随着科学技术的发展,手机等移动终端的功能越来越丰富。其中,使用手机拍照也越来越流行。手机的拍照功能是人们使用较为频繁的一项功能。
人们照相的时候,经常会遇到看着很美很壮观的景色但是很难将人物和景色都恰到好处的合成为一张图像。如果要同时照顾到人物和景色,便需要不停的调整人的位置和角度,往往跑了半天只照了很少几张照片,还经常拍不到理想的照片。有鉴于此,人们希望从图像更换背景图像部分。
针对现有技术中,如何将人物图像和背景图像协调一致的问题,还未提出有效的解决方案。

本申请提供了一种图像处理方法、装置及电子设备,以至少解决现有技术中如何将人物图像和背景图像协调一致的问题。

此外,下面所描述的本申请不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例1
在本实施例中提供了一种图像处理方法,图1是根据本申请实施例的图像处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,获取图像中的人脸图像部分;
步骤S104,根据人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息;
步骤S106,根据面部表情信息调整图像的背景图像部分。
通过上述步骤,根据图像中的人物的面部表情信息可以自动调整图像的背景部分,相比于现有技术中,图像的背景部分相对于人物图像部分是固定不变的,上述步骤解决了现有技术中如何将人物图像和背景图像协调一致的问题,从而可以直接根据用户当前拍摄的照片,识别面部表情并匹配相对应的背景图像,提高了人物图像和背景图像的协调性。
上述步骤S104中涉及到根据人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息,在一个可选实施例中,根据人脸图像部分提取人脸特征点,根据人脸特征点解析出面部器官的轮廓形状,根据面部器官的轮廓形状获取该面部表情信息。通过轮廓形状获取到的面部表情信息较为准确。在另一个可选实施例中,数据库中预先存储有人脸图像部分与面部表情信息的对应关系,查询该数据库即可得到面部表情信息。由于人的表情姿态各异,所以该数据库是基于普遍知识进行的实验。
面部表情信息可以包括多种信息,下面对此进行举例说明。在一个可选实施例中,面部表情信息可以是开心情感信息,也可以是悲伤情感信息或者平静情感信息。根据时代的变化面部表情信息还可以是卖萌等信息,在此并不做限制。
在一个可选实施例中,人脸特征点包括以下至少之一:左眉毛的最左
点、左眉毛的最右点、右眉毛的最左点、右眉毛的最右点、左眼的左眼角、左眼的右眼角、右眼的左眼角、右眼的右眼角、鼻尖下的点、左嘴角的点和右嘴角的点。
调整图像的背景图像部分的方式可以包括很多种,在一个可选实施例中,可以调整背景图像部分的字幕,也可以调整背景图像部分的色调,还可以调整背景图像部分的亮度或者该背景图像部分的动画。
实施例2
在本实施例中还提供了一种图像处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本申请实施例的图像处理装置的结构框图,该装置包括:第一获取模块22,用于获取图像中的人脸图像部分;第二获取模块24,用于根据该人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息;调整模块26,用于根据面部表情信息调整该图像的背景图像部分。
图3是根据本申请实施例的第二获取模块的结构框图,如图3所示,第二获取模块24包括:提取单元242,用于根据人脸图像部分提取人脸特征点;解析单元244,用于根据人脸特征点解析出面部器官的轮廓形状;获
取单元246,用于根据面部器官的轮廓形状获取该面部表情信息。
本实施例的图像处理装置,可选地,人脸特征点包括以下至少之一:左眉毛的最左点、左眉毛的最右点、右眉毛的最左点、右眉毛的最右点、左眼的左眼角、左眼的右眼角、右眼的左眼角、右眼的右眼角、鼻尖下的点、左嘴角的点和右嘴角的点。
本实施例的图像处理装置,可选地,调整模块26还用于根据该面部表情信息调整该图像的背景图像部分的以下至少之一的信息:该背景图像部分的字幕、该背景图像部分的色调、该背景图像部分的亮度或者该背景图像部分的动画。
本实施例的图像处理装置,可选地,该面部表情信息包括以下之一:开心情感信息、悲伤情感信息或者平静情感信息。
上述各个模块的更进一步的功能描述与上述对应实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例3
如图4所示,本申请还提供了一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器810;以及,与所述至少一个处理器810通信连接的存储器800;其中,所述存储器800存储有可被所述至少一个处理器810执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器810执行,以使所述至少一个处理器810能够获取图像中的人脸图像部分;根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息;根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分。所述电子设备还包括与所述存
储器800和所述处理器电连接的输入装置830和输出装置840,所述电连接优选为通过总线连接。
本实施例的所述电子设备,可选地,根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息包括:根据所述人脸图像部分提取人脸特征点;根据所述人脸特征点解析出面部器官的轮廓形状;根据所述面部器官的轮廓形状获取所述面部表情信息。
本实施例的所述电子设备,可选地,所述人脸特征点包括以下至少之一:左眉毛的最左点、左眉毛的最右点、右眉毛的最左点、右眉毛的最右点、左眼的左眼角、左眼的右眼角、右眼的左眼角、右眼的右眼角、鼻尖下的点、左嘴角的点和右嘴角的点。
本实施例的所述电子设备,可选地,根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分包括:根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分的以下至少之一的信息:所述背景图像部分的字幕、所述背景图像部分的色调、所述背景图像部分的亮度或者所述背景图像部分的动画。

