一种呼叫处理方法及移动终端 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种呼叫处理方法及移动终端。
背景技术
目前市面上支持国际漫游拨打电话的移动终端主要采用两种拨号处理方式;第一种是由用户预先手动设置通讯录中存储的号码的默认国家码,并打开自动识别拨号开关;第二种是由移动终端的客户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡确定通讯记录中号码的默认国家码。
本技术方案的发明人在研究过程中发现,上述第一种方案中,移动终端仅能支持默认国家码在国际漫游情况下的拨号处理,如用户需要拨打归属地为其他国家的号码,用户需要手动修改默认国家码,或者在编辑号码时添加对应的国家码,操作繁琐,实用性不高;第二种方案中,移动终端处于国际漫游状态拨打漫游电话号码时,移动终端仅能针对属于移动终端的SIM卡发行国的相关号码添加对应的国家码,比如移动终端的SIM卡发行国为中国,当移动终端处于国际漫游状态,移动终端只能在用户当前拨打的电话号码前添加中国国家码(即86),若当前拨打的号码为德国号码,由于移动终端的SIM卡发行过为中国,移动终端无法自动在该号码前添加德国国家码(即49),因此该方案仅适用于SIM卡发行国的部分号码,使用局限性较大,难以满足用户的即时漫游拨号需求。
发明内容
本申请提供一种呼叫处理方法及移动终端,以期智能识别并拨打用户所要拨打电话的正确格式信息,有利于提升移动终端呼叫国际漫游用户的便捷性和成功率。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种呼叫处理方法,包括:
若检测到针对移动终端当前获取的目标号码的拨号控制指令,且所述移动 终端处于国际漫游状态,则移动终端查询预存的联系人数据库中是否包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息;
若所述联系人数据库中包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,则移动终端根据所述联系人信息,确定用于呼叫所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码;
移动终端根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
可见,本发明实施例提供的呼叫处理方法在处于国际漫游状态呼叫漫游目标用户时,可以根据录入的目标号码查询联系人数据库,并在查询到联系人数据库中包括与目标号码关联的联系人信息的情况下,根据所述联系人信息,确定用于呼叫目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码,从而实现自动漫游拨号,无需用户主动添加目标用户对应的国际冠码和国家码,同时有利于避免错误添加国际冠码或国家码时呼叫失败的情况发生,从而提升移动终端呼叫国际漫游用户的便捷性和成功率。

可见,本发明实施例提供的移动终端通过识别出目标号码尽可能多的参考归属地标识,并将每一个参考归属地标识对应的目标号码的国际漫游号码提供给用户,由用户去选择需要的号码,从而可以提高呼叫成功率。

移动国家代码(Mobile Country Code,MCC),也用于标识一个国家,由三位数字组成,但一个国家也可以被分配多个MCC,比如美国的MCC由310,311和316,中国的MCC只有460;
移动网路代码(Mobile Network Code,MNC)由二道三位数字组成,它和MCC合在一起唯一标识一个移动网络运营商,如中国移动的MNC是00,中国联通码分多址CDMA2000 800频段的MNC是03,中国卫星全球星网的MNC是04。
本发明实施例涉及的移动终端可以为手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,简称:PDA)、销售移动终端(Point of Sales,简称:POS)、车载电脑等具有移动通讯功能的移动终端设备,本发明实施例不作具体限定。

此外,移动终端在联系人数据库中创建原始号码对应的联系人信息的时机可以根据需要灵活设置,如根据用户的创建指令实时创建联系人信息,或者,移动终端每产生一次原始号码对应的有效时长的通话记录,且移动终端的联系 人数据库中未存储有该原始号码对应的联系人信息时,生成原始号码对应的联系人信息,等等,本发明实施例不做唯一限定。
举例来说,用户手机记录了原始号码13776507888对应的一次有效时长通话记录,且联系人数据库中未存储有该号码对应的联系人信息,则移动终端在产生该原始号码13776507888对应的一次通话记录后,可在后台创建该号码对应的联系人信息,具体可以包括通过语音识别出的原始号码对应的目标用户的身份信息,目标用户的归属地信息以及其他附加信息等。进一步可选的,用户手机若判断出当前的原始号码13776507888的号码格式与用户手机SIM卡发行国中国的11位手机号码格式相匹配,则用户手机可以调用安卓Android操作系统的号码附加信息描述字段生成接口,通过该接口生成所述原始号码对应的号码附加信息描述字段normalized字段,并在该字段中存储原始号码13776507888对应的国际漫游号码4608613776507888和/或+8613776507888。
S200,移动终端判断所述与目标号码关联的联系人信息中是否包括号码附加信息描述字段;
若是,则执行步骤S210;
若否,则执行步骤S220、S221、S222、S223和S400;

S212,移动终端判断所述原始国际漫游号码中的原始号码与所述目标号码是否一致;
若是,则执行步骤S212a和S400;
若否,则执行步骤S212b和S400;

