背景技术
随着无线通信技术的发展,终端上享有的业务越来越丰富。语音通话是终端的主要业务,用户通过语音通话来传递信息。在一些情况下,为了在进行语音通话时增强情感表达,用户希望在语音通话时插入一些音乐作为背景,以使双方达到共鸣,就好比电台为了吸引听众而在主持人说话时播放背景音乐。
但是,现有技术提供的分享背景音乐的技术方案中,要么需要通话双方建立语音通话连接,将一方听的背景音乐信号通过语音通话连接传递给另一方;要么需要加入由彩话服务器建立的多方会议组;从而导致用户体验不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的方法。通过该方法,通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明第一方面实施例的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的方法包括:第二终端中的音乐播放器接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求,所述音乐播放请求是所述第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到所述第一终端与所述第二终端正在进行通信,并且所述第一终端连接网络的情形下,通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送的;所述第二终端中的音乐播放器将所述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户,并播放音乐。
本发明实施例的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的方法,第二终端中的音乐播放器接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求之后,将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用上述第二终端的用户,并播放音乐;从而可以实现通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐,进而可以提高用户体验度。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明第二方面实施例的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的方 法,包括:第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到所述第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且所述第一终端连接网络;所述第一终端中的音乐播放器通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便所述第二终端中的音乐播放器将所述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户,并播放音乐。

为了实现上述实施例,本发明第三方面实施例的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置,设置在第二终端中,所述在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置包括:接收模块,用于接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求,所述音乐播放请求是所述第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到所述第一终端与所述第二终端正在进行通信,并且所述第一终端连接网络的情形下,通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送的;显示模块,用于将所述接收模块接收的音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户;音乐播放模块,用于播放音乐。
本发明实施例的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置,接收模块接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求之后,显示模块将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用上述第二终端的用户,然后音乐播放模块播放音乐;从而可以实现通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐,进而可以提高用户体验度。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明第四方面实施例的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置,设置在第一终端中,所述在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置包括:侦测模块,用于在所述第一终端的音乐播放器播放音乐时,侦测到所述第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且所述第一终端连接网络;发送模块,用于在所述侦测模块侦测到所述第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且所述第一终端连接网络之后,通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便所述第二终端中的音乐播放器将所述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户,并播放音乐。
本发明实施例的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置,第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测模块侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且上述第一终端连接网络时,发送模块通过第一终端连接的网络向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便第二终端中的音乐播放器将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户,并播放音 乐;从而可以实现通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐,进而可以提高用户体验度。

步骤101,第二终端中的音乐播放器接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求。
其中,上述音乐播放请求是第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信,并且第一终端连接网络的情形下,通过第一终端连接的网络向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送的。
具体地,第二终端中的音乐播放器接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求可以为:第二终端中的音乐播放器通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过上述通信连接接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求。
其中,第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信可以为:第一终端与第二终端正在进行语音通话,或者,第一终端与第二终端正在通过即时通信软件进行视频对话、语音对话或者文字对话。举例来说,上述即时通信软件可以为MSN、QQ或微信等,本实施例对此不作限定。
本实施例中,第一终端连接的网络可以为无线网络(Wireless Fidelity;以下简称:WIFI),也可以为移动网络,本实施例对此不作限定。但在具体实现时,第一终端优先连接WIFI。
步骤102,第二终端中的音乐播放器将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户,并播放音乐。
进一步地,第二终端中的音乐播放器将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户之后,播放音乐之前,第二终端中的音乐播放器还可以接收使用第二终端的用户输入的确定指示。
