本发明实施例提供了一种视频信息的获取方法及装置,该方法包括:获取数据源的网页信息;解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息;将数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器。根据数据源的视频质量,预先为数据源配置好相对应的优先级别,虽然数据源的网页信息均被同时解析成视频信息,但是需要在数据源中确定出优先级别最高的数据源,从而找到视频质量最高的数据源,并优先将数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器。本发明实施例提供的方案可以在网络中抓取高质量的视频信息,并将高质量的视频信息推荐给用户,以更好的为用户推荐视频。

Description

一种视频信息的获取方法及装置
本申请要求于2016年03月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610183702.7、发明名称为“一种视频信息的获取方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,更具体的说,涉及视频信息的获取方法及装置。
背景技术
随着视频网站的视频数据量的激增,用户很难在视频网站上找到自己喜欢的视频。为了解决此问题,视频网站通常会在网络中抓取各种类型的视频,并根据用户的观看行为在视频网站的推荐列表中加入抓取来的视频,以使用户可以在视频网站的推荐列表中快速的找到自己喜爱的视频。
虽然利用上述常规的视频抓取方法可以获取到各种类型的视频,但是,由于网络中的视频数量太大,所以利用上述视频抓取方法通常会在网络中抓取到很多观看热度低、质量差和画质差的视频,从而使得视频网站无法为用户推荐高质量的视频,所以为用户推荐视频的效果不好。
因此,如何在网络中抓取到高质量的视频,并推荐给用户,成为目前亟须解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种视频信息的获取方法及装置,可以在网络中抓取高质量的视频信息,并将高质量的视频信息推荐给用户。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种视频信息的获取方法,包括:
获取数据源的网页信息,数据源均被预先配置有相应的优先级别;
解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息;
将数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器。
可选的,解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息的步骤包括:
在数据源的网页信息中提取数据源的视频信息,数据源的视频信息包括视频的标题、播放次数和发布者网页;
在视频的播放次数大于阈值时,将视频的发布者网页确定为补充数据源;
确定视频的播放次数对应的第一指定优先级别;
将第一指定优先级别确定为补充数据源的优先级别。
可选的,解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息的步骤之后,方法还包括:
判断数据源中是否存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息;
在数据源中存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,触发将数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器的步骤;
在数据源中不存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,在数据源中确定优先级别低于数据源一级的指定数据源,将指定数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中。
可选的,将数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器的步骤之后,方法还包括:
接收针对视频信息的反馈信息;
根据反馈信息重新确定视频信息对应的数据源的优先级别。
可选的,获取数据源的网页信息的步骤之前,方法还包括:
获取当前时间;
确定当前时间所处的时间段;
确定与时间段对应的数据源的第二指定优先级别;
将第二指定优先级别确定为数据源当前的优先级别。

第一获取模块,用于获取数据源的网页信息,数据源均被预先配置有相应的优先级别;
解析模块,用于解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息;
发送模块,用于将数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器。
可选的,解析模块包括:
提取子模块,用于在数据源的网页信息中提取数据源的视频信息,数据源的视频信息包括视频的标题、播放次数和发布者网页;
第一确定子模块,用于在视频的播放次数大于阈值时,将视频的发布者网页确定为补充数据源;
第二确定子模块,用于确定视频的播放次数对应的第一指定优先级别;
第三确定子模块,用于将第一指定优先级别确定为补充数据源的优先级别。
可选的,装置还包括:
判断模块,用于判断数据源中是否存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息;

