本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种搜索响应方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
随着智能终端占有率的日益提高以及互联网技术的快速发展,用户可以随时通过智能终端从互联网获取各种信息。
用户通常通过智能终端的搜索服务获取想要的信息,用户在智能终端的搜索界面输入搜索关键词后,搜索服务器根据所述搜索关键词后返回与所述搜索关键词匹配的搜索结果,用户根据需要在搜索结果中选择需要的信息。
现有技术中,用户搜索到所需信息后,如需要进行与所述信息相关的进一步查询,则需要重新搜索与所述操作相关的信息来实现,操作复杂、用户体验度差。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种搜索响应方法、装置及系统,用以解决现有技术中用户需要重新搜索与进一步操作相关的其他信息的缺陷。
本发明实施例还提供一种搜索响应电子设备、一种非暂态计算机存储介质以及一种计算机程序产品。
本发明实施例提供一种搜索响应方法,在服务器侧执行,包括:
当接收到用户输入的搜索关键词时,获取用户的位置信息;
根据预设分类规则确定所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别;
根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别;
根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别下的第一搜索结果信息;
根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别下的第二搜索结果信息;

本发明实施例提供的搜索响应方法、装置及系统,通过获取所述搜索关键词的信息类别,并按照预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词的信息类别相关的其他信息类别,同时获取所述搜索关键词的信息类别和所述与所述搜索关键词的信息类别相关的其他信息类别下的搜索结果信息,使搜索结果多样化,满足用户全方位的需求,提升了用户搜索体验的体验度。

步骤101:将搜索关键词与信息数据库进行匹配,获取信息数据库中与所述搜索关键词匹配的信息资源及所述信息资源对应的信息类别;
具体地,所述信息数据库可以包括所有网络信息数据库,本发明不做限定;
步骤102:将与所述搜索关键词匹配程度最高的所述信息资源对应的信息类别作为所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别。
具体地,当所述信息数据库中包含多个与所述搜索关键词较匹配的信息资源时,按照匹配程度设置所述信息资源的优先级,选择优先级最高的信息资源作为与所述搜索关键词匹配的信息资源,将所述优先级最高的信息资源对应的信息类别作为所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别;例如,所述搜索关键词为“疯狂动物城”,将“疯狂动物城”在信息数据库中进行匹配,得到包括“疯狂动物城”的海报资源、影评资源、视频资源等,其中所述视频资源匹配度最高,所述视频资源的信息类别为“电影”,则所述搜索关键词的信息类别为“电影”。
基于图1所示分类规则,图2为本发明实施例提供的一种关联规则示意图,参见图2,本发明实施例提供了一种关联规则,包括:
步骤201:根据所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别确定用户进行的与所述信息类别相关的行为活动;
具体地,所述行为活动包括导航、打车、订票、就餐、娱乐等日常行为活动;例如用户在搜索一部热映电影时通过了解该电影的简介、影评和观看预告片,如果感觉不错的话,进一步会希望知道附近上映的影院有哪些,后续可能有网上购票、影院观看等行为活动需求;
可以通过数据挖掘技术确定用户进行的与所述信息类别相关的行为活动,所述数据挖掘技术主要包括关联分析、聚类分析、分类、预测、时序模式和偏差分析等手段,具体可以是现有技术中的任何一种数据挖掘技术,本发明不做限定;
步骤202:根据所述行为活动确定与所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别相关的其他信息类别。
具体地,所述信息类别包括导航信息、打车信息、订票信息、就餐信息、娱乐信息等与所述行为活动相关的信息。例如,根据“电影”确定用户可能需要进行订票、打车、导航、就餐等日常行为活动,根据所述行为活动确定与“电影”相关的其他信息类别包括导航信息、打车信息、订票信息和/或就餐信息等。
参见图3,本发明实施例提供了一种搜索响应方法,在服务器侧执行,包括:
步骤301:接收用户输入的搜索关键词,获取用户的位置信息;
具体地,用户通过手机、pad、笔记本电脑、台式机等终端设备的搜索界面输入所需信息的搜索关键词,所述终端设备将所述搜索关键词发送给服务器,服务器接收到所述搜索关键词时,通过所述终端设备获取所述用户的位置信息;所述搜索关键词可以包括至少一用户所需信息的代表性词语(如信息名称),本发明不做限定;所述位置信息包括所述用户的经纬度信息, 所述位置信息可以通过所述终端设备的定位系统获得,本发明不做限定;
步骤302:根据预设分类规则确定所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别;
具体地,所述预设分类规则可以采用图1所示分类规则,也可以采用其他分类规则,本发明不做限定;
步骤303:根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别;
具体地,所述预设关联规则可以采用图2所示的关联规则,也可以根据使用需要采用其他关联规则,本发明不做限定;