本申请实施例还提供了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令的所述计算机可执行指令,当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:获取图像中的人脸图像部分;根据所述人脸图像部分
获取面部表情信息;根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分。
本实施例的所述存储介质,可选地,根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息包括:根据所述人脸图像部分提取人脸特征点;根据所述人脸特征点解析出面部器官的轮廓形状;根据所述面部器官的轮廓形状获取所述面部表情信息。
本实施例的所述存储介质,可选地,所述人脸特征点包括以下至少之一:左眉毛的最左点、左眉毛的最右点、右眉毛的最左点、右眉毛的最右点、左眼的左眼角、左眼的右眼角、右眼的左眼角、右眼的右眼角、鼻尖下的点、左嘴角的点和右嘴角的点。

根据本申请的另一个方面,还提供了一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述实施例所述的方法。
综上所述,通过本申请提供的一种图像处理方法、装置及电子设备,解决了现有技术中如何将人物图像和背景图像协调一致的问题,从而可以直接根据用户当前拍摄的照片,识别面部表情并匹配相对应的背景图像,提高了人物图像和背景图像的协调性。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (21)
- 一种图像处理方法,其特征在于,包括:获取图像中的人脸图像部分;根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息;根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息包括:根据所述人脸图像部分提取人脸特征点;根据所述人脸特征点解析出面部器官的轮廓形状;根据所述面部器官的轮廓形状获取所述面部表情信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述人脸特征点包括以下至少之一:左眉毛的最左点、左眉毛的最右点、右眉毛的最左点、右眉毛的最右点、左眼的左眼角、左眼的右眼角、右眼的左眼角、右眼的右眼角、鼻尖下的点、左嘴角的点和右嘴角的点。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分包括:根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分的以下至少之一 的信息:所述背景图像部分的字幕、所述背景图像部分的色调、所述背景图像部分的亮度或者所述背景图像部分的动画。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述面部表情信息包括以下之一:开心情感信息、悲伤情感信息或者平静情感信息。
- 一种图像处理装置,其特征在于,包括:第一获取模块,用于获取图像中的人脸图像部分;第二获取模块,用于根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息;调整模块,用于根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块包括:提取单元,用于根据所述人脸图像部分提取人脸特征点;解析单元,用于根据所述人脸特征点解析出面部器官的轮廓形状;获取单元,用于根据所述面部器官的轮廓形状获取所述面部表情信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述人脸特征点包括以下至少之一:左眉毛的最左点、左眉毛的最右点、右眉毛的最左点、右眉毛的最右 点、左眼的左眼角、左眼的右眼角、右眼的左眼角、右眼的右眼角、鼻尖下的点、左嘴角的点和右嘴角的点。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调整模块还用于根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分的以下至少之一的信息:所述背景图像部分的字幕、所述背景图像部分的色调、所述背景图像部分的亮度或者所述背景图像部分的动画。
- 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述面部表情信息包括以下之一:开心情感信息、悲伤情感信息或者平静情感信息。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够获取图像中的人脸图像部分;根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息;根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息包括:根据所述人脸图像部分提取人脸特征点;根据所述人脸特征点解析出面部器官的轮廓形状;根据所述面部器官的轮廓形状获取所述面部表情信息。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述人脸特征点包括以下至少之一:左眉毛的最左点、左眉毛的最右点、右眉毛的最左点、右眉毛的最右点、左眼的左眼角、左眼的右眼角、右眼的左眼角、右眼的右眼角、鼻尖下的点、左嘴角的点和右嘴角的点。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分包括:根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分的以下至少之一的信息:所述背景图像部分的字幕、所述背景图像部分的色调、所述背景图像部分的亮度或者所述背景图像部分的动画。
- 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述面部表情信息包括以下之一:开心情感信息、悲伤情感信息或者平静情感信息。
- 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于:所述存储介质存储 有计算机可执行指令的所述计算机可执行指令,当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:获取图像中的人脸图像部分;根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息;根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分。
- 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,根据所述人脸图像部分获取面部表情信息包括:根据所述人脸图像部分提取人脸特征点;根据所述人脸特征点解析出面部器官的轮廓形状;根据所述面部器官的轮廓形状获取所述面部表情信息。
- 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述人脸特征点包括以下至少之一:左眉毛的最左点、左眉毛的最右点、右眉毛的最左点、右眉毛的最右点、左眼的左眼角、左眼的右眼角、右眼的左眼角、右眼的右眼角、鼻尖下的点、左嘴角的点和右嘴角的点。
- 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分包括:根据所述面部表情信息调整所述图像的背景图像部分的以下至少之一 的信息:所述背景图像部分的字幕、所述背景图像部分的色调、所述背景图像部分的亮度或者所述背景图像部分的动画。
- 根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述面部表情信息包括以下之一:开心情感信息、悲伤情感信息或者平静情感信息。
- 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,其特征在于,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述任一权利要求所述的方法。
