Description

一种信息处理方法及服务器、计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及通讯技术,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法及服务器、计算机存储介质。
背景技术
信息交互的过程中,需要跟踪信息交互各个环节中的每一环节的信息,以便据此进行分析,才能确保得到精准的最终处理结果。以信息交互整个信息链前端的信息来源环节为例,跟踪用户转化来源的现有技术方案例如有共享cookie的方式。
通过共享cookie的方式,一个具体实现如:在PC上使用cookie(或称为浏览器缓存)可以保存用户上一次登录浏览器的用户名和密码,访问了哪些网站等这些用户私人信息,考虑到保护用户私人信息的安全性和隐私性的需求,用户可能会在浏览网页退出后最终清空cookie。对于在移动端上使用cookie也存在同样的处理方式,这样有利于对用户信息的保护,更加安全。然而,随着目前多终端和/或多平台技术的发展,用户的需求是希望能对信息交互时多个终端和/或多个平台的数据进行同步和实时更新,进而进行跟踪,显然,通过共享cookie的方式跟踪用户转化来源时,由于cookie的上述特点,势必在PC端和移动端上这2个不同平台上进行信息交互时会存在两个平台上数据不同步的问题,不符合目前跨多个终端和/或跨多平台的数据同步和实时更新需求,这种不同步会对用户转化来源的跟踪带来更多的障碍,导致跟踪数据不准确或者无法实现跟踪。
对于上述问题,现有技术中尚未存在有效的解决方案。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例希望提供一种信息处理方法及服务器、计算机存储介质,至少解决了现有技术存在的问题。
本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例的一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
根据表征信息来源的第一信息生成第一信息识别码;
在检测到终端触发对所述第一信息识别码的扫描后,收到第一请求,接受终端用户对信息服务的关注,所述第一请求中携带所述第一信息;
记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
本发明实施例的一种服务器,所述服务器包括:
第一识别码生成单元,配置为根据表征信息来源的第一信息生成第一信息识别码;
第一处理单元,配置为在检测到终端触发对所述第一信息识别码的扫描后,收到第一请求,接受终端用户对信息服务的关注,所述第一请求中携带所述第一信息,记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
所述第一识别码生成单元、所述第一处理单元在执行处理时,可以采用中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Singnal Processor)或可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)实现。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令配置为执行上述的信息处理方法。
本发明实施例中,服务器根据表征信息来源的第一信息生成第一信息 识别码;在终端开启应用,获取第一操作,触发对所述第一信息识别码的扫描,解析出所述第一信息识别码中的所述第一信息;终端收到服务器推广的信息服务界面,根据所述信息服务界面中的第一提示信息触发对应的第二操作,生成第一请求,所述第一请求中携带所述第一信息;服务器收到所述第一请求,接受终端用户对信息服务的关注,记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。采用本发明实施例,能对用户转化来源实现跟踪时提高传输用户信息的安全性,还能满足跨多个终端和/或跨多平台的数据同步和实时更新需求,避免同步不准确导致在对用户转化来源实现跟踪时获取不准确的跟踪数据。

下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述。