步骤304:根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别下的第一搜索结果信息;
具体地,例如,所述搜索关键词为“疯狂动物城”;“疯狂动物城”对应的信息类别为所述活动项目信息,具体为“电影”;根据“疯狂动物城”获取与“电影”相关的信息(第一搜索结果信息),包括电影名称信息、上映时间信息、简介信息、详情信息、电影评论信息、海报(代表图片)信息、预告片(预告资料)信息和/或其他相关电影信息;
步骤305:根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别下的第二搜索结果信息;
具体地,本发明实施例在对包含活动场所信息的搜索结果进行排序时,可以综合考虑用户的位置信息,通过终端设备将用户所处的地理位置信息作为附加参数传入服务器后台,服务器根据用户的经纬度信息计算GeoHash值,GeoHash是一种将二维的经纬度转换成一维字符串表示的算法,GeoHash的字符串表示代表了一定的矩形区域,邻近地点的GeoHash值也相似,在搜索时首先根据用户的检索词(搜索关键词)进行关键字匹配,然后加入GeoHash的前缀匹配,将两者的结果进行逻辑与运算,得到一定距离范围内的搜索结果集合;在搜索结果的排序算法中加入距离信息(搜索结果与用户的位置信息的距离信息),综合考虑搜索结果中各活动场所信息与搜索关键词的匹配程度、POI(信息)点的质量因子信息、距离信息等因素得到优化的排序结果;上述方法只是本发明实施例提供的搜索结果排序的一种实现形式,本发明实施例还可以包括能实现上述功能的其他算法,本发明不做任何限定;
具体地,例如所述搜索关键词为“疯狂动物城”,用户的位置信息为“安 贞桥东”;“疯狂动物城”对应的信息类别为所述活动项目信息,具体为“电影”,与“疯狂动物城”相关的其他信息类别包括上映“疯狂动物城”的影院信息(所述活动场所信息);为获取用户最方便到达的活动场所对应的所述活动场所信息,根据所述活动场所信息的距离信息设置所述活动场所信息的排序权重,按照所述排序权重设置所述活动场所信息在搜索结果中的排序,例如根据用户位置信息“安贞桥东”获取安贞桥东附近的上映疯狂动物城的影院信息(第二搜索结果信息),按照影院距离安贞桥东的距离信息排列搜索结果中影院的顺序,所述影院信息包括名称信息、服务内容信息(例如取机票、3D眼镜、可停车、情侣座等服务内容信息)、地址信息、距离信息、地图信息、导航信息、交通信息、票务信息、联系信息和/或周边服务信息;

进一步地,为便于用户对所述第一搜索结果和/或第二搜索结果进行进一步的操作,本发明实施例还包括响应于用户对所述第一搜索结果和/或第二搜索结果的操作信息的触发指令,发送所述第一搜索结果和/或第二搜索结果的链接标识对应的信息;

本发明实施例提供的搜索响应方法、装置及系统,通过获取所述搜索关键词的信息类别,并按照预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词的信息类别相 关的其他信息类别,同时获取所述搜索关键词的信息类别和所述与所述搜索关键词的信息类别相关的其他信息类别下的搜索结果信息,使搜索结果多样化,满足用户全方位的需求,提升了用户搜索体验的用户体验度。

