Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种商户配送范围的调整方法和装置,该商户配送范围的调整方法包括:获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中;根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群;将所述待调整的用户群展现给所述当前商户,以使所述当前商户根据所述待调整的用户群调整商户配送范围。该方法能够通过对历史订单分析生成调整策略,进行更合理和准确的商户配送范围调整。

技术领域
本申请涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种商户配送范围的调整方法和装置。
背景技术
随着线上到线下(Online To Offline,O2O)技术的发展,更多用户从线上购买商品。用户在线上购买商品生成订单后,需要商户进行线下的配送。
相关技术中,商户配送范围是根据人的经验、常识以及商户周围的地理信息,如:道路、河流、高架桥、地铁线等静态属性来划分的。在地理信息不发生改变的前提下,通常只能根据送餐员的反馈,加以业务人员的实地考察的形式来调整这些不合理的配送范围,耗时耗力,并且也不精确。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种商户配送范围的调整方法,该方法可以通过对历史订单分析生成调整策略,进行更合理和准确的商户配送范围调整。
本申请的另一个目的在于提出一种商户配送范围的调整装置。
为达到上述目的,本申请第一方面实施例提出的商户配送范围的调整方法,包括:获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中;根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群;将所述待调整的用户群展现给所述当前商户,以使所述当前商户根据所述待调整的用户群调整商户配送范围。
本申请第一方面实施例提出的商户配送范围的调整方法,通过历史订单进行分析,确定待调整的用户群并展现给商户,可以避免由配送员或业务人员人工考察后调整配送范围存在的问题,实现结合商户与用户群的行为,合理调整商户的配送范围,减少不必要的消耗,提高潜在的收益。
为达到上述目的,本申请第二方面实施例提出的商户配送范围的调整装置,包括:获取模块,用于获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中;确定模块,用于根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群;展现模块,用于将所述待调整的用户群展现给所述当前商户,以使所述当前商户根据所述待调整的用户群调整商户配送范围。
在一个可能的设计中,商户配送范围的调整装置的结构中包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储支持商户配送范围的调整装置执行上述第一方面中商户配送范围的调整方法的程序,所述处理器被配置为用于执行所述存储器中存储的程序。所述商户配送范围的调整装置还可以包括通信接口,用于实现商户配送范围的调整装置与其他设备或通信网络通信。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供了一种计算机存储介质,用于储存商户配送范围的调整装置所用的计算机软件指令,其包含用于执行上述第一方面中商户配送范围的调整方法为商户配送范围的调整装置所涉及的程序。
本申请第二方面及第三方面实施例提出的商户配送范围的调整装置,通过历史订单进行分析,确定待调整的用户群并展现给商户,可以避免由配 送员或业务人员人工考察后调整配送范围存在的问题,实现结合商户与用户群的行为,合理调整商户的配送范围,减少不必要的消耗,提高潜在的收益。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
图1是本申请一个实施例提出的商户配送范围的调整方法的流程示意图。
参见图1,本实施例的方法包括:
S11:获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中。
其中,历史订单可以包括多个商户的历史订单,每个商户可以包括一个或多个历史订单。
每个历史订单中的数据可以包括:订单金额、配送时长、商户位置、用户位置。
其中,可以根据历史订单数据中的用户位置对所有的用户进行划分,得到一个或多个用户群。
具体的,在用户群划分时,可以将用户位置在同一个预设范围内的用户划分为同一个用户群,每个用户群可以用一个兴趣点(point of interest,POI)表示。例如,一个POI是西二旗商圈。
在划分得到用户群后,对应每个历史订单,可以将用户位置所在的用户群作为历史订单归类到的用户群。
S12:根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群。
其中,待调整的用户群可以包括:待删除的用户群、待提高配送费的用户群和待通过扩展配送范围覆盖的用户群。
不同类型的待调整的用户群可以通过不同的参数确定。具体流程可以参见后续实施例。
S13:将所述待调整的用户群展现给所述当前商户,以使所述当前商户根据所述待调整的用户群调整商户配送范围。
例如,对应当前商户,如果第一用户群、第二用户群和第三用户群分别是待删除的用户群、待提高配送费的用户群和待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群,则可以将第一用户群、第二用户群和第三用户群展现给当前商户后,当前商户可以根据需要在配送范围内删除第一用户群、提高第二用户群的配送费或者扩大配送范围以覆盖第三用户群。