图1为本发明实施例中进行信息交互的各方硬件实体的示意图,图1中包括:服务器11(如由多个服务器构成的服务器集群)、终端设备21-26(包括台式机,PC机,手机,一体机等类型),及终端设备从第三方渠道获取的二维码31-33。二维码31-33由服务器11生成,终端设备21-26通过有线网络或者无线网络与服务器11进行信息交互,当终端设备对二维码31-33扫描得到跟踪数据所需的指定信息后,由服务器根据该指定信息实时跟踪数据,在多个终端和/或多个平台同步实时跟踪获得的数据。每一个用户都可以采用跨多个终端和/或跨多平台的数据同步和实时更新,如以图1中的一个终端组(终端21和终端24)举例来说,终端21登录浏览器进入第三方渠道,扫描第三方渠道上的二维码,以便服务器11后续基于该二维码对终端21从何处得到二维码的渠道信息进行记录并跟踪,也可以对用户执行的一切用户行为进行跟踪,终端24登录浏览器执行的用户行为会被记录下来,这些信息之间可以进行同步。由于能避免台式机/PC端/一体机和移动端上不同平台上进行信息交互时存在的多平台数据不同步的问题,从而提高了实时跟踪的准确性,对所需要跟踪的信息,如渠道信息或基于用户账号登录后执行的用户行为进行准确的获取。
以渠道信息为例,服务器根据表征渠道信息来源的染色码生成二维码形式的染色识别码(或称为染色二维码);在终端开启应用(如微信应用),获取扫描染色二维码的操作,触发对染色二维码的扫描,解析出所述染色二维码中的所述染色码;终端收到微信广告社交信息服务界面,根据微信广告社交信息服务界面中的是否关注微信广告社交信息的公众号的提示信息触发对应的关注操作,生成关注微信广告社交信息服务的关注请求,所 述关注请求中携带所述染色码;服务器收到所述关注请求,接受终端用户对微信广告社交信息的关注,记录所述染色码,以便成功的实现染色处理,以便后续根据所述染色码跟踪并得到渠道信息来源的转化信息(如哪些用户从哪些渠道获得染色二维码,这些用户的总用户数量为多少等转化信息)。
上述图1的例子只是实现本发明实施例的一个系统架构实例,本发明实施例并不限于上述图1所述的系统结构,基于该系统架构,提出本发明各个实施例。
实施例一:
本发明实施例的一种信息处理方法,如图2所示,所述方法包括:
步骤101、服务器根据表征信息来源的第一信息生成第一信息识别码。
这里,如图3所示,以信息来源为渠道信息为例,根据表征渠道信息的染色码生成二维码形式的染色识别码(或称为染色二维码)。其中,渠道信息是指获得推广该需关注的广告平台对应的推广渠道信息,如某个广告推广网站。
步骤102、在终端开启应用,获取第一操作,触发对所述第一信息识别码的扫描,解析出所述第一信息识别码中的所述第一信息。
这里,仍以图3为例,在终端开启社交应用(如微信应用)后,在社交应用的用户界面(如图4所示)上获取扫描染色二维码的操作,触发对所述染色二维码的扫描,解析出所述染色二维码中的表征渠道信息的染色码。
步骤103、终端收到服务器推广的信息服务界面,根据所述信息服务界面中的第一提示信息触发对应的第二操作,生成第一请求,所述第一请求中携带所述第一信息。
这里,仍以图3为例,终端收到社交应用的用户界面(如图4所示) 上的第一提示信息(如,是否关注微信广告社交信息的公众号的提示信息)后,触发对应的关注操作,生成关注微信广告社交信息服务的关注请求,所述关注请求中携带所述染色码。这里,染色二维码还可以成为非登录态二维码,区别于后续的登录态二维码。其中,非登录态二维码对应的应用场景指,用户(如广告主)还未注册,只是对微信广告社交信息的公众号进行关注状态时,用户(如广告主)刚成为微信广告社交信息的公众号的粉丝的一种情况,此时,由于还未通过用户(如广告主)的用户账号(如QQ账号)进行注册,不存在将用户账号(如QQ账号)与用户(如广告主)个人微信账号关联的情况。而登录态二维码对应的应用场景指,用户(如广告主)对微信广告社交信息的公众号进行关注后,用户(如广告主)已经成为微信广告社交信息的公众号的粉丝,且已经在微信广告社交信息的公众号注册过用户个人信息或者曾经有登录记录的一种情况,此时,由于已经通过用户(如广告主)的用户账号(如QQ账号)进行注册,会自动将用户账号(如QQ账号)与用户(如广告主)个人微信账号关联,从而,后续服务器将用户(如广告主)需要的信息通过用户(如广告主)个人微信账号按照预设(如定时或周期性)推送给用户(如广告主)。
步骤104、服务器收到所述第一请求,接受终端用户对信息服务的关注,记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
