现在大多数人往往在忙碌的同时忽略了自身的健康,很多人的身体状况处于亚健康的状态,以至于生病了也不知道病因是什么,目前,市场上有各种品牌的智能手环能够记录用户日常生活中的锻炼、睡眠、部分还有饮食等实时数据,起到通过数据指导健康生活的作用,但是,智能手环并没有结合用户所在环境数据以及用户自身数据对用户的健康做一个全方位提醒的功能。
如何结合用户所在环境数据和用户自身数据,提供一种全方位、方便快捷的 健康提醒方法给用户,以改善用户生活状况,是当前十分重要的研究方向。
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了健康提示方法、健康提醒方法及装置以解决上述的问题,以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本发明实施例的实施方式,藉此对本发明实施例如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
实施例一
图1为本发明实施例中健康提示方法的流程图,结合图1,本发明实施例提供一种健康提示方法,包括:
步骤S101:实时采集健康参数,健康参数包括环境参数和用户参数;
环境参数是指用户所在的外界的环境因素,包括用户所在环境的温度、湿度、噪声、光源及过敏原等等,用户参数是指用户自身的因素,包括用户的呼吸声、咳嗽声、叹息声、走动声、用户说话声音的响度、音调及其他用户自身发出的声音等等。
步骤S102:根据用户参数结合预设声学特征模型判断用户当前健康状况;
根据实时采集的健康参数中的用户参数结合预先设置的声学特征模型中的相应参数进行比对,判断用户当前的健康状况,例如,与声学特征模型对比判断实时采集的用户参数中包含咳嗽声,说明用户有可能处于生病状态。
步骤S103:当判断用户当前健康状况为生病时,查询预设周期内的环境参数和预设周期以前的环境参数;
判断用户处于生病状态时,查询预设周期内的环境参数和预设周期以前的环境参数,预设周期可以由用户自定义设置,也可以是系统默认设置,例如预设周期为3天,则当用户生病时,查询3天内和3天前的环境参数,需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所述的生病并不局限于医学中意义上的生病状态,还包括用户心理上感觉不舒服时的状态。
步骤S104:将预设周期内的环境参数与预设周期以前的环境参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的环境参数中的相似度小于预设相似度阈值的环境参数;
根据相似度对比,查找出预设周期内的环境参数与预设周期以前的环境参数变化大的环境参数,以便分析出用户生病是由于哪些环境参数变化引起的。
步骤S105:针对查找出的环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提示。
查找出预设周期内与预设周期以前变化大的环境参数,针对查找出的环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提醒,例如,环境参数中气温骤降,气温骤降可能是导致用户生病的原因,则提醒用户增加衣物,以便改善由于气温骤降带来的不适。简单来说就是当用户生病时,查找出用户近期的生活环境中与以往生活环境中的变化因素,导致用户生病的原因可能是由于近期环境因素变化,针对环境变化因素对用户进行提醒。
本发明实施例提供的健康提示方法,通过实时采集用户所在的环境数据和用户数据,通过用户数据判断用户若是生病时,查找出引起用户生病的环境数据,针对环境数据对用户进行健康提醒,以便改善用户生活状况,从而改善用户的健康状况,实时采集健康参数对用户生活环境及生活状况进行监测,根据用户不同的健康参数进行健康提醒,改善用户的健康状况,提高了用户的使用体验。
下面对本发明实施例提供的健康提示方法作进一步的详细介绍。
本发明实施例中,判断用户是否生病,需要通过用户参数结合预设声学特征模型进行判断,本发明实施例优选地,根据用户参数结合预设声学特征模型判断用户当前健康状况,之前还包括:建立声学特征模型,包括:采集用户参数,根据用户参数建立多个声学特征模型。
声学特征模型需要预先设置,预先采集大量的用户参数,包括采集用户的呼吸声、咳嗽声、叹息声、走动声及其他用户自身发出的声音等等,不同的声音具有不同的声学特征,根据声学特征加以区别各种声音,根据采集的多个用户参数建立声学特征模型,建立声学特征模型的目的用于后续对用户健康状况的判断,举例来说,根据均匀的呼吸声建立的声学特征模型可以判断用户处于睡眠状态,根据咳嗽声、叹息声建立的声学特征模型判断用户处于不舒服状态,走动声判断用户处于清醒状态,反复的翻身的声音可以判断用户处于失眠状态等,当然,判断用户处于何种状态并不只是仅仅根据一种声音进行判断,需要通过各种用户参数进行结合进行整体判断,此处不再赘述。
在判断用户当前健康状况时,本发明实施例优选地,根据用户参数结合预设 声学特征模型判断用户当前健康状况,进一步包括:将用户参数与声学特征模型进行对比,根据对比结果判断当前采集的用户参数中是否包含生病参数;若包含生病参数,确定用户当前健康状态为生病。
在预设声学特征模型中包含了多个参数,包括生病参数,生病参数是指当用户生病时发出的声音,例如咳嗽声,叹息声,失眠时反复翻身的声音等,当实时采集的用户参数与预设声学模型进行对比时,当前采集的用户参数中包含了生病参数,则可以判断用户当前的健康状况为生病。
另外,用户生病时,查找以往用户生病时的环境参数,根据以往用户生病时的环境参数查找出近期相似的环境参数,近期相似的环境参数可能是导致用户生病的原因,针对相似的环境参数对用户进行健康提醒。本发明实施例优选地,当判断用户当前健康状况为生病时,还包括:查询预设周期内的用户参数和预设周期以前的用户参数;
将预设周期内的用户参数与预设周期以前的用户参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期以前的用户参数中的相似度大于预设相似度阈值的用户参数;
根据查找出的用户参数查询预设周期以前的相应的环境参数,并将环境参数与预设周期内的环境参数进行相似度对比;
根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的环境参数与预设周期以前的环境参数中相似度大于相似度阈值的环境参数;
针对查找出的环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提醒。
具体举例来说,当判断用户生病时,查询预设周期3天内的用户参数和3天前的用户参数,二者进行相似度对比,查找出相似的用户参数,例如失眠,查询3天前用户失眠的环境参数,例如噪声过大,根据查询出的3天前的噪声过大,查询3天内的环境参数中是否有相似的环境参数噪声过大,如果有,说明3天内造成用户失眠的原因可能是噪声过大引起的,针对噪声过大,对用户进行关严门窗、戴上隔音耳机等健康提醒,简单来说就是,根据用户生病时的用户参数查找出以往用户生病时相似的用户参数,从而查询出以往引起生病的环境参数,再根据以往的环境参数查询出近期相似的环境参数,也就是查找出引起相似病症的相似的环境参数,再针对查找出的近期的环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提醒,当 然,本例只是用于介绍本发明实施例的进步性,并不作为本发明实施例的不当限定。
另外,由于用户自身的原因也会引起用户生病,在用户生病时,查找以往用户生病时的用户参数,根据以往用户生病时的用户参数查找出近期变化大的用户参数,近期变化大的用户参数可能是导致用户生病的原因,针对变化大的用户参数对用户进行健康提醒。
本发明实施例优选地,当判断用户当前健康状况为生病时,还包括:查询预设周期内的用户参数和预设周期以前的用户参数;
将预设周期内的用户参数与预设周期以前的用户参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的用户参数中的相似度小于预设相似度阈值的用户参数;
针对查找出的用户参数对用户进行相应的健康提醒。
具体举例来说,用户睡眠时间可以根据用户的睡眠时的声音进行判断,例如当有均匀的呼吸声时可以判断用户处于睡眠状态,当判断用户生病时,查询预设周期3天内和3天以前的用户参数,查询出3天内用户的睡眠时间延后,用户的睡眠时间不足,判断用户生病的原因可能是用户睡眠不足导致的,则提醒用户提前进行睡眠,增加睡眠时间,当然本例只是用于说明本发明实施例的进步性,并不作为本发明实施例的不当限定。

