本申请要求于2016年4月19日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610244749.X,发明名称为“一种基于地理位置推送视频的方法、推送装置及其服务器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及一种信息推送方法,特别是一种基于地理位置推送视频的方法。
众所周知的,视频信息推送功能是现在众多视频播放平台的常用功能之一,平台能够通过分析用户的浏览视频信息的印记,对用户的喜好做出预判,并向用户推送用户所偏爱的视频信息,以此提高平台的浏览人次。
发明人在实现本申请实施例的过程中发现:目前视频推荐基本上是对用户已经看过的视频进行同类型相关推荐。现实生活中,用户可能更关注于生活圈内所发生的信息,而更具喜好推送的视频信息,可能是跟用于浏览的其他视频类型一致,但是视频发生的事件由于不是发生在用户所在生活圈内的事件,而对该用户不具吸引力和实用性。
发明内容
本申请主要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于地理位置推送视频的方法,通过对视频信息进行地理位置推送,克服现有技术中视频信息只能通过用户喜好进行推送,对用户不具有实用性的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的一个技术方案是:
获取终端的位置信息;
向所述终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端位置信息匹配。
进一步地,所述位置索引标签为分级别标签,根据所限定的地理位置范围的大小,将位置索引标签划分为在位置上具有所属关系的多级标签。
更进一步地,向所述终端推送视频时,根据所述终端在同一位置所在的时间,按所述时间由短到长与所述位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小建立映射关系。
更进一步地,向所述终端推送视频时,以终端在同一位置所在的时间轴为走向,根据位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小的次序向终端推送视频信息。
更进一步地,所述基于地理位置推送视频的方法还包括:记录所述终端播放视频信息的类型,向所述终端推送视频时,推送终端播放次数最多的类型对应的视频信息。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种基于地理位置推送视频的装置,包括:
获取单元,用于获取终端的位置信息;
推送单元,用于向所述终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端位置信息匹配。
进一步地,所述位置索引标签为分级别标签,根据所限定的地理位置范围的大小,将位置索引标签划分为在位置上具有所属关系的多级标签。
更进一步地,向所述终端推送视频信息时,根据所述终端在同一位置所在的时间,按所述时间由短到长与所述位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小建立映射关系。
更进一步地,向所述终端推送视频信息时,以终端在同一位置所在的时间轴为走向,根据位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小的次序向终端推送视频
信息。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种基于地理位置推送视频的服务器,包括:
通信单元,用于与终端通信,并获取终端的位置信息;
分类单元,用于在在视频信息上设置位置索引标签;
中央处理器,用于向终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端位置信息匹配。
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,包括:
至少一个处理器;以及,
与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行上述的基于地理位置推送视频的方法。

本申请实施例提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被电子设备执行时,使所述电子设备执行上述的基于地理位置推送视频的方法。
本申请实施例的有益效果为:本申请实施例通过在视频信息上设置位置索引标签,在定位到终端所在的位置后,向终端推送携带的位置索引标签在终端所在位置一定范围内的视频信息,通过对视频信息进行地理位置推送,克服现有技术中视频信息只能通过用户喜好进行推送,对用户不具有实用性的缺陷。

实施例1
