本发明涉及移动终端控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端音乐播放的控制方法、系统及移动终端。
背景技术
随着智能硬件技术的高速发展和成熟,移动终端比如智能手机、智能手表、智能手环等设备开始进入人们的工作和生活。
现有移动终端通常都内置音乐应用APP,移动终端对于音乐播放控制通常需要手动触摸应用虚拟按键以对播放、暂停、上一首、下一首等进行简单控制,并不能自动地识别当前用户运动状态、和播放适合当前运动状态或当前播放音乐类似的音乐,导致音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果较差,进而影响移动终端控制的用户体验。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供一种移动终端音乐播放的控制方法、系统及移动终端,解决现有移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果较差的技术问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供一种移动终端音乐播放的控制方法,包括:获取移动终端用户当前的运动状态;调取获取的移动终端用户当前的运动状态预先对应匹配的音频片段;将调取的音频片段进行拼接处理;以及播放拼接处理的音频片段。
优选的,所述移动终端音乐播放的控制方法,还包括:设置移动终端用户不同运动状态对应的音频变化曲线;以及将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与设置的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段。
优选的,所述将调取的音频片段进行拼接处理,包括:分析调取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级;根据分析的预设偏好优先级对调取的音频片段从高到低进行排序;以及根据排序拼接调取的音频片段。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,提供一种移动终端音乐播放的控制方法,包括:分析移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线;将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与分析的移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与当前播放音乐匹配的音频片段;将匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理;以及播放拼接处理的音频片段。
优选的,所述将匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理,包括:分析匹配获取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级;根据分析的预设偏好优先级对匹配获取的音频片段从高到低进行排序;以及根据排序拼接匹配获取的音频片段。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,提供一种移动终端音乐播放的控制系统,包括:运动状态获取模块,用于获取移动终端用户当前的运动状态;音频片段调取模块,用于调取所述运动状态获取模块获取的移动终端用户当前的运动状态预先对应匹配的音频片段;音频片段拼接模块,用于将所述音频片段调取模块调取的音频片段进行拼接处理;以及播放模块,用于播放所述音频片段拼接模块拼接处理的音频片段。
优选的,所述移动终端音乐播放的控制系统还包括设置模块,所述设置模块包括:音频变化曲线设置单元,用于设置移动终端用户不同运动状态对应的音频变化曲线;以及音频片段匹配获取单元,将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与所述音频变化曲线设置单元设置的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段。
优选的,所述音频片段拼接模块,包括:偏好优先级分析单元,用于分析所述音频片段调取模块调取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级;音频片段排序单元,用于根据所述偏好优先级分析单元分析的预设偏好优先级对所述音频片段调取模块调取的音频片段从高到低进行排序;以及拼接单元,用于根据所述音频片段排序单元的排序拼接调取的音频片段。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,提供一种移动终端音乐播放的控制系统,包括:音频分析模块,用于分析移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线;音频片段匹配获取模块,用于将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与所述音频分析模块分析的移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与当前播放音乐匹配的音频片段;音频片段拼接模块,用于将所述音频片段匹配获取模块匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理;以及播放模块,用于播放所述音频片段拼接模块拼接处理的音频片段。

步骤S101:获取移动终端用户当前的运动状态。
在本发明中,所述移动终端可以是任意类型的便携式智能电子设备,比如智能手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能手环、智能眼镜、智能戒指等。所述移动终端包括智能芯片、存储器和触摸屏,所述智能芯片内置智能操作系统比如Android系统或IOS系统,可安装和运行实现多种应用功能的应用程序APP,比如电话、相机、音乐和视频等。所述存储器可存储系统文件和用户数据,比如音乐和视频文件。所述触摸屏设置在所述移动终端的正面,用于显示系统和应用界面以及触摸操作。
在本实施例中,当用户想通过所述移动终端播放音乐时,可触摸启动音乐应用,通过移动终端内置的陀螺仪和加速度传感器采集当前移动终端的角速度、角加速度和加速度等实时运动数据,分析实时运动数据和实时运动数据的变化规律,将其与预设的运动状态判断模型的判断参数进行匹配,以判断获取移动终端用户当前的运动状态,比如步行运动状态和跑步运动状态。

在本实施例中,可根据移动终端用户的偏好和音乐音频的变化规律,根据不同运动状态设置对应的音频变化曲线。比如,移动终端用户在步行运动状态通常偏好收听高低 音变化幅度、频率中等的舒缓音乐,可设置步行运动状态对应高低音变化幅度、频率中等、较为平缓音频变化曲线,移动终端用户在跑步运动状态通常偏好收听高低音变化幅度、频率较大的快节奏音乐,可设置跑步运动状态对应高低音变化幅度、频率较大、较为快节奏的音频变化曲线。