也就是说,本实施例中,第二终端中的音乐播放器将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户之后,无需等待使用第二终端的用户的确定指示,可以自动播放音乐,这样使用起来比较方便;或者,第二终端中的音乐播放器将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户之后,需要先等待使用第二终端的用户的确定指示,只有在接收到使用第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,才可以播放音乐,从而可以带来比较个性化的使用体验。
具体地,第二终端中的音乐播放器播放音乐可以为:第二终端中的音乐播放器与第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐和/或歌词。
其中,第二终端中的音乐播放器与第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐和/或歌词是指第二终端中的音乐播放器与第一终端中的音乐播放器播放相同的音乐和/或歌词,并且播放的进度相同。
更具体地,第二终端中的音乐播放器与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐和/或歌词可以为:第二终端中的音乐播放器通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过上述通信连接获取第一终端中的音乐播放器正在播放的音乐列表和正在播放的音乐的进度,根据上述音乐列表获取上述音乐列表中的音乐,并根据上述进度与第一终端的音乐播放器同步播放上述音乐;和/或,第二终端中的音乐播放器通过上述通信连接获取第一终端中的音乐播放器正在播放的音乐列表和正在播放的音乐的进度,根据上述音乐列表获取上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件,并根据上述进度与第一终端的音乐播放器同步播放上述歌词文件。
本实施例中,根据上述音乐列表获取上述音乐列表中的音乐可以为:如果第二终端本地保存有上述音乐列表中的音乐,则第二终端的音乐播放器获取第二终端本地保存的上述音乐;如果第二终端本地未保存上述音乐列表中的音乐,则第二终端的音乐播放器通过第二终端连接的网络在线下载上述音乐列表中的音乐。
根据上述音乐列表获取上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件可以为:如果第二终端本地保存有上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件,则第二终端的音乐播放器获取第 二终端本地保存的歌词文件;如果第二终端本地未保存上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件,则第二终端的音乐播放器通过第二终端连接的网络在线下载上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件。
进一步地,本实施例中,第二终端中的音乐播放器通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接之前,第二终端中的音乐播放器可以先判断第二终端是否连接网络;如果是,则第二终端中的音乐播放器执行通过上述第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接的步骤;如果第二终端中的音乐播放器确定上述第二终端未连接网络,则通过第二终端向使用第二终端的用户提示是否连接网络,在接收到使用上述第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,第二终端连接网络,然后第二终端中的音乐播放器执行通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接的步骤。
也就是说,接收到音乐播放请求之后,第二终端将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户,例如向使用第二终端的用户显示“是否边听音乐边通信”,在接收到使用第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,第二终端中的音乐播放器先判断第二终端是否连接网络,如果确定第二终端连接网络,则第二终端中的音乐播放器通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接;而如果第二终端中的音乐播放器确定第二终端未连接网络,则可以通过第二终端向使用第二终端的用户提示是否连接网络,在接收到使用第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,第二终端连接网络,然后第二终端中的音乐播放器再通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接。
其中,第二终端连接的网络可以WIFI,也可以为移动网络,本实施例对此不作限定。但在具体实现时,第二终端优先连接WIFI。
本实施例中,第一终端连接的网络与第二终端连接的网络可以相同,也可以不同,本实施例对此不作限定。
本实施例中,第一终端和第二终端可以为可携带的智能终端设备,例如智能手机等,本实施例对此不作限定;第一终端中的音乐播放器可以为第一终端中安装的音乐播放类应用(Application;以下简称:APP),第二终端中的音乐播放器可以为第二终端中安装的音乐播放类APP,本实施例对此不作限定;第一终端中的音乐播放器与第二终端中的音乐播放器可以为相同的音乐播放APP,也可以为不同的音乐播放APP,本实施例对此不作限定。
上述实施例中,第二终端中的音乐播放器接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求之后,将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用上述第二终端的用户,并播放音乐;从而可以实现通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐,进而可以提高用户体验度。

步骤201,第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且第一终端连接网络。
本实施例中,第一终端连接的网络可以为WIFI或者移动网络,本实施例对此不作限定。但在具体实现时,第一终端优先连接WIFI。
具体地,侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信可以为:第一终端中的音乐播放器检测到第一终端正在进行通信,并通过读取第一终端保存的通讯录获知第一终端正在进行通信的对象为第二终端。
其中,第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信可以为:第一终端与第二终端正在进行语音通话,或者,第一终端与第二终端正在通过即时通信软件进行视频对话、语音对话或者文字对话。举例来说,上述即时通信软件可以为MSN、QQ或微信等,本实施例对此不作限定。
步骤202,第一终端中的音乐播放器通过第一终端连接的网络向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便第二终端将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户,并在接收到使用第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,使第二终端中的音乐播放器与第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐。
具体地,第一终端中的音乐播放器通过第一终端连接的网络向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求可以为:第一终端中的音乐播放器通过第一终端连接的网络与第二终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过上述通信连接向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求。
本实施例中,第一终端和第二终端可以为可携带的智能终端设备,例如智能手机等,本实施例对此不作限定;第一终端中的音乐播放器可以为第一终端中安装的APP,第二终端中的音乐播放器可以为第二终端中安装的音乐播放类APP,本实施例对此不作限定;第一终端中的音乐播放器与第二终端中的音乐播放器可以为相同的音乐播放APP,也可以为不同的音乐播放APP,本实施例对此不作限定。
