终端网管系统通过北向接口与电信运营商的业务支持系统/运营支持系统(Business Support System/Operation Support System,简称为BSS/OSS)进行对接,通过网管的北向接口系统开通业务,如上网业务,语音业务,互联网电视(Internet Protocol Television,简称为IPTV)业务等为用户提供业务服务。运营商的BSS/OSS系统通过业务开通接口向终端网管系统发送一条soup报文,消息包含了业务操作(如:开通业务,修改业务和注销业务)和一系列的业务参数,我们将这样的soup报文消息称之为工单。终端网管服务器上的自动配置(Auto Configuration on Server,简称为ACS)和用户设备基于TR069协议进行交互,把运营商业务开通系统下发的工单参数设置到设备上。
终端网管系统为用户提供的业务服务有时需要和设备的物理端口或无线服务集标识(Service Set Identifier,简称为SSID)进行绑定,如IPTV业务开通需要和终端设备的局域网(Local Area Network,简称为LAN)口进行绑定桥接,表明在哪个端口IPTV业务可用。运营商在为终端设备开通IPTV业务时,会根据用户需求首先开通某些端口的IPTV业务来满足用户目前需求。随着用户业务需求增加,原来的端口业务已经不能满足当前需要,所以需要追加新的端口来适应。相关技术中目前通常的做法是需要把原来IPTV的相关所有业务参数全部下发来进行业务修改,图1是相关技术中加装IPTV业务的方法流程图,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,BSS/OSS下发新装IPTV业务参数。
步骤S102,终端网管接收北向接口工单并在设备上进行业务开通。

通过上述的方法,运营商就需要把原来给用户开通IPTV业务的所有参数通过资源系统查询出来,联合新开通的端口参数重新下发业务,增加了运营商的运维成本。
针对相关技术中对业务的加装运营商需要查询原来给用户新装业务的所有相关业务参数,并合并下发加装参数进行业务加装处理导致运营商的运维成本高的问题,还未提出有效的解决方案。

通过本发明实施例,采用接收用于开通业务的工单,其中,所述工单中携带有所述业务的参数信息;根据所述参数信息判断所述业务是否为已开通业务;在判断结果为所述业务是已开通业务的情况下,对所述工单进行业务加装或业务变更处理,解决了相关技术中对业务的修改需要营运商将所有相关业务参数全部进行查询并下发以进行业务新装处理,从而导致营运商的运维成本高的问题,对于已开通业务,通过加装或变更处理,降低了运营商的运维成本。

本发明的实施方式
下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本发明实施例提供了一种工单处理方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的工单处理方法的流程图,如图2所示,包括步骤S201-S203:
步骤S201,接收用于开通业务的工单,其中,该工单中携带有该业务的参数信息,该参数信息至少包括:业务模式和向设备下发的业务参数。
步骤S202,根据该业务模式判断该业务是否为已开通业务。
步骤S203,在判断结果为所述业务是已开通业务的情况下,对该工单进行业务加装或业务变更处理。
通过上述步骤,接收用于开通业务的工单,其中,该工单中携带有该业务的参数信息,该参数信息至少包括:业务模式和向设备下发的业务参数;根据该参数信息判断该业务是否为已开通业务;在判断结果为所述业务是已开通业务的情况下,对该工单进行业务加装或业务变更处理,解决了相关技术中对业务的修改需要将所有相关业务参数全部下发进行业务新装处理导致营运商的运维成本高的问题,对于已开通业务,通过加装或变更处理,降低了运营商的运维成本。
可选地,该参数信息还包括:与设备绑定的用户标识、与设备绑定的绑定帐号、业务代码、业务模式、向设备下发的业务参数。
可选地,根据上述的业务模式判断出不是已开通过的业务,对该工单进行业务新装处理,在该业务模式为新装处理的情况下,BSS/OSS向终端网管 下发的业务参数为业务新装参数,对该工单进行业务新装处理可以包括:BSS/OSS将该业务新装参数下发给终端网管,终端网管把所述新装参数下发给用户设备进行新装处理,其中,该业务新装参数包括:虚拟局域网标识、业务类型、连接模式、绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码。
在一个可选的实施例中,在该业务模式为加装处理的情况下,向用户设备下发的业务参数为业务加装参数,其中,业务加装参数包括:绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码。
对该工单进行业务加装处理可以包括:BSS/OSS将业务加装参数下发给终端网管,终端网管获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,将该业务新装参数与该业务加装参数合并之后下发给用户设备进行业务加装处理,其中,该业务新装参数包括:虚拟局域网标识、业务类型、连接模式、绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码。在该实施例中,终端网管系统首先获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,并将该业务新装参数与该业务加装参数叠加之后下发给运营商,避免了运营商在进行加装处理时运营商自己进行已有业务新装参数的查询与下发,降低了运营商的运维成本。