这里,服务器收到所述关注请求,接受终端用户对微信广告社交信息的关注,记录所述染色码,以便成功的实现染色处理,以便后续根据所述染色码跟踪并得到渠道信息来源的转化信息(如渠道转化信息,具体为:哪些用户从哪些渠道获得染色二维码,这些用户的总用户数量为多少等转化信息)。
采用本发明实施例,一个完整的信息交互流程是:在服务器生成二维 码(如染色二维码);在终端扫描二维码(如染色二维码);服务器跟踪二维码(如染色二维码),基于染色二维码中的染色码实现对渠道信息的实时跟踪,及跨多个终端和/或多个平台间的实时跟踪数据的数据同步及实时更新,使得服务器能够准确的记录,跟踪并统计渠道转化信息。也就是说,当用户扫描染色二维码并成为微信的粉丝时,服务器会记录该染色二维码的染色码,成功对该用户进行染色处理,最终通过染色码实现全程跟踪用户,实现基于染色二维码的广告主渠道信息转化跟踪。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,步骤104中,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量,即:根据第一信息来跟踪统计各个渠道转化进移动端的广告主的用户数量。

本发明实施例的一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:

本发明实施例的一种信息处理方法,如图5所示,所述方法包括:
步骤301、服务器根据表征信息来源的第一信息和表征终端用户账号的第二信息生成第二信息识别码。
这里,如图6所示,以信息来源为渠道信息为例,根据表征渠道信息的染色码和表征终端用户账号的哈希值生成登录态二维码。其中,渠道信息是指获得推广该需关注的广告平台对应的推广渠道信息,如某个广告推广网站。而表征终端用户账号的第二信息为终端用户账号对应的哈希值,并不是真实的用户信息(如QQ账号)本身。
步骤302、在终端开启应用,获取第一操作,触发对所述第二信息识别码的扫描,解析出所述第二信息识别码中的所述第二信息。

这里,仍以图6为例,终端收到社交应用的用户界面(如图7所示)上的第二提示信息(如,账户绑定提示)后,触发对应的自动关联操作,生成将用户账号(如QQ账号)与用户(如广告主)个人微信账号进行自动关联的绑定请求,所述绑定请求中至少携带表征终端用户账号的哈希值,以便通过该哈希值经后台服务器转换得到终端用户账号,好实现自动关联操作,以便通过关联后的用户(如广告主)个人微信账号为用户(如广告主)推送订阅消息。当然所述绑定请求中还可以同时携带表征渠道信息的染色码和表征终端用户账号的哈希值,这样,还可以同时根据所述染色码跟踪并得到渠道信息来源的转化信息(如渠道转化信息,具体为:哪些用户从哪些渠道获得染色二维码,这些用户的总用户数量为多少等转化信息)。

步骤304、服务器收到所述第二请求,根据预设策略识别出所述第二信息对应的终端用户账号,在终端用户账号与其应用服务号间建立关联,以通过所述应用服务号为终端用户推送所关注的信息,并根据第二信息跟踪并得到终端用户在所述应用服务号内的用户行为。
这里,仍以图6为例,服务器收到绑定请求后,由于考虑到用户信息安全,传输的并不是用户真实账号,而是该账号对应的表征终端用户账号的哈希值,因此,需要在服务器侧对哈希值进行转化,以得到用户真实账号。对用户真实账号加密、和对哈希值解密以得到用户真实账号都可以在服务器侧实现。解密得到用户真实账号后,将用户账号(如QQ账号)与用户(如广告主)个人微信账号进行自动关联,以便通过关联后的用户(如广告主)个人微信账号为用户(如广告主)推送订阅消息,还可以根据建立的关联来跟踪用户基于用户真实账号的用户行为。
这里,为终端用户推送所关注的信息包括:信息的推广效果、信息的转化率、终端用户账户的消耗中的至少一种信息,以便后续用户(如广告主)从其的微信服务号中获取账户中的该信息的推广效果、信息的转化率、终端用户账户的消耗,从而充分了解用户账户的推广情况,并根据推广情 况处理突发事件等等。
步骤305、服务器记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
这里,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量,即:根据第一信息来跟踪统计各个渠道转化进移动端的广告主的用户数量。
实施例四:
本发明实施例的一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
步骤401、根据在服务器本地存储的加密策略对终端用户账号进行加密,得到第二信息。
这里,在服务器本地还存储有与该加密策略对应的解密策略,以便后续对第二信息(如终端用户账号对应的哈希值)解密得到终端用户账号,该终端用户账号为用户真实账号(如QQ号),这样处理的好处是:可以确保用户信息在传输中的安全性和隐私性。
步骤402、服务器根据表征信息来源的第一信息和表征终端用户账号的第二信息生成第二信息识别码。

步骤405、服务器收到所述第二请求,根据在服务器本地存储的与所述加密策略对应的解密策略,对所述第二信息解密,识别出所述第二信息对应的终端用户账号。
步骤406、获取终端用户自身的所述应用服务号,将终端用户账号与所述应用服务号建立关联,以通过所述应用服务号为终端用户推送所关注的信息,并根据第二信息跟踪并得到终端用户在所述应用服务号内的用户行为。
这里,仍以图6为例,对步骤405-406的一个实际应用进行描述:服务器收到绑定请求后,由于考虑到用户信息安全,传输的并不是用户真实账号,而是该账号对应的表征终端用户账号的哈希值,因此,需要在服务器侧对哈希值进行转化,以得到用户真实账号。对用户真实账号加密、和对哈希值解密以得到用户真实账号都可以在服务器侧实现。解密得到用户真实账号后,将用户账号(如QQ账号)与用户(如广告主)个人微信账号进行自动关联,以便通过关联后的用户(如广告主)个人微信账号为用户(如广告主)推送订阅消息,还可以根据建立的关联来跟踪用户基于用户真实账号的用户行为。
这里,为终端用户推送所关注的信息包括:信息的推广效果、信息的转化率、终端用户账户的消耗中的至少一种信息,以便后续用户(如广告主)从其的微信服务号中获取账户中的该信息的推广效果、信息的转化率、终端用户账户的消耗,从而充分了解用户账户的推广情况,并根据推广情 况处理突发事件等等。
步骤407、服务器记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
这里,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量,即:根据第一信息来跟踪统计各个渠道转化进移动端的广告主的用户数量。
实施例五:
本发明实施例的一种信息处理系统,如图8所示,所述系统包括服务器41和终端42;其中,服务器41包括:第一识别码生成单元411,配置为根据表征信息来源的第一信息生成第一信息识别码;及第一处理单元412,配置为收到第一请求,接受终端用户对信息服务的关注,记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。终端42包括:第一扫描处理单元421,配置为在终端开启应用,获取第一操作,触发对所述第一信息识别码的扫描,解析出所述第一信息识别码中的所述第一信息;第一请求生成单元422,配置为收到服务器推广的信息服务界面,根据所述信息服务界面中的第一提示信息触发对应的第二操作,生成所述第一请求,所述第一请求中携带所述第一信息。
在本发明实施例一个实际应用中,如图3所示,以信息来源为渠道信息为例,根据表征渠道信息的染色码生成二维码形式的染色识别码(或称为染色二维码)。其中,渠道信息是指获得推广该需关注的广告平台对应的推广渠道信息,如某个广告推广网站。在终端开启社交应用(如微信应用)后,在社交应用的用户界面(如图4所示)上获取扫描染色二维码的操作,触发对所述染色二维码的扫描,解析出所述染色二维码中的表征渠道信息的染色码。终端收到社交应用的用户界面(如图4所示)上的第一提示信息(如,是否关注微信广告社交信息的公众号的提示信息)后,触发对应 的关注操作,生成关注微信广告社交信息服务的关注请求,所述关注请求中携带所述染色码。服务器收到所述关注请求,接受终端用户对微信广告社交信息的关注,记录所述染色码,以便成功的实现染色处理,以便后续根据所述染色码跟踪并得到渠道信息来源的转化信息(如渠道转化信息,具体为:哪些用户从哪些渠道获得染色二维码,这些用户的总用户数量为多少等转化信息)。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述服务器还包括:第一识别单元,配置为根据所述第一信息来识别终端用户得到所述第一信息识别码的信息来源。
实施例六:
本发明实施例的一种信息处理系统,如图9所示,所述系统包括服务器51和终端52;其中,服务器51包括:第二识别码生成单元511,配置为根据表征信息来源的第一信息和表征终端用户账号的第二信息生成第二信息识别码;及第二处理单元512,配置为收到第二请求,根据预设策略识别出所述第二信息对应的终端用户账号,在终端用户账号与其应用服务号间建立关联,以通过所述应用服务号为终端用户推送所关注的信息,并根据第二信息跟踪并得到终端用户在所述应用服务号内的用户行为。终端52包括:第二扫描处理单元521,配置为在终端开启应用,获取第一操作,触发对所述第二信息识别码的扫描,解析出所述第二信息识别码中的所述第二信息;第二请求生成单元522,配置为收到服务器推广的信息服务界面,根据所述信息服务界面中的第二提示信息触发对应的第三操作,生成所述第二请求,所述第二请求中携带所述第二信息。
在本发明实施例一个实际应用中,如图6所示,以信息来源为渠道信 息为例,根据表征渠道信息的染色码和表征终端用户账号的哈希值生成登录态二维码。其中,渠道信息是指获得推广该需关注的广告平台对应的推广渠道信息,如某个广告推广网站。而表征终端用户账号的第二信息为终端用户账号对应的哈希值,并不是真实的用户信息(如QQ账号)本身。在终端开启社交应用(如微信应用)后,在社交应用的用户界面(如图7所示)上获取扫描登录态二维码的操作,触发对所述登录态二维码的扫描,解析出所述登录态二维码中的表征渠道信息的染色码和表征终端用户账号的哈希值。终端收到社交应用的用户界面(如图7所示)上的第二提示信息(如,账户绑定提示)后,触发对应的自动关联操作,生成将用户账号(如QQ账号)与用户(如广告主)个人微信账号进行自动关联的绑定请求,所述绑定请求中至少携带表征终端用户账号的哈希值,以便通过该哈希值经后台服务器转换得到终端用户账号,好实现自动关联操作,以便通过关联后的用户(如广告主)个人微信账号为用户(如广告主)推送订阅消息。当然所述绑定请求中还可以同时携带表征渠道信息的染色码和表征终端用户账号的哈希值,这样,还可以同时根据所述染色码跟踪并得到渠道信息来源的转化信息(如渠道转化信息,具体为:哪些用户从哪些渠道获得染色二维码,这些用户的总用户数量为多少等转化信息)。服务器收到绑定请求后,由于考虑到用户信息安全,传输的并不是用户真实账号,而是该账号对应的表征终端用户账号的哈希值,因此,需要在服务器侧对哈希值进行转化,以得到用户真实账号。对用户真实账号加密、和对哈希值解密以得到用户真实账号都可以在服务器侧实现。解密得到用户真实账号后,将用户账号(如QQ账号)与用户(如广告主)个人微信账号进行自动关联,以便通过关联后的用户(如广告主)个人微信账号为用户(如广告主)推送订阅消息,还可以根据建立的关联来跟踪用户基于用户真实账号的用户行为。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述为终端用户推送所关注的信息包括:信息的推广效果、信息的转化率、终端用户账户的消耗中的至少一种信息。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述服务器还包括:加密单元,配置为根据在服务器本地存储的加密策略对所述终端用户账号进行加密,得到所述第二信息。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述第二处理单元,进一步配置为:在服务器本地存储与所述加密策略对应的解密策略;根据所述解密策略对所述第二信息解密,得到所述第二信息对应的终端用户账号;获取终端用户自身的所述应用服务号;将终端用户账号与所述应用服务号建立关联。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述第二请求中还携带所述第一信息;所述服务器还包括第一处理单元,配置为记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述服务器还包括:第一识别单元,配置为根据所述第一信息来识别终端用户得到所述第一信息识别码的信息来源。
实施例七:
这里需要指出的是,上述终端可以为PC这种电子设备,还可以为如PAD,平板电脑,手提电脑这种便携电子设备、还可以为如手机这种智能移动终端,不限于这里的描述;所述服务器可以是通过集群系统构成的,为实现各单元功能而合并为一或各单元功能分体设置的电子设备,终端和服务器都至少包括用于存储数据的数据库和用于数据处理的处理器,或者包括设置于服务器内的存储介质或独立设置的存储介质。