本发明实施例的电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:

  1. 一种搜索响应方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户输入的搜索关键词,获取用户的位置信息;
    根据预设分类规则确定所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别;
    根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别;
    根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别下的第一搜索结果信息;
    根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别下的第二搜索结果信息;
    将所述第一搜索结果信息和所述第二搜索结果信息一同发送给所述用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息类别包括活动项目信息和活动场所信息,所述方法还包括:
    当所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别为所述活动项目信息时,根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的所述活动场所信息和/或其他所述活动项目信息;
    当所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别为所述活动场所信息时,根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的所述活动项目信息和/或其他所述活动场所信息;
    所述活动项目信息包括活动项目的名称信息、活动时间信息、简介信息、详情信息、评论信息、代表图片信息、预告资料信息和/或其他相关活动项目信息;
    所述活动场所信息包括活动场所名称信息、服务内容信息、地址信息、距离信息、地图信息、导航信息、交通信息、票务信息、联系信息和/或周边服务信息。

    当获取到用户输入的搜索关键词时,发送所述搜索关键词及所述用户的位置信息;
    接收第一搜索结果信息和第二搜索结果信息。
  7. 一种搜索响应装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户输入的搜索关键词;
    获取模块,用于当接收到用户输入的搜索关键词时,获取用户的位置信息;
    分类模块,用于根据预设分类规则确定所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别;
    关联模块,用于根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别;
    处理模块,用于根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别下的第一搜索结果信息;根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别下的第二搜索结果信息;
    发送模块,用于将所述第一搜索结果信息和所述第二搜索结果信息一同发送给所述用户。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息类别包括活动项目信息和活动场所信息,所述处理模块还用于:
    当所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别为所述活动项目信息时,根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的所述活动场所信息和/或其他所述活动项目信息;当所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别为所述活动场所信息时,根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的所述活动项目信息和/或其他所述活动场所信息;
    所述活动项目信息包括活动项目的名称信息、活动时间信息、简介信息、详情信息、评论信息、代表图片信息、预告资料信息和/或其他相关活动项目信息;
    所述活动场所信息包括活动场所名称信息、服务内容信息、地址信息、距离信息、地图信息、导航信息、交通信息、票务信息、联系信息和/或周边服务信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述处理模块,用于根据所述活动场所信息的距离信息设置所述活动场所信息的排序权重。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述获取模块,用于获取所述用户的常去活动场所数据库;
    所述处理模块,用于根据所述用户的常去活动场所数据库设置所述活动场所信息的排序权重。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述接收模块,用于用户对所述第一搜索结果和/或第二搜索结果的操作信息的触发指令;
    所述发送模块,用于发送所述第一搜索结果和/或第二搜索结果的链接标识对应的信息。
  12. 一种搜索响应装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户输入的搜索关键词的操作信息;
    发送模块,用于当获取到用户输入的搜索关键词时,发送所述搜索关键词及所述用户的位置信息;
    接收模块,用于接收第一搜索结果信息和第二搜索结果信息。
  13. 一种搜索响应系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求7-11提供的搜索响应装置和权利要求12提供的搜索响应装置。
  14. 一种搜索响应电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    接收用户输入的搜索关键词,获取用户的位置信息;
    根据预设分类规则确定所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别;
    根据预设关联规则获取与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别;
    根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述搜索关键词对应的信息类别下的第一搜索结果信息;
    根据所述用户的位置信息和/或所述搜索关键词获取所述与所述搜索关键词相关的其他信息类别下的第二搜索结果信息;
    将所述第一搜索结果信息和所述第二搜索结果信息一同发送给所述用户。
  15. 一种搜索响应电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    当获取到用户输入的搜索关键词时,发送所述搜索关键词及所述用户的位置信息;
    接收第一搜索结果信息和第二搜索结果信息。
  16. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-5任一所述方法。
  17. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求6所述方法。
  18. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-5任一所述方法。
  19. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求6所述方法。