本实施例中,通过历史订单进行分析,确定待调整的用户群并展现给商户,可以避免由配送员或业务人员人工考察后调整配送范围存在的问题,实现结合商户与用户群的行为,合理调整商户的配送范围,减少不必要的消耗,提高潜在的收益。
图2是本申请另一个实施例提出的商户配送范围的调整方法的流程示意图。
参见图2,本实施例的方法包括:
S21:获取商户的位置和原始的配送范围。
其中,可以获取已有的历史订单中涉及的每个商户的位置和该商户的原始的配送范围。
S22:获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中。
其中,预设时间段可以根据实际情况设置。
每个历史订单中可以包括如下数据:订单金额、配送时长、商户位置和 用户位置。
可以将用户位置位于相同区域的所有用户作为一个用户群,用户位置所在的用户群作为历史订单归类到的用户群。
在获取到历史订单的数据后,还可以进一步计算每个历史订单的收益、消耗,例如,将历史订单中的订单金额作为收益,根据配送员的工资对配送时长进行折算作为消耗,从而可以根据每个历史订单的收益和消耗计算每个历史订单的收益消耗比,进而可以将同一个用户群中所有历史订单的收益消耗比的平均值作为该用户群的收益消耗比。
另外,还可以根据商户的位置和用户群的位置,计算商户与用户群之间的距离。其中,用户群是具有一定形状和面积的区域,在计算上述的距离时,可以是计算商户与用户群所占区域的最远距离、最近距离或者与用户群的中心点之间的距离,具体采用哪种距离可以设置。
可以理解的是,上述步骤可以作为数据准备和预处理流程,在调整配送范围之前完成。
在得到以上数据的基础上,可以进行商户配送范围调整。
本实施例中,调整策略包括以下三种:
(1)将收益消耗比过低的用户群(以下用POI表示)从商户的配送范围中删除;
(2)提升商户到部分远距离POI的配送费;
(3)扩大部分商户的配送范围至覆盖周围活跃POI。
上述调控策略中,可以在商户的原始配送范围内,确定待删除的POI和待提高配送费的POI,在商户的原始配送范围外,确定待扩大配送范围以覆盖的POI。
相应的,参见图2,在S22之后可以执行S23-S25,和/或,执行S26-S28。
S23:获取当前商户的原始配送范围,在所述用户群中选择属于原始配送范围的用户群,得到选择后的用户群。
其中,可以根据每个POI的位置以及商户的原始配送范围,确定属于原 始配送范围的POI。
S24:根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,计算每个选择后的用户群的收益消耗比,以及,根据当前商户的位置和每个选择后的用户群的位置,计算当前商户与每个选择后的用户群之间的距离。
如上所示,在获取每个历史订单的收益和消耗后,可以计算出每个历史订单的收益消耗比,之后,可以将归类到一个POI的所有历史订单的收益消耗比的平均值作为该POI的收益消耗比。
另外,可以根据商户的位置与POI的最远边界点、最近边界点或中心点(选择哪个点可以预先设置,下同)的位置,计算商户与POI之间的距离。
S25:根据所述收益消耗比和所述距离,在所述选择后的用户群中确定待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群。
一些实施例中,通过订单分析,可以发现对部分商户来说,有一些POI的平均收益消耗比过低,也就是指平均来说,从该商户送到这些POI的订单,给平台带来的收益不及消耗多,每一单都会带来一定程度的亏损。我们拟从这些低收益POI中删除靠近商户配送边界的区域,这样对商户原本配送范围的改动最少,而且对用户带来的影响也最小。
具体的,参见图3,确定待删除的用户群的流程可以包括:
S31:根据所述收益消耗比,在所述选择后的用户群中,确定收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群。
例如,在计算出属于当前商户的原始配送范围的每个POI的收益消耗比后,可以判断其是否小于预设比值,如果不是则结束,否则执行后续流程。
S32:判断收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群是否在所述原始配送范围的边界附近,若是,执行S33,否则,执行S34。
其中,参见图4,判断一个POI是否在一个商户的配送范围的边界附近的流程可以包括:
S41:计算该POI与该商户之间的距离,得到商户与POI之间的距离,并判断该距离是否大于预设距离,若是,执行S42,否则执行S42。
其中,可以根据POI的位置与商户的位置,计算商户与POI之间的距离。
S42:在配送范围中选择与该POI距离最近的点作为边界点,并计算该商户与该边界点之间的距离。
其中,配送范围的边界由一系列的点组成,通过计算配送范围的边界的每个点与POI之间的距离,可以确定与POI距离最近的点。
在得到上述的边界点后,可以根据该边界点的位置与该商户的位置,可以得到该商户与该边界点的距离。
S43:计算所述商户与用户群间的距离与所述商户与边界点间的距离的比值,并判断该比值是否大于预设值,若是,执行S44,否则,执行S45。
在得到上述的两个距离后,可以计算上述两个距离之间的比值。
S44:确定该POI在该商户的配送范围的边界附近。
例如,参见图5,如果第一距离/第二距离大于预设值,此时的POI在商户的配送范围的边界附近。
S45:结束。
其中,当商户与POI之间的距离小于预设距离时,表明商户与POI之间的距离不是很大,因此,可以认为POI不是处于商户的配送范围的边界附近。例如,参见图6,如果第一距离小于预设距离时,此时的POI不是处于商户的配送范围的边界附近。
