主叫端向被叫端发起定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向被叫端发起语音呼叫请求,若被叫端接受该定位通话请求,被叫端则可以实时获取被叫端的位置信息并反馈给主叫端,主叫端在与被叫端通话的同时,在本地输出被叫端的位置信息,即使被叫端在移动,也无需用户手动输入目的地,并且在定位的同时,主被叫还可以进行语音通话,实现了方便快捷的指导用户寻找目的地。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在此部分,首先对本发明各个实施例均涉及到的概念进行说明。
本发明实施例所述的通信终端指的是能够支持长期演进系统(英文:Long Term Evolution,LTE)网络业务、第二代移动通信网络(2G,2nd generation)或第三代移动通信网络(3G,3nd generation)的通信终端。所述通信终端包括如移动电话(英文:cellphone),智能手机(英文:smartphone),计算机(英文:computer),平板电脑(英文:tablet computer),个人数码助理(英文:personal digital assistant,PDA),移动互联网设备(英文:mobile Internet device,MID),可穿戴设备等。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的一种定位通话方法的流程示意图。本发明实施例是从主叫端角度描述的。主叫端为发起定位通话请求的通信终端。如图1所示,所述方法包括:
S110,主叫端向被叫端发起定位通话请求。
主叫端可以提供定位通话入口,主叫端当接收到针对该定位通话入口的触发指令时,则向被叫端发起定位通话请求。所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语音呼叫请求。
应指出的是,主叫端向被叫端发起定位通话请求之前,所述主叫端和所述被叫端被设置为允许多个任务并发执行。以主叫端为例,主叫端在通话过程中允许其他语音播放;或者,主叫端在通话过程中允许调用第三方应用;或者,主叫端在通话过程中允许查阅资料;或者,主叫端在通话过程中允许显示内容;或者以上情况的组合等等。
可选的,所述语音呼叫请求可以为VoLTE(即基于IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IP多媒体子系统)的语音业务)的呼叫请求。
可选的,主叫端可以在拨号盘设置定位通话入口。当然,在其他可选实施例中,也可以通过现有的其他方式提供,本发明不限定。
S120,主叫端接收所述被叫端在接受所述定位通话请求后发送的位置信息。
若被叫端接受主叫端发送的定位通话请求,被叫端可实时获取其当前位置信息,并发送给主叫端,主叫端从而可以获取到被叫端的位置信息。
可选的,所述位置信息可以为经纬度坐标。
应指出的是,主叫端向被叫端发送定位通话后,被叫端在检测到定位通话请求时如何处理请参见图2所示的实施例,在此不再赘述。
S130,主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地输出所述位置信息。
在一些实施例中,所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,可以根据所述被叫端的位置信息在预先加载的地图上显示所述被叫端的位置。
具体实现中,主叫端在与被叫端通话的同时,可以调用与定位相关的第三方应用软件,加载地图,并在该地图上显示所述被叫端的位置。在该技术方案中,即使被叫不清楚自己所在位置,主叫也可以通过地图了解到被叫的位置,同时,主叫和被叫还可以语音通话,增强了终端功能,从而提高了用户体验。
进一步的,主叫端还可以实时获取其当前的位置信息。主叫端在预先加载的地图上,除了显示被叫端的位置外,还可以根据获取的主叫端的位置信息在所述地图上实时显示所述主叫端的位置。在该技术方案中,主叫端可以直观的展示出主叫端和被叫端的位置关系,进一步提高了用户体验。
在另一些实施例中,所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息播放所述被叫端的位置。
具体实现中,主叫端在与被叫端通话的同时,可以调用与定位相关的第三方应用软件,确定所述位置信息所指示的位置,将确定的所述位置转换为语音,并将转换后的语音和通话时的语音混合后通过扬声器输出。
主叫端根据位置信息确定的位置的格式可以是预设设置的,如“xx路xx街xx号”。主叫端根据位置信息确定的位置也可以是位置信息指示的实际位置的预设范围内的具有代表性的地址,例如,“xx大厦”、“xx店”、“xx商场”等等。
在又一些实施例中,所述主叫端可以提供切换入口,所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,先根据所述被叫端的位置信息在预先加载的地图上显示所 述被叫端的位置,若主叫端接收到针对所述切换入口的触发指令,主叫端则在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息播放所述被叫端的位置。
在又一些实施例中,所述主叫端可以提供切换入口,所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,先根据所述被叫端的位置信息播放所述被叫端的位置,若主叫端接收到针对所述切换入口的触发指令,主叫端则在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息在预先加载的地图上显示所述被叫端的位置。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例提供的另一种定位通话方法的流程示意图。本发明实施例是从被叫端角度描述的。被叫端为接收定位通话请求的通信终端。如图2所示,所述方法可以包括:
S210,被叫端在检测到主叫端的定位通话请求时,判断是否接受所述定位通话请求,若是,则执行步骤S220。否则,结束定位通话方法的流程(图2中已省略次步骤),或者执行步骤S230。所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语音呼叫请求。
被叫端在检测到定位通话请求时,可以提供第一任务对应的接口(以下简称为“第一接口”),以及第二任务对应的接口(以下简称为“第二接口”)。被叫端若检测到针对第一接口的触发指令,则判定接受所述定位通话请求。被叫端若检测到针对第二接口的触发指令,则判定接受语音呼叫请求,即不接受定位通话请求。
S220,被叫端在与所述主叫端通话时,实时获取所述被叫端的位置信息,并将获取到的位置信息发送给所述主叫端。