举例来说,安装有发行国为中国的客户识别模块SIM卡的手机,在中国移动网络下新建了一个中国号码13776507924对应的联系人信息,包括联系人姓名小王,创建位置中国简称CN,以及录入的原始号码13776507924,同时,用户手机识别出号码13776507924的格式与当前用户手机所在位置中国的手机号码格式相符合,则用户手机获取中国国际冠码00和国家码86,生成所述手机号码对应的原始国际漫游号码008613776507924,并创建包括该生成的原始国际漫游号码008613776507924的normalized字段;之后,若用户在美国使用该手机录入目标号码13776507924,用户手机判断出原始国际漫游号码中的国家码86与所述用户手机当前接入的美国网络不匹配,且联系人信息中的原 始号码13776507924与本次用户录入的目标号码13776507924一致,则所述用户手机确定normalized字段中的原始国际漫游号码008613776507924为用于呼叫小王的国际漫游号码。
S212b,移动终端根据所述国家码和所述目标号码生成新的国际漫游号码,并确定所述新生成的国际漫游号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码;
举例来说,安装有发行国为中国的客户识别模块SIM卡的手机,在中国移动网络下新建了一个中国号码13776507924对应的联系人信息,包括联系人姓名小王,创建位置中国简称CN,以及原始号码13776507924,同时,用户手机识别出号码13776507924的格式与当前用户手机所在位置中国的手机号码格式相符合,则用户手机获取中国国际冠码00和国家码86,生成所述手机号码对应的原始国际漫游号码008613776507924,并创建包括该生成的原始国际漫游号码008613776507924的normalized字段;之后,用户在美国出差时,获悉小王的手机号码换成了13776507925,于是将手机中的小王的联系人信息的原始号码由13776507924更新为13776507925,同时,用户手机识别出号码13776507925的格式与当前用户手机所在位置美国的手机号码格式(美国手机号码为10位)不符合,未同步更新normalized字段中的原始国际漫游号码008613776507924;之后,若用户在美国使用该手机录入目标号码13776507925(当然录入的可以是联系人姓名,通过联系人姓名再关联到更新后的原始号码13776507925上),用户手机判断出原始国际漫游号码中的国家码86与所述用户手机当前接入的美国电信网络不匹配,且联系人信息中的原始号码13776507925与本次用户录入的目标号码13776507924不一致,则所述用户手机根据所述国际冠码00和所述国家码86和所述目标号码13776507925生成新的国际漫游号码008613776507925,并确定新生成的国际漫游号码008613776507925为用于呼叫小王的国际漫游号码。
S220,移动终端确定所述目标号码所属的至少一个参考归属地标识;
其中,所述参考归属地标识包括国家码;所述移动终端确定所述目标号码所属的至少一个参考归属地标识的具体实现方式可以是:移动终端确定所述目标号码的号码格式,以所述号码格式为查询标识,查询预存的包括号码格式与 国家码之间的映射关系的国家码列表,获取与所述目标号码的号码格式对应的至少一个国家码。
举例来说,安装有发行国为中国的客户识别模块SIM卡的手机,用户使用该手机在中国网络下创建了10位手机号码的联系人信息,由于该手机号码格式与中国的手机号码格式不符合,当前联系人信息中未生成号码附加信息描述字段;之后,用户在美国使用该手机拨打上述10位手机号码,手机判断出处于国际漫游状态,且对应的联系人信息中不包括号码附加信息描述字段,确定该10位手机号码的号码格式为手机号码位数10位,以“手机号码位数10位”为查询标识,查询预存的国家码列表,确定“手机号码位数10位”对应的参考归属地包括美国国家码1、韩国国家码82和日本国家码81。
进一步可选地,所述移动终端还可以在所述号码选择界面中显示每一个号码对应的描述信息,所述描述信息例如可以是该号码对应的国家码简称、归属地区域描述信息等等。
S221,移动终端根据所述至少一个参考归属地标识和所述目标号码生成至少一个新的国际漫游号码;
S222,移动终端在所述移动终端的号码选择界面中显示所述新生成的国际漫游号码和所述目标号码;
S223,移动终端确定所述号码选择界面中被选取的号码为所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
举例来说,安装有发行国为中国的客户识别模块SIM卡的手机,在美国网络下新建了一个中国号码13101001234对应的联系人信息,包括联系人姓名老李,创建位置美国,以及原始号码13101001234,同时,用户手机识别出号码13101001234的格式与当前用户手机所在位置美国的手机号码格式不符合,未生成normalized字段;之后,用户在美国使用该手机呼叫目标号码为13101001234的目标用户,并检测到关联的联系人信息老李中没有对应的normalized字段,则用户手机确定目标号码13101001234的参考归属地标识为中国国家码86,进一步地,用户手机检测到归属地标识1与用户手机中的中国SIM卡的归属地标识一致,用户手机获取中国国际冠码00(手机拨号对应 为+)和中国国家码86,生成新的国际漫游号码+8613101001234;接着,如图2.1所示,用户手机在号码选择界面中显示所述新生成的国际漫游号码+8613101001234(还可以附带显示号码所属区域、移动网络类型等信息,如重庆联通+8613101001234)和所述目标号码13101001234;最后,确定被选取的号码为所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
