Abstract

The nature and the use of this innovative invention is to cover a market demand for technical maintenance or integration interventions through the execution of holes in cement pipes, irrigation channels, drainage wells (with particular Attention to the "siphoned" wells such as Padua, Milan and the like), junctions of piping and piping of all types. In fact, to date, the problem of the realization of holes from the inside of the outwardly manufactured artifacts, albeit of extreme relevance, has not yet been solved with similar machines, exclusively mechanical, easy to carry, position and use and with dimensions so Which allow the use in any type of product from the smallest of 250mmX250mm. The invention is intended for use mainly in the field of engineering and construction but can also be used in other areas requiring special calibrated punctures and can also be considered as rapid intervention machinery in emergencies such as discharges or wells shut down without having to Provide the desiccation of the wastewater still present.

Description

DRILLING MACHINE
DESCRIPTION
The overriding objective of this invention is to provide holes of various sizes both on walls that are on the wall, ceiling, or floor is on cement already installed on site (conducted cementitious type of liquid as irrigation pipes, wells of waste water, pipes of various gender,) without that to do this they must remove from where they are installed or replaced with other already drilled. In fact, having the peculiarity of being able to intervene directly on the site where there was a need, the intervention will be extremely rapid, immediate and above all very cheap. The invention is intended for use primarily in technical-building field but also usable in other fields which require the construction of special calibrated holes and can also be regarded as a rapid intervention machinery in cases of emergencies like clogged drains or wells without having to first provide all'evaquazione of water waste still present. The machine in question is particularly dedicated to the final solution of a big problem related to the presence of the exhaust wells wastewater positioned along all roads (so-called "exhaust manholes") which currently are provided with a "siphon" irremovable; this particular construction, designed to prevent leakage of odors from the main sewer, when clogging of the "trap" itself (which is extremely common due to the presence on the streets blocking materials such as leaves, paper, cigarette filters etc!) DO NOT allow to carry out a proper cleaning and removal of bulky materials resulting in flooding of the streets! It makes it so necessary to replace the existing wells with the products made only more recently and equipped with "trap" removable; Obviously all this involves considerable intervention costs and significant disruption to traffic. The present invention (currently absolutely NOT present on the market!) Allows to avoid the costly intervention of the total exhaust cockpit replacement with the creation of a hole in the inner part of the cockpit itself so as to temporarily by-pass the "siphon" and so to allow the instantaneous mass in the cockpit communication (flooded or not!) with the sewage discharge system (allowing the immediate flow of stagnant water!) and subsequent cleaning of the "trap" on the side of the discharge which is otherwise impossible. One of the main problems of the exhaust wells is their reduced internal dimension, which varies from 25x25 cm. of the older wells (which currently represent the greatest number!) up to those 40x40 cm., and then it is evident that any amending intervention of their structure appears to be nearly impossible with current equipment present on the market; it goes without saying that the present invention overcomes any modification and maintenance problematic having a tripping operation with two basic characteristics:
the possibility to realize the holes in an angular way;
its remarkable compactness (cm. 24x24!) which allows it to make the necessary changes to all wells currently present, from the smallest to the biggest ones.
The use of this machine is extremely simple given shows that when you have to intervene in a drainage sump proceed in the following way: it arrives in proximity of the same with the means of transport on which the machine is installed transport aid of a small electric crane to always installed flag on the transport pallet, is extracted the core drilling machine (G) and is drawn into the cockpit; after locating the exact spot to be drilled and is provided to lock the machine inside the cockpit via four Actuators Double-acting (F) moved from Controls Group (C) on the front of the machine; at this point having the coring machine in working position starts the rotatito movement of the drilling cup, said "drill bit"; He said working motion is impressed by the electric motor (A) which via the transmission unit (B) moves a Toothed Belt Neoprene (D) which transmits the rotary movement to Forante Group (E); at this point via the Controls Group (C) starts the advance of Forante Group (E) with its rotary motion creates the hole; the feed and the subsequent retraction of the holing cup takes place with the use of two double acting Actuators (F) placed in the compartment at the bottom where they are housed.
This innovative invention is mainly characterized in that in the part directly operating of this tool, that is, in the realization of the required holes, there are no exposed electrical parts in work areas at the same gives the possibility to operate also in damp areas or even, in When used in concrete pipes or wells, also in the presence of water; In fact, the electric motor (A) which is fitted for its funzionamente is placed far away from the actual point of intervention and thus without danger to the operator; then if one takes into account that, as mentioned, the operator intervenes only during the positioning phase, start-up and removal, it is evident the extreme security ensures that the same operator.
As regards the industrial utilization, it is noted that the present invention has an extremely wide application, just think for example in irrigation systems or ducts of liquids am / cement pipes to the possibility of building new derivation holes on the walls of the same , from the inside outwards, at any point there is the need of having to do without having to remove and replace whole pieces of the same plant; but the predominant reason of its design and construction derives from its undeniable possibility of use when the need arises to carry out maintenance in the exhaust wells wastewater fitted with concrete siphon, maintenance that currently it is impossible to maintain it if not replacing the cockpit with a another already prediposto of "siphon" removable inspection, all with a considerable economic cost and timing of a very long speech; as noted above, with the present invention with "operation ANGLE" instead of the intervention can be immediate, estremammente fast, immediately decisive and definitely very, very, cheap; the present invention is also innovative and especially the characteristic of being able to operate also in the wells already flooded and this makes it useful estremammente along streets already flooded due siphons of totally obstructed by various wells materials such as leaves, waste papers, but above all the filters of the cigarettes together with the rest and to the outflow of soil create a real "wall" of remarkable consistency and almost impossible to remove. In the case of having to make holes in walls, floors or ceilings, the invention demonstrates its versatility and safety intervention since after placing the machine and properly shored, is being carried out in absolute safety for the operators. The present invention is also characterized by the fact that it does not produce noise pollution since the use of an extremely silent electric motor.
