟场景类型具体为追逐类型,则所述实现方法还包括:
被追逐目标被设置一初始速度,智能显示器根据用户和被追逐目标的各自速度,计算其距离差值;
在用户与被追逐目标的距离差小于预设阈值时,智能显示器发送控制信号给所述支架伺服系统,以便所述支架伺服系统控制所述显示器底座,使得智能显示器向用户方向移动,以便用户通过所述智能显示器与被追逐目标进行互动。
优选的,所述跑步机模拟的跑步速度为用户自适应型,则所述实现方法还包括:
履带自适应用户的跑步速度并调整其传送速率,所述传送速率由其履带传动系反馈给智能显示器;

与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果在于:本申请实施例能够通过支架伺服系统控制显示器支架和其底座实现显示屏幕的高度、角度的自适应改变,从而能够适应不同身高、不同年龄段的用户使用,进一步的还能提供不同的跑步体验,丰富了跑步机的功能,提升了用户体验。

此外,下面所描述的本申请各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
在本申请各实施例中,方位描述语“前后”是用户面向大屏智能显示器方向时,所做的由跑步机作为主体的方位描述;而“左右”则是以所述“前后”为基准,做出的方位描述。
在本申请各实施例中,所述大屏智能显示器,指的是集成了电脑CPU、大尺寸显示屏、操控面板等于一身的显示器,有点类似于PC领域的一体机。普通的大屏显示器边框上可以配备操控按钮,而高配的大屏显示器则可配备局部触摸屏设计,而顶配的大屏显示器则可以配备全屏触摸功能。
实施例1:
本申请实施例提供了一种屏幕自适应的跑步机,如图2所示,包括跑步机履带21及其传动系统(并非本申请的核心申请点,可以借鉴现有技术,图中未示出)、跑步机机体22,所述跑步机履带21覆盖于跑步机机体22上用于提供给用户运动的区域;所述履带传动系统位于所述跑步机机体22内部,其中,所述屏幕自适应的跑步机还包括大屏智能显示器23、显示器支架24、以及支架伺服
系统25,具体的:
所述大屏智能显示器23固定在所述显示器支架24上,所述支架伺服系统25设置在跑步机机体22中;其中,所述显示器支架24位于跑步机机体22两侧对称实现,所述显示器支架24的底座245设置在跑步机机体22内部,并且可以接受支架伺服系统25完成前后移动。
其中,底座245的移动实现方式可以借鉴现有的左右对称导轨,其中,底座245的左右两侧设置有导向轴嵌入与各导轨中,进一步配合齿轮传导移动所需动力的方式实现。
其中,每一侧显示器支架24由至少一根主承载杆241、一根辅承载杆242、第一液压升降柱243和第二液压升降柱244构成,所述第一液压升降柱243和第二液压升降柱244连接所述支架伺服系统25控制;所述主承载杆241的一端连接在显示器支架24的底座245上,另一端连接第一液压升降柱243,所述第一液压升降柱243另一端连接显示屏231;所述辅承载杆242连接着大屏智能显示器和主承载杆241,并与所述大屏智能显示器23、第一液压升降柱243和主承载杆241构成可形变的四边形结构;所述第二液压升降柱244的一端固定在显示器支架24的底座245上,另一端连接主承载杆241,并与所述显示器支架24的底座245和主承载杆241构成可形变的三角形结构。
本申请实施例提供了一种屏幕自适应的跑步机,能够通过支架伺服系统25控制显示器支架24和其底座245实现显示屏幕的高度、角度的自适应改变,从而能够适应不同身高、不同年龄段的用户使用,进一步的还能提供不同的跑步体验,丰富了跑步机的功能,提升了用户体验。
在本申请实施例中,所述技术特征第二液压升降柱244的一端固定在显示器支架24的底座245上,存在一种优选的具体实现方案,如图3和4所示,其内容具体为:
所述第二液压升降柱244的一端设置有定位孔280,所述显示器支架24的底座245上设置有带定位孔的空心柱246,并使用定位销247固定所述第二液压
升降柱244于所述空心柱246上。