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供一种基于地理位置推送视频的方法,包括下述步骤:
S1、获取终端的位置信息。本实施例中的终端能够以各种形式来实施。例如,本实施例中描述的终端可以包括诸如移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固
定终端。下面,假设终端是移动终端。然而,本领域技术人员将理解的是,除了特别用于移动目的的元件之外,根据本申请的实施例的构造也能够应用于固定类型的终端。服务器通过无线通讯网络定时获取终端的位置信息,并将该终端的位置信息加以保存,并在经过一段预设定的更新时间后,对该终端的位置信息进行更新。服务器获取终端的位置信息方法不局限于定时获取终端的位置更新,在一些实施例中,服务器实施获取终端的位置信息。
服务器能够内部或外部地耦接到终端。服务器获取终端位置信息使借助于无线通讯技术。本实施方案中所涉及的无线互联网接入技术可以包括WLAN(无线LAN)(Wi-Fi)、Wibro(无线宽带)、Wimax(全球微波互联接入)、HSDPA(高速下行链路分组接入)等等。短程通信模块是用于支持短程通信的模块。短程通信技术的一些示例包括蓝牙TM、射频识别(RFID)、红外数据协会(IRDA)、超宽带(UWB)、紫蜂TM等等。
在一些实施例中,服务器获取终端位置信息使借助于有线通讯网络。
S2、向所述终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端位置信息匹配。服务器在获取了终端的位置信息后,向该终端进行视频信息推送业务,推送的视频信息须是携带的位置索引标签在该终端所在位置一定范围内的视频信息。如终端所在位置在深圳,服务器向终端进行推送时,将带有“深圳”位置索引标签的所有视频信息都反馈至终端。推送的视频信息不限于具体的地理行政名称,如:省、市和县等,还能够是具体的距离范围,如推送时将携带有的位置索引标签,在终端所在位置为中心方圆一千米之内视频信息推送至终端。
本实施例通过在视频信息上设置位置索引标签,在定位到终端所在的位置后,向终端推送携带的位置索引标签在终端所在位置一定范围内的视频信息,通过对视频信息进行地理位置推送,克服现有技术中视频信息只能通过用户喜好进行推送,对用户不具有实用性的缺陷。
服务器向终端推送视频信息之前需要先将视频信息分类,在一些实施例中,在步骤S1之前服务器对视频信息进行分类。分类方法为:在视频信息上设置位置索引标签。用户用能够进行影像拍摄的视频信息时,会将拍摄的信息进行上传,一般上传时间为影像事件发生之后会上传。用户上传视频信息后会携带有
上传时间及上传视频的地理位置信息,但上传视频信息携带的地理位置信息不限于上传时用户所在的位置信息,根据具体应用场景的不同,如一些视频平台提供给用户的视频拍摄共享APP,能够在拍摄视频信息时,就定位视频信息拍摄的具体位置,在这一应用场景中,视频信息携带的地理位置信息,为拍摄视频信息发生地的地理位置信息。在一些实施例中,存在用户上传视频信息并不会主动携带地理位置信息,为定位到该视频信息上传的具体位置,收录该视频信息的服务器,会通过上传视频信息的终端所注册的IP地址,追溯该IP地址所在的物理地址,追溯成功后,将该终端上传的视频信息打上与该终端IP地址一致的地理位置,使该视频信息携带地理位置信息。在一些实施例中,由于该终端使用虚拟的IP信息,采用上述所述的追溯IP地址的方式无法获得地理位置信息时,在本实施例的服务器中,存在有图像处理单元,对于同一视频信息资料会有多个不同的终端进行上传,其中部分视频信息携带有地理位置信息,另外一部分没有携带地理位置信息,此时图像单元对未携带地理位置信息的视屏信息进行图像处理,抓取该视屏信息中事物的轮廓与颜色等表面特征,抓取之后图像处理单元将其与携带有地理位置信息的视频信息中的事物轮廓进行比对,比对过程中,首先查找与抓取的颜色相同或类似的视频信息,发现与抓取的目标颜色相近或相同视频信息后。将该视频信息中的与抓取目标颜色相近或相同的图像轮廓抓取出来,并将该轮廓与任务目标轮廓进行比对,若比对结果发现二者轮廓重叠或近似重叠,则将抓取视频信息,确认为与该携带有地理位置信息的视频信息具有共同的发生地,也具有共同的地理位置信息。
服务器在获取到视频信息的地理位置信息,以索引标签的形式标记在该视频信息上,索引标签是为方便服务器对视频信息进行分门别类所设定的标签,如终端进行检索时输入“深圳”为检索关键字,服务器在相应终端检索时,将携带有“深圳”索引标签的所有视频信息都反馈至终端。
在一些实施方案中,位置索引标签为分级别标签,根据所限定的地理位置范围的大小,将位置索引标签划分为在位置上具有所属关系的多级标签。举例说明,将位置索引标签分为三个级别,第一级别为该终端所在省一级行政单位的名称,如广东省,第二级为终端所在市一级的行政单位的名称,如广州市,第三级为终端所在县一级的行政单位的名称,如海珠区。位置索引标签的级别不局限于三级,根据具体应用场景的不同,位置索引标签还能够以五大洲或国
