如图1至图3所示,本实施例公开一种冰激凌机,冰激凌机包括齿轮盒1,齿轮盒1内设置有减速装置2,齿轮盒1的一端设置有电机14,电机14与减速装置2传动连接,齿轮盒1的另一端设置有搅拌器13,搅拌器13与减速装置2传动连接,通过减速装置2与电机14的配合,使得搅拌器13的扭矩显著的增加,从而非常有效的提高冰激凌机的效率,而且制作冰激凌时,操作方便、简单,制作出来的冰激凌口感好,使用时将电机14接通电源,通过电机14带动减速装置2,使得减速装置2带动搅拌器13转动,减速装置2对电机14的扭矩进行放大,大大的提高了冰激凌机的效率,很好的保证了冰激凌的口感纯正。
减速装置2包括一级减速部21和减速内齿23,一级减速部21包括第一减速传动件211,第一减速传动件211上设置有第一减速齿轮212,第一减速齿轮212与减速内齿23相配合,电机14与一级减速部21传动连接,电机14的转动带动第一减速齿轮212在减速内齿23上转动,使得第一减速齿轮212带动第一减速传动件211转动,由于第一减速齿轮212与减速内齿23相配合转动,使得第一减速传动件211的扭矩显著的增大,从而非常有效的提高冰激凌机制作冰激凌的效率。
减速装置2包括二级减速部22,二级减速部22包括第二减速传动件221,第二减速传动件221上设置有第二减速齿轮222,第二减速齿轮222与减速内齿23相配合,电机14通过二级减速部22与一级减速部21传动连接,电机14的转动带动第二减速齿轮222在减速内齿23上转动,使得第二减速传动件221带动第一减速齿轮212在减速内齿23上转动,由于第一减速齿轮212和第二减速齿轮222与减速内齿23相配合转动,第二减速传动件221增大了电机14的扭矩,使得第一减速传动件211的扭矩显著的增大,从而非常有效的提高冰激凌机制作冰激凌的效率。二级减速部22可设置至少一个,二级减速部22设置多颗可以更 好的增大扭矩,从而更加的高效的制作冰激凌。
电机14上设置有主动齿轮141,主动齿轮141带动第二减速齿轮222转动,第二减速传动件221上设置有传动齿轮223,传动齿轮223带动第一减速齿轮212转动,通过第一减速齿轮212与第二减速齿轮222的相互配合,非常显著的增加了第一减速传动件211的扭矩,从而使得冰激凌机制作冰激凌的效率大大的提高,而且操作非常的方便简单,非常方便操作者使用。
第一减速传动件211上设置有第一凸起213,第一凸起213的设置可以很好对搅拌器定位柱214进行定位加固。第一凸起213上设置有与搅拌器13相配合的搅拌器定位柱214,搅拌器定位柱214为棱柱形设置,搅拌器定位柱214的棱柱形设置,方便搅拌器定位柱214与搅拌器13的配合,而且棱柱形的设置,可以提供很好的扭力输出,不会相齿轮一样容易出现滑脱的情况,同时非常方便出模和生产加工。

齿轮上盖凸起111上设置有五金耐磨片114,五金耐磨片114沿包括轴向耐磨凸起和径向耐磨凸起,轴向耐磨凸起沿齿轮上盖凸起111的内表面轴向延伸,径向耐磨凸起沿齿轮上盖11与第一减速传动件211的接触面径向延伸,五金耐磨片114的由于高出齿轮上盖11的内表面,可以非常有效的减小齿轮上盖11与第一减速传动件211的摩擦面积,从而很好的减小第一减速传动件211的运行阻力,使得电机14的动力传动更加的高效,大大的提高了冰激凌机运行的效率。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种冰激凌机,其特征在于:所述齿轮上盖上设置有沿轴向延伸的齿轮上盖凸起,所述第一凸起与所述齿轮上盖凸起相配合,所述齿轮上盖凸起上设置有第一通孔,所述搅拌器定位柱从所述第一通孔延伸到所述齿轮盒外部,所述齿轮盒包括齿轮下盖,所述齿轮下盖上设置有第二通孔,所述主动齿轮通过第二通孔与所述减速装置传动连接,所述齿轮下盖上设置有电机固定凸起,所述电机固定凸起与所述电机相配合对所述电机进行固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种冰激凌机,其特征在于:所述齿轮上盖与所述第一减速传动件的接触面上设置有第一耐磨垫片,所述齿轮下盖与所述第一减速传动件的接触面上设置有第二耐磨垫片。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种冰激凌机,其特征在于:所述齿轮上盖凸起上设置有五金耐磨片,所述五金耐磨片沿包括轴向耐磨凸起和径向耐磨凸起,所述轴向耐磨凸起沿所述齿轮上盖凸起的内表面轴向延伸,所述径向耐磨凸起沿所述齿轮上盖与所述第一减速传动件的接触面径向延伸。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的一种冰激凌机,其特征在于:所述电机上设置有减震垫片,所述减震垫片沿所述电机的外表面设置。