该扩展方案能够进一步提高跑步机大屏智能显示器23可调整空间的大小,对于第二液压升降柱244其固定的位置相对于空心柱246越高,则大屏智能显示器23可调整到的最大高度越高。
结合本申请实施例,所述另一端连接主承载杆241的结构,存在一种优选的实现方案,具体可实现为:
方式一、如图5所示,所述第二液压升降柱244的另一端以转轴结构连接一托臂248,所述托臂248用于托住所述主承载杆241的一侧。
方式二、如图6和图7所示,所述第二液压升降柱244的另一端以转轴结构(如图中251标识的结构)连接一管桶249,所述管桶套接在所述主承载杆241上,并且所述管桶内侧设置有轴承250。所轴承250用于在第二液压升降柱244伸长或者收缩时,能够将其伸长或者收缩的力在低阻力的条件下转化给主承载杆241的扭力。
结合本申请实施例,所述主承载杆241的一端连接在显示器支架24的底座245上,另一端连接第一液压升降柱243,所述第一液压升降柱243另一端连接大屏智能显示器23,存在一种优选的实现方式,具体为:

相比较实施例1,本实施例所提供的一种屏幕自适应的跑步机结构更简单,使用起来也较方便,但是线比较实施例1所提供的跑步机,其屏幕可呈现的角度也是固定的。对于多功能跑步机来说,例如还可以进行仰卧起坐或者划船等附加功能的多功能跑步机,此时,实施例2所提供的方案就无法很好的满足用户需求。如图9所示,利用实施例1所给出的结构,便能为做仰卧起坐的用户提供一个更适合观看和操作大屏智能显示器的角度。
实施例3:
本申请实施例还提供了一种屏幕自适应的跑步机的实现方法,使用实施例1所述的一种屏幕自适应的跑步机结构,如图10所示,所述实现方法包括:

Claims (13)
- 一种屏幕自适应的跑步机,包括跑步机履带及其传动系统、跑步机机体,所述跑步机履带覆盖于跑步机机体上用于提供给用户运动的区域;所述履带传动系统位于所述跑步机机体内部,其中,所述屏幕自适应的跑步机还包括大屏智能显示器、显示器支架、以及支架伺服系统,具体的:所述大屏智能显示器固定在所述显示器支架上,所述支架伺服系统设置在跑步机机体中;其中,所述显示器支架位于跑步机机体两侧对称实现,所述显示器支架的底座设置在跑步机机体内部,并且可以接受支架伺服系统完成前后移动;其中,每一侧显示器支架由至少一根主承载杆、一根辅承载杆、第一液压升降柱和第二液压升降柱构成,所述第一液压升降柱和第二液压升降柱连接所述支架伺服系统控制;所述主承载杆的一端连接在显示器支架的底座上,另一端连接第一液压升降柱,所述第一液压升降柱另一端连接显示屏;所述辅承载杆连接着显示屏和主承载杆,并与所述大屏智能显示器、第一液压升降柱和主承载杆构成可形变的四边形结构;所述第二液压升降柱的一端固定在显示器支架的底座上,另一端连接主承载杆,并与所述大屏智能显示器支架的底座和主承载杆构成可形变的三角形结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕自适应的跑步机,其中,所述第二液压升降柱的一端固定在显示器支架的底座上,具体实现为:所述第二液压升降柱的一端设置有定位孔,所述显示器支架的底座上设置有带定位孔的空心柱,并使用定位销固定所述第二液压升降柱于所述空心柱上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕自适应的跑步机,其中,所述另一端连接主承载杆,具体可实现为:所述第二液压升降柱的另一端以转轴结构连接一托臂,所述托臂用于托住所述主承载杆的一侧;或者,所述第二液压升降柱的另一端以转轴结构连接一管桶,所述管桶套接在所述主承载杆上,并且所述管桶内侧设置有轴承。
- 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕自适应的跑步机,其中,所述主承载杆的一端连接在显示器支架的底座上,另一端连接第一液压升降柱,所述第一液压升降柱另一端连接显示屏,具体实现为:所述第一液压升降柱与所述主承载杆的连接结构具体为转轴结构;所述第一液压升降柱另一端也使用转轴结构连接显示屏。