采集模块11,用于实时采集健康参数,健康参数包括环境参数和用户参数;

本发明实施例提供的健康提示装置,通过实时采集用户所在的环境数据和用户数据,通过用户数据判断用户若是生病时,查找出引起用户生病的环境数据,针对环境数据对用户进行健康提醒,对用户生活环境及生活状况进行监测,根据用户不同的健康参数进行健康提醒,改善用户的健康状况,提高了用户的使用体验。

首先通过采集用户数据,包括采集用户的呼吸声、咳嗽声、用户说话声音的响度音调等,建立不同的声学特征模型;
实时采集健康参数,包括采集环境参数和用户参数,环境参数包括用户所在的温度、湿度、环境噪声、过敏原、光源等,用户参数包括用户的呼吸声、咳嗽声、用户说话声音的响度音调等;
健康参数中的用户参数结合声学特征模型,判断用户健康状况;
当检测到用户数据中包括了生病参数,包括连续咳嗽声等,判断用户处于生病状态;
查询预设周期内(3天)的环境参数和预设周期以前(3天前)的环境参数,查找出相似度小于相似度阈值的环境参数(环境参数变化大),例如气温骤降等;

根据查询出的睡眠时间不同,例如3天内的睡眠时间延后或者睡眠时间不足等,分析此时用户生病可能是因为用户推迟了睡眠时间;
根据查找出的3天内的睡眠时间,对用户进行提前睡眠时间或者增加睡眠时间的健康提醒。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的健康提示方法及装置,通过实时采集用户所在的环境数据和用户数据,通过用户数据判断用户若是生病时,查找出引起用户生病的环境数据,针对环境数据对用户进行健康提醒,以便改善用户生活状况,从而改善用户的健康状况,解决了现有技术中无法结合用户所在环境数据和用户数据对用户进行健康提醒的技术缺陷,根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案,对用户生活环境及生活状况进行监测,根据用户不同的健康参数进行健康提醒,改善用户的健康状况,提高了用户的使用体验。