与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的技术方案具有以下优点和特点:
在本发明实施例提供的方案中,根据数据源的视频质量,预先为数据源配置好相对应的优先级别,在获取到数据源的网页信息以后,便可以解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息。虽然数据源的网页信息均被同时解析成视频信息,但是需要在数据源中确定出优先级别最高的数据源,从而找到视频质量最高的数据源,并优先将视频质量最高的数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器,以使推荐服务器优先为用户推荐高质量的视频信息。因此,本发明实施例提供的方案可以在网络中抓取高质量的视频信息,并将高质量的视频信息推荐给用户,以更好的为用户推荐视频。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全 部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种视频信息的获取方法的流程图。本发明实施例提供的视频信息的获取方法可以在网络中抓取高质量的视频信息,并将高质量的视频信息推荐给用户,以更好的为用户推荐视频。该方法包括以下步骤。
步骤S11、获取数据源的网页信息,数据源均被预先配置有相应的优先级别。
本实施例提供的方法可以应用于服务器内,服务器可以为电脑等设备。
其中,数据源指的是视频网站的网页,数据源的网页信息包括网页的URL、元信息和页面内容等信息。服务器可以利用网络爬虫获取数据源的网页信息。
在服务器获取数据源的网页信息之前,需要预先配置数据源的优先级别。同一个优先级别可以有多个数据源,也可以仅有一个数据源。
例如,假设服务器需要获取3个数据源的网页信息,这3个数据源分别为数据源A、数据源B和数据源C,服务器需要根据这3个数据源的视频质量来决定优先级别。假设上述3个数据源的视频质量由高到低排序分别为数据源B、数据源A和数据源C,那么将数据源B确定为第一优先级,将数据源A确定为第二优先级,将数据源C确定为第三优先级。其中,数据源的视频质量主要包括数据源的视频画质、数据源的在线人数、数据源的评分和数据源的播放次数等因素。
服务器需要同时获取数据源的网页信息,然后将网页信息根据数据源的优先级别分别存储到对应的网页信息队列中,以便于服务器可以分别对不同优先级别的网页信息同时进行处理。
例如,假设服务器需要获取4个数据源的网页信息,这4个数据源分别为数据源D、数据源E、数据源F和数据源G,工作人员已经将数据源D和数据源E确定为第一优先级,将数据源F和数据源G确定为第二优先级。在服务器获取到数据源D和数据源E的网页信息时,会将数据源D和数据源E的网页信息存储到第一网页信息队列中;在服务器获取到数据源F和数据源G的网页信息时,会将数据源F和数据源G的网页信息存储到第二网页信息队列中。其中,第一网页信息队列为第一优先级,第二网页信息队列为第二优先级。
步骤S12、解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息。
其中,在服务器获取到数据源的网页信息以后,需要对网页信息进行解析, 以得到数据源的视频信息。上述解析数据源的网页信息的过程主要是对网页信息中的页面内容进行解析,即从页面内容的HTML代码中提取出视频标题、播放次数和发布者网页等视频信息。
服务器会同时解析数据源的网页信息,并得到数据源的视频信息,然后将视频信息根据数据源的优先级别分别存储到对应的视频信息队列中。
例如,服务器同时解析第一网页信息队列中数据源H的网页信息和第二网页信息队列中数据源I的网页信息,以得到数据源H的视频信息和数据源I的视频信息,并将数据源H的视频信息存储至第一视频信息队列中,将数据源I的视频信息存储至第二视频信息队列中。其中,第一视频信息队列为第一优先级,第二视频信息队列为第二优先级。
步骤S13、将数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器。
在服务器解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息以后,服务器需要在数据源中确定优先级别最高的数据源,以便于将所述数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中。
在推荐服务器接收到视频信息时便可以对该视频信息进行加工以生成视频推荐信息,如果存在与终端相匹配的视频推荐信息,那么推荐服务器便会将该视频推荐信息发送给终端,以使用户通过终端看到该视频推荐信息。
由于数据源中优先级别最高的数据源中的视频信息质量最高,所以服务器会将质量最高的数据源中的视频信息优先发送至推荐服务器,以使推荐服务器能够实时接收到质量最高的视频信息,从而提高推荐服务器推荐视频的能力。
在图1所示的实施例中,本发明实施例提供的服务器可以根据数据源的视频质量,预先为数据源配置好相对应的优先级别,在获取到数据源的网页信息以后,便可以解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息。虽然数据源的网页信息均被同时解析成视频信息,但是需要在数据源中确定出优先级别最高的数据源,从而找到视频质量最高的数据源,并优先将视频质量最高的数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器,以使推荐服务器优先为用户推荐高质量的视频信息。因此,本发明提供的方案可以在网络中抓取高质量的视频信息,并将高质量的视频信息推荐给用户,以更好的为用户推荐视频。
请参见图2所示,在本发明的另一些实施例中,步骤S12中解析数据源的网 页信息以得到数据源的视频信息的步骤还可以包括以下四个子步骤:
步骤S121、在数据源的网页信息中提取数据源的视频信息,视频信息包括视频的标题、播放次数和发布者网页。
步骤S122、在视频的播放次数大于阈值时,将视频的发布者网页确定为补充数据源。
步骤S123、确定视频的播放次数对应的第一指定优先级别。
步骤S124、将第一指定优先级别确定为补充数据源的优先级别。
其中,服务器可以在数据源的网页信息中提取出视频的标题、播放次数和发布者网页,如果视频的播放次数大于阈值,说明发布者提供的视频是优质视频,所以需要将该发布者网页确定为补充数据源,以增加优质数据源的数量,以使服务器可以在发布者网页中获取网页信息,从而更多的获取到优质的视频信息。服务器会预先设定好视频的播放次数与优先级别的对应关系,便可以根据该视频的播放次数来确定出该发布者网页对应的优先级别。
例如,假设服务器在数据源H中获取到网页信息,并在该网页信息中提取出视频信息,该视频信息包括视频的标题(篮球视频)、播放次数(4500)和发布者网页(www.xxx.com),假设预先将阈值设定为2000,在视频的播放次数达到2000-3000时,可以将该视频对应的发布者网页指定为第三优先级;在视频的播放次数达到3000-4000时,可以将该视频对应的发布者网页指定为第二优先级;在视频的播放次数达到4000-5000时,可以将该视频对应的发布者网页指定为第一优先级。服务器首先判断出该视频的播放次数大于阈值(2000),将发布者网页(www.xxx.com)确定为补充数据源。然后,服务器确定该视频的播放次数(4500)对应的优先级别为第一优先级,将发布者网页(www.xxx.com)的优先级别确定为第一优先级。
