Abstract

[0005] 中国专利号 CN 205036272U名称为无拉绳百叶窗帘制动绕组及无拉绳百叶窗帘 上轨, 其公布了采用增加绕柱的方式以增加拉绳摩擦力的技术方案, 由于拉绳 向上的回缩力量要小于下梁的重力, 在不增加下轨重量 (增加下轨重量会相应 增加成本) 的前提下, 向上收窗帘会感觉窗帘力量不足, 造成窗帘回收效果较 差。

(12) 的端部, 使得拉绳 (5) 夹紧在卡槽 (121) 内。
根据权利要求 5所述的无绳百叶帘, 其特征在于, 所述棘轮 (15) 为 单动外配合棘轮机构。
根据权利要求 6所述的无绳百叶帘, 其特征在于, 所述无绳百叶帘还 包括用于安装拉绳绕线棒 (12) 的安装座 (9) 和用于安装棘轮组件 的棘轮安装座 (17) 、 导向滑轮 (14) , 所述棘轮 (15) 的棘轮轴 ( 151) 内设置第二枢轴 (19) , 所述棘轮 (15) 通过第二枢轴 (19) 转动配合在所述棘轮安装座 (17) 内, 所述棘轮安装座 (17) 设置在 所述安装座 (9) 内拉绳绕线棒 (12) 的出线端 (122) 的下侧, 用于 防止所述棘轮 (15) 逆向旋转的棘爪 (16) 设置在所述棘轮 (15) 的 相对内侧, 所述导向滑轮 (14) 设置在所述棘轮的相对外侧。

一种如权利要求 7-9之一所述的无绳百叶帘的工作方法, 其特征在于 , 包括如下步骤:
A、 需要将百叶帘打幵吋, 用手向下拉无绳百叶帘的下梁 (2) , 拉绳 (4) 绷紧且向下运动, 由于摩擦力的存在, 拉绳 (5) 带动导向 滑轮 (14) 、 棘轮 (15) 、 拉绳绕线棒 (12) 、 总输出轴 (8) 、 弹 簧被动轴 (74) 、 弹簧主动轴 (72) 同步旋转, 各叶片 (4) 向下散 幵, 此吋弹簧主动轴 (72) 内的弹簧 (73) 发生形变, 拉绳 (5) 与 棘轮组件之间的摩擦为滚动摩擦;
B、 撤去下梁 (2) 上的下拉力吋, 由于棘爪 (16) 的存在, 棘轮 (1 5) 无法反向旋转, 棘轮组件棘轮轴 (151) 为拉绳 (5) 提供的摩擦 由滚动摩擦转为静摩擦, 使得百叶帘的下梁 (2) 和叶片 (4) 保持静 止;
C、 需要将百叶帘收起吋, 对下梁 (2) 施加上托力以使下梁 (2) 处 于希望停止的位置, 在此瞬间拉绳 (5) 松掉, 拉绳 (5) 和棘轮轴 ( 151) 之间的摩擦消失, 弹簧 (73) 复位, 带动所述弹簧主动轴 (72
) 、 弹簧被动轴 (74) 、 总输出轴 (8) 、 拉绳绕线棒 (12) 同步旋 转, 使得多余的拉绳 (5) 再次缠绕在拉绳绕线棒 (12) 上;
D、 百叶帘收起至预定位置吋, 撤去下梁上的上托力, 拉绳 (5) 处 于绷紧状态, 拉绳 (5) 和棘轮轴 (151) 之间的静摩擦恢复, 百叶帘 的下梁 (2) 和叶片 (4) 再次保持静止。