上述实施例中,第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且上述第一终端连接网络时,第一终端中的音乐播放器通过第一终端连接的网络向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便第二终端将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户,并播放音乐;从而可以实现通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐,进而可以提高用户体验度。
图3为本发明在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置一个实施例的结构示意图,本实施例中的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置设置在第二终端中,可以实现本发明图1所示实施例的流程,如图3所示,上述在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置可以包括: 接收模块31、显示模块32和音乐播放模块33;
其中,接收模块31,用于接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求,上述音乐播放请求是第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信,并且第一终端连接网络的情形下,通过第一终端连接的网络向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送的;其中,第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信可以为:第一终端与第二终端正在进行语音通话,或者,第一终端与第二终端正在通过即时通信软件进行视频对话、语音对话或者文字对话。本实施例中,第一终端连接的网络可以为WIFI,也可以为移动网络,本实施例对此不作限定。但在具体实现时,第一终端优先连接WIFI。本实施例中,接收模块31,具体用于通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过上述通信连接接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求。
显示模块32,用于将接收模块31接收的音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户。
音乐播放模块33,用于播放音乐。
进一步地,接收模块31,还用于在显示模块32将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户之后,音乐播放模块33播放音乐之前,接收使用上述第二终端的用户输入的确定指示。
也就是说,本实施例中,显示模块32将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户之后,无需等待使用第二终端的用户的确定指示,音乐播放模块33可以自动播放音乐,这样使用起来比较方便;或者,显示模块32将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户之后,需要先等待使用第二终端的用户的确定指示,只有在接收模块31接收到使用第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,音乐播放模块33才可以播放音乐,从而可以带来比较个性化的使用体验。
本实施例中,第一终端和第二终端可以为可携带的智能终端设备,例如智能手机等,本实施例对此不作限定;第一终端中的音乐播放器可以为第一终端中安装的APP,第二终端中的音乐播放器可以为第二终端中安装的音乐播放类APP,本实施例对此不作限定;第一终端中的音乐播放器与第二终端中的音乐播放器可以为相同的音乐播放APP,也可以为不同的音乐播放APP,本实施例对此不作限定。
上述实施例中,接收模块31接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求之后,显示模块32将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用上述第二终端的用户,在接收模块31接收到使用上述第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,音乐播放模块33与第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐;从而可以实现通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐,进而可以提高用户体验度。
图4为本发明在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置另一个实施例的结构示意图,与 图3所示的装置相比,不同之处在于,图4所示的装置中,音乐播放模块33,具体用于与第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐和/或歌词。
其中,音乐播放模块33可以包括:建立子模块331、获取子模块332和播放子模块333;
其中,建立子模块331,用于通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接;
获取子模块332,用于通过建立子模块331建立的通信连接获取第一终端中的音乐播放器正在播放的音乐列表和正在播放的音乐的进度;以及根据上述音乐列表获取上述音乐列表中的音乐和/或上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件;
播放子模块333,用于根据获取子模块332获取的进度与第一终端的音乐播放器同步播放上述音乐和/或上述歌词文件。其中,播放子模块333与第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐可以为与第一终端中的音乐播放器播放相同的音乐和/或歌词文件,并且播放的进度相同。
本实施例中,获取子模块332,具体用于当第二终端本地保存有上述音乐列表中的音乐时,获取第二终端本地保存的上述音乐;当第二终端本地未保存上述音乐列表中的音乐时,通过第二终端连接的网络在线下载上述音乐列表中的音乐。
获取子模块332,具体用于当第二终端本地保存有上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件时,获取第二终端本地保存的歌词文件;当第二终端本地未保存上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件时,通过第二终端连接的网络在线下载上述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件。
进一步地,上述音乐播放模块33还可以包括:判断子模块334和提示子模块335;
其中,判断子模块334,用于在建立子模块331通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接之前,判断第二终端是否连接网络;
这时,建立子模块331,具体用于在判断子模块334确定第二终端连接网络之后,执行通过上述第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接的步骤;
提示子模块335,用于当判断子模块334确定第二终端未连接网络时,通过第二终端向使用第二终端的用户提示是否连接网络;
这时,建立子模块331,具体用于在接收模块31接收到使用上述第二终端的用户的确定指示,并且上述第二终端连接网络之后,执行通过第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接的步骤。
也就是说,接收模块31接收到音乐播放请求之后,显示模块32将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户,例如向使用第二终端的用户显示“是否边听音乐边通信”,在接收模块31接收到使用第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,判断子模块334先判断第二终端 是否连接网络,如果判断子模块334确定第二终端连接网络,则建立子模块331通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接;而如果判断子模块334确定第二终端未连接网络,则提示子模块335可以通过第二终端向使用第二终端的用户提示是否连接网络,在接收模块31接收到使用第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,第二终端连接网络,然后建立子模块331再通过第二终端连接的网络与第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接。