其中,对于用于数据处理的处理器而言,在执行处理时,可以采用微处理器、CPU、DSP或FPGA实现;对于存储介质来说,包含操作指令,该操作指令可以为计算机可执行代码,通过所述操作指令来实现上述本发明实施例信息处理方法流程中的各个步骤。
该终端和该服务器作为硬件实体S11的一个示例如图10所示。所述装置包括处理器61、存储介质62以及至少一个外部通信接口63;所述处理器61、存储介质62以及外部通信接口63均通过总线64连接。
这里需要指出的是:以上涉及终端和服务器项的描述,与上述方法描述是类似的,同方法的有益效果描述,不做赘述。对于本发明终端和服务器实施例中未披露的技术细节,请参照本发明方法实施例的描述。
以一个现实应用场景为例对本发明实施例阐述如下:
首先,先对本应用场景中用户为品牌广告主或中小广告主、或关注微信服务公众号成功后成为本微信服务平台粉丝的品牌广告主或中小广告主情况进行描述,这个应用场景中采用本发明实施例,具体为一种基于二维码的广告主跟踪技术方案。以下对品牌广告主或中小广告主统称为“广告主”。
本应用场景中涉及的缩略语为:1)广告主:投放广告的主体;2)染色码:染色在生物学中是一种重要的标本追踪方法,在本文中借用此概念指代标识用户,即对用户“染色”,标识用户的代码即为染色码;3)登录态二维码:携带广告主登录信息以及染色码的二维码;4)染色二维码:携带染色码的二维码,当用户扫描染色二维码并成为我们的粉丝时,系统会记录该二维码的染色码,成功对该用户『染色』;5)广告消耗:广告主投放广告所消耗钱的金额。在广告主设定的限额内消耗越多说明广告曝光越充足,对广告主越有利。
本应用场景中,采用现有技术,常见的用于跟踪用户转化来源的技术 方案有:1)通过统一资源定位符(URL)携带来源参数;2)共享cookie,也即Cookies,指一些网站为了辨别用户身份、进行会话(session)跟踪而储存在用户本地终端上的数据,通常为加密数据。URL和cookie这两种方法都有其适应的场景,但在跨终端(PC端与移动端)场景中并不能很好的适应数据跟踪,数据同步,数据实时更新的需求。而本发明实施例中利用的二维码(染色二维码和登录态二维码)是天然的、移动端与PC端交互的一种方式,能满足跨终端(PC端与移动端)的需求。
社交应用(如微信)作为一种流行的社交软件,已经成为一种重要的消息触达方式。采用本发明实施例,可以将广告主所关心的消息自动推送到广告主的微信账号中,更好地为广告主提供服务。广告主尤其是中长尾广告主数量庞大,多数是企业负责人或者有专人在负责广告推广的工作,这些广告主更加关心广告推广的效果、转化率、账户的消耗等等。能随时随地简单快捷地了解账户推广情况和得知并处理突发事件(如账户资金不足),是这些广告主十分期待的,能够实时跟踪数据的动态变化。而采用本发明实施例,可以依托微信这种消息触达方式,恰恰能够达成此目标,实时跟踪数据的动态变化。
由于广告主的日常是在PC端操作管理自己的账户,而非移动端;消息的触达也多为传统的系统内通知、邮件等非实时的方式;短信虽然作为一种很好的实时消息触达方式,但消息内容受限。采用本发明实施例这种依托微信的消息触达方式,能简单快速的将广告主账户与其个人微信账号实现自动关联,能打通了消息触达通路,从而实现对广告主渠道信息,渠道转化信息,用户行为等的持续实时跟踪。
本应用场景中,采用本发明实施例,具体包括如下内容:
一、在服务器侧生成二维码,所生成的二维码包含两种类型:1)染色二维码(或称为非登录态二维码);2)登录态二维码。
这里,就染色二维码而言,染色二维码携带染色码,当用户扫描染色二维码并成为我们的粉丝时,系统会记录该二维码的染色码,成功对该用户『染色』。
这里,就登录态二维码而言,登录态二维码携带广告主的登录信息以及染色码。登录态二维码同时也是染色二维码。登录信息属于敏感信息,并不会编码到二维码中去。登录态二维码所含的该登录信息是加密后的哈希索引值。真实的登录信息是通过解密后的哈希索引值在后台查询获得。
二维码的生成过程如图11所示,分别为生成登录态二维码的过程和生成染色二维码的过程,其中,生成登录态二维码的过程中,需要进行鉴权/身份验证,以确定是广告主本人的操作;根据终端用户账号信息(如QQ登录信息)和染色二维码生成登录态二维码时,需要进行数据计算与组装和DB持久化处理,还需要将终端用户账号信息(如QQ登录信息)加密为哈希值(Hash)进行保存,最终根据哈希值(Hash)和染色码生成登录态二维码。而生成染色二维码的过程中,不涉及鉴权和身份验证,因为染色的目的是为了确定广告主是从哪个第三方渠道得到该染色码。