在该业务模式为变更处理的情况下,向用户设备下发的业务参数为业务变更参数。
对该工单进行业务变更处理可以包括:BSS/OSS将业务变更参数下发给终端网管,终端网管获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,将该业务变更参数与该业务新装参数重叠的部分替换之后下发给用户设备进行业务变更处理。即终端网管系统获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,并获取该业务新装参数与业务变更参数中相互重叠的参数标志位,并将业务变更参数中该参数标志位的参数值直接下发给用户设备进行业务变更处理,以替换业务新装参数中该参数标志位出的参数值。
可选地,为了增加业务开通的安全性和可靠性,在接收用于开通业务的工单之后,还可以对该参数信息的合法性进行校验。
可选地,上述的参数信息还包括:与设备绑定的用户标识、与设备绑定的绑定帐号、业务代码。
本发明实施例还提供了一种工单处理装置,图3是根据本发明实施例的工单处理装置的框图,如图3所示,包括:接收模块31、判断模块32和处理模块33。
接收模块31,设置为接收用于开通业务的工单,其中,该工单中携带有该业务的参数信息,该参数信息至少包括:业务模式和向设备下发的业务参数。
判断模块32,设置为根据该业务模式判断该业务是否为已开通业务。
处理模块33,设置为在判断结果为所述业务是已开通业务的情况下,对该工单进行业务加装或业务变更处理。
所述处理模块33还设置为:在判断结果为所述业务不是已开通业务的情况下,对该工单进行业务新装处理。
可选地,在所述业务模式为新装处理的情况下,BSS/OSS向终端网管下发的业务参数为业务新装参数。
所述处理模块33对所述工单进行业务新装处理包括:令所述BSS/OSS将该业务新装参数下发给终端网管,令所述终端网管把所述新装参数下发给用户设备进行新装处理,其中,该业务新装参数包括:虚拟局域网标识、业务类型、连接模式、绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码。
可选地,在该业务模式为加装处理的情况下,BSS/OSS向终端网管下发的业务参数为业务加装参数,因此向用户设备下发的业务参数也为业务加装参数,其中,业务加装参数包括:绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码;在所述业务模式为变更处理的情况下,向设备下发的业务参数为业务变更参数。
所述处理模块33对所述工单进行业务加装处理包括:
令所述BSS/OSS将所述业务加装参数下发给所述终端网管,令所述终端网管获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,将该业务新装参数与该业务加装参数合并之后下发给用户设备进行业务加装处理,其中,该业务新装参数包括:虚拟局域网标识、业务类型、连接模式、绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码。
所述处理模块33对所述工单进行业务变更处理包括:
令所述BSS/OSS将所述业务变更参数下发给所述终端网管,令所述终端网管获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,将该业务变更参数与该业务新装参数重叠的部分替换之后下发给用户设备进行业务变更处理。
下面结合实例对本发明实施例进行说明。
本发明实施例在业务扩展的时候通过终端网管系统智能获取已开通的业务参数,以此来实现运营商下发工单业务的高效管理和维护的目的。
通过在终端网管系统侧对工单增加了一个预处理的模块,在该预处理模块中增加了业务新类型:加装业务,表明该业务是在原有业务开通基础上进行业务追加。其中,终端网管系统定义首次开通业务属于新装业务,追加设备的物理端口绑定的业务属于加装业务。本发明实施例模块针对加装业务处理,提供针对加装参数的校验,针对不同的错误情况给出不同的提示信息,以提醒下单系统及时修改。
当业务类型是加装时,如果工单历史记录中已存在成功开通过的工单,预处理模块需要获取用户设备同一业务成功下发的参数,合并运营商加装业务下发的端口相关的参数进行业务追加。如果工单历史记录中没有已开通的同一业务,提示业务工单开通系统先新装业务,再进行加装。如果工单历史记录中加装的端口参数已存在,提示业务工单开通系统该端口已经开通了业务。
本发明实施例可以应用于所有加装的业务,IPTV业务,上网业务等。针对上网业务,业务可以绑定物理LAN口,也可以绑定无线SSID,即针对上网业务,可以加装LAN口,也可以加装无线SSID,以达到扩展业务的需求。
通过上述的方法,运营商业务开通系统加装业务时不需要下发业务的其他参数,也就是说不需要运营商在其业务管理系统中查询出之前下发过的新装业务参数,只需要下发加装的端口参数即可,仍可保证加装业务成功下发,如此,把新装业务参数查询工作转移到我们的网管系统中来做,可以减轻运营商加装业务的压力,减少业务加装的步骤。