或者,
如果上述的两个距离的比值小于预设值,也可以认为POI不是处于商户的配送范围的边界附近。
S33:将所述收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群确定为待删除的用户群。
例如,如图5所示,如果上述的收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群是图5的POI,当前商户是图5所示的商户,当前商户的原始配送范围是图5所示的商户的配送范围,则可以将图5所示的POI确定为是当前商户的待删除的用户群。
S34:结束。
一些实施例中,根据实际的业务分析,绝大多数的订单配送距离都处在某一范围内(比如k公里以内)。超过k公里的订单会同时影响用户的等餐体验和送餐员的送餐体验。
具体的,参见图7,确定待提高配送费的用户群的流程可以包括:
S71:根据每个选择后的用户群的位置与当前商户的位置,计算每个选择后的用户群与当前商户之间的距离,并判断该距离是否大于预设距离,若是,执行S72,否则,执行S73。
S72:计算对应的用户群的收益消耗比,并判断该收益消耗比是否小于预设比值,若是,执行S74,否则,执行S73。
例如,对应一个选择后的POI,该POI与当前商户之间的距离大于预设距离时,则计算该POI的收益消耗比。
其中,POI与商户之间的距离的计算方式,以及每个POI的收益消耗比的计算方式可以参见上述相关描述,在此不再详细说明。
S73:结束。
如果收益消耗比大于预设比值,则表明盈利状态尚可,可以暂时不做处理。
S74:将对应的用户群确定为待提高配送费的用户群。
例如,上述的一个选择后的POI,该POI与当前商户之间的距离大于预设距离,且该POI的收益消耗比小于预设比值,则可以将该POI确定为待提高配送费的POI。
进一步的,该方法还可以包括:
S75:提高对应的用户群的配送费,在提高对应的用户群的配送费后,经过预设时间后,判断该用户群的收益消耗比是否小于预设比值,若是,执行S76,否则执行S77。
其中,配送费的提高幅度应该根据经验等合理提高,具体的,可以设置提高幅度与订单金额的比值小于阈值。
在提高配送费后,可以再次计算该POI的收益消耗比,以得到收益消耗 比的变化情况。
S76:将该用户群确定为待删除的用户群。
S77:保持提高后的配送费。
当提高配送费后收益消耗比还可以,则可以保持该配送费。
S26:根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中确定活跃用户群。
其中,可以根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数量,计算每个用户群的日均单量;将日均单量大于预设值的用户群,确定为活跃用户群。
例如,通过对每个POI的每天的历史订单数量进行统计,得到每天的历史订单的数量,再根据预设时间段内每天的历史订单的数量计算平均值,得到日均单量。
S27:获取当前商户的原始配送范围。
S28:如果所述活跃用户群不属于所述原始配送范围,且满足适宜扩大范围的预设条件时,将所述活跃用户群确定为待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群。
具体的,参见图8,确定通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群的流程可以包括:
S81:根据归类到POI的历史订单的数据,在POI中确定活跃POI。
例如,统计归类到每个POI的历史订单的数量,计算出相应的POI的日均单量,将日均单量大于阈值的POI确定为活跃POI。
S82:判断该活跃POI是否在当前商户的原始配送范围内,若是,执行S86,否则,执行S83。
S83:计算该活跃POI与当前商户之间的距离,并判断该距离是否在预设距离内,若是,执行S84,否则执行S86。
S84:判断该活跃POI内是否存在与当前商户同品牌的商户,若是,执行S86,否则,执行S85。
其中,同一个品牌可以在不同区域分别设置不同的商户,例如连锁分店。
S85:将该POI确定为待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的POI。
S86:结束。
本实施例中,通过统计历史订单数据,基于分析各商户的配送行为,分析不同种类的订单对物流平台的价值,合理的减少低收益订单的产生,适当提高某些类型的订单的配送费,尝试扩大部分商户的配送范围使其覆盖潜在的高收益区,以求提高物流平台的资源利用率和收益转化率。同时也为用户带来更好的点餐体验、为送餐员带来更好的送餐体验、为商户带来更实惠的经济收益。
图9是本申请一个实施例提出的商户配送范围的调整装置的结构示意图。参见图9,该装置90包括:获取模块91、确定模块92和展现模块93。
获取模块91,用于获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中;
确定模块92,用于根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群;
展现模块93,用于将所述待调整的用户群展现给所述当前商户,以使所述当前商户根据所述待调整的用户群调整商户配送范围。
一些实施例中,所述待调整的用户群包括:待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群,参见图10,所述确定模块92包括:
第一单元921,用于获取当前商户的原始配送范围,在所述用户群中选择属于原始配送范围的用户群,得到选择后的用户群;