二维码的扫描过程如图12所示,分别为扫描登录态二维码的过程和扫描染色二维码的过程,在扫描登录态二维码的过程中,服务器需要将哈希值(Hash)解密为终端用户账号信息(如QQ登录信息),之后将终端用户账号信息(如QQ登录信息)与用户微信账号建立自动关联。在扫描染色二维码的过程中,解析出染色码后,对其进行染色,以便记录下用户是从哪个第三方渠道得到该染色二维码。
其中,所述染色码:是自行定义的,可根据跟踪的对象定义不同的染色码。数字、网址或字符串都可以,设计上支持任意字符串。业务上可预先定义一些可读有意义的染色码。所述OpenId:是微信公众号唯一标识一个微信用户的字符串。所述Hash Index:是登录信息数据的索引值。登录数 据属于敏感信息,不能直接编码进二维码中,登录态二维码中只包含Hash Index,而相关的数据信息都存储在后台。
这里需要指出的是,考虑到防攻击的目的,登录态二维码不是无限生成的,依靠账号信息与染色码控制二维码的数量,同时保证二维码的不冲突性。每一张登录态二维码所携带的登录信息都是验证过的,保证登录态二维码的有效性。
二、终端扫描二维码后,服务器对用户转化与广告主行为进行实时跟踪。
首先,需要在各个渠道布码。当用户扫描二维码成为微信的粉丝后,通过染色码实现全程跟踪用户。扫描登录态二维码的粉丝,会自动实现与登录态二维码所携带的广告主账号关联,无需广告主手动将微信与广告账户关联。实现广告主信息的实时触达,而用户可感知的只有扫码的动作和账户绑定提示。根据参数我们可以在后台跟踪该广告主的来源,以及该广告主在该服务号内的全部行为,包括资质信息补充和修改、对绑定广告账户的各个环节的操作,进而可以分析出每个来源广告主的质量和用户画像。
采用本发明实施例,可以实现跟踪统计各个渠道转化进移动端的粉丝数量;扫码自动关联广告主账户,实现后期的自动推送账户消息;染色所有转化进来的粉丝和广告主,实现持续跟踪。
本应用场景,采用本发明实施例,登录态二维码包括渠道信息和用户信息;而染色二维码只包括渠道信息。以染色二维码及登录态二维码形式实现的广告主跟踪,包含但不限于如下内容:粉丝转化成广告主的转化率、转化地广告主的活跃度、广告消耗、广告主充值率/充值额度、后期流失率、未转化为广告主的粉丝后期定向等等。
为了让更多的广告主加入微信平台,采用上述实施例中的技术内容进行信息推广,使得对品牌广告主和中小广告主的实时跟踪、数据同步和数 据更新更加准确,处理效果高,节约成本。对于品牌广告主来说,作为大广告主,势必要花大力气进行跟踪的,对于中小广告主,虽然原本不需要花大力气进行跟踪的,但是由于中小广告主走量多,因此,也有对其进行跟踪的需求,但是如果拿出跟踪大广告主这种方式,则花费太多成本,而在实际应用中,为了让更多的广告主加入微信平台,可以基于二维码的广告主渠道转化跟踪(不限于登录态二维码,染色二维码也可以使用),以染色二维码的形式实施的用户转化跟踪,基于二维码的广告主自动关联技术(仅仅限于登录态二维码),以登录态二维码的形式实现的自动关联广告主。基于二维码的广告主跟踪技术(不限于登录态二维码,染色二维码也可以使用)这些技术很好的解决上述问题。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令配置为执行上述的信息处理方法。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理单 元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例中,服务器根据表征信息来源的第一信息生成第一信息识别码;在终端开启应用,获取第一操作,触发对所述第一信息识别码的扫描,解析出所述第一信息识别码中的所述第一信息;终端收到服务器推 广的信息服务界面,根据所述信息服务界面中的第一提示信息触发对应的第二操作,生成第一请求,所述第一请求中携带所述第一信息;服务器收到所述第一请求,接受终端用户对信息服务的关注,记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。采用本发明实施例,能对用户转化来源实现跟踪时提高传输用户信息的安全性,还能满足跨多个终端和/或跨多平台的数据同步和实时更新需求,避免同步不准确导致在对用户转化来源实现跟踪时获取不准确的跟踪数据。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    根据表征信息来源的第一信息生成第一信息识别码;
