2.本实用新型在侧带的固定结构上,为侧带设置了一个自由端部,在额头支撑部和头戴主体结构左右两侧均设置侧带连接结构。用户可以根据需求,选择将侧带与头戴主体结构相连,或是选择与额头支撑部相连。将侧带分别与两个位置连接时,头戴装置对人体的作用力是不一样的。当选择将侧带与头戴主体结构相连时,头戴装置固定的稳定度更高,但是在主体结构较重时,可能会造成压脸的感觉。而当将侧带与额头支撑部相连时,压力会更多的转移到额头,用户感觉脸部会更轻松。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的 实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
实施例一
本实用新型实施例,为了更方便地描述头戴结构,在附图中,未对头戴结构进行单独绘图,而是采用结合头戴主体结构一起示意出的方式。
参见图1~图3所示,本实用新型的头戴结构包括:主体支撑结构和侧带。所述主体支撑结构包括额头支撑部11、后侧支撑部12和连接部13。所述连接部13一端与所述额头支撑部11相连,另一端与所述后侧支撑部12相连。所述侧带包括左侧带22和右侧带21。所述左侧带22一端与所述后侧支撑部12的左端部连接,另一端为起连接作用的自由端部(图1中该自由端部被遮挡未示出)。所述右侧带21一端与所述后侧支撑部12的右端部连接,另一端为起连接作用的自由端部23。在图1中,自由端部23采用三角扣结构为例。在所述额头支撑部11的左右侧两侧,分别设置有一个侧带连接结构15。在图1中,侧带连接结构15以扣钉结构示出。所述扣钉结构与所述三角扣结构可实现自由扣接和解扣。
在本实用新型中,所述连接部13可以采用弹性带,也可以采用具有弹性的刚性材料。在本实用新型实施例中,连接部13的主体支架优选采用弧形弹簧钢,且为了实现美观轻便,连接部13的主体支架由两根弧度一致的弹簧钢组成。弹簧钢在前端头戴主体结构3及后侧支撑部12的合力下,会发生挤压变形,使头戴装置更稳定的固定在用户头上。
在本实用新型实施例中,图1中示出的左侧带22和右侧带21的两端均为三角扣结构,左侧带22和右侧带21均可以取掉。在左侧带22和右侧带21取掉的情况下,仅靠连接部13的主体支架在前端头戴主体结构3及后侧支撑部12的合力下,发生挤压变形所产生的压力,即可将头戴装置稳定地固定在用户头上。
在连接部13的主体支架外侧,可以设置一个软管将主体支架包住。头戴装置如果需要走线,可沿连接部13的主体支架与软管之前的间隙将信号电源线从头戴主体结构3端连接至后侧支撑部12。
为了更好地提供支撑固定功能,优选地,所述头戴结构还包括第三支撑部14。第三支撑部14紧靠后侧支撑部12,采用可拆卸的方式连接于连接部13上。
优选地,所述后侧支撑部12的左侧和/或右侧的下方设置有耳机孔,用于外接耳机。
本实用新型实施例的头戴装置,包括用于实现头戴装置功能的主体结构3,及用于佩 戴其主体结构的头戴结构。在本实施例中,主体结构3以虚拟现实显示器或增强现实显示器的方式示出,主体结构3还可以为呼吸机、眼部按摩仪等。所述头戴结构为本实用新型实施例提出的头戴结构。所述主体支撑结构的前端与主体结构3的顶部边框连接。所述主体结构3的左右两侧分别设置有一个侧带连接结构31。该侧带连接结构31与额头支撑部11上设置的侧带连接结构15一致。如图1,侧带连接结构31以同样扣钉结构示出。优选地,所述主体支撑结构的前端与所述主体结构3的顶部边框枢转连接。
应用本实用新型头戴装置,用户使用时,可以根据需求,选择将侧带与头戴主体结构3相连,或是选择与额头支撑部11相连。侧带与上述两个位置连接时,头戴装置对人体的作用力是不一样的。当选择将侧带与头戴主体结构3相连时,如图2连接方式,头戴装置固定的稳定度更高,但是在主体结构3较重时,可能会造成压脸的感觉。而当将侧带与额头支撑部11相连时,如图3,压力会更多的转移到额头,用户感觉脸部会更轻松。
本实用新型实施例中,图1中示出的主体支架的数量为2个。但本领域的技术人员根据图1可以毫无疑义地确定,所述主体支架的数量还可以为1个、3个、4个、5个等。