- 一种屏幕自适应的跑步机,包括跑步机履带及其传动系统、跑步机机体,所述跑步机履带覆盖于跑步机机体上用于提供给用户运动的区域;所述履带传动系统位于所述跑步机机体内部,其中,所述屏幕自适应的跑步机还包括大屏智能显示器、显示器支架、以及支架伺服系统,具体的:所述大屏智能显示器固定在所述显示器支架上,所述支架伺服系统设置在跑步机机体中;其中,所述显示器支架位于跑步机机体两侧对称实现,所述显示器支架的底座设置在跑步机机体内部,并且可以接受支架伺服系统完成前后移动;其中,每一侧显示器支架由至少一根主承载杆、一液压升降柱构成,所述主承载杆的一端用于固定所述智能显示器,其另一端通过串联所述液压升降柱后连接到所述显示器底座上;所述液压升降柱连接着支架伺服系统,并由所述支架伺服系统控制完成伸展和收缩动作。
- 一种屏幕自适应的跑步机的实现方法,其中,使用如权利要求1-4任一所述的一种屏幕自适应的跑步机结构,所述实现方法包括:所述大屏智能显示器接收用户输入的参数信息,其中,所述参数信息包括运动人员的身高信息、跑步机模拟的跑步速度、跑步机模拟的爬坡角度、显示屏显示的虚拟场景类型中的一种后者多种;所述大屏智能显示器根据用户输入的参数信息,调整跑步机的运行速度、跑步机的角度和大屏智能显示器的位置;其中,调整大屏智能显示器具体位置包括:根据用户的身高信息确定大屏智能显示器的合适高度,并输入控制指令给支架伺服系统,以便所述支架伺服系统控制所述第二液压升降柱,完成大屏智能显示器高度的调整;并控制所述第一液压升降柱,完成高度调整后的大屏智能显示器的竖直角度调整。
- 根据权利要求6所述的屏幕自适应的跑步机的实现方法,其中,所述大屏智能显示器接收到操控请求,则所述实现方法还包括:大屏智能显示器传送控制信号给所述支架伺服系统;所述支架伺服系统根据所述控制信号,调整显示器底座的前后位置,将智能显示器调整到离用户合适的距离。
- 根据权利要求6所述的屏幕自适应的跑步机的实现方法,其中,所述虚拟场景类型具体为追逐类型,则所述实现方法还包括:被追逐目标被设置一初始速度,智能显示器根据用户和被追逐目标的各自速度,计算其距离差值;在用户与被追逐目标的距离差小于预设阈值时,智能显示器发送控制信号给所述支架伺服系统,以便所述支架伺服系统控制所述显示器底座,使得智能显示器向用户方向移动,以便用户通过所述智能显示器与被追逐目标进行互动。
- 根据权利要求6所述的屏幕自适应的跑步机的实现方法,其中,所述跑 步机模拟的跑步速度为用户自适应型,则所述实现方法还包括:履带自适应用户的跑步速度并调整其传送速率,所述传送速率由其履带传动系反馈给智能显示器;所述智能显示器根据传送速率的变化,调整显示器中显示画面的速度效果。
- 一种屏幕自适应的跑步机的实现方法,其中,使用如权利要求6所述的一种屏幕自适应的跑步机结构,所述实现方法包括:所述大屏智能显示器接收用户输入的参数信息,其中,所述参数信息包括运动人员的身高信息、跑步机模拟的跑步速度、跑步机模拟的爬坡角度、显示屏显示的虚拟场景类型中的一种后者多种;所述大屏智能显示器根据用户输入的参数信息,调整跑步机的运行速度、跑步机的角度和大屏智能显示器的位置;其中,调整大屏智能显示器具体位置包括:根据用户的身高信息确定大屏智能显示器的合适高度,并输入控制指令给支架伺服系统,以便所述支架伺服系统控制所述液压升降柱,完成大屏智能显示器高度的调整。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求6-10任一项所述的方法。
- 一种非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述可读存储介质存储有可执行指令,所述可执行指令用于使处理器执行权利要求6-10任一项所述的方法。
- 一种处理器程序产品,其特征在于,所述处理器程序产品包括存储在 非易失性可读存储介质上的处理器程序,所述处理器程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行权利要求6-10任一项所述的方法。