第二单元922,用于根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,计算每个选择后的用户群的收益消耗比,以及,根据当前商户的位置和每个选择后的用户群的位置,计算当前商户与每个选择后的用户群之间的距离;
第三单元923,用于根据所述收益消耗比和所述距离,在所述选择后的用户群中确定待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群。
可选的,所述第三单元923具体用于:
根据所述收益消耗比,在所述选择后的用户群中,确定收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群;
判断收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群是否在所述原始配送范围的边界附近;
如果是,将所述收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群确定为待删除的用户群。
可选的,所述第三单元923用于判断收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群是否在所述原始配送范围的边界附近,包括:
计算收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群与所述当前商户之间的距离,得到商户与用户群间的距离;
如果所述用户群与商户间的距离大于预设距离,在所述原始配送范围中选择与所述收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群距离最近的点作为边界点,并计算所述当前商户与所述边界点之间的距离,得到商户与边界点间的距离;
计算所述商户与用户群间的距离与所述商户与边界点间的距离的比值,如果所述比值大于预设值,确定收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群在所述原始配送范围的边界附近。
一些实施例中,所述第三单元923具体用于:
根据每个选择后的用户群的位置与当前商户的位置,计算每个选择后的用户群与当前商户之间的距离;
如果所述距离大于预设距离,计算对应的用户群的收益消耗比;
如果所述收益消耗比小于预设比值,将所述对应的用户群确定为待提高配送费的用户群。
可选的,所述第三单元923还用于:
在提高对应的用户群的配送费后,经过预设时间后,如果所述收益消耗比还小于预设比值,将所述对应的用户群确定为待删除的用户群。
一些实施例中,所述待调整的用户群包括:待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群,所述确定模块92具体用于:
根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中确定活跃用户群;
获取当前商户的原始配送范围;
如果所述活跃用户群不属于所述原始配送范围,且满足适宜扩大范围的预设条件时,将所述活跃用户群确定为待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群。
可选的,所述确定模块92用于根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中确定活跃用户群,包括:
根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数量,计算每个用户群的日均单量;
将日均单量大于预设值的用户群,确定为活跃用户群。
可选的,所述确定模块92还用于:
在所述活跃用户群不属于所述原始配送范围后,计算活跃用户群与当前商户之间的距离;
如果所述距离在预设距离内,判断所述活跃用户群内是否存在与所述当前商户同品牌的商户;
如果不存在,确定所述活跃用户群满足适宜扩大范围的预设条件。
可以理解的是,本实施例与上述的方法实施例对应,具体内容可以参见方法实施例中的相关描述,在此不再详细说明。

在一个可能的设计中,商户配送范围的调整装置还可采用如图11所示的结构实现。如图11所示,商户配送范围的调整装置的结构中包括处理器110和存储器120,所述存储器120用于存储支持的商户配送范围的调整装置执行上述方法实施例中提供的商户配送范围的调整方法的程序,所述处理器110被配置为用于执行所述存储器中存储的程序。
所述程序包括一条或多条计算机指令,其中,所述一条或多条计算机指令供所述处理器调用执行。
存储器120作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的商户 配送范围的调整方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图9所示的获取模块91、确定模块92和展现模块93)。处理器110通过运行存储在存储器120中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行电子设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例的商户配送范围的调整方法。

本申请实施例提供了一种计算机存储介质,用于存储商户配送范围的调整装置所用的计算机软件指令,其包含用于执行上述方法实施例中商户配送范围的调整方法为商户配送范围的调整装置所涉及的程序。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种商户配送范围的调整方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中;