实施例二
实施例一中的头戴结构通常包括额头支撑部、后侧支撑件和侧带。额头支撑部用于与用户的额头接触,后侧支撑件用于与用户的后脑接触,然后通过侧带来固定所述头戴装置。然而,由于额头支撑部和后侧支撑件的位置固定,从而存在额头支撑部和后侧支撑件与头部匹配度差,导致容易出现方向控制性差、重力分担不稳定的问题。
本实施例提供一头戴结构及对应的头戴装置,解决了头戴装置存在的额头支撑部和后侧支撑件与头部匹配度差的技术问题,能够有效提高方向控制性能和增强重力分担的稳定性能,使得用户体验度得以提高。
本实用新型实施例,为了更方便地描述头戴结构,在附图中,未对头戴结构进行单独绘图,而是采用结合头戴主体结构一起示意出的方式。
参见图4和图5所示,本实施例的头戴结构包括:额头支撑部10、连接部20和后侧支撑部。其中,所述后侧支撑部包括活动部件30和后侧支撑件40。连接部20的前端与额头支撑部10连接,后端转动连接活动部件30,以使得活动部件30可以绕连接部20转动。后侧支撑件40设置在活动部件30的内侧上。这里,所述内侧为活动部件30朝向额头支撑部10的一侧。
具体地,额头支撑部10和后侧支撑件40均为弧形结构,且额头支撑部10和后侧支撑件40的两个凹面相对,使得额头支撑部10与头部的前额接触,后侧支撑件40与头部的后脑接触,从而将头部固定在所述头戴结构中。
具体地,连接部20具体可以呈弧形,其主体支架可以为弹性支架。所述弹性支架可以采用具有弹性的刚性材料制成。在本实用新型实施例中,连接部20的主体支架可以采用弧形弹簧钢,且为了实现美观轻便,连接部20的主体支架可以由两根弧度一致的弹簧钢组成。弹簧钢在额头支撑部10及后侧支撑件40的合力下,会发生挤压变形,使头戴装置更稳定的固定在用户头上。
其中,在连接部20的主体支架外侧,可以设置一个软管将所述主体支架包住。若所述头戴装置如果需要走线,则可沿连接部20的主体支架与软管之前的间隙将信号电源线从头戴主体结构70端连接至所述后侧支撑部。
具体地,为了更好地提供支撑固定功能,所述头戴结构还包括第三支撑部50。第三支撑部50与活动部件30的内侧连接,且设置在后侧支撑件40的上部,使得第三支撑部50紧靠后侧支撑件40。其中,第三支撑部50可以采用可拆卸的方式连接于活动部件30上。其中,第三支撑部50具体可以呈弧形结构,使得与头部的结构更匹配,进而能够更稳定地与头部连接,提高用户的舒适度。
具体地,活动部件30包括固定件31和扭动件32。其中,固定件31设置在扭动件32的上部,且与连接部20的后端连接。扭动件32转动连接固定件31。其中,第三支撑部50可以与固定件31连接,且设置在固定件31的上部。后侧支撑件40与扭动件32连接,且设置在扭动件32的下部。其中,扭动件32可以呈中空结构,在扭动件32的中空结构中可以用于安装头戴装置的电源。所述电源例如可以电池,用于供电给头戴装置。
在本实用新型实施例中,在固定件31的下端可以设置一个转动轴,使得扭动件32通过所述转动轴与固定件31连接,使得扭动件32可以绕所述转动轴进行转动。如此,使得设置在扭动件32下部的后侧支撑件40可以随扭动件32的转动而转动。在头部较小时,将扭动件32向额头支撑部10方向转动,使得后侧支撑件40与头部的后脑更紧贴,这必然会使得额头支撑部10与头部的前额更紧贴。同理,在头部较大时,可以通过将扭动件32向额头支撑部10相反的方向转动,使得后侧支撑件40与头部的后脑更紧贴,这必然会使得额头支撑部10与头部的前额更紧贴。如此,通过转动活动部件30,使得额头支撑部10和后侧支撑件40与头部的贴合度更高,进而能够更稳固地将头戴装置固定在用户头上,从而能够有效提高方向控制性能和增强重力分担的稳定性能,使得用户体验度得以提 高。
在本实用新型实施例中,固定件31和扭动件32之间设置有扭簧(附图中未示出)。所述扭簧可以设置在固定件31和扭动件32连接的中部。优选地,在固定件31和扭动件32连接的两侧分别设置两个扭簧,以通过两个扭簧来给扭动件32的两侧分别施加压力,使得扭动件32受力均匀,降低扭动件32由于受力不均导致出现偏离的概率,提高扭动件32的正常使用寿命。