家为一级标签,以终端所在的具体位置如xx街道xx号,为最低一级标签。
向所述终端推送视频时,根据终端在同一位置所在的时间,按时间由短到长与所述位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小建立映射关系,以终端在同一位置所在的时间轴为走向,根据位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小的次序呈梯次向终端推送视频信息。位置索引标签中的级别对应于终端在同一位置所待的时间,即终端在某一位置待的时间较短时,服务器进行推送时,向终端推送视频信息时,以位置索引标签中级别由高到低的次序,呈梯次的向终端推送视频信息。举例说明,如某一用户携带终端初次来到深圳市,由于对深圳市的划分以及自己所在的位置均不了解,对于深圳市内的视频信息,以用户目光所及的范围内,向用户推送以他为中心五百米范围内的视频信息,与推送距其十五公里内的视频信息,对于该用户没有什么差别,此时及时定位到了该用户的具体位置,服务器会以该终端所在位置中级别较高的行政名称为关键词向终端进行推送,如“深圳”。与此相反的是,用户携带终端在同一位置已经停留了一段时间,如在深圳生活了三个月的时间,伴随着该用户对于周围生活环境的逐步了解,推送与其生活圈相关的视频信息,对该用户更具实用性,此时如该用户生活在“深圳市宝安区”,服务器向其终端推送有关于宝安区的视频信息。由此,根据终端在同一位置所在的时间,按时间由短到长与位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小建立映射关系。
在一些实施例中,服务器设置在视频信息上的标签不局限于位置索引标签,还包括其他索引标签,如以视频信息的内容对视频信息进行标记:“新闻”、“娱乐”等标签,服务器记录该用户终端播放视频的类型,在向该用户的终端推送视频信息时,优先推送携带有以该终端为中心一定范围内该用户所偏爱的视频信息。
实施例2
本申请实施例提供一种推送装置,包括:获取单元与推送单元,获取单元用于与终端通信,并获取终端的位置信息;推送单元用于向所述终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端位置信息匹配。在这一实施例中,终端上传视频信息时,该视频信息即携带有索引标签,无需服务器主动添加索引标签。
作为本申请中推送装置的一种选择性实施例,推送装置包括:获取单元、分类单元与推送单元,获取单元用于与终端通信,并获取终端的位置信息;分类单元用于在视频信息上设置位置索引标签;推送单元用于向所述终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端位置信息匹配。
基于本推送装置,本实施例还涉及基于地理位置推送视频的系统。该基于地理位置推送视频的系统,包括:终端与推送装置,其中终端用于实时或定时上传所在位置信息,接收并播放由推送装置推送的视频信息;推送装置用于为推送装置内的视频信息上设置位置索引标签,以及获取终端的位置信息,并向终端推送携带的位置索引标签在终端所在位置一定范围内的视频信息。
本实施例中,终端可以包括诸如移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。
本实施例中,终端与推送装置之间的连接方式为:推送装置能够耦接到终端。推送装置获取终端位置信息可借助于无线通讯技术。本实施例中所涉及的无线互联网接入技术可以包括WLAN(无线LAN)(Wi-Fi)、Wibro(无线宽带)、Wimax(全球微波互联接入)、HSDPA(高速下行链路分组接入)等等。短程通信模块是用于支持短程通信的模块。短程通信技术的一些示例包括蓝牙TM、射频识别(RFID)、红外数据协会(IRDA)、超宽带(UWB)、紫蜂TM等等。
分类单元在对视频信息进行分类时,先向视频信息上设置位置索引标签。具体地,用户用能够进行影像拍摄的视频信息时,会将拍摄的信息进行上传,一般上传时间为影像事件发生之后会上传。用户上传视频信息后会携带有上传时间及上传视频的地理位置信息,但上传视频信息携带的地理位置信息不限于上传时用户所在的位置信息,根据具体应用场景的不同,如一些视频平台提供给用户的视频拍摄共享APP,能够在拍摄视频信息时,就定位视频信息拍摄的具体位置,在这一应用场景中,视频信息携带的地理位置信息,为拍摄视频信息发生地的地理位置信息。在一些实施例中,存在用户上传视频信息并不会主动携带地理位置信息,为定位到该视频信息上传的具体位置,收录该视频信息的推送装置,会通过上传视频信息的终端所注册的IP地址,追溯该IP地址所在
