[0002] 筒灯是一种嵌入到天花板内的光线下射式的照明灯具, 一般在酒店、 家庭、 咖 啡厅使用较多。 家庭里一般装设在卧室、 客厅、 卫生间的周边天棚上。 筒灯的 最大特点就是能保持建筑装饰的整体统一与完美, 不会因为灯具的设置而破坏 吊顶艺术的完美统一, 这种嵌装于天花板内部的隐置性灯具, 所有光线都向下 投射, 属于直接配光。 筒灯不占据空间, 可增加空间的柔和气氛, 如果想营造 温馨的感觉, 可试着装设多盏筒灯, 减轻空间压迫感。
[0003] 现有的筒灯一般为带有安装筒或者不带有安装筒的单一使用结构, 而且, 对于 不带安装筒的筒灯, 天花板的开孔尺寸及壁厚不能根据需求调节, 消费者在安 装使用筒灯吋, 必须要选择很多种不同功能及尺寸的筒灯才能满足安装和使用 要求, 这样使得使用成本偏高。 因此, 如何提出一种兼容带安装筒安装和免安 装筒安装, 以及可调安装孔孔径的兼容式筒灯是业内亟待解决的技术问题。 技术问题

[0043] 首先, 选择 5英寸或 6英寸的有耳安装筒作为参与装配的安装筒 5 , 即安装筒 5 内部具有挂耳 51。 然后, 将配件包中的灯头 32拧在安装筒 5内部的灯座 31里面, 此处, 灯头 32优选为 E26灯头, 当然, 根据实际情况和需求, 灯头 32还可选择其 他型号; 接着, 根据安装筒 5的根据安装筒 5的尺寸相应地选择 5英寸或 6英寸的 弹性件 4, 并在弹性件 4上对应位置的牙孔上用螺丝与灯体 1固定, 此处, 即将弹 性件 4的第二连接片 43用螺丝与灯体 1固定连接, 然后将第二导线 33与第一导线 2 通过公端子与母端子插接形成电连接, 再接着, 将固定连接在灯体 1上的弹性件 4卡入安装筒 5的挂耳 51中并固定好, 此处, 即将弹性件 4的扭力弹簧 44卡入对应 的挂耳 51中固定好, 使得灯体 1与安装筒 5固定, 至此, 整个筒灯完成安装。

[0051] 首先, 在天花板 9上加工形成开孔 90, 该天花板 9的厚度可以为 10~20mm, 另外 , 开孔 90的直径可以为 5英寸或 6英寸; 接着, 根据需要选择相应 5英寸或 6英 寸的 V字型弹性件 4, 再将 V字型的弹性件 4对应位置的牙孔用螺丝与灯体 1固定 , 接着, 将接线套管 36—端插入接线盒 34中并固定, 接着用接线螺母 37将灯体 1中 的第一导线 2的 L级、 N级和地线与接线套管 36中的第三导线 35的巿电 L级、 N 级和地线分别接通。 再接着, 将接线盒 34固定在灯体 1上, 然后用双手按住 V字 型的弹性件 4外侧末端, 并将弹性件 4和灯体 1整体插入天花板 9的开孔 90中, 用 手轻轻一推, 直至灯体 1底部的面环贴到天花板 9 , 至此, 整个筒灯完成安装。
[0052] 基于上述实施例一、 实施例二和实施例三的技术方案, 本发明实施例提出的兼 容式筒灯, 其可以与有安装筒安装固定 (实施例一和实施例二, 为半替换类型 ) , 又可以免装筒安装固定 (实施例三, 为全替换类型) , 即兼容了带安装筒 安装和免安装筒安装的安装形式, 同吋, 该兼容式筒灯还可兼容不同安装孔孔 径安装, 即根据实际需求可调安装孔径, 满足了消费者的使用需求, 降低了使 用成本, 提高了消费者的体验效果。 并且, 利用力学原理推算出弹性件的力度 与被卡物体的重量成正比后得出弹性件的硬度, 从而使部件可靠有效的固定, 其安装简单、 方便、 安全可靠。
以上所述实施例, 仅为本发明具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 各种等效的修改、 替换和改进等等, 这些修改、 替换和改进都应涵盖在本发明 的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

兼容式筒灯, 安装于天花板的幵孔中, 所述兼容式筒灯包括灯体, 以 及由所述灯体中引出并与其电连接的第一导线, 其特征在于, 所述兼 容式筒灯还包括用于连接外部电源的接线组件和用于定位固定所述灯 体的弹性件, 所述弹性件可拆卸固定连接于所述灯体上, 所述第一导 线与所述接线组件电连接。
如权利要求 1所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述兼容式筒灯还包 括底端开口且中空的安装筒, 所述安装筒安装于所述天花板的开孔中 , 所述接线组件和所述灯体设置于所述安装筒内, 且所述灯体底面封 堵所述安装筒的开口。
如权利要求 2所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述接线组件包括设 置于所述安装筒顶端内壁上的灯座, 连接于所述灯座中的灯头, 以及 与所述灯头电连接的第二导线, 所述第二导线与所述第一导线电连接 如权利要求 3所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述第一导线外端接 有母端子, 所述第二导线外端接有公端子; 或者, 所述第一导线外端 接有公端子, 所述第二导线外端接有母端子; 所述公端子插接于所述 母端子形成电连接。
如权利要求 2至 4任一项所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件 包括第一连接片, 以及一体设置于所述第一连接片两侧的抵接弹片, 所述第一连接片与所述灯体外壁可拆卸固定连接, 所述抵接弹片抵紧 于所述安装筒内壁。
如权利要求 2至 4任一项所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述安装筒 的内周壁上凸设有挂耳, 所述弹性件与所述挂耳挂接。
如权利要求 6所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件包括第二 连接片, 以及设置于所述第二连接片外侧的扭力弹簧, 所述扭力弹簧 的两个支脚与所述挂耳抵紧配合形成挂接。
如权利要求 1所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述接线组件包括设 置于所述灯体顶部的接线盒和第三导线, 所述第三导线的内端伸入于 所述接线盒内并与所述第一导线电连接。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 8所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述接线组件还包括 与所述接线盒连通的接线套管, 所述第三导线的外端穿设于所述接线 套管中。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 8或 9所述的兼容式筒灯, 其特征在于, 所述第三导线与所 述第一导线通过接线螺母连接形成电连接。