请参见图3所示,在本发明的另一些实施例中,在步骤S12以后,还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S14、判断数据源中是否存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息。在数据源中存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,触发步骤S13。在数据源中不存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,触发步骤S15。
步骤S15、在数据源中确定优先级别低于数据源一级的指定数据源,将指定 数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中。
其中,判断服务器数据源中是否存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息,如果存在,说明可以将优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中;如果不存在,说明当前未获取到数据源的视频信息,或者已经将数据源的全部视频信息发送至推荐服务器中,已经没有数据源的视频信息,为了持续的向推荐服务器发送视频信息,服务器可以在数据源中确定优先级别低于数据源一级的指定数据源,再将指定数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中,从而可以避免在某一段时间内没有视频信息发送到推荐服务器中。
例如,服务器会在数据源H和数据源I中确定优先级别最高的数据源,即数据源为数据源H,然后服务器会判断第一视频信息队列中是否存在数据源H的视频信息。如果服务器判断出第一视频信息队列中存在数据源的视频信息,那么服务器会第一视频信息队列中的数据源H的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中。如果服务器判断出第一视频信息队列中不存在数据源的视频信息,那么服务器会在数据源H和数据源I中确定优先级别低于数据源H一级的指定数据源,即指定数据源为数据源I,然后服务器会将数据源I的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中。
请参见图4所示,在本发明的另一些实施例中,在步骤S13以后,还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S16、接收针对视频信息的反馈信息;
步骤S17、根据反馈信息重新确定视频信息对应的数据源的优先级别。
其中,反馈信息可以为用户观看视频的概率。在服务器将数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中以后,推荐服务器会向终端推送这些视频信息。在终端接收到这些视频信息以后,终端便会显示出来,以推荐给用户。终端会记录下用户是否观看了这些视频信息对应的视频,并统计出用户观看视频的概率,再将这些用户观看视频的概率发送给服务器,以使服务器根据用户观看视频的概率重新确定数据源的优先级别。当然,反馈信息还可以为其他类型的信息,例如,反馈信息还可以为下载概率、评论次数或评分等信息。因此,服务器可以根据反馈信息来动态的调整数据源的优先级别,以使质量最好的数据源始终处于最高优先级别。
例如,假设服务器需要获取2个数据源的网页信息,这2个数据源分别为数据源H和数据源I,工作人员已经将数据源H确定为第一优先级,将数据源I确 定为第二优先级。在服务器接收到针对数据源H和数据源I的视频信息的用户观看视频的概率时,服务器会根据用户观看视频的概率重新确定数据源的优先级别。假设数据源H的视频信息的用户观看视频的概率为0.5,数据源I的视频信息的用户观看视频的概率为0.6,那么服务器会将数据源I的优先级别重新确定为第一优先级,将数据源H重新确定为第二优先级。
请参见图5所示,在本发明的另一些实施例中,在步骤S11以前,还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S18、获取当前时间;
步骤S19、确定当前时间所处的时间段;
步骤S20、确定与时间段对应的数据源的第二指定优先级别;
步骤S21、将第二指定优先级别确定为数据源当前的优先级别。
其中,由于每个数据源在不同的时间段提供的视频质量可能会不同,所以可以根据数据源在不同的时间段的视频质量来设定该数据源的优先级别,从而使得服务器可以根据不同的时间段来动态调整数据源的优先级别,以保证在任何时间段都可以获取到较优数据源的视频信息。
例如,假设服务器预先将一天的24小时划分了3个时间段,第一时间段为0点-8点,第二时间段为8点-16点,第三时间段为16点-0点。并且预先确定出在第一时间段内,数据源H的优先级别为第一优先级,数据源I的优先级别为第二优先级;在第二时间段内,数据源H的优先级别为第二优先级,数据源I的优先级别为第一优先级;在第三时间段内,数据源H的优先级别为第一优先级,数据源I的优先级别为第二优先级。假设服务器需要获取2个数据源的网页信息,这2个数据源分别为数据源H和数据源I,服务器会获取当前时间,假设当前时间为9点。然后,服务器会确定当前时间(9点)所处的时间段为第二时间段。其次,服务器会确定与第二时间段对应的数据源H的指定优先级别为第二优先级,服务器会确定与第二时间段对应的数据源I的指定优先级别为第一优先级;最后,服务器会将第二优先级确定为数据源H的优先级别,将第一优先级确定为数据源I的优先级别,从而使得服务器可以根据不同的时间段来动态调整数据源的优先级别。
图6为本发明实施例提供的一种视频信息的获取装置的示意图。参照图6, 该装置包括第一获取模块11、解析模块12、发送模块13,其中:
第一获取模块11,用于获取数据源的网页信息,数据源均被预先配置有相应的优先级别。
解析模块12,用于解析数据源的网页信息以得到数据源的视频信息。
发送模块13,用于将数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器。
可选的,本发明实施例提供的视频信息的获取装置还可以包括以下模块:判断模块,用于判断数据源中是否存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息。第一执行模块,用于在数据源中存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,触发发送模块。第二执行模块,用于在数据源中不存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,在数据源中确定优先级别低于数据源一级的指定数据源,将指定数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中。
可选的,本发明实施例提供的视频信息的获取装置还可以包括以下模块:接收模块,用于接收针对视频信息的反馈信息。第一确定模块,用于根据反馈信息重新确定视频信息对应的数据源的优先级别。
可选的,本发明实施例提供的视频信息的获取装置还可以包括以下模块:第二获取模块,用于获取当前时间。第二确定模块,用于确定当前时间所处的时间段。第三确定模块,用于确定与时间段对应的数据源的第二指定优先级别。第四确定模块,用于将第二指定优先级别确定为数据源当前的优先级别。
可选的,本发明实施例提供的解析模块12还可以包括以下子模块:提取子模块,用于在数据源的网页信息中提取数据源的视频信息,数据源的视频信息包括视频的标题、播放次数和发布者网页。第一确定子模块,用于在视频的播放次数大于阈值时,将视频的发布者网页确定为补充数据源。第二确定子模块,用于确定视频的播放次数对应的第一指定优先级别。第三确定子模块,用于将第一指定优先级别确定为补充数据源的优先级别。

