在本发明的一个实施例中公开了一种锁屏图片显示的方法,应用于移动终端,所述方法包括:获取当前的场景信息,并将所述场景信息发送至第一服务器;接收到进入锁屏状态指令后,向第一服务器获取目标图片,所述目标图片与所述场景信息相匹配;在锁定的屏幕上加载所述目标图片。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明一个实施例提供的一种锁屏图片显示的方法。其中,所述方法包括以下内容:
S101、获取当前的场景信息,并将所述场景信息发送至第一服务器;所述场景信息包括位置信息、时间信息、天气信息。
需要指出的是,该方法的执行主体是终端,例如可以为智能手机、平板电脑、智能穿戴式设备、笔记本电脑、电脑等带有锁屏显示图片功能的电子设备。
其中,可以理解的是,终端可通过GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)获取当前的位置信息。在本发明的其他实施例中,移动终端还可以通过移动通信的基站或移动互联网获取当前的位置信息。当然,所述终端还可以通过比对最新拍摄的场景图片来识别景点,获取当前的位置信息。所述的位置信息可以设定一定的标签,例如,可以是省、市、区、街道、景点名。
其中,可以理解的是,终端可通过时钟来获取当前时间日期信息,这些时间日期信息可以设定的一定的标签。例如,可以是的年份、季节、月份、节日、日期、时间段、时辰、小时。这些时钟信息可以是终端内置的时钟提供的,或者通过远端服务器获取的。
其中,可以理解的是,终端可以通过内置天气软件来获取当前天气信息,这些天气信息可以设定一定的标签,例如,晴、风、雨、雪、雾、阴天、多云、霾。其中相应可以分为若干等级,比如微风、风、台风、小雨、中雨、大雨、暴雨等。这些天气信息可以是终端内置APP提供的,或者通过远端服务器获取的。
可选的,该终端可以按照预设时间间隔获取当前的场景信息。需要指出的 是,预设时间间隔跟终端电池的电量成正相关,例如,电池电量大于50%的时候,预设时间间隔为20秒;电池电量小于50%的时候,预设时间间隔为60秒。
可选的,该终端可以监测该终端是否处于移动状态,如果处于移动状态,则每个预设时间间隔获取终端当前的场景信息:如果终端处于静止状态,那么就以最近获取的场景信息作为终端当前的场景信息,直到终端开始移动时,再开始获取终端当前的场景信息。判断是否处于移动状态可以设定一定的阈值,来判断步行、骑行还是乘坐高速交通工具。
所述终端将用户所在的位置信息、时间信息、天气信息发送给第一服务器。所述第一服务器解析这些场景信息,向第二服务器(图片服务器)发出请求,从第二服务器(图片服务器)获取与这些场景信息相匹配的目标图片。所述第二服务器中预先存储有若干目标图片,这些目标图片按照预设的规则分类。
S102、接收到进入锁屏状态指令后,从第一服务器获取目标图片,所述目标图片与所述场景信息相匹配。
其中,可以理解的是,终端可以从预先设置的第一服务器上获取包含所述场景信息的目标图片。所述第一服务器上的目标图片来自第二服务器(图片服务器)。
举例来说,比如终端当前的位置信息为某路口,那么第一服务器就会从第二服务器获取与该位置相关的图片:如果获取不到相关的图片,就确定该路口所在的行政区域,比如在A市B区,那么就获取与该A市B区相关的图片,如果获取不到B区的图片,就获取A市的图片。其中,位置信息也可以是某个小区,某个街道等等,在此不做限制。
其中,所述第一服务器,从这些预存的第二服务器(图片服务器)上获取包含所述位置信息的目标图片。其中,所述获取包含所述位置信息的目标图片具体可以为获取包含所述位置信息区域名称、路名、周边建筑物名称等位置信息的图片。举例来说,如果判断目前所在的地理位置为九寨沟范围内,那么可以获取包含九寨沟名称的图片:也可以获取包含山水风景的图片。
其中,可以理解的是获取与所述场景信息相匹配目标图片,可以包括根据用户选择的关键宇获取目标图片。具体的,所述获取与所述场景信息相匹配的目标图片,包括:识别所述场景信息中的关键字,其中,所述关键宇包括但不 限于所述目标图片中记载的时间、地点、天气类型:获取与所述关键字相匹配的目标图片。
