     該取得部で取得した識別情報及び該識別情報に係る通過時点に基づいて、地点間の旅行時間を算出する算出部と、
     該算出部で算出した旅行時間が該地点間の所定の閾値時間以下である場合、前記識別情報が不正であると判定する判定部と
     を備える識別情報判定装置。
