随着大屏时代的发展,人们追求更大屏幕,更高的分辨率,更刺激的视觉效果,大屏幕的开发已经成为了行业的趋势。但随着屏幕尺寸增大,外形尺寸也会不断变大,便携度逐渐降低,这无疑影响了消费者使用的热情。特别是移动终端的便携体积限制和消费者对大屏的需求成为了一个矛盾体。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,急需改进。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种可折叠显示装置;以解决现有技术中的显示装置为了提高屏幕尺寸导致整体外形尺寸太大的技术问题。

第一铰接座,其设置于所述第一基板的背面上;
第二铰接座,其设置于所述第二基板的正面上;
旋转连杆,该旋转连杆的一端可沿着第一旋转面旋转地连接于该第一铰接座上,另一端可沿着第一旋转面旋转地连接于该第二铰接座上;
该旋转连杆旋转至折叠状态时,所述第一基板与所述第二基板平行且正对;该旋转连杆旋转至展开状态时,所述第一基板与所述第二基板共面且所述第一显示区域、可挠显示区域以及第二显示区域共面。

具体地,该限位机构包括设置于第一基板10的背面上的第一限位块81以及设置于第二基板20的正面上的第二限位块82;该第一限位块81位于第一铰接座70a的远离该第一端的一侧,第二限位块82位于该第二铰接座70b的远离该第二端的一侧;在折叠状态时,该第一限位块81以及第二限位块82分别与该旋转连杆50抵接,从而将该支撑杆50保持在倾斜状态,进而使得该可折叠显示装置处于折叠状态。进一步地,该第一限位块81以及第二限位块82均为斜劈,该第一限位块81以及第二限位块82的斜面均分别与该旋转连接抵接。可以理解地,该第一限位块81以及第二限位块82的斜面上均设置有弹性层,从而使得增加在折叠状态时的第一基板10的稳定性,具有防震的有益效果。
该限位机构还包括设置于第一基板10的背面上的第一限位槽83以及设置于第二基板20的正面的第二限位槽84;第一限位槽83位于该第一铰接座70a的靠近该第一端的一侧并贯穿至该第一端的端面,第二限位槽84位于第二铰接座70b的靠近该第二端的一侧并贯穿至该第二端的端面;展开状态时,该旋转连杆50的靠近其两端的部分分别收容于第一限位槽83以及第二限位槽84中。
优选地,在本实施例中,该第一铰接座70a、第二铰接座70b、旋转连杆50的数量均为两个并一一对应,因此,第一限位槽83、第二限位槽84、第一限位块81以及第二限位块82的数量均对应为两个。并且,该两个第一铰接座70a对称地设置在该第一基板10的靠近第一端部的两边沿上,该两个第二铰接座70b 对称地设置在该第二基板20的靠近第二端部的两边沿上。该两个旋转连杆相互平行,并且分别位于该可挠显示区域42的外侧。其具有提高该可折叠显示装置的稳定性的有益效果。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可折叠显示装置,其包括:
    第一基板;
    第二基板;
    柔性显示面板,其具有依次连接的第一显示区域、可挠显示区域以及第二显示区域,该第一显示区域覆盖于第一基板的正面,该第二显示区域覆盖于第二基板的正面;
    第一铰接座,其设置于所述第一基板的背面上;
    第二铰接座,其设置于所述第二基板的正面上;
    旋转连杆,该旋转连杆的一端可沿着第一旋转面旋转地连接于该第一铰接座上,另一端可沿着第一旋转面旋转地连接于该第二铰接座上;
    该旋转连杆旋转至折叠状态时,所述第一基板与所述第二基板平行且正对;该旋转连杆旋转至展开状态时,所述第一基板与所述第二基板共面且所述第一显示区域、可挠显示区域以及第二显示区域共面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,还包括设置于所述第二基板上的触控模块;当折叠状态时,所述触控模块与所述柔性显示面板的可挠显示区域接触从而控制该第一显示区域显示画面并熄灭第二显示区域以及可挠显示区域;当展开状态时,所述触控模块与所述可挠显示区域分离从而控制该第一显示区域、可挠显示区域以及第二显示区域显示画面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述触控模块包括设置于所述第二基板上的立板、设置于所述立板上的触控感应单元以及显示控制单元,所述显示控制单元分别与触控感应单元、第一显示区域、可挠显示区域以及第二显示区域通信连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,还包括设置于该第一基板以及第二基板上的限位机构,该限位机构用于将第一基板以及第二基板限制在展开状态或折叠状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,在展开状态下,该第一基板的第一端与该第二基板的第二端相邻并相对;所述第一铰接座临近所述第一端设置,所述第二铰接座临近所述第二端设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述限位机构包括设置于所述第一基板的背面上的第一限位块以及设置于所述第二基板的正面上的第二限位块;该第一限位块位于所述第一铰接座的远离该第一端的一侧,所述第二限位块位于该第二铰接座的远离该第二端的一侧;在折叠状态时,该第一限位块以及第二限位块分别与该旋转连杆抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一限位块以及第二限位块均为斜劈,所述第一限位块以及第二限位块的斜面分别用于在折叠状态时与所述旋转连杆抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一限位块以及第二限位块的斜面上均设置有弹性层。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述限位机构还包括设置于所述第一基板的背面上的第一限位槽以及设置于所述第二基板的正面的第二限位槽;所述第一限位槽位于所述第一铰接座的靠近该第一端的一侧并贯穿至该第一端,所述第二限位槽位于所述第二铰接座的靠近该第二端的一侧并贯穿至该第二端;展开状态时,所述旋转连杆的靠近其两端的部分分别收容于所述第一限位槽以及第二限位槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一基板以及第二基板均呈矩形板状。
  11. 一种可折叠显示装置,其包括:
    第一基板;
    第二基板;
    柔性显示面板,其具有依次连接的第一显示区域、可挠显示区域以及第二显示区域,该第一显示区域覆盖于第一基板的正面,该第二显示区域覆盖于第二基板的正面;
    第一铰接座,其设置于所述第一基板的背面上;
    第二铰接座,其设置于所述第二基板的正面上;
    旋转连杆,该旋转连杆的一端可沿着第一旋转面旋转地连接于该第一铰接座上,另一端可沿着第一旋转面旋转地连接于该第二铰接座上;
    该旋转连杆旋转至折叠状态时,所述第一基板与所述第二基板平行且正对;该旋转连杆旋转至展开状态时,所述第一基板与所述第二基板共面且所述第一显示区域、可挠显示区域以及第二显示区域共面;
    触控模块,其设置于所述第二基板上;当折叠状态时,所述触控模块与所述柔性显示面板的可挠显示区域接触从而控制该第一显示区域显示画面并熄灭第二显示区域以及可挠显示区域;当展开状态时,所述触控模块与所述可挠显示区域分离从而控制该第一显示区域、可挠显示区域以及第二显示区域显示画面;
    限位机构,其设置于该第一基板以及第二基板,该限位机构用于将第一基板以及第二基板限制在展开状态或折叠状态。