的物理地址,追溯成功后,将该终端上传的视频信息打上与该终端IP地址一致的地理位置,使该视频信息携带地理位置信息。在一些实施例中,由于该终端使用虚拟的IP信息,采用上述所述的追溯IP地址的方式无法获得地理位置信息时,在本实施例的推送装置中,存在有图像处理单元,对于同一视频信息资料会有多个不同的终端进行上传,其中部分视频信息携带有地理位置信息,另外一部分没有携带地理位置信息,此时图像单元对未携带地理位置信息的视屏信息进行图像处理,抓取该视屏信息中事物的轮廓与颜色等表面特征,抓取之后图像处理单元将其与携带有地理位置信息的视频信息中的事物轮廓进行比对,比对过程中,首先查找与抓取的颜色相同或类似的视频信息,发现与抓取的目标颜色相近或相同视频信息后。将该视频信息中的与抓取目标颜色相近或相同的图像轮廓抓取出来,并将该轮廓与任务目标轮廓进行比对,若比对结果发现二者轮廓重叠或近似重叠,则将抓取视屏信息,确认为与该携带有地理位置信息的视频信息具有共同的发生地,也具有共同的地理位置信息。
在一些实施例中,位置索引标签为分级别标签,根据所限定的地理位置范围的大小,将位置索引标签划分为在位置上具有所属关系的多级标签。举例说明,将位置索引标签分为三个级别,第一级别为该终端所在省一级行政单位的名称,如广东省,第二级为终端所在市一级的行政单位的名称,如广州市,第三级为终端所在县一级的行政单位的名称,如海珠区。位置索引标签的级别不局限于三级,根据具体应用场景的不同,位置索引标签还能够以五大洲或国家为一级标签,以终端所在的具体位置如xx街道xx号,为最低一级标签。
向所述终端推送视频时,根据终端在同一位置所在的时间,按时间由短到长与所述位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小建立映射关系,以终端在同一位置所在的时间轴为走向,根据位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小的次序呈梯次向终端推送视频信息。位置索引标签中的级别对应于终端在同一位置所待的时间,即终端在某一位置待的时间较短时,推送装置进行推送时,向终端推送视频信息时,以位置索引标签中级别由高到低的次序,呈梯次的向终端推送视频信息。举例说明,如某一用户携带终端初次来到深圳市,由于对深圳市的划分以及自己所在的位置均不了解,对于深圳市内的视频信息,以用户目光所及的范围内,向用户推送以他为中心五百米范围内的视频信息,与推送距其十五公里内的视频信息,对于该用户没有什么差别,此时及时定位到了该用户
的具体位置,推送装置会以该终端所在位置中级别较高的行政名称为关键词向终端进行推送,如“深圳”。与此相反的是,用户携带终端在同一位置已经停留了一段时间,如在深圳生活了三个月的时间,伴随着该用户对于周围生活环境的逐步了解,推送与其生活圈相关的视频信息,对该用户更具实用性,此时如该用户生活在“深圳市宝安区”,推送装置向其终端推送有关于宝安区的视频信息。由此,根据终端在同一位置所在的时间,按时间由短到长与位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小建立映射关系。
在一些实施例中,推送装置设置在视频信息上的标签不局限于位置索引标签,还包括其他索引标签,如以视频信息的内容对视频信息进行标记:“新闻”、“娱乐”等标签,推送装置记录该用户终端播放视频的类型,在向该用户的终端推送视频信息时,优先推送携带有以该终端为中心一定范围内该用户所偏爱的视频信息。
实施例3
请参阅图2,本申请实施例提供一种基于地理位置推送视频的服务器1,包括:通信单元11、分类单元12与中央处理器13,通信单元11用于获取终端2的位置信息;分类单元12用于在视频信息上设置位置索引标签;中央处理器13用于向所述终端2推送与所述位置信息匹配的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端2的位置信息匹配。
本实施例中仅说明基于地理位置推送视频的服务器1具体构造,各单元的具体推送原理及方法,请参阅实施例2中的推送装置。
实施例4
图3是本申请实施例提供的基于地理位置推送视频的电子设备200的结构框图,如图3所示,该电子设备200包括:
一个或多个处理器210以及存储器220,图3中以一个处理器210为例。
处理器210和存储器220可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图3中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器220作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的基于地
理位置推送视频的方法对应的程序指令/单元(例如,上述实施例提供的推送装置的获取单元、分类单元和推送单元)。处理器210通过运行存储在存储器220中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行电子装置的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例基于地理位置推送视频的方法。