步骤S202:将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与设置的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段。
在设置好移动终端用户不同运动状态对应的音频变化曲线后,将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据的各个音频片段与设置的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,当发现有音乐的音频片段与设置的音频变化曲线的相似度超过预设匹配阈值时,判定所述音乐片段匹配所述音频变化曲线,这样就将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据分解成与不同运动状态匹配对应的音频片段,并记录不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段的匹配数据,比如可记录匹配数据格式为:音乐文件名称-音频片段时间/音频片段地址-匹配运动状态,通过检索所述记录的匹配数据,可快速准确地获取与不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段。
在本实施例中,在获取到移动终端用户当前的运动状态后,可在预先记录的匹配数据中检索获取的运动状态,即可获取到所有与获取的当前运动状态对应匹配的音频片段的音乐文件名称、音频片段时间/音频片段地址,方便快捷、自动个性化地获取到与当前运动状态对应匹配的音乐片段,用户无需手动选择或切换到适合的音乐,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和工作效率,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。
步骤S103:将调取的音频片段进行拼接处理。
在调取到与当前运动状态对应匹配的音频片段后,根据音频曲线相近规则进行拼接处理。参见图3,所述将调取的音频片段进行拼接处理,包括:

在本实施例中,在对调取的音频片段进行拼接处理时,首先分析调取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级,然后根据分析的预设偏好优先级对调取的音频片段从高到低进行排序,最后根据排序拼接调取的音频片段,根据用户对不同音乐的偏好程度,将用户偏好程度较高的音乐对应的音频片段拼接在靠前的位置优先播放,将用户偏好程度较低的音乐对应的音频片段拼接在靠后的位置播放,自动智能地优先拼接和播放用户偏好 的音乐的音频片段,同时音频片段的自然拼接可产生丰富和变化的音乐效果,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果。
步骤S104:播放拼接处理的音频片段。
在对调取的音频片段进行拼接处理后,控制播放拼接处理的音频片段的音频文件,根据当前移动终端用户的运动状态,从移动终端所有音乐中调取与当前运动状态匹配的适合的音频片段,并对调取的音频片段进行拼接和播放,自动向移动终端用户播放适合当前运动状态的音频片段,而无需用户手动选择播放或切换适合的音乐,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。

在本实施例中,当移动终端正在播放音乐时,分析移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线,比如高低音变化幅度、频率中等、较为平缓音频变化曲线,或高低音变化幅度、频率较大、较为快节奏的音频变化曲线。
步骤S402:将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与分析的移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与当前播放音乐匹配的音频片段。

在本实施例中,在对匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理时,首先分析匹配获取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级,然后根据分析的预设偏好优先级对匹配获取的音频片段从高到低进行排序,最后根据排序拼接匹配获取的音频片段,根据用户对不同音乐的偏好程度,将用户偏好程度较高的音乐对应的音频片段拼接在靠前的位置优先播放,将用户偏好程度较低的音乐对应的音频片段拼接在靠后的位置播放,自动智能地优先拼接和播放用户偏好的音乐的音频片段,同时类似音频片段的自然拼接可产生丰富和变化的音乐效果,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果。
步骤S404:播放拼接处理的音频片段。

在本实施例中,所述音频变化曲线设置单元451可根据移动终端用户的偏好和音乐音频的变化规律,根据不同运动状态设置对应的音频变化曲线。比如,移动终端用户在步行运动状态通常偏好收听高低音变化幅度、频率中等的舒缓音乐,所述音频变化曲线设置单元451可设置步行运动状态对应高低音变化幅度、频率中等、较为平缓音频变化曲线,移动终端用户在跑步运动状态通常偏好收听高低音变化幅度、频率较大的快节奏音乐,所述音频变化曲线设置单元451可设置跑步运动状态对应高低音变化幅度、频率较大、较为快节奏的音频变化曲线。
在所述音频变化曲线设置单元451设置好移动终端用户不同运动状态对应的音频变化曲线后,所述音频片段匹配获取单元452将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据的各个音频片段与所述音频变化曲线设置单元451设置的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,当发现有音乐的音频片段与所述音频变化曲线设置单元451设置的音频变化曲线的相似度超过预设匹配阈值时,判定所述音乐片段匹配所述音频变化曲线,所述音频片段匹配获取单元452就将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据分解成与不同运动状态匹配对应的音频片段,并记录不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段的匹配数据,比如可记录匹配数据格式为:音乐文 件名称-音频片段时间/音频片段地址-匹配运动状态,通过检索所述记录的匹配数据,可快速准确地获取与不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段。