其中,在通过所述扭簧连接固定件31和扭动件32时,可以将所述头戴结构设置得稍小,使得将所述头戴结构固定在头部时,需要将活动部件30朝远离额头支撑部10的方向(向外)拉动,然后将所述头戴装置固定在头部。这时,由于将活动部件30朝远离额头支撑部10的方向拉动了,使得扭动件32也向外拉动,在向外拉动时所述扭簧产生形变,而形变会产生向内的拉力,从而使得扭动件32受到向内的拉力作用下向额头支撑部10的方向移动,使得后侧支撑件40也随之向额头支撑部10的方向移动,从而压紧头部,能够更稳定地将所述头戴结构固定在头部上。
在本实用新型实施例中,后侧支撑件40还可以与扭动件32转动连接。同样地,可以通过转动轴来连接后侧支撑件40和扭动件32,使得后侧支撑件40也能进行转动,从而使得在扭动件32转动到恰当位置时,可以通过转动后侧支撑件40进行微调,进一步使得后侧支撑件40与头部的后脑更紧贴,进一步提高头戴装置与头部连接的稳定性。
具体地,后侧支撑件40的左侧和/或右侧的下方设置有耳机孔,用于外接耳机。
具体地,所述头戴结构还包括左侧侧带连接结构60和右侧侧带连接结构61。其中,左侧侧带连接结构60与活动部件30的左侧端面相连,右侧侧带连接结构61与活动部件30的右侧端面相连。
本实用新型实施例的头戴装置,包括用于实现头戴装置功能的主体结构70,及用于佩戴该主体结构70的头戴结构。在本实施例中,主体结构70以虚拟现实显示器或增强现实显示器的方式示出,主体结构还可以为呼吸机、眼部按摩仪等。所述头戴结构为本实用新型实施例提出的头戴结构。连接部20的前端与主体结构70的顶部边框连接,主体结构70的左侧设置有左侧侧带连接结构71,主体结构70的右侧设置有右侧侧带连接结构72。其中,左侧侧带连接结构60和左侧侧带连接结构71相对应,右侧侧带连接结构61和右侧侧带连接结构72相对应,且左侧侧带连接结构60、右侧侧带连接结构61、左侧侧带连接结构71和右侧侧带连接结构72的结构一致,例如可以为卡扣结构、钉扣结构等。
具体地,连接部20的前端与主体结构70的顶部边框枢转连接。
在实际应用过程中,可以将左侧侧带的一端与左侧侧带连接结构60连接,另一端与左侧侧带连接结构71连接。并且,可以说将右侧侧带的一端与右侧侧带连接结构61连接,另一端与右侧侧带连接结构72连接。如此,通过所述左侧侧带和所述右侧侧带能够更稳定将所述头戴装置固定在用户头上,降低头戴装置脱落的概率。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型中的活动部件,其与连接部的后端转动连接,使得可以根据头部的大小,通过转动所述活动部件使得设置在所述活动部件内侧的后侧支撑件能够与头部的贴合度更高。如此,本实施例能够有效提高额头支撑部和后侧支撑件与头部的匹配度,在匹配度提高的情况下,使得头部与头戴装置连接得更稳定,从而能够有效提高方向控制性能和增强重力分担的稳定性能,使得用户体验度得以提高。
以上说明的“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”均是根据头戴结构及头戴装置在使用状态时的方位定义。
本说明书中公开的所有特征,或公开的所有方法或过程中的步骤,除了互相排斥的特征和/或步骤以外,均可以以任何方式组合。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种头戴结构,其特征在于,包括额头支撑部、后侧支撑部和连接部;
    其中,所述连接部呈弧形,其主体支架为具有弹性的刚性材料;所述连接部的前端与所述额头支撑部相连,后端与所述后侧支撑部相连。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述头戴结构还包括第三支撑部,所述第三支撑部位于所述后侧支撑部的上侧,且紧靠所述后侧支撑部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述第三支撑部采用可拆卸的方式连接于所述连接部上。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述后侧支撑部的左侧和/或右侧的下方设置有耳机孔。