    根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群;
    将所述待调整的用户群展现给所述当前商户,以使所述当前商户根据所述待调整的用户群调整商户配送范围。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待调整的用户群包括:待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群,所述根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群,包括:
    获取当前商户的原始配送范围,在所述用户群中选择属于原始配送范围的用户群,得到选择后的用户群;
    根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,计算每个选择后的用户群的收益消耗比,以及,根据当前商户的位置和每个选择后的用户群的位置,计算当前商户与每个选择后的用户群之间的距离;
    根据所述收益消耗比和所述距离,在所述选择后的用户群中确定待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述收益消耗比和所述距离,在所述选择后的用户群中确定待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群,包括:
    根据所述收益消耗比,在所述选择后的用户群中,确定收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群;
    判断收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群是否在所述原始配送范围的边界附近;
    如果是,将所述收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群确定为待删除的用户群。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群是否在所述原始配送范围的边界附近,包括:
    计算收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群与所述当前商户之间的距离,得到商户与用户群间的距离;
    如果所述用户群与商户间的距离大于预设距离,在所述原始配送范围中选择与所述收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群距离最近的点作为边界点,并计算所述当前商户与所述边界点之间的距离,得到商户与边界点间的距离;
    计算所述商户与用户群间的距离与所述商户与边界点间的距离的比值,如果所述比值大于预设值,确定收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群在所述原始配送范围的边界附近。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述收益消耗比和所述距离,在所述选择后的用户群中确定待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群,包括:
    根据每个选择后的用户群的位置与当前商户的位置,计算每个选择后的用户群与当前商户之间的距离;
    如果所述距离大于预设距离,计算对应的用户群的收益消耗比;
    如果所述收益消耗比小于预设比值,将所述对应的用户群确定为待提高配送费的用户群。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在提高对应的用户群的配送费后,经过预设时间后,如果所述收益消耗比还小于预设比值,将所述对应的用户群确定为待删除的用户群。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待调整的用户群包括:待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群,所述根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整 的用户群,包括:
    根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中确定活跃用户群;
    获取当前商户的原始配送范围;
    如果所述活跃用户群不属于所述原始配送范围,且满足适宜扩大范围的预设条件时,将所述活跃用户群确定为待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中确定活跃用户群,包括:
    根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数量,计算每个用户群的日均单量;
    将日均单量大于预设值的用户群,确定为活跃用户群。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述活跃用户群不属于所述原始配送范围后,计算活跃用户群与当前商户之间的距离;
    如果所述距离在预设距离内,判断所述活跃用户群内是否存在与所述当前商户同品牌的商户;
    如果不存在,确定所述活跃用户群满足适宜扩大范围的预设条件。
  10. 一种商户配送范围的调整装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中;
    确定模块,用于根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群;
