Abstract

一种稻秆制本色浆的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)将稻秆切成料段;(2)料段先送汽蒸仓预蒸,再送入连蒸器进行蒸煮,蒸煮时按料段重量计加入1.5~2%的氢氧化钾,1.2~1.5%的亚硫酸铵,1.2~1.5%的三聚磷酸钠;(3)蒸煮后的物料送双螺杆磨浆机进行搓摩分丝,得到本色浆。采用本方法,成浆效率高,浆得率可达到75~80%,2、纤维质量好,系统产生的废水b/c比值高,极易生化,可采用生物处理的办法,同传统化学制浆相比可节省成本1/3左右。

Description

稻秆制本色浆的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种稻秆制本色浆的方法。
背景技术
据国家统计局相关统计数据,2014年全国稻谷播种面积为3031万公顷,稻谷总产量为1.72亿吨,按照农作物产量与秸秆的估算法(1公斤稻谷约产1.1公斤秸秆)可知,我国每年约有1.89亿吨的稻谷秸秆,每年的储量极其丰富。
目前稻谷秸秆的处理的主要办法有:粉碎还田、就地焚烧、生物质发电、制浆造纸等。粉碎还田影响来年的播种,加重了病虫害;生物质发电由于受到运距的影响,超出运输半径运输成本成倍的增加,发电根本不赚钱;就地焚烧严重污染环境,已被国家明令禁止。
稻谷秸秆用于制浆造纸时,一般采用碱法制浆,产生的黑液难以生物处理,且浆得率低不到50%,纤维短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种稻秆制本色浆的方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
稻秆制本色浆的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将稻秆切成料段;
(2)料段先送汽蒸仓预蒸,再送入连蒸器进行蒸煮,蒸煮时按料段重量计加入1.5~2%的氢氧化钾,1.2~1.5%的亚硫酸铵,1.2~1.5%的三聚磷酸钠;
(3)蒸煮后的物料送双螺杆磨浆机进行搓摩分丝,得到本色浆。
进一步,步骤(1)的料段长30-40mm。
进一步,蒸煮料液比为1:5,温度为120~125℃,时间为55~60min。
进一步,蒸煮后的物料先螺旋脱水,再送双螺杆磨浆机进行搓摩分丝。
本发明的有益效果
1、成浆效率高,浆得率可达到75~80%。
2、纤维质量好,纤维平均长度达3.26um,长宽比值大。
3、系统产生的废水b/c比值高,可达到0.5左右,极易生化,水处理可采用生物处理的办法,为造纸零排放指明了方向。
4、工艺流程简单,制浆成本低。同传统化学制浆相比可节省成本1/3左右。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
1、将全植株稻谷杆,用切草机(厂家:章丘市托尼机械制造有限公司型号:QC50)切断成30~40mm长的料段,再用圆筒筛(厂家:章丘市托尼机械制造有限公司型号YTS800:)去除杂质和细屑后备用。
2、将备好的原料(料段)用皮带输送机(厂家:丹东奥美轻工机械有限公司型号:S650)送至汽蒸仓(厂家:型号:)进行预蒸(常压,时间1-10min),再经料塞螺旋(厂家:丹东奥美轻工机械有限公司型号:QZC25)输送至连蒸器(厂家:天津中轻机械有限公司型号:FD150)进行连续蒸煮,在蒸煮过程中按料段重量计加入1.5~2%的氢氧化钾、1.2~1.5%的亚硫酸铵和1.2~1.5%的三聚磷酸钠,料液比为1:5,温度为120~125℃, 时间为55~60min。
3、蒸煮好的物料送至螺旋脱水机(厂家:江苏金沃机械有限公司型号:TSL480)进行脱水,脱水后的物料进入双螺杆磨浆机(厂家:江苏金沃机械有限公司型号:TSP240)进行搓摩分丝,制得本色浆。
4、将本色浆送入高浓磨浆机(厂家:吉林市景皓机械制造有限公司型号:TDX1100)进行高浓打浆,磨后经4台挤浆机(厂家:丹东奥美轻工机械有限公司型号:AOM800)逆式洗涤后,进入浆池消遣,消遣后,浆经高浓除渣、筛选后上抄纸机。

Claims (5)

  1. 稻秆制本色浆的方法,包括如下步骤:
    (1)将稻秆切成料段;
    (2)料段先送汽蒸仓预蒸,再送入连蒸器进行蒸煮,蒸煮时按料段重量计加入1.5~2%的氢氧化钾,1.2~1.5%的亚硫酸铵,1.2~1.5%的三聚磷酸钠;
    (3)蒸煮后的物料送双螺杆磨浆机进行搓摩分丝,得到本色浆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述稻秆制本色浆的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)的料段长30-40mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述稻秆制本色浆的方法,其特征在于,蒸煮料液比为1:5,温度为120~125℃,时间为55~60min。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述稻秆制本色浆的方法,其特征在于,蒸煮后的物料先螺旋脱水,再送双螺杆磨浆机进行搓摩分丝。
  5. 依权利要求1-4任一所述方法制得的本色浆。
