图3显示了本发明的网络购物的统一结算的方法的再一优选实施例。如图3所示,在用户浏览购物网站的时候,如果打算在网站上购买虚拟商品,则选定了虚拟商品的属性信息。举例而言,对于电影票而言,其属性信息包括价格、数量、电影放映时间、具体的某家电影院等等。在步骤S31中,服 务器获取用户欲购买的虚拟商品的这些属性信息。在步骤S32中,服务器根据属性信息判断该虚拟产品是否存在相应的衍生产品。接下来,根据本发明的方法中,当用户选定了所购买的虚拟商品后,会将虚拟商品加入到购物车当中,则在步骤S33中,服务器会识别用户将虚拟商品加入到购物车的行为。由于虚拟商品可能会带有很多衍生产品,在电影票的商品介绍页面上可以显示有多个与该电影票相关的衍生产品,该衍生产品可以直接添加进购物车或者点击该衍生产品的链接进入产品介绍页后再添加进购物车。可选择地,可以在选择虚拟商品的场次、座位等属性信息之后或者之间,系统弹出了衍生产品的介绍信息,用户在步骤S34中可以此时点击衍生产品的链接或将其直接放入购物车。接下来,用户对购物车的虚拟商品及其衍生商品进行统一付费。在步骤S35中,服务器对该付费进行收取和结算,从而完成了虚拟商品和衍生商品的整个购买过程。
优选地,在该实施例中,可以根据所述属性信息来判断所述虚拟商品是否存在相对应的衍生产品;以及在用于出售所述虚拟商品的网页上显示所述衍生产品的信息。其中所述属性信息包括以下的一个或多个:所述虚拟商品所属的商户信息、名称、内容、数量、价格。所述衍生产品为食品、与所述电影的角色相对应的玩偶或者吉祥物中的至少一个。
优选地,在该实施例中,该包括:预先存储所述虚拟商品与相对应的衍生产品之间的对应关系;以及根据所述对应关系来判断所述虚拟商品是否存在相对应的衍生产品。
图4是根据本发明的在线购买虚拟商品的装置的示意图。其中购物网站的服务器100包括第一识别模块110,其识别用户将欲购买的虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;第二识别模块120,其识别用户将欲购买的实物商品添加到购物车的行为;以及结算模块140,其对用户统一支付的虚拟商品和实物商品的金额进行统一结算。
需要说明的是,第一识别模块110和第二识别模块120可以相同或者不相同,甚至可以是同一模块。
在图4所示的实施例的变型方案中,网络购物的统一结算的装置,包括:第一识别模块110,其识别用户将欲购买的第一虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;第二识别模块120,其识别用户将欲购买的第二虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;以及结算模块140,其对用户统一支付的第一和第二虚拟商品的金额进行统一结算。
优选地,服务器100还包括判断模块130,其根据虚拟商品的属性信息来判断所述虚拟商品是否存在相对应的衍生产品。
上述模块的工作方式已在实施例1-3中进行了详细描述,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,根据本发明的在线购买虚拟商品的方法,通过将购买的虚拟商品放入到购物车内随后进行结算,可以简化购物网站的商品结算系统,无需再为虚拟商品等虚拟商品的结算另开辟新的结算系统,大大节省了后台维护的工作人员的劳动力。其次,根据本发明的在线购买虚拟商品的方法,在购买虚拟商品的同时还可以选择与该虚拟商品相关联的衍生产品进行购买,大大增加了购物网站的运营收入,同时用户可以将虚拟商品及其衍生产品一同进行结算,便利了用户的购物。
图5是可实施根据本发明的网络购物的统一结算的方法的网络设备的结构框图。所述网络设备1100可以是具备计算能力的主机服务器、个人计算机PC、或者可携带的便携式计算机或终端等。本发明具体实施例并不对计算节点的具体实现做限定。
该网络设备1100包括处理器(processor)1110、通信接口(Communications Interface)1120、存储器(memory array)1130和总线1140。其中,处理器1110、通信接口1120、以及存储器1130通过总线1140完成相互间的通信。
通信接口1120用于与网元通信,其中网元包括例如虚拟机管理中心、共享存储等。
处理器1110用于执行程序。处理器1110可能是一个中央处理器CPU,或者是专用集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被 配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
存储器1130用于存放文件。存储器1130可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器1130也可以是存储器阵列。存储器1130还可能被分块,并且所述块可按一定的规则组合成虚拟卷。
在一种可能的实施方式中,上述程序可为包括计算机操作指令的程序代码。该程序可被配置为用于执行上述的网络购物的统一结算的方法。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
应当理解的是,在本发明的装置和/或方法中,各个步骤的执行可以按照说明书描写的顺序依次执行,但也可以彼此并行或独立的进行,只要达到了相同或等同的技术效果即可。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种网络购物的统一结算的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    第一识别步骤,其识别用户将欲购买的虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;
    第二识别步骤,其识别用户将欲购买的实物商品添加到购物车的行为;以及
    结算步骤,其对用户统一支付的虚拟商品和实物商品的金额进行统一结算。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述结算步骤之前,进一步识别将其它虚拟商品和/或实物商品添加到购物车的行为。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据所述虚拟商品的属性信息来判断所述虚拟商品是否存在相对应的衍生产品;以及
    在用于出售所述虚拟商品的网页上显示所述衍生产品的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属性信息包括所述虚拟商品所属的商户信息、名称、内容、数量、价格中的至少一个。
  5. 一种网络购物的统一结算的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    第一识别步骤,其识别用户将欲购买的第一虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;
    第二识别步骤,其识别用户将欲购买的第二虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;以及
    结算步骤,其对用户统一支付的第一和第二虚拟商品的金额进行统一结算。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的网络购物的统一结算的方法,其特征在于,在所述结算步骤之前,进一步识别将其它虚拟商品和/或实物商品添加到购物车的行为。
  7. 一种网络购物的统一结算的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一识别模块,其识别用户将欲购买的虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;
    第二识别模块,其识别用户将欲购买的实物商品添加到购物车的行为;以及
    结算模块,其对用户统一支付的虚拟商品和实物商品的金额进行统一结算。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的网络购物的统一结算的装置,其特征在于,还包括:判断模块,其根据虚拟商品的属性信息来判断所述虚拟商品是否存在相对应的衍生产品。
  9. 一种网络购物的统一结算的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一识别模块,其识别用户将欲购买的第一虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;
    第二识别模块,其识别用户将欲购买的第二虚拟商品添加到购物车的行为;以及
    结算模块,其对用户统一支付的第一和第二虚拟商品的金额进行统一结算。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的网络购物的统一结算的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括判断模块,其根据所述第一虚拟商品或第二虚拟商品的属性信息来判断所述第一虚拟商品或第二虚拟商品是否存在相对应的衍生产品。
  11. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、通信接口和处理器;
    所述存储器用于存储程序代码;
    所述处理器读取所述存储器中存储的程序代码,以执行如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的网络购物的统一结算的方法。