被叫端若接受定位通话请求,被叫端在与主叫端通话时,实时获取所述被叫端的位置信息。具体实现中,被叫端可以周期性的检测被叫端当前的位置信息,若检测到的位置信息与上一次检测到的位置不同,被叫端则将检测到的位置信息发送给主叫端。
S230,被叫端与所述主叫端建立语音通信连接。
可选的,若第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起VoLTE呼叫请求,被叫端则 与主叫端建立VoLTE通信连接。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例提供的又一种定位通话方法的流程示意图。本发明实施例是从主叫端角度描述的。如图3所示,所述方法可以包括:
S310,主叫端向被叫端发起定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语音呼叫请求。
S320,主叫端接收所述被叫端在接受所述定位通话请求后发送的位置信息。
S330,主叫端获取所述主叫端当前的位置信息。

本发明实施例应用的场景是:被叫端在移动的过程中,主叫端的位置保持不变。假设,主叫端当前的位置信息为A,被叫端当前的位置信息为B,最近一次记录的在通话过程中的所述被叫端的位置信息为C;主叫端可以调用第三方导航应用计算A和B的距离得到第一距离,以及计算A和C的距离得到第二距离;主叫端也可以直接根据A的经纬度信息和B的经纬度信息计算得到第一距离,以及根据B的经纬度信息和C的经纬度信息计算得到第二距离。假设,第一距离和第二距离的差值等于1米,若第一距离大于第二距离,说明,被叫端在远离主叫端,主叫端可以播放“被叫端远离了您1米”;若第一距离小于第二距离,说明被叫端在接近主叫端,主叫端可以播放“被叫端向您走了1米”。主叫端可以根据播放的移动距离,实时了解被叫端的运行方向,若主叫端认为被叫端的运行方向有误,可以通过语音通话实时提醒被叫。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明实施例提供的一种定位通话装置的结构示意图。如图5所示,所述定位通话装置5至少可以包括:发送模块51、接收模块52以及处理模块53,其中:
发送模块51,用于向被叫端发起定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语音呼叫请求;接收模块52,用于所述被叫端在接受所述定位通话请求后发送的位置信息;处理模块53,用于在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地输出所述位置信息。
可选的,如图6所示,所述处理模块53包括显示处理单元531和/或音频处理单元532,其中:所述显示处理模块531用于,在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息在预先加载的地图上显示所述被叫端的位置;所述音频处理单元532用于,在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息播放所述被叫端的位置。
进一步的,如图5所示,所述定位通话装置5还包括:定位模块54,用 于获取所述主叫端当前的位置信息;所述音频处理单元532具体用于:根据所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端的位置信息,计算所述主叫端和所述被叫端的距离;在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地播放所述主叫端和所述被叫端的距离。
进一步的,如图5所示,所述定位通话装置5还包括:获取模块55,用于获取最近一次记录的在通话过程中的所述被叫端的位置信息;定位模块54,用于获取所述主叫端当前的位置信息;所述音频处理单元532具体用于:根据接收到的所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端当前的位置信息计算第一距离,并根据获取到的最近一次记录的在通话过程中的所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端当前的位置信息计算第二距离;根据所述第一距离和第二距离确定所述被叫端相对于所述主叫端的移动距离;在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地播放所述被叫端相对于所述主叫端的移动距离。
可理解的是,本实施例的定位通话装置5的各功能模块的功能可根据上述方法实施例中的方法具体实现,可以具体对应参考图1至或图4方法实施例的主叫端的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
请参阅图7,图7是本发明实施例提供的另一种定位通话装置的结构示意图。如图7所示,所述定位通话装置7至少可以包括:判断模块71、处理模块72以及发送模块73,其中:
判断模块71,用于在检测到主叫端的定位通话请求时,判断是否接受所述定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语音呼叫请求;处理模块72,用于若判定接受所述定位通话请求,则在与所述主叫端通话时,控制定位模块实时获取所述被叫端的位置信息;发送模块73,用于将获取到的位置信息发送给所述主叫端。
可理解的是,本实施例的定位通话装置7的各功能模块的功能可根据上述方法实施例中的方法具体实现,可以具体对应参考图1至或图4方法实施例的被叫端的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
请参与图8,图8是本发明实施例提供的一种通信终端的结构示意图。如图8所示,所述通信终端8可以包括上述定位通话装置5和/或上述定位通话装置7,其中,图8只示出了其中一种情况,即同时包括了定位通话装置5和定位通话装置7,其余两种情况省略。主叫端向被叫端发起定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向被叫端发起语音呼叫请求,若被叫端接受该定位通话请求,被叫端则可以实时获取被叫端的位置信息并反馈给主叫端,主叫端在与被叫端通话的同时,在本地输出被叫端的位置信息,即使被叫端在移动,也无需用户手动输入目的地,并且在定位的同时,主被叫还可以进行语音通话,实现了方便快捷的指导用户寻找目的地。

  1. 一种定位通话方法,其特征在于,包括:
    主叫端向被叫端发起定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语音呼叫请求;
    所述主叫端接收所述被叫端在接受所述定位通话请求后发送的位置信息;