    在检测到终端触发对所述第一信息识别码的扫描后,收到第一请求,接受终端用户对信息服务的关注,所述第一请求中携带所述第一信息;
    记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述第一信息来识别终端用户得到所述第一信息识别码的信息来源。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述表征信息来源的第一信息;
    根据所述表征信息来源的第一信息和表征终端用户账号的第二信息生成第二信息识别码;
    响应于终端触发对所述第二信息识别码的扫描后,收到第二请求,所述第二请求中携带所述第二信息;
    根据预设策略识别出所述第二信息对应的终端用户账号,在终端用户账号与其应用服务号间建立关联,以通过所述应用服务号为终端用户推送所关注的信息,并根据第二信息跟踪并得到终端用户在所述应用服务号内的用户行为。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述为终端用户推送所关注的信息包括:信息的推广效果、信息的转化率和终端用户账户的消耗中的至少一种信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第二请求中还携带所述第一信息,以根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述第一信息来识别终端用户得到所述第一信息识别码的信息来源。
  9. 一种服务器,所述服务器包括:
    第一识别码生成单元,配置为根据表征信息来源的第一信息生成第一信息识别码;
    第一处理单元,配置为在检测到终端触发对所述第一信息识别码的扫描后,收到第一请求,接受终端用户对信息服务的关注,所述第一请求中携带所述第一信息,记录所述第一信息,根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的服务器,其中,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的服务器,其中,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述第一信息来识别终端用户得到所述第一信息识别码的信息来源。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的服务器,其中,所述服务器包括:
    第二识别码生成单元,配置为获取所述表征信息来源的第一信息后,根据所述表征信息来源的第一信息和表征终端用户账号的第二信息生成第二信息识别码;
    第二处理单元,配置为响应于终端触发对所述第二信息识别码的扫描后,收到第二请求,所述第二请求中携带所述第二信息,根据预设策略识 别出所述第二信息对应的终端用户账号,在终端用户账号与其应用服务号间建立关联,以通过所述应用服务号为终端用户推送所关注的信息,并根据第二信息跟踪并得到终端用户在所述应用服务号内的用户行为。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的服务器,其中,所述为终端用户推送所关注的信息包括:信息的推广效果、信息的转化率和终端用户账户的消耗中的至少一种信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的服务器,其中,所述第二请求中还携带所述第一信息,以根据所述第一信息跟踪并得到所述信息来源的转化信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述信息来源的转化信息包括:通过至少一个信息渠道转化进至少一个终端的终端用户的用户数量。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述第二处理单元,还配置为根据所述第一信息来识别终端用户得到所述第一信息识别码的信息来源。
  17. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令配置为执行权利要求1-8任一项所述的信息处理方法。
