Description

一种LED灯组、背光模组及显示设备
本申请要求在2016年03月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201620260977.1、实用新型名称为“一种LED灯组、背光模组及显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种LED灯组、背光模组及显示设备。
背景技术
显示设备的背光模组普遍采用发光二极管(light-emitting diode,简称LED)作为光源。根据光源的分布位置,背光模组可分为直下式和侧入式两种,其中,侧入式背光模组的主要结构包括:具有容置空间的背板,位于背板的容置空间内并顺序放置的反射片、导光板和光学膜片,位于导光板的入光端面与背板侧壁之间的LED灯组,以及位于光学膜片上方且与背板组配的胶框。
如图1所示,现有的LED灯组10包括:长条状的印刷电路板11、沿印刷电路板11的长边方向安装的多颗LED12以及位于印刷电路板11一端的接线端子13,由于接线端子13的尺寸占用空间较大,导光板20通常需要做切槽处理以为该接线端子预留出空间。
在实现本发明过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:背光模组的画面在接线端子所在的角落处存在暗区,从而影响到显示设备的光学品质;此外,目前的接线端子通常为塑料材质,通过粘胶固定在印刷电路板上,在显示设备进行振动跌落测试时,经常会因导光板撞击接线端子导致接线端子脱落,从而造成LED灯组线路接触不良,影响到显示品质。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种LED灯组、背光模组及显示设备,以改善背光模组的画面暗角现象,提升显示设备的显示品质。
本发明提供的LED灯组,包括印刷电路板、位于印刷电路板上并沿印刷电路板的长边方向排布的多颗LED,以及位于印刷电路板一端的接线端子,所述接线端子的表面具有白光光致发光涂层。
优选的,所述接线端子与导光板的入光端面相对的表面具有球面结构。
优选的,所述接线端子与导光板的入光端面相对的表面具有拱形结构。
可选的,所述拱形结构的拱顶线沿印刷电路板的长边方向设置。
可选的,所述拱形结构的拱顶线沿印刷电路板的短边方向设置。
优选的,所述白光光致发光涂层为稀土长余辉荧光体涂层。
较佳的,所述接线端子具有橡胶表层。
将本发明LED灯组应用于背光模组,由于接线端子的表面具有白光光致发光涂层,在LED光源的照射下,接线端子表面会发出均匀的白光,从而有效地改善了背光模组的画面暗角现象,提升了显示设备的显示品质。
本发明还提供了一种背光模组,包括导光板和根据前述任一技术方案所述的LED灯组,所述导光板具有避让所述接线端子的切槽。相比现有技术,该背光模组的画面暗角现象得以改善,从而提升了显示设备的显示品质。
优选的,所述接线端子与导光板的入光端面接触。
本发明还提供了一种显示设备,包括根据前述技术方案所述的背光模组。由于背光模组的画面暗角现象得以改善,因此,显示设备具有较佳的产品品质。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图2和3所示,本发明实施例提供的LED灯组30,包括印刷电路板31、位于印刷电路板31上并沿印刷电路板31的长边方向排布的多颗LED32,以及位于印刷电路板31一端的接线端子33,接线端子33的表面具有白光光致发光涂层。
采用本发明实施例的技术方案,由于接线端子33的表面具有白光光致发光涂层,在LED12光源的照射下,接线端子33表面会发出均匀的白光,从而有效地改善了背光模组的画面暗角现象,提升了显示设备的显示品质。
如图4所示,在本发明的一个优选实施例中,接线端子33与导光板的入光端面相对的表面具有球面结构。采用该技术方案,可以增加接线端子33的表面积,从而增大了接线端子33的光照范围,并且可以使接线端子发出的白光更好地照射到导光板的入光端面,因此进一步改善了背光模组的画面暗角现象,提升了显示设备的显示品质。
在本发明的另一个优选实施例中,接线端子与导光板的入光端面相对的表面具有拱形结构。如图3所示,拱形结构的拱顶线沿印刷电路板31的长边方向设置;或者,如图5所示,拱形结构的拱顶线沿印刷电路板31的短边方向设置。采用该技术方案,也可以增加接线端子33的表面积,从而增大了接线端子33的光照范围,并且可以使接线端子发出的白光更好地照射到导光板的入光端面,因此进一步改善了背光模组的画面暗角现象,提升了显示设备的显示品质。
此外,值得一提的是,拱形结构的具体形式不限,例如可以为抛物线形、圆弧形等。
优选的,白光光致发光涂层为稀土长余辉荧光体涂层。稀土长余辉荧光体的性质稳定,余辉延时较长,使用稀土长余辉荧光体涂层可以为显示设备提供更加稳定的光源,提高了显示设备的质量。
在本发明的优选实施例中,接线端子具有橡胶表层。采用该技术方案,当对显示设备进行振动跌落测试时,导光板对接线端子的撞击由于接线端子的橡胶表层而起到缓冲作用,因此接线端子能够较牢固的固定在印刷电路板上,使LED灯组线路连接更加可靠,提高了显示设备的质量。
如图2所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种背光模组,包括导光板20和前述任一技术方案的LED灯组30,导光板40具有避让接线端子33的切槽41。导光板40具有避让接线端子33的切槽41,可以使背光模组的结构更加紧凑,从而使LED灯组30发出的白光更好地照射到导光板的入光端面,提高了显示设备的光效。该背光模组的画面暗角现象得以改善,从而提升了显示设备的显示品质。
在本发明的优选实施例中,接线端子33与导光板40的入光端面接触。这样,可以使LED32与导光板40之间便于定位组装,并且能够减小导光板端面对LED的撞击,从而进一步提升显示设备的产品品质。
综上,相比现有技术,本发明实施例提供的背光模组的画面暗角现象得以改善,从而提升了显示设备的显示品质,进一步,提高了LED灯组的使用可靠性,提升了显示设备的产品品质。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示设备,包括根据前述技术方案的背光模组。由于背光模组的画面暗角现象得以改善,显示设备具有较佳的产品品质。显示设备的具体类型不限,例如可以为液晶电视、液晶显示屏等。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED灯组,其特征在于,包括印刷电路板、位于印刷电路板上并沿印刷电路板的长边方向排布的多颗LED,以及位于印刷电路板一端的接线端子,所述接线端子的表面具有白光光致发光涂层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯组,其特征在于,所述接线端子与导光板的入光端面相对的表面具有球面结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯组,其特征在于,所述接线端子与导光板的入光端面相对的表面具有拱形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯组,其特征在于,所述拱形结构的拱顶线沿印刷电路板的长边方向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯组,其特征在于,所述拱形结构的拱顶线沿印刷电路板的短边方向设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯组,其特征在于,所述白光光致发光涂层为稀土长余辉荧光体涂层。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的LED灯组,其特征在于,所述接线端子具有橡胶表层。
  8. 一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括导光板和根据权利要求1~7任一所述的LED灯组,所述导光板具有避让所述接线端子的切槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述接线端子与导光板的入光端面接触。
  10. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求8或9所述的背光模组。