举例来说,若获取到用户所在的位置信息为九寨沟,则可将九寨沟的风景图片作为目标图片;如果可以得到用户的精确经纬度,则尽量选择接近用户位置的景点的图片作为目标图片。如果时间为秋季,则优先选择九寨沟秋季图片作为目标图片。如果当时天气为小雨,则优选九寨沟秋季雨景作为目标图片。总之,在位置、时间、天气等维度上,选择更接近用户所处实际场景的图片作为目标图片。
例如,用户所在时间段为早餐、午餐或晚餐时间,可以选取与用户所在位置相匹配的当地美食图片作为目标图片。
例如,用户所在时间段为午夜时间,可以选择牛奶、昏暗灯光等与助睡眠有关的图片作为目标图片。
判断所述当前位置信息是否包含在预设位置信息的集合中:若所述当前位置信息没有包含在所述预设位置信息的集合中,将与所述位置信息相对应的天气信息和时间信息插入到目标图片中以生成锁屏图片。可以理解的是,所述当前位置信息没有包含在所述预设位置信息的集合中,可以认为当前的位置信息是一个用户未去过的或者去的次数比较少的地点,那么根据此处的天气信息和目标图片生成的锁屏图片也是有新鲜感的。
举例来说,如果用户所在位置信息为北京天安门,北京是用户以前未去过的城市,则显示用户所在当前位置信息背景天安门的图片作为背景图,并同时显示当天背景的天气及时间。
其中,需要指出的是,预设位置信息的集合可以是该终端出现频率大于预设阈值的地点。比如,家里、公司、超市等地方。
S103、在锁定的屏幕上加载所述目标图片。
从而可知,通过实施本发明提供的技术方案,能够生成与用户当前场景信息相关联的锁屏图片,从而为用户提供新鲜的锁屏图片内容以提升用户的体验。
本发明所述方法还可以包括步骤:
S104、提示用户是否保存所述目标图片。
S105、若接收到保存指令时,保存所述目标图片。
可以理解的是,如果用户喜欢这张目标图片,可以根据用户的指令将目标图片保存在用户的图片集合中。
本发明所述方法还可以包括步骤:
S106、统计所述终端保存的目标图片中记载的目标图片的类型。
举例来说,常见的图片类型包括地理位置、时间日期、天气情况等等。
S107、根据所述目标图片的类型确定所述用户感兴趣的图片题材。
S108、确定与所述用户感兴趣的题材相匹配的广告信息;向所述用户推送所述广告信息。
可以看出,本发明实施例的方案中,补充了根据当前场景信息生成锁屏图片的过程。通过本发明提供的实施例,能够生成与用户当前场景信息相关联的锁屏图片,从而为用户提供新鲜的锁屏图片内容以提升用户的体验。
实施例二、
请参阅图2,图2是本发明的一个实施例提供的一种终端的结构示意图。其中,如图2所示,本发明的一个实施例提供的一种终端200,其中,该终端可以为智能手机、平板电脑、智能穿戴式设备等带有锁屏显示图片功能的电子设备。该终端200应用于前述方法,包括:获取单元201,用于获取终端当前的场景信息;场景信息发送单元202,用于将所述场景信息发送至第一服务器;目标图片接收单元203,用于接收来自第一服务器的目标图片,所述目标图片与所述场景信息相匹配;显示单元204,用于当接收到用户输入的锁屏指令时,在锁定的屏幕上显示所述目标图片。
其中,获取单元201、场景信息发送单元202、目标图片接收单元203,显示单元204可以用于执行实施例1中步骤S1O1至S103所述的方法,具体描述详见实施例1对所述方法的描述,在此不再赘述。
所述获取单元201包括位置获取子单元205、时间信息获取子单元206、天气信息获取子单元207。
所述位置获取子单元205用于获取用户所在位置信息,所述位置获取子单元205可以包括GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)单元。所述位置获取子单元205还可以通过移动通信的基站或移动互联网获取当前的位置信息。当然,所述位置获取子单元205还可以通过比对最新拍摄的场景图片来识 别景点,获取当前的位置信息。
所述时间信息获取子单元206用于获取用户当前时间信息,所述时间信息获取子单元206可以包括终端内置的时钟,或者通过远端服务器获取时间信息。
所述天气信息获取子单元207用于获取用户所处时间地点的天气信息;天气信息获取子单元207可以是终端内置APP提供的,或者通过远端服务器获取天气信息。
如图5所示,所述终端200还包括提示单元208和保存单元209:所述提示单元208,用于提示用户是否保存所述目标图片;所述保存单元209,用于接收到保存指令时,保存所述目标图片。所述提示单元208和保存单元209可以用于实现实施例一中所述步骤S1O4至S105所述的方法,具体描述详见实施例1对所述方法的描述,在此不再赘述。
