Abstract

L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de formation 3D du type à photodurcissement permettant à un article formé, qui est durci dans une cuve de résine, de se déplacer de façon relativement stable sans être endommagé malgré la chaleur de réaction de photodurcissement d'une résine photodurcissable et malgré la fatigue de fonctionnement. À cette fin, le dispositif de formation d'article 3D du type à photodurcissement selon la présente invention comprend : une cuve de résine; une couche de résine photodurcissable formée d'une résine photodurcissable, et accueillie dans la cuve en résine de manière à former une couche; une couche de libération formée d'un matériau fluide non durcissable ayant une gravité différente de celle de la résine photodurcissable, et ayant une surface libérable en contact avec la couche de résine photodurcissable, et accueillie dans la cuve de résine; une plaque de formation logée dans la couche de résine photodurcissable de façon à supporter l'article formé; une unité d'entraînement en élévation pour élever la plaque de formation et/ou la cuve de résine de telle sorte que la plaque de formation puisse venir près de la surface libérable ou être espacée de celle-ci; et une unité d'émission de lumière d'image pour émettre une lumière d'image au niveau de la couche de résine photodurcissable par pénétration de la couche de libération.