    展现模块,用于将所述待调整的用户群展现给所述当前商户,以使所述当前商户根据所述待调整的用户群调整商户配送范围。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待调整的用户群包括:待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群,所述确定模块包括:
    第一单元,用于获取当前商户的原始配送范围,在所述用户群中选择 属于原始配送范围的用户群,得到选择后的用户群;
    第二单元,用于根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,计算每个选择后的用户群的收益消耗比,以及,根据当前商户的位置和每个选择后的用户群的位置,计算当前商户与每个选择后的用户群之间的距离;
    第三单元,用于根据所述收益消耗比和所述距离,在所述选择后的用户群中确定待删除的用户群或者待提高配送费的用户群。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三单元具体用于:
    根据所述收益消耗比,在所述选择后的用户群中,确定收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群;
    判断收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群是否在所述原始配送范围的边界附近;
    如果是,将所述收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群确定为待删除的用户群。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三单元用于判断收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群是否在所述原始配送范围的边界附近,包括:
    计算收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群与所述当前商户之间的距离,得到商户与用户群间的距离;
    如果所述用户群与商户间的距离大于预设距离,在所述原始配送范围中选择与所述收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群距离最近的点作为边界点,并计算所述当前商户与所述边界点之间的距离,得到商户与边界点间的距离;
    计算所述商户与用户群间的距离与所述商户与边界点间的距离的比值,如果所述比值大于预设值,确定收益消耗比小于预设比值的用户群在所述原始配送范围的边界附近。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三单元具体用 于:
    根据每个选择后的用户群的位置与当前商户的位置,计算每个选择后的用户群与当前商户之间的距离;
    如果所述距离大于预设距离,计算对应的用户群的收益消耗比;
    如果所述收益消耗比小于预设比值,将所述对应的用户群确定为待提高配送费的用户群。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三单元还用于:
    在提高对应的用户群的配送费后,经过预设时间后,如果所述收益消耗比还小于预设比值,将所述对应的用户群确定为待删除的用户群。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待调整的用户群包括:待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群,所述确定模块具体用于:
    根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中确定活跃用户群;
    获取当前商户的原始配送范围;
    如果所述活跃用户群不属于所述原始配送范围,且满足适宜扩大范围的预设条件时,将所述活跃用户群确定为待通过扩大配送范围覆盖的用户群。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块用于根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中确定活跃用户群,包括:
    根据归类到用户群的历史订单的数量,计算每个用户群的日均单量;
    将日均单量大于预设值的用户群,确定为活跃用户群。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块还用于:
    在所述活跃用户群不属于所述原始配送范围后,计算活跃用户群与当前商户之间的距离;
    如果所述距离在预设距离内,判断所述活跃用户群内是否存在与所述当前商户同品牌的商户;
    如果不存在,确定所述活跃用户群满足适宜扩大范围的预设条件。
  19. 一种商户配送范围的调整装置,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器;其中,
    所述存储器用于存储一条或多条计算机指令,其中,所述一条或多条计算机指令供所述处理器调用执行;
    所述处理用于:获取预设时间段内的历史订单,根据所述历史订单中的数据划分用户群,并将每个历史订单归类到对应的用户群中;根据当前商户的信息和归类到用户群的历史订单的数据,在所述用户群中,确定对应当前商户的待调整的用户群;将所述待调整的用户群展现给所述当前商户,以使所述当前商户根据所述待调整的用户群调整商户配送范围。