所述终端200还包括统计单元210、确定单元211、推送单元212:所述统计单元210,用于统计所述终端200保存的目标图片中关联的位置、时间、天气标签;所述确定单元211,用于根据所述场景信息的标签类型确定所述用户感兴趣的题材,确定与所述用户感兴趣的题材相匹配的广告信息;所述推送单元212,用于向所述用户推送所述广告信息。所述统计单元210、确定单元211、推送单元212可以用于实现实施例一中所述步骤S1O6至S108所述的方法,具体描述详见实施例1对所述方法的描述,在此不再赘述。
所述终端200可以包括CPU、存储器、总线,显示屏等硬件。其中,该终端200可以是智能手机、平板电脑、智能穿戴设备等具有通话功能的电子设备。
其中,CPU执行预先存储在存储器中的程序,该执行过程具体包括实施例一中所述方法,在此不再赘述。
所述终端相关的手机包括:射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路、存储器、输入单元、显示单元、传感器、音频电路、无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)模块、处理器、以及电源等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,所述手机可以包括更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
实施例三、
如图3所示,本实施例包括与前述实施例相配合的,应用于第一服务器的方法和服务器,所述应用于第一服务器的方法包括:获取终端当前存在的场景 信息;从第二服务器获取目标图片,所述目标图片与所述场景信息相匹配;响应于终端的进入锁屏状态指令,向终端发送目标图片,以使用终端在锁定的屏幕上加载所述目标图片。所述场景信息包括位置信息、时间信息、天气信息;所述目标图片与位置信息、时间信息、天气信息中的一个或多个相匹配。
本发明所述第一服务器,包括:场景信息接收单元,用于接收来自终端的场景信息;查询单元,用于根据终端发送来的场景信息,向第二服务器查询目标图片;目标图片接收单元,用于接收来自第二服务器的目标图片;目标图片发送单元,用于将所述目标图片发送至终端。
实施例四、
如图4所示,本实施例包括与前述实施例相配合的,应用于第二服务器的方法,包括:保存目标图片;依据预设的规则为每一张目标图片设置一个以上的标签,所述标签与场景分类相匹配;根据第一服务器的查询请求,向第一服务器发送与场景信息相匹配的目标图片。
所述场景信息包括位置信息、时间信息、天气信息;所述位置信息、时间信息、天气信息按照设定的规则分类;所述目标图片与位置信息、时间信息、天气信息中的一个或多个相匹配;每一张目标图片标记有相应的位置、时间、天气分类标签。
所述第二服务器,包括:目标图片保存单元,用于保存目标图片;查询信息接收单元,用于接收来自第一服务器的查询信息;目标图片发送单元,用于将符合所述查询条件的目标图片发送至第一服务器。
前述图1-3所示的实施例中,各步骤方法流程可以基于该手机的结构实现;各单元功能可以基于该手机的结构实现。在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置,可通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的相合或直接相合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接相合或通信连接,可以是电性或其它的 形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本发明并不限于上文讨论的实施方式。以上对具体实施方式的描述旨在于为了描述和说明本发明涉及的技术方案。基于本发明启示的显而易见的变换或替代也应当被认为落入本发明的保护范围。以上的具体实施方式用来揭示本发明的最佳实施方法,以使得本领域的普通技术人员能够应用本发明的多种实施方式以及多种替代方式来达到本发明的目的。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种锁屏图片显示的方法,应用于第一服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取终端当前存在的场景信息;