  5. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述连接部的主体支架为弹簧钢。
  6. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述连接部由两根弧度一致的弹簧钢组成。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述后侧支撑部包括活动部件和后侧支撑件;所述活动部件包括固定件和扭动件,其中,所述固定件设置在所述扭动件的上部,且与所述连接部的后端连接;所述扭动件转动连接所述固定件,所述后侧支撑件设置在所述扭动件的内侧上,所述内侧为所述扭动件朝向所述额头支撑部的一侧。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述头戴结构还包括第三支撑部,所述第三支撑部设置在所述固定件的内侧上。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述头戴结构,其特征在于,所述固定件和所述扭动件之间设置有扭簧。
  10. 如权利要求9所述头戴结构,其特征在于,所述额头支撑部、所述后侧支撑件和所述第三支撑部均为弧形结构。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述扭动件呈中空结构,用于安装头戴装置电源。
  12. 如权利要求7、8、10和11中任一项所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述活动部件的左侧端面和右侧端面上分别设置有侧带连接结构。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述头戴结构还包括左侧带和右侧 带;
    其中,所述左侧带一端与所述后侧支撑部的左端部连接,另一端为起连接作用的自由端部;所述右侧带一端与所述后侧支撑部的右端部连接,另一端为起连接作用的自由端部;在所述额头支撑部的左右两侧分别设置有一个侧带连接结构。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述左侧带的自由端部和所述右侧带的自由端部为三角扣结构,所述额头支撑部的左右两侧设置的侧带连接结构为扣钉结构,所述扣钉结构与所述三角扣结构可实现自由扣接和解扣。
  15. 一种头戴装置,包括用于实现头戴装置功能的主体结构及用于佩戴其主体结构的头戴结构,其特征在于,所述头戴结构为如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的头戴结构,所述头戴结构的主体支撑结构的前端与所述主体结构的顶部边框连接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的头戴装置,其特征在于,所述主体支撑结构的前端与所述主体结构的顶部边框枢转连接。
  17. 如权利要求15或16所述的头戴装置,其特征在于,在所述主体结构的左右两侧分别设置有一个侧带连接结构;在所述头戴结构的后侧支撑部两侧分别设置有一个侧带连接结构。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的头戴装置,其特征在于,设置在所述主体结构的左右两侧的侧带连接结构和设置在所述后侧支撑部两侧的侧带连接结构为扣钉结构。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的头戴装置,其特征在于,所述主体结构为虚拟现实显示器或增强现实显示器。
  20. 如权利要求15所述的头戴装置,其特征在于,在所述头戴结构的连接部的主体支架外侧设置有包住该主体支架的软管,在所述主体支架和所述软管之间的间隙中设置有信号电源线,使得所述信号电源线从所述主体结构端连接至所述头戴结构的后侧支撑部。