其中,第二终端连接的网络可以WIFI,也可以为移动网络,本实施例对此不作限定。但在具体实现时,第二终端优先连接WIFI。
本实施例中,第一终端连接的网络与第二终端连接的网络可以相同,也可以不同,本实施例对此不作限定。
上述在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置可以实现通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐,进而可以提高用户体验度。
图5为本发明在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置再一个实施例的结构示意图,本实施例中的在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置设置在第一终端中,可以实现本发明图2所示实施例的流程。如图5所示,上述在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置可以包括:侦测模块51和发送模块52;
其中,侦测模块51,用于在第一终端的音乐播放器播放音乐时,侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且第一终端连接网络;本实施例中,第一终端连接的网络可以为WIFI或者移动网络,本实施例对此不作限定。但在具体实现时,第一终端优先连接WIFI。
具体地,侦测模块51,具体用于检测到第一终端正在进行通信,并通过读取第一终端保存的通讯录获知第一终端正在进行通信的对象为第二终端。
其中,第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信可以为:第一终端与第二终端正在进行语音通话,或者,第一终端与第二终端正在通过即时通信软件进行视频对话、语音对话或者文字对话。
发送模块52,用于在侦测模块51侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且第一终端连接网络之后,通过第一终端连接的网络向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便第二终端将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户,并播放音乐。具体地,发送模块52可以通过第一终端连接的网络与第二终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过上述通信连接向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求。
本实施例中,第一终端和第二终端可以为可携带的智能终端设备,例如智能手机等,本实施例对此不作限定;第一终端中的音乐播放器可以为第一终端中安装的APP,第二终端中的音乐播放器可以为第二终端中安装的音乐播放类APP,本实施例对此不作限定;第 一终端中的音乐播放器与第二终端中的音乐播放器可以为相同的音乐播放APP,也可以为不同的音乐播放APP,本实施例对此不作限定。
上述实施例中,第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测模块51侦测到第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且上述第一终端连接网络时,发送模块52通过第一终端连接的网络向第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便第二终端将上述音乐播放请求显示给使用第二终端的用户,并播放音乐;从而可以实现通信双方无需建立语音通话,也无需加入会议组即可在通信过程中分享相同的背景音乐,进而可以提高用户体验度。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。此外,在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二终端中的音乐播放器接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求,所述音乐播放请求是所述第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到所述第一终端与所述第二终端正在进行通信,并且所述第一终端连接网络的情形下,通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送的;
    所述第二终端中的音乐播放器将所述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户,并播放音乐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端中的音乐播放器接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求包括:
    所述第二终端中的音乐播放器通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过所述通信连接接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端中的音乐播放器将所述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户之后,所述播放音乐之前,还包括:
    所述第二终端中的音乐播放器接收使用所述第二终端的用户输入的确定指示。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述播放音乐包括:
    所述第二终端中的音乐播放器与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐和/或歌词。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端中的音乐播放器与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐和/或歌词包括:
    所述第二终端中的音乐播放器通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接;
    所述第二终端中的音乐播放器通过所述通信连接获取所述第一终端中的音乐播放器正在播放的音乐列表和正在播放的音乐的进度,根据所述音乐列表获取所述音乐列表中的音乐,并根据所述进度与所述第一终端的音乐播放器同步播放所述音乐;和/或,所述第二终端中的音乐播放器通过所述通信连接获取所述第一终端中的音乐播放器正在播放的音乐列表和正在播放的音乐的进度,根据所述音乐列表获取所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件,并根据所述进度与所述第一终端的音乐播放器同步播放所述歌词文件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述音乐列表获取所述音乐列表中的音乐包括:
    如果所述第二终端本地保存有所述音乐列表中的音乐,则所述第二终端的音乐播放器 获取所述第二终端本地保存的所述音乐;
    如果所述第二终端本地未保存所述音乐列表中的音乐,则所述第二终端的音乐播放器通过所述第二终端连接的网络在线下载所述音乐列表中的音乐。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述音乐列表获取所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件包括:
    如果所述第二终端本地保存有所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件,则所述第二终端的音乐播放器获取所述第二终端本地保存的歌词文件;
    如果所述第二终端本地未保存所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件,则所述第二终端的音乐播放器通过所述第二终端连接的网络在线下载所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件。
  8. 根据权利要求2或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端中的音乐播放器通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接之前,还包括:
    所述第二终端中的音乐播放器判断所述第二终端是否连接网络;
    如果是,则所述第二终端中的音乐播放器执行通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接的步骤;
    如果所述第二终端中的音乐播放器确定所述第二终端未连接网络,则通过所述第二终端向使用所述第二终端的用户提示是否连接网络,在接收到使用所述第二终端的用户的确定指示之后,所述第二终端连接网络,然后所述第二终端中的音乐播放器执行通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接的步骤。
  9. 根据权利要求2、5、6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端连接的网络与所述第二终端连接的网络相同或不同。
  10. 一种在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到所述第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且所述第一终端连接网络;
    所述第一终端中的音乐播放器通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便所述第二终端中的音乐播放器将所述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户,并播放音乐。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述侦测到所述第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信包括:
    所述第一终端中的音乐播放器检测到所述第一终端正在进行通信,并通过读取所述第一终端保存的通讯录获知所述第一终端正在进行通信的对象为第二终端。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端中的音乐播放器 通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求包括:
    所述第一终端中的音乐播放器通过所述第一终端连接的网络与所述第二终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过所述通信连接向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求。
  13. 一种在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置,其特征在于,设置在第二终端中,所述在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求,所述音乐播放请求是所述第一终端中的音乐播放器在播放音乐时,侦测到所述第一终端与所述第二终端正在进行通信,并且所述第一终端连接网络的情形下,通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送的;
    显示模块,用于将所述接收模块接收的音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户;
    音乐播放模块,用于播放音乐。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,具体用于通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过所述通信连接接收第一终端中的音乐播放器发送的音乐播放请求。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于在所述显示模块将所述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户之后,所述音乐播放模块播放音乐之前,接收使用所述第二终端的用户输入的确定指示。
  16. 根据权利要求13或14所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述音乐播放模块,具体用于与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器同步播放音乐和/或歌词。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述音乐播放模块包括:
    建立子模块,用于通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接;
    获取子模块,用于通过所述建立子模块建立的通信连接获取所述第一终端中的音乐播放器正在播放的音乐列表和正在播放的音乐的进度;以及根据所述音乐列表获取所述音乐列表中的音乐和/或所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件;
    播放子模块,用于根据所述获取子模块获取的进度与所述第一终端的音乐播放器同步播放所述音乐和/或所述歌词文件。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取子模块,具体用于当所述第二终端本地保存有所述音乐列表中的音乐时,获 取所述第二终端本地保存的所述音乐;当所述第二终端本地未保存所述音乐列表中的音乐时,通过所述第二终端连接的网络在线下载所述音乐列表中的音乐。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取子模块,具体用于当所述第二终端本地保存有所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件时,获取所述第二终端本地保存的歌词文件;当所述第二终端本地未保存所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件时,通过所述第二终端连接的网络在线下载所述音乐列表中的音乐所对应的歌词文件。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述音乐播放模块还包括:判断子模块和提示子模块;
    所述判断子模块,用于在所述建立子模块通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接之前,判断所述第二终端是否连接网络;
    所述建立子模块,具体用于在所述判断子模块确定所述第二终端连接网络之后,执行通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接的步骤;
    所述提示子模块,用于当所述判断子模块确定所述第二终端未连接网络时,通过所述第二终端向使用所述第二终端的用户提示是否连接网络;
    所述建立子模块,具体用于在所述接收模块接收到使用所述第二终端的用户的确定指示,并且所述第二终端连接网络之后,执行通过所述第二终端连接的网络与所述第一终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接的步骤。
  21. 一种在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置,其特征在于,设置在第一终端中,所述在通信过程中分享相同背景音乐的装置包括:
    侦测模块,用于在所述第一终端的音乐播放器播放音乐时,侦测到所述第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且所述第一终端连接网络;
    发送模块,用于在所述侦测模块侦测到所述第一终端与第二终端正在进行通信并且所述第一终端连接网络之后,通过所述第一终端连接的网络向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求,以便所述第二终端中的音乐播放器将所述音乐播放请求显示给使用所述第二终端的用户,并播放音乐。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述侦测模块,具体用于检测到所述第一终端正在进行通信,并通过读取所述第一终端保存的通讯录获知所述第一终端正在进行通信的对象为第二终端。
  23. 根据权利要求21或22所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述发送模块,具体用于通过所述第一终端连接的网络与所述第二终端中的音乐播放器建立通信连接,通过所述通信连接向所述第二终端中的音乐播放器发送音乐播放请求。
