螺钉盖组件及洗衣机 技术领域
本公开涉及螺钉盖技术领域,例如涉及一种螺钉盖组件及具有该螺钉盖组件的洗衣机。
背景技术
螺钉盖是一种封盖,用于封挡螺钉装配时外漏的孔,如安装平板后,平板表面外漏安装孔通过螺钉盖封堵,其中,螺钉盖的材质、颜色等可与平板相同,采用此种方式,螺钉头、安装孔不会外露,平板的整体性更好,更加美观。
目前,螺钉盖的使用时大多只起到装饰作用,而且在安装时,一般采用插接的连接方式,即在螺钉盖上设置相应的插接柱,插接在安装孔上,采用此种结构连接,对于不同类型的安装孔需要使用特定的螺钉盖,因此造成螺钉盖的通用性较低,制备时生产效率差、成本较高。
发明内容
本公开提出一种螺钉盖组件及洗衣机,解决了相关技术中存在的螺钉组件通用性较低,导致生产效率差、成本较高的技术问题。
本公开采用以下技术方案:
一种螺钉盖组件,包括盖体和与所述盖体连接的槽体,所述盖体包括设置在所述盖体(1)底部的水平向外延伸的卡爪,所述槽体包括设置在所述槽体(2)侧壁上的用于与所述卡爪连接卡口;
所述盖体与所述槽体之间设有用于支撑所述盖体底部的凸起平台,所述凸起平台设于所述槽体底部。
可选的,所述凸起平台呈条状,所述凸起平台的一侧与所述槽体的侧壁相贴合。
可选的,所述盖体上设有两个对称设置的所述卡爪,所述槽体内设有两个对称设置的凸起平台,所述卡爪与所述凸起平台相错设置。
可选的,所述盖体和所述槽体均呈圆形。

可选的,所述槽体的槽口处设有沿槽口朝向设置的保护圈,所述保护圈与所述槽体固定连接,所述保护圈套接所述盖体。
可选的,所述盖体的端面覆盖有弹性表层。

本公开提供的一种螺钉盖组件及洗衣机,该螺钉盖组件使用时,盖体与槽体之间通过卡爪与卡口配合连接,盖体与槽体连接后,通过凸起平台对盖体进行支撑,对于不同类型的槽体,通过调节凸起平台的高度,可确保凸起平台对盖体的支撑,盖体可采用同一型号,此种方式提高了盖体的通用性,具有防差错的效果。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明本公开的技术方案。在不冲突的情况下,以下实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种螺钉盖组件,包括盖体1和与盖体1连接的槽体2,盖体1底部设有水平向外延伸的卡爪11,槽体2的侧壁上设有用于与卡爪11连接的卡口21;
盖体1与槽体2之间设有用于支撑盖体1底部的凸起平台3,凸起平台3设于槽体2底部。
该螺钉盖组件具有高通用性,可用于不同型号的槽体2(直径相同,深度不同),所需的盖体1可采用统一型号的盖体1。可选的,一般情况下槽体2并非单独设置,而是与相关产品连接配合使用,在生产相应的产品时,设置槽体2及槽体2内的凸起平台3,安装时,仅需要将盖体1与槽体2连接即可,凸起平台3可对盖体1进行支撑,避免出现内凹的状况。
凸起平台3呈条状,凸起平台3的一侧与槽体2的侧壁相贴合。
凸起平台3靠近过槽体2的侧壁,其中,凸起平台3设置为条状可提供更大的支撑范围,一般情况下,凸起平台3支撑盖体1的边缘处,其中,条状的凸起平台3可以为弧形、直线形等配合盖体1形状使用。
盖体1上设有两个对称设置的卡爪11,槽体2内设有两个对称设置的凸起平台3,卡爪11与凸起平台3相错设置。
采用对称设置的卡爪11,该卡爪11结构较为简单,且盖体1与槽体2之间可连接牢固,不易出现脱落的现象,盖体1上设有卡爪11的部分具有一定的连接强度,不易产生变形,而盖体1上未设置卡爪11的部分没有支撑易变形,因此,将卡爪11与凸起平台3相错设置,使凸起平台3支撑盖体1上未设置卡爪11的部分,可有效避免盖体1发生形变。
可选的,盖体1和槽体2均呈圆形。以盖体1和槽体2呈圆形为例,在盖体1上设置两个卡爪11,两个卡爪11之间的夹角为180°,在槽体2上相应的设置两个卡口21,其中,凸起平台3呈弧形,所述凸起平台3弧度与槽体2的弧度相同,凸起平台3的弧长可以是等于两个卡爪11之间的盖体1的弧长。
该螺钉盖组件采用通用的盖体1与槽体2连接,通过卡爪11与卡口21的连接方式,具有良好的防差错效果,可达到一盖通用一件或多盖通用一件,同时,高通用性利于产生制造,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
实施例2
如图4和图5所示,一种洗衣机,包括机身,机身的顶部设有上盖4,上盖4包括上盖上部41和上盖下部42,上盖上部41靠近上盖下部42的一侧设有螺纹孔43,上盖下部42设有螺钉盖组件;
上盖下部42设有通孔,槽体2设于通孔内,槽体2的外径与通孔的内径相同,槽体2的槽口朝向远离上盖上部41的一侧,槽体2的底部与螺纹孔43相对设置,槽体2的底部设有与螺纹孔43连通的连接孔22。
使用时,需要将上盖4掀起,此时,上盖下部42外露,而通孔便设置在上盖下部42上,通过盖体1与槽体2连接,螺纹孔43及螺纹孔43上连接的螺钉被遮挡避免外露,盖体1起到良好的装饰效果。
槽体2的槽口与上盖下部42的表面齐平,盖体1的端面高于上盖下部42的表面。
安装后的盖体1,盖体1端面比上盖下部42的表面高,由于机身与上盖4之间存在间隙,运输或者洗衣机运行时容易振动,因此,采用此种连接方式盖体1起到隔离作用,避免机身与上盖4直接接触,从而达到减震效果。可选的,盖体1的端面覆盖有弹性表层12。如,采用橡胶材质,盖体1的表层具有一定的弹力,具有更好的缓冲减震效果。
可选的,槽体2的槽口处设有沿槽口朝向设置的保护圈23,保护圈23与槽体2固定连接,保护圈23套接盖体1。
保护圈23与槽体2固定连接,套设在盖体1外露在槽体2之外的部分,其中,保护圈23的高度低于盖体1外露部分的高度,保护圈23可以避免外物碰撞盖体1,而导致的盖体1脱落。
可选的,槽体2和上盖下部42一体成型。
一般情况下,槽体2与上盖下部42为一体成型,即在生产制造过程中,设置通孔时同时成型相应的槽体2结构,在槽体2上设置卡口21及与螺纹孔43相通的连接孔22,此种结构更利于产品成型及提高产品的强度。
工业实用性
本公开提供的一种螺钉盖组件及洗衣机,该螺钉盖组件使用时,盖体与槽 体之间通过卡爪与卡口配合连接,盖体与槽体连接后,通过凸起平台对盖体进行支撑,对于不同类型的槽体,通过调节凸起平台的高度,可确保凸起平台对盖体的支撑,盖体可采用同一型号,此种方式提高了盖体的通用性,具有防差错的效果。

    所述盖体(1)与所述槽体(2)之间设有用于支撑所述盖体底部的凸起平台(3),所述凸起平台(3)设于所述槽体(2)底部。