  1. 一种健康提示方法,其特征在于,应用于电子设备,包括:
    实时采集健康参数,所述健康参数包括环境参数和用户参数;
    根据所述用户参数结合预设声学特征模型判断用户当前健康状况;
    当判断所述用户当前健康状况为生病时,查询预设周期内的所述环境参数和预设周期以前的所述环境参数;
    将预设周期内的所述环境参数与预设周期以前的所述环境参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的所述环境参数中的相似度小于预设相似度阈值的所述环境参数;
    针对查找出的所述环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述用户参数结合预设声学特征模型判断用户当前健康状况,之前还包括:建立所述声学特征模型,包括:采集所述用户参数,根据所述用户参数建立多个所述声学特征模型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述用户参数结合预设声学特征模型判断用户当前健康状况,进一步包括:
    将所述用户参数与所述声学特征模型进行对比,根据对比结果判断当前采集的所述用户参数中是否包含生病参数;
    若包含所述生病参数,确定用户当前健康状态为生病。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当判断所述用户当前健康状况为生病时,还包括:查询预设周期内的所述用户参数和预设周期以前的所述用户参数;
    将预设周期内的所述用户参数与预设周期以前的所述用户参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期以前的所述用户参数中的相似度大于预设相似度阈值的所述用户参数;
    根据查找出的所述用户参数查询预设周期以前的相应的所述环境参数,并将所述环境参数与预设周期内的环境参数进行相似度对比;
    根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的所述环境参数与预设周期以前的所 述环境参数中相似度大于相似度阈值的所述环境参数;
    针对查找出的所述环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提示。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当判断所述用户当前健康状况为生病时,还包括:查询预设周期内的所述用户参数和预设周期以前的所述用户参数;
    将预设周期内的所述用户参数与预设周期以前的所述用户参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的所述用户参数中的相似度小于预设相似度阈值的所述用户参数;
    针对查找出的所述用户参数对用户进行相应的健康提示。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述环境参数包括:用户所在环境的温度、湿度、噪声、光源以及过敏原;
    所述用户参数包括:用户的呼吸声、咳嗽声、叹息声、走动声、用户说话声音的响度、音调。
  7. 一种健康提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    采集模块,用于实时采集健康参数,所述健康参数包括环境参数和用户参数;
    判断模块,用于根据所述用户参数结合预设声学特征模型判断用户当前健康状况;
    查询模块,用于当判断所述用户当前健康状况为生病时,查询预设周期内的所述环境参数和预设周期以前的所述环境参数;
    对比模块,用于将预设周期内的所述环境参数与预设周期以前的所述环境参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的所述环境参数中的相似度小于预设相似度阈值的所述环境参数;
    提示模块,用于针对查找出的所述环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:建立模块,用于建立所述声学特征模型,包括:采集所述用户参数,根据所述用户参数建立多个所述声学特征模型。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块,进一步用于:
    将所述用户参数与所述声学特征模型进行对比,根据对比结果判断当前采集的所述用户参数中是否包含生病参数;
    若包含所述生病参数,确定用户当前健康状态为生病。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述查询模块,还用于:查询预设周期内的所述用户参数和预设周期以前的所述用户参数;
    所述对比模块,还用于将预设周期内的所述用户参数与预设周期以前的所述用户参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期以前的所述用户参数中的相似度大于预设相似度阈值的所述用户参数,
    根据查找出的所述用户参数查询预设周期以前的相应的所述环境参数,并将所述环境参数与预设周期内的环境参数进行相似度对比,
    根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的所述环境参数与预设周期以前的所述环境参数中相似度大于相似度阈值的所述环境参数;
    所述提示模块,还用于针对查找出的所述环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提示。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述查询模块,还用于:查询预设周期内的所述用户参数和预设周期以前的所述用户参数;
    所述对比模块,还用于将预设周期内的所述用户参数与预设周期以前的所述用户参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的所述用户参数中的相似度小于预设相似度阈值的所述用户参数;
    所述提示模块,还用于针对查找出的所述用户参数对用户进行相应的健康提示。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环境参数包括:用户所在环境的温度、湿度、噪声、光源以及过敏原;
    所述用户参数包括:用户的呼吸声、咳嗽声、叹息声、走动声、用户说话声音的响度、音调。
  13. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机 可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-6所述的方法。
  14. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    实时采集健康参数,所述健康参数包括环境参数和用户参数;
    根据所述用户参数结合预设声学特征模型判断用户当前健康状况;
    当判断所述用户当前健康状况为生病时,查询预设周期内的所述环境参数和预设周期以前的所述环境参数;
    将预设周期内的所述环境参数与预设周期以前的所述环境参数进行相似度对比,根据对比结果查找出预设周期内的所述环境参数中的相似度小于预设相似度阈值的所述环境参数;
    针对查找出的所述环境参数对用户进行相应的健康提示。
  15. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法。