在本实施例中,在所述运动状态获取模块10获取到移动终端用户当前的运动状态后,所述音频片段调取模块20可在所述设置模块45预先记录的匹配数据中检索获取的运动状态,即可获取到所有与所述运动状态获取模块10获取的当前运动状态对应匹配的音频片段的音乐文件名称、音频片段时间/音频片段地址,方便快捷、自动个性化地获取到与当前运动状态对应匹配的音乐片段,用户无需手动选择或切换到适合的音乐,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和工作效率,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。
在所述音频片段调取模块20调取到与当前运动状态对应匹配的音频片段后,所述音频片段拼接模块30根据音频曲线相近规则进行拼接处理。参见图7,所述音频片段拼接模块30,包括偏好优先级分析单元301、音频片段排序单元302和拼接单元303。
在本实施例中,在所述音频片段拼接模块30对所述音频片段调取模块20调取的音频片段进行拼接处理时,所述偏好优先级分析单元301首先分析所述音频片段调取模块20调取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级,所述音频片段排序单元302根据所述偏好优先级分析单元301分析的预设偏好优先级对调取的音频片段从高到低进行排序,所述拼接单元303根据所述音频片段排序单元302的排序拼接所述音频片段调取模块20调取的音频片段,根据用户对不同音乐的偏好程度,将用户偏好程度较高的音乐对应的音频片段拼接在靠前的位置优先播放,将用户偏好程度较低的音乐对应的音频片段拼接在靠后的位置播放,自动智能地优先拼接和播放用户偏好的音乐的音频片段,同时音频片段的自然拼接可产生丰富和变化的音乐效果,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果。
在所述音频片段拼接模块30对所述音频片段调取模块20进行拼接处理后,所述播放模块40控制播放所述音频片段拼接模块30拼接处理的音频片段的音频文件,根据当前移动终端用户的运动状态,从移动终端所有音乐中调取与当前运动状态匹配的适合的音频片段,并对调取的音频片段进行拼接和播放,自动向移动终端用户播放适合当前运动状态的音频片段,而无需用户手动选择播放或切换适合的音乐,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。
在本实施例的移动终端音乐播放的控制系统100中,运动状态获取模块10获取移动终端用户当前的运动状态,音频片段调取模块20调取运动状态获取模块10获取的移动终端 用户当前的运动状态预先对应匹配的音频片段,音频片段拼接模块30和播放模块40将音频片段调取模块20调取的音频片段进行拼接处理和播放,根据当前移动终端用户的运动状态从移动终端所有音乐中调取与当前运动状态匹配的适合的音频片段并进行拼接和播放,自动向移动终端用户播放适合当前运动状态的音频片段,并通过音频片段拼接产生丰富和变化的音乐效果,而无需用户手动选择播放或切换适合的音乐,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。
图8为本发明另一个实施例中移动终端音乐播放的控制系统的结构示意图。如图所示,所述移动终端音乐播放的控制系统100,包括音频分析模块70、音频片段匹配获取模块80、音频片段拼接模块90和播放模块95。
在本实施例中,当移动终端正在播放音乐时,所述音频分析模块70分析移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线,比如高低音变化幅度、频率中等、较为平缓音频变化曲线,或高低音变化幅度、频率较大、较为快节奏的音频变化曲线。
所述音频片段匹配获取模块80将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据的各个音频片段与所述音频分析模块70分析的移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,当发现有音乐的音频片段与所述音频分析模块70分析的当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线的相似度超过预设匹配阈值时,判定所述音乐片段匹配当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线,自动将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据分解成与当前播放音乐匹配的音频片段,方便快捷地获取到当前播放音乐类似的音频片段以进行播放,无需用户手动查找和播放与当前播放音乐类似的音乐片段,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和工作效率,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。
在本实施例中,在所述音频片段拼接模块90对所述音频片段匹配获取模块80匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理时,首先分析匹配获取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级,然后根据分析的预设偏好优先级对匹配获取的音频片段从高到低进行排序,最后根据排序拼接匹配获取的音频片段,根据用户对不同音乐的偏好程度将用户偏好程度较高的音乐对应的音频片段拼接在靠前的位置优先播放,将用户偏好程度较低的音乐对应的音频片段拼接在靠后的位置播放,自动智能地优先拼接和播放用户偏好的音乐的音频片段,同时类似音频片段的自然拼接可产生丰富和变化的音乐效果,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果。
在所述音频片段拼接模块90对所述音频片段匹配获取模块80匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理后,所述播放模块95控制播放所述音频片段拼接模块90拼接处理的音频片段 的音频文件,根据移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线,从移动终端所有音乐中获取与当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线匹配的音频片段,并对获取的音频片段进行拼接和播放,自动向移动终端用户播放当前播放音乐类似的音频片段,而无需用户手动选择播放或切换类似的音乐,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。