S300,移动终端判断是否包括与目标号码关联的通话记录;
若是,则执行步骤S310、S311和S400;
若否,则执行步骤S320和S400;
S310,移动终端获取所述移动终端预存的与所述目标号码关联的通话记录;
S311,移动终端根据所述通话记录中保存的所述目标号码的归属地标识和所述目标号码生成国际漫游号码;
其中,所述归属地标识例如可以是国家码简称countryISO、国家码;
S320,移动终端确定所述目标号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码;

具体实现中,所述移动终端可以通过处理器101和所述发送器与其他设备或通信网络通信,以实现根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
由上述步骤流程S100→S101→S200→S210→S211→S400,或者,步骤流程S100→S101→S200→S210→S212→S212a→S400,或者,步骤流程S100→S101→S200→S210→S212→S212b→S400对应的任一可选的实施例可以看出,移动终端在处于国际漫游状态呼叫漫游目标用户时,可以根据录入的目标号码查询联系人数据库,并在查询到联系人数据库中包括与目标号码关联的联系人信息的情况下,根据所述联系人信息,确定用于呼叫目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码,从而实现自动漫游拨号,无需用户主动添加目标用户对应的国际冠码和国家码,同时有利于避免错误添加国际冠码或国家码时呼叫失败的情况发生,从而提升移动终端呼叫国际漫游用户的便捷性和成功率。
由上述步骤流程S100→S101→S300→S310→S311→S400,或者,步骤流 程S100→S101→S300→S320→S400对应的任一可选的实施例可以看出,移动终端针对目标号码为陌生号码,即未创建联系人信息的号码,可以进一步查询预存的通话记录,根据通话记录中的与目标号码的归属地关联的有效信息确定目标号码对应的国际漫游号码,如此,可以进一步提升移动终端识别目标号码的国际漫游号码的能力,有利于提升移动终端呼叫国际漫游用户的便捷性和成功率。
此外,需要注意的是,所述通话记录优选有效时长的通话记录,如大于十秒时长的通话记录。
由上述步骤流程S100→S101→S200→S220→S221→S222→S223→S400对应的可选的实施例可以看出,移动终端通过识别出目标号码尽可能多的参考归属地标识,并将每一个参考归属地标识对应的目标号码的国际漫游号码提供给用户,由用户去选择需要的号码,从而可以提高呼叫成功率。
由上述步骤流程S100→S101→S300→S320→S400对应的可选的实施例可以看出,移动终端在联系人数据库中不包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,且所述移动终端预存的通话记录不包括与所述目标号码关联的通话记录时,确定所述目标号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。此种情况相当于直拨用户当前输入的目标号码,以便于尽可能准确的满足用户的呼叫需求,提升用户体验。
可选的,本发明实施例中,移动终端在判断出所述联系人信息中不包括号码附加信息描述字段时,还可以执行以下操作:
移动终端确定所述目标号码所属的至少一个参考归属地标识;其中,所述参考归属地标识包括国家码;
若所述至少一个参考归属地标识包括与所述移动终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的归属地标识一致的归属地标识,则所述移动终端根据所述确定一致的归属地标识和所述目标号码,生成新的国际漫游号码;
所述移动终端在所述移动终端的号码选择界面中显示所述新生成的国际漫游号码和所述目标号码;
所述移动终端确定所述号码选择界面中被选取的号码为所述目标用户的 国际漫游号码。
可以看出,本可选实施例中,移动终端可以通过比对参考归属地标识和SIM卡的归属地标识,先与筛选出一些可能性较高的对应目标用户的归属地的归属地标识,并生成对应的国际漫游号码,如此,可以提升移动终端的号码筛选效率,一定程度上提升用户体验。
参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例公开的另一种呼叫处理方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,本呼叫处理方法包括以下步骤:
S301,若检测到针对移动终端当前获取的目标号码的拨号控制指令,且所述移动终端处于国际漫游状态,则所述移动终端查询预存的联系人数据库中是否包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息;
其中,本步骤S301与上述步骤流程S100→S101相对应。
S302,若所述联系人数据库中包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,则所述移动终端根据所述联系人信息,确定用于呼叫所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码;
具体实现中,若所述联系人信息中包括所述目标号码对应的号码附加信息描述字段,所述号码附加信息描述字段包括所述目标用户的原始国际漫游号码,所述原始国际漫游号码是所述移动终端在创建所述联系人信息时,检测到呼叫所述目标用户的原始号码的格式符合所述移动终端所处国家的号码格式的情况下生成的;所述移动终端根据所述联系人信息,确定用于拨通所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码的实现方式为:

S303,所述移动终端根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
可以看出,本发明实施例提供的呼叫处理方法在处于国际漫游状态呼叫漫游目标用户时,可以根据录入的目标号码查询联系人数据库,并在查询到联系人数据库中包括与目标号码关联的联系人信息的情况下,根据所述联系人信息,确定用于呼叫目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码,从而实现自动漫游拨号,无需用户主动添加目标用户对应的国际冠码和国家码,同时有利于避免错误添加国际冠码或国家码时呼叫失败的情况发生,从而提升移动终端呼叫国际漫游用户的便捷性和成功率。

    若检测到针对移动终端当前获取的目标号码的拨号控制指令,且所述移动终端处于国际漫游状态,则查询预存的联系人数据库中是否包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息;
    若所述联系人数据库中包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,则根据所述联系人信息,确定用于呼叫所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述联系人数据库中不包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,则获取所述移动终端预存的与所述目标号码关联的通话记录;
    根据所述通话记录中保存的所述目标号码的归属地标识和所述目标号码生成国际漫游号码;
    根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述联系人信息中包括所述目标号码对应的号码附加信息描述字段,所述号码附加信息描述字段包括所述目标用户的原始国际漫游号码,所述原始国际漫游号码是所述移动终端在创建所述联系人信息时,检测到呼叫所述目标用户的原始号码的格式符合所述移动终端所处国家的号码格式的情况下生成的;所述根据所述联系人信息,确定用于拨通所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码,包括:
    根据所述原始国际漫游号码,确定用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述原始国际漫游号码,确定用于拨通所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码,包括:
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络相匹 配,则确定所述目标号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络不匹配,且所述原始号码与所述目标号码一致,则确定所述原始国际漫游号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络不匹配,且所述原始号码与所述目标号码不一致,则根据所述国家码和所述目标号码生成新的国际漫游号码,并确定所述新生成的国际漫游号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述联系人信息中不包括所述目标号码对应的号码附加信息描述字段;所述根据所述联系人信息,确定用于拨通所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码,包括:
    确定所述目标号码所属的至少一个参考归属地标识;
    根据所述至少一个参考归属地标识和所述目标号码生成至少一个新的国际漫游号码;
    在所述移动终端的号码选择界面中显示所述新生成的国际漫游号码和所述目标号码;
    确定所述号码选择界面中被选取的号码为所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
  6. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    查询模块,用于若检测到针对移动终端当前获取的目标号码的拨号控制指令,且所述移动终端处于国际漫游状态,则查询预存的联系人数据库中是否包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息;
    确定模块,用于若所述联系人数据库中包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,则根据所述联系人信息,确定用于呼叫所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    呼叫模块,用于根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括:
    获取模块,用于若所述联系人数据库中不包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,则获取所述移动终端预存的与所述目标号码关联的通话记录;
    生成模块,用于根据所述通话记录中保存的所述目标号码的归属地标识和所述目标号码生成国际漫游号码;