    所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地输出所述位置信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的定位通话方法,其特征在于,所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地输出所述位置信息,包括:
    所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息在预先加载的地图上显示所述被叫端的位置;和/或,
    所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息播放所述被叫端的位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的定位通话方法,其特征在于,所述主叫端接收所述被叫端在接受所述定位通话请求后发送的位置信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述主叫端获取所述主叫端当前的位置信息;
    所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息播放所述被叫端的位置,包括:
    所述主叫端根据所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端的位置信息,计算所述主叫端和所述被叫端的距离;
    所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地播放所述主叫端和所述被叫端的距离。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的定位通话方法,其特征在于,所述主叫端接收所述被叫端在接受所述定位通话请求后发送的位置信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述主叫端获取最近一次记录的在通话过程中的所述被叫端的位置信息, 以及获取所述主叫端当前的位置信息;
    所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息播放所述被叫端的位置,包括:
    所述主叫端根据接收到的所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端当前的位置信息计算第一距离,并根据获取到的最近一次记录的在通话过程中的所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端当前的位置信息计算第二距离;
    所述主叫端根据所述第一距离和第二距离确定所述被叫端相对于所述主叫端的移动距离;
    所述主叫端在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地播放所述被叫端相对于所述主叫端的移动距离。
  5. 一种定位通话方法,其特征在于,包括:
    被叫端在检测到主叫端的定位通话请求时,判断是否接受所述定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语音呼叫请求;
    若是,所述被叫端在与所述主叫端通话时,实时获取所述被叫端的位置信息,并将获取到的位置信息发送给所述主叫端。
  6. 一种定位通话装置,应用于主叫端,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于向被叫端发起定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语音呼叫请求;
    接收模块,用于所述被叫端在接受所述定位通话请求后发送的位置信息;
    处理模块,用于在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地输出所述位置信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的定位通话装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括显示处理单元和/或音频处理单元,其中:
    所述显示处理模块用于,在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的 位置信息在预先加载的地图上显示所述被叫端的位置;
    所述音频处理单元用于,在与所述被叫端通话的同时,根据所述被叫端的位置信息播放所述被叫端的位置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的定位通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    定位模块,用于获取所述主叫端当前的位置信息;
    所述音频处理单元具体用于:
    根据所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端的位置信息,计算所述主叫端和所述被叫端的距离;
    在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地播放所述主叫端和所述被叫端的距离。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的定位通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    获取模块,用于获取最近一次记录的在通话过程中的所述被叫端的位置信息;
    定位模块,用于获取所述主叫端当前的位置信息;
    所述音频处理单元具体用于:
    根据接收到的所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端当前的位置信息计算第一距离,并根据获取到的最近一次记录的在通话过程中的所述被叫端的位置信息和所述主叫端当前的位置信息计算第二距离;
    根据所述第一距离和第二距离确定所述被叫端相对于所述主叫端的移动距离;
    在与所述被叫端通话的同时,在本地播放所述被叫端相对于所述主叫端的移动距离。
  10. 一种定位通话装置,应用于被叫端,其特征在于,包括:
    判断模块,用于在检测到主叫端的定位通话请求时,判断是否接受所述定位通话请求,所述定位通话请求包括第一任务和第二任务,所述第一任务用于向所述被叫端发起位置信息获取请求,所述第二任务用于向所述被叫端发起语 音呼叫请求;
    处理模块,用于若判定接受所述定位通话请求,则在与所述主叫端通话时,控制定位模块实时获取所述被叫端的位置信息;
    发送模块,用于将获取到的位置信息发送给所述主叫端。