    获取目标图片,所述目标图片与所述场景信息相匹配;
    响应于终端的进入锁屏状态指令,向终端发送目标图片,以使用终端在锁定的屏幕上加载所述目标图片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述锁屏图片显示的的方法,其特征在于,
    所述场景信息包括位置信息、时间信息、天气信息;
    所述目标图片与位置信息、时间信息、天气信息中的一个或多个相匹配。
  3. 一种服务器,其特征在于,为应用于权利要求1-2所述方法的第一服务器,包括:
    场景信息接收单元,用于接收来自终端的场景信息;
    查询单元,用于根据终端发送来的场景信息,向第二服务器查询目标图片;
    目标图片接收单元,用于接收来自第二服务器的目标图片;
    目标图片发送单元,用于将所述目标图片发送至终端。
  4. 一种锁屏图片显示的方法,应用于第二服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    保存目标图片;
    依据预设的规则为每一张目标图片设置一个以上的标签,所述标签与场景分类相匹配;
    根据第一服务器的查询请求,向第一服务器发送与场景信息相匹配的目标图片。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述锁屏图片显示的方法,其特征在于,
    所述场景信息包括位置信息、时间信息、天气信息;
    所述位置信息、时间信息、天气信息按照设定的规则分类;
    所述目标图片与位置信息、时间信息、天气信息中的一个或多个相匹配;
    每一张目标图片标记有相应的位置、时间、天气分类标签。
  6. 一种服务器,其特征在于,为应用于权利要求4-5所述方法的第二服务器,包括:
    目标图片保存单元,用于保存目标图片;
    查询信息接收单元,用于接收来自第一服务器的查询信息;
    目标图片发送单元,用于将符合所述查询条件的目标图片发送至第一服务器。
  7. 一种锁屏图片显示的方法,其特征在于,应用于移动终端,所述方法包括:
    获取当前的场景信息,并将所述场景信息发送至第一服务器;
    接收到进入锁屏状态指令后,向第一服务器获取目标图片,所述目标图片与所述场景信息相匹配;
    在锁定的屏幕上加载所述目标图片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述锁屏图片显示的方法,其特征在于,
    所述在锁定的屏幕上显示所述目标图片之后,所述方法还包括:
    提示用户是否保存所述目标图片:若接收到保存指令时,保存所述目标图片;
    保存每一张目标图片相应的位置、时间、天气分类标签。
  9. 一种终端,应用于权利要求7-8中任何一项所述方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取终端当前的场景信息;
    场景信息发送单元,用于将所述场景信息发送至第一服务器;
    目标图片接收单元,用于接收来自第一服务器的目标图片,所述目标图片与所述场景信息相匹配;
    显示单元,用于当接收到用户输入的锁屏指令时,在锁定的屏幕上显示所述目标图片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元包括位置获取子单元、时间信息获取子单元、天气信息获取子单元;
    所述位置获取子单元用于获取用户所在位置信息;
    所述时间信息获取子单元用于获取用户当前时间信息;
    所述天气信息获取子单元用于获取用户所处时间地点的天气信息;
    所述目标图片与位置信息、时间信息、天气信息中的一个或多个相匹配。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述终端还包括提示单元和保存单元:所述提示单元,用于提示用户是否保存所述目标图片;
    所述保存单元,用于接收到保存指令时,保存所述目标图片。