图4是根据本发明实施例的工单处理系统的结构框图,如图4所示,显 示了本发明实例所提供的智能处理加装工单的模块示意图。本实例中,所属系统架构包括:
BSS/OSS 41,位于运营商侧,是运营商的业务开通系统。可以进行业务工单的下发,包括新装业务,加装业务,修改业务和注销业务。
终端网管北向接口421,属于终端网管系统42,接收来自运营商BSS/OSS侧的业务工单信息。
终端网管业务工单预处理模块422,属于终端网管系统42,是在网管和终端设备进行交互设置相关业务参数之前的装置模块,设置为完成针对运营商下发的业务工单进行参数校验,如果是加装业务,进行参数合并。
终端网管业务工单执行模块423,属于终端网管系统42,设置为业务执行。
用户设备43,终端网管系统将运营商下发的业务参数设置到用户设备上进行业务开通。
下面以加装IPTV业务为例进行详细说明,图5是根据本发明实施例的加装IPTV业务方法的流程图,如图5所示,加装业务包括步骤S501-S506:
步骤S501,运营商通过业务开通系统下发IPTV业务开通工单。端口绑定在LAN2口上。Soup报文:

开通接口向终端网管发送一条soup报文,消息包含了业务操作(开通业务,变更业务,加装业务和注销业务)和一系列的业务参数,我们将这样的soup报文消息称之为工单。该报文的重要参数如下:
userid:和设备绑定的用户标识;
bindaccount:和设备绑定的绑定帐号;
servicecode:业务代码,如IPTV-Bridge说明该条业务是IPTV桥业务;
ordertype:业务模式,比如新装业务,变更业务,加装业务,注销业务等。本条报文中Z表明是新装业务;
parameters:下发的业务参数。本条报文的参数包括PVC_VlanID为虚拟局域网标识,ServiceList为业务类型,Mode为业务模式,ConnectType为连接模式,laninterface为绑定端口,Username为端口业务帐号,password为端口业务密码,本条IPTV的业务工单表明BSS/OSS系统下发了一条虚拟局域网标识为45,业务类型是IPTV并且绑定了设备的LAN2口,LAN2口的用户名和密码分别是iptv和test,连接模式为桥连接的IPTV业务。
步骤S502,终端网管北向接口系统接收到工单,进行参数合法性校验,如果参数校验通过则执行工单,把业务参数设置到设备上,设备成功在LAN2口上开通了IPTV业务。
步骤S503,运营商通过业务开通系统下发IPTV业务加装工单,端口加装在LAN3口上。Soup报文:

加装参数和开通参数相比,仅仅下发了LanInterface和加装端口的帐号Username和密码Password。报文参数显示了IPTV业务加装了LAN3口,LAN3口的业务帐号和密码。而业界目前的做法是运营商业务开通系统需要下发IPTV所有相关参数。
步骤S504,终端网管北向接口系统接收到工单,将其发送到工单预处理装置模块,检查该用户设备下已开通的业务参数,合并下发过的参数进行业务加装。如果设备未开通业务,提示用户进行业务新装。跳过步骤S505,结束流程。
步骤S505,终端网管系统把合并后的参数设置到用户设备上。设备成功加装了IPTV业务。
步骤S506,用户设备成功加装IPTV业务。
在工单处理的过程中,也可能会出现异常情况,图6是根据本发明实施例的加装IPTV业务处理异常的流程图,如图6所示,包括步骤S601-S603:
步骤S601,BSS/OSS下发IPTV加装工单。
步骤S602,终端网管北向接口接收工单。
步骤S603,终端网管预处理模块校验检查提示用户未开通IPTV业务,结束流程。
通过本发明实施例提供的上述方法,可以在保证加装业务BSS/OSS系统只需下发追加端口相关参数,仍然可以保证业务加装成功,并对加装参数进行检查校验,给下单系统错误提示以及时纠正,保证业务工单的成功下发和实施。
一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现所述的工单处理方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行, 在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例,采用接收用于开通业务的工单,其中,所述工单中携带有所述业务的参数信息;根据所述参数信息判断所述业务是否为已开通业务;在判断结果为所述业务是已开通业务的情况下,对所述工单进行业务加装或业务变更处理,解决了相关技术中对业务的修改需要营运商将所有相关业务参数全部进行查询并下发以进行业务新装处理,从而导致营运商的运维成本高的问题,对于已开通业务,通过加装或变更处理,降低了运营商的运维成本。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种工单处理方法,包括:
    接收用于开通业务的工单,其中,所述工单中携带有所述业务的参数信息,所述参数信息包括:业务模式和向设备下发的业务参数;
    根据所述业务模式判断所述业务是否为已开通业务;