    获取数据源的网页信息,所述数据源均被预先配置有相应的优先级别;
    解析所述数据源的网页信息以得到所述数据源的视频信息;
    将所述数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的视频信息的获取方法,其特征在于,所述解析所述数据源的网页信息以得到所述数据源的视频信息的步骤包括:
    在所述数据源的网页信息中提取所述数据源的视频信息,所述数据源的视频信息包括视频的标题、播放次数和发布者网页;
    在所述视频的播放次数大于所述阈值时,将所述视频的发布者网页确定为补充数据源;
    确定所述视频的播放次数对应的第一指定优先级别;
    将所述第一指定优先级别确定为所述补充数据源的优先级别。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的视频信息的获取方法,其特征在于,解析所述数据源的网页信息以得到所述数据源的视频信息的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述数据源中是否存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息;
    所述数据源中存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,触发所述将所述数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器的步骤;
    所述数据源中不存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,在所述数据源中确定优先级别低于所述数据源一级的指定数据源,将所述指定数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的视频信息的获取方法,其特征在于,所述将所述数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收针对所述视频信息的反馈信息;
    根据所述反馈信息重新确定所述视频信息对应的数据源的优先级别。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的视频信息的获取方法,其特征在于,所述获取数 据源的网页信息的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取当前时间;
    确定所述当前时间所处的时间段;
    确定与所述时间段对应的所述数据源的第二指定优先级别;
    将所述第二指定优先级别确定为所述数据源当前的优先级别。
  6. 一种视频信息的获取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取数据源的网页信息,所述数据源均被预先配置有相应的优先级别;
    解析模块,用于解析所述数据源的网页信息以得到所述数据源的视频信息;
    发送模块,用于将所述数据源中优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息发送给推荐服务器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的视频信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述解析模块包括:
    提取子模块,用于在所述数据源的网页信息中提取所述数据源的视频信息,所述数据源的视频信息包括视频的标题、播放次数和发布者网页;
    第一确定子模块,用于在所述视频的播放次数大于所述阈值时,将所述视频的发布者网页确定为补充数据源;
    第二确定子模块,用于确定所述视频的播放次数对应的第一指定优先级别;
    第三确定子模块,用于将所述第一指定优先级别确定为所述补充数据源的优先级别。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的视频信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断所述数据源中是否存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息;
    第一执行模块,用于在所述数据源中存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信息时,触发所述发送模块;
    第二执行模块,用于在所述数据源中不存在优先级别最高的数据源的视频信 息时,在所述数据源中确定优先级别低于所述数据源一级的指定数据源,将所述指定数据源的视频信息发送至推荐服务器中。

    接收模块,用于接收针对所述视频信息的反馈信息;
    第一确定模块,用于根据所述反馈信息重新确定所述视频信息对应的数据源的优先级别。

    第二获取模块,用于获取当前时间;
    第二确定模块,用于确定所述当前时间所处的时间段;