    第二呼叫模块,用于根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述联系人信息中包括所述目标号码对应的号码附加信息描述字段,所述号码附加信息描述字段包括所述目标用户的原始国际漫游号码,所述原始国际漫游号码是所述移动终端在创建所述联系人信息时,检测到呼叫所述目标用户的原始号码的格式符合所述移动终端所处国家的号码格式的情况下生成的;所述确定模块具体用于:
    根据所述原始国际漫游号码,确定用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述确定模块根据所述原始国际漫游号码,确定用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码的具体实现方式为:
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络相匹配,则确定所述目标号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络不匹配,且所述原始号码与所述目标号码一致,则确定所述原始国际漫游号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络不匹配,且所述原始号码与所述目标号码不一致,则根据所述国家码和所述目标号码生成新的国际漫游号码,并确定所述新生成的国际漫游号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述联系人信息中不包括所述目标号码对应的号码附加信息描述字段;所述确定模块具体用于:
    确定所述目标号码所属的至少一个参考归属地标识;
    根据所述至少一个参考归属地标识和所述目标号码生成至少一个新的国际漫游号码;
    在所述移动终端的号码选择界面中显示所述新生成的国际漫游号码和所述目标号码;
    确定所述号码选择界面中被选取的号码为所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
  11. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器、处理器、通信接口和通信总线;
    所述存储器、所述处理器和所述通信接口通过所述通信总线连接并完成相互间的通信,所述通信接口用于无线通信;
    所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的所述可执行程序代码,执行以下步骤:
    若检测到针对移动终端当前获取的目标号码的拨号控制指令,且所述移动终端处于国际漫游状态,则查询预存的联系人数据库中是否包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息;
    若所述联系人数据库中包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,则根据所述联系人信息,确定用于呼叫所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    若所述联系人数据库中不包括与所述目标号码关联的联系人信息,则获取所述移动终端预存的与所述目标号码关联的通话记录;
    根据所述通话记录中保存的所述目标号码的归属地标识和所述目标号码生成国际漫游号码;
    根据所述国际漫游号码呼叫所述目标用户。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述联系人信息中包括所述目标号码对应的号码附加信息描述字段,所述号码附加信息描述字段包括所述目标用户的原始国际漫游号码,所述原始国际漫游号码是所述移动终端在创建所述联系人信息时,检测到呼叫所述目标用户的原始号码的格式符合所述移动终端所处国家的号码格式的情况下生成的;所述处理器根据所述联系人信息,确定用于拨通所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码的具体实现方式为:
    根据所述原始国际漫游号码,确定用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器根据所述原始国际漫游号码,确定用于拨通所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码的具体实现方式为:
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络相匹配,则确定所述目标号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络不匹配,且所述原始号码与所述目标号码一致,则确定所述原始国际漫游号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码;
    若所述原始国际漫游号码中的国家码与所述移动终端当前接入网络不匹配,且所述原始号码与所述目标号码不一致,则根据所述国家码和所述目标号码生成新的国际漫游号码,并确定所述新生成的国际漫游号码为用于呼叫所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述联系人信息中不包括所述目标号码对应的号码附加信息描述字段;所述处理器根据所述联系人信息,确定用于拨通所述目标号码对应的目标用户的国际漫游号码的具体实现方式为:
    确定所述目标号码所属的至少一个参考归属地标识;
    根据所述至少一个参考归属地标识和所述目标号码生成至少一个新的国际漫游号码;
    在所述移动终端的号码选择界面中显示所述新生成的国际漫游号码和所述目标号码;
    确定所述号码选择界面中被选取的号码为所述目标用户的国际漫游号码。