在本实施例的移动终端音乐播放的控制系统100中,音频分析模块70分析移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线,音频片段匹配获取模块80将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与音频分析模块70分析的当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配以获取与当前播放音乐匹配的音频片段,音频片段拼接模块90和播放模块95将音频片段匹配获取模块80匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理和播放,根据移动终端当前播放的音乐从移动终端所有音乐中获取与当前播放音乐匹配的音频片段并进行拼接和播放,自动向移动终端用户播放当前播放音乐类似的拼接音频片段,通过类似音频片段拼接产生丰富和变化的音乐效果,而无需用户手动选择查找和播放类似的音乐,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。
图9为本发明又一个实施例中移动终端的结构示意图。如图所示,所述移动终端200包括上述实施例中所述的移动终端音乐播放的控制系统100,根据当前移动终端用户的运动状态或当前播放的音乐,自动向移动终端用户播放适合当前运动状态或当前播放音乐类似的音频片段,并通过音频片段拼接产生丰富和变化的音乐效果,而无需用户手动选择播放或切换音乐,提高了移动终端音乐播放控制的便捷性、智能性、趣味性和音乐效果,提升了移动终端控制的用户体验。
应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端音乐播放的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取移动终端用户当前的运动状态;
    调取获取的移动终端用户当前的运动状态预先对应匹配的音频片段;
    将调取的音频片段进行拼接处理;以及
    播放拼接处理的音频片段。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端音乐播放的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    设置移动终端用户不同运动状态对应的音频变化曲线;以及
    将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与设置的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端音乐播放的控制方法,其特征在于,所述将调取的音频片段进行拼接处理,包括:
    分析调取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级;
    根据分析的预设偏好优先级对调取的音频片段从高到低进行排序;以及
    根据排序拼接调取的音频片段。
  4. 一种移动终端音乐播放的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    分析移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线;
    将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与分析的移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与当前播放音乐匹配的音频片段;
    将匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理;以及
    播放拼接处理的音频片段。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端音乐播放的控制方法,其特征在于,所述将匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理,包括:
    分析匹配获取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级;
    根据分析的预设偏好优先级对匹配获取的音频片段从高到低进行排序;以及
    根据排序拼接匹配获取的音频片段。
  6. 一种移动终端音乐播放的控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
    运动状态获取模块,用于获取移动终端用户当前的运动状态;
    音频片段调取模块,用于调取所述运动状态获取模块获取的移动终端用户当前的运动状态预先对应匹配的音频片段;
    音频片段拼接模块,用于将所述音频片段调取模块调取的音频片段进行拼接处理;以及
    播放模块,用于播放所述音频片段拼接模块拼接处理的音频片段。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端音乐播放的控制系统,其特征在于,还包括设置模块,所述设置模块包括:
    音频变化曲线设置单元,用于设置移动终端用户不同运动状态对应的音频变化曲线;以及
    音频片段匹配获取单元,将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与所述音频变化曲线设置单元设置的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与不同运动状态对应匹配的音频片段。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端音乐播放的控制系统,其特征在于,所述音频片段拼接模块,包括:
    偏好优先级分析单元,用于分析所述音频片段调取模块调取的音频片段所属音乐的预设偏好优先级;
    音频片段排序单元,用于根据所述偏好优先级分析单元分析的预设偏好优先级对所述音频片段调取模块调取的音频片段从高到低进行排序;以及
    拼接单元,用于根据所述音频片段排序单元的排序拼接调取的音频片段。
  9. 一种移动终端音乐播放的控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
    音频分析模块,用于分析移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线;
    音频片段匹配获取模块,用于将移动终端内所有音乐的音频数据与所述音频分析模块分析的移动终端当前播放音乐的音频变化曲线进行相似度匹配,以获取与当前播放音乐匹配的音频片段;
    音频片段拼接模块,用于将所述音频片段匹配获取模块匹配获取的音频片段进行拼接处理;以及
    播放模块,用于播放所述音频片段拼接模块拼接处理的音频片段。
  10. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括如权利要求6至8任一项或如权利要求9所述的移动终端音乐播放的控制系统。