    在判断结果为所述业务是已开通业务的情况下,对所述工单进行业务加装或业务变更处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工单处理方法,所述方法还包括:
    在判断结果为所述业务不是已开通业务的情况下,对所述工单进行业务新装处理。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的工单处理方法,其中,在所述业务模式为新装处理的情况下,业务支持系统/运营支持系统BSS/OSS向终端网管下发的业务参数为业务新装参数;
    所述对所述工单进行业务新装处理包括:
    所述BSS/OSS将所述业务新装参数下发给所述终端网管,所述终端网管把所述新装参数下发给用户设备进行新装处理,其中,所述业务新装参数包括:虚拟局域网标识、业务类型、连接模式、绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的工单处理方法,其中,
    在所述业务模式为加装处理的情况下,向用户设备下发的业务参数为业务加装参数,其中,所述业务加装参数包括:绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码;在所述业务模式为变更处理的情况下,向用户设备下发的业务参数为业务变更参数;
    所述对所述工单进行业务加装处理包括:
    所述BSS/OSS将所述业务加装参数下发给所述终端网管,所述终端网管获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,将所述业务新装参数与所述业务加装参数合并之后下发给用户设备进行业务加装处理,其中,所述业务新装参数包括: 虚拟局域网标识、业务类型、连接模式、绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码;
    所述对所述工单进行业务变更处理包括:
    所述BSS/OSS将所述业务变更参数下发给所述终端网管,所述终端网管获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,将所述业务变更参数与所述业务新装参数重叠的部分替换之后下发给用户设备进行业务变更处理。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的工单处理方法,所述方法还包括:在接收用于开通业务的工单之后,对所述参数信息的合法性进行校验。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的工单处理方法,其中,所述参数信息还包括:与设备绑定的用户标识、与设备绑定的绑定帐号、业务代码。
  7. 一种工单处理装置,包括:接收模块、判断模块和处理模块;
    所述接收模块,设置为接收用于开通业务的工单,其中,所述工单中携带有所述业务的参数信息,所述参数信息包括:业务模式和向设备下发的业务参数;
    所述判断模块,设置为根据所述业务模式判断所述业务是否为已开通业务;
    所述处理模块,设置为在判断结果为所述业务是已开通业务的情况下,对所述工单进行业务加装或业务变更处理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的工单处理装置,所述处理模块还设置为:
    在判断结果为所述业务不是已开通业务的情况下,对所述工单进行业务新装处理。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的工单处理装置,其中,在所述业务模式为新装处理的情况下,业务支持系统/运营支持系统BSS/OSS向终端网管下发的业务参数为业务新装参数;
    所述处理模块对所述工单进行业务新装处理包括:令所述BSS/OSS将所述业务新装参数下发给所述终端网管,令所述终端网管把所述新装参数下发给用户设备进行新装处理,其中,所述业务新装参数包括:虚拟局域网标识、业务类型、连接模式、绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的工单处理装置,其中,
    在所述业务模式为加装处理的情况下,向用户设备下发的业务参数为业务加装参数,其中,所述业务加装参数包括:绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码;在所述业务模式为变更处理的情况下,向设备下发的业务参数为业务变更参数;
    所述处理模块对所述工单进行业务加装处理包括:
    令所述BSS/OSS将所述业务加装参数下发给所述终端网管,令所述终端网管获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,将所述业务新装参数与所述业务加装参数合并之后下发给用户设备进行业务加装处理,其中,所述业务新装参数包括:虚拟局域网标识、业务类型、连接模式、绑定端口、端口业务帐号、端口业务密码;
    所述处理模块对所述工单进行业务变更处理包括:
    令所述BSS/OSS将所述业务变更参数下发给所述终端网管,令所述终端网管获取已开通业务的业务新装参数,将所述业务变更参数与所述业务新装参数重叠的部分替换之后下发给用户设备进行业务变更处理。