存储器220可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据电子装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器220可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器220可选包括相对于处理器210远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至电子装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
所述一个或者多个单元存储在所述存储器220中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器210执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的基于地理位置推送视频的方法,例如,执行以上描述的图1中的方法步骤S1和步骤S2和上述推送装置中的获取单元、分类单元和推送单元的功能。

本申请实施例的电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。

- 一种基于地理位置推送视频的方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:获取终端的位置信息;向所述终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端位置信息匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述基于地理位置推送视频的方法,其特征在于,所述位置索引标签为分级别标签,根据所限定的地理位置范围的大小,将位置索引标签划分为在位置上具有所属关系的多级标签。
- 根据权利要求2所述基于地理位置推送视频的方法,其特征在于,向所述终端推送视频时,根据所述终端在同一位置所在的时间,按所述时间由短到长与所述位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小建立映射关系。
- 根据权利要求3所述基于地理位置推送视频的方法,其特征在于,向所述终端推送视频时,以终端在同一位置所在的时间轴为走向,根据位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小的次序向终端推送视频信息。
- 根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述基于地理位置推送视频的方法,其特征在于,所述基于地理位置推送视频的方法还包括:记录所述终端播放视频信息的类型,向所述终端推送视频时,推送终端播放次数最多的类型对应的视频信息。
- 一种推送装置,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,用于获取终端的位置信息;推送单元,用于向终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签 与终端位置信息匹配。
- 根据权利要求6所述的推送装置,其特征在在于,所述位置索引标签为分级别标签,根据所限定的地理位置范围的大小,将位置索引标签划分为在位置上具有所属关系的多级标签。
- 根据权利要求7所述的推送装置,其特征在于,向所述终端推送视频时,根据所述终端在同一位置所在的时间,按所述时间由短到长与所述位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小建立映射关系。
- 根据权利要求8所述的推送装置,其特征在于,向所述终端推送视频时,以终端在同一位置所在的时间轴为走向,根据位置索引标签中位置所属关系由大到小的次序向终端推送视频信息。
- 一种基于地理位置推送视频的服务器,其特征在于,包括:通信单元,用于与终端通信,并获取终端的位置信息;分类单元,用于在在视频信息上设置位置索引标签;中央处理器,用于向终端推送与所述位置信息匹配的的视频信息,其中,所述视频信息中包括位置索引标签,并根据所述位置索引标签与终端位置信息匹配。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
- 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,当所述计算机可执行指令被电子设备执行时,使所述电子设备执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被电子设备执行时,使所述电子设备执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
